197. Supplement Industry Truths Revealed & How To Filter The Good Stuff - Leslie Kenny & Nichola Conlon

This is a very important episode about supplements and what actually goes on behind closed doors from two very well respected formulators Dr. Nichola Conlon and Leslie Kenny.

Dr. Nichola Conlon Dr. is a molecular biologist. She got her PhD in Physiology from Newcastle University, home to the largest institute for aging research in Europe. She is also a trained Cosmetic Scientist. She has years of experience in molecular biology, particularly when she was working for a huge biotech company looking at early stage drug discovery. She then used this experience to create her own company called Nuchido to bring supercharged scientific discoveries, products and education to the public. Dr Nichola Conlon is passionate about educating women to empower us so we can make the best decisions for ourselves.

Leslie Kenny is a native of Southern California living in Oxford. She is a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she was in the first cohort of Dave Asprey's Bulletproof training, she's a great patient advocate, she graduated from Harvard & Berkley, she became a sexologist and now is the founder of Oxford Healthspan, which is a nutraceutical company promoting a healthier, longer life for everyone. Oxford Healthspan is also the maker of Primeadine spermidine.
