Big Board week rolls on here on the Lockdown NBA Draft Show with those ceilings and
today I'm going to break down the prospects in the 11 to 20 range and talk about all of
the value the teams can extract from this range from the 2026 No Ceilings NBA Big Board.
Version 5, that is come up.
You are a Lockdown NBA Draft with No Ceilings.
Your daily podcast on the future stars of the NBA.
Part of the Lockdown Podcast Network, your team every day.
That is going on Draft Sickos, it's your boy Corey Teleba, the Wolf of Ball Street from
No Ceilings NBA Welcome to the Lockdown NBA Draft Podcast with No Ceilings.
Part of the Lockdown Podcast Network.
Now the number one sports podcast network, it's big time stuff.
And today on the show, we are going to have Big Board week roll on.
Like I mentioned in the cold open, we are going to be hitting all the prospects from 11
to 20 on the Version 5 No Ceilings NBA Big Board.
And we are going to kick it off at number 11.
First guy out of the top 10, you know him as the super old but super productive prospect
at a Michigan.
That is Yaxel Lindbergh from Michigan.
No surprise here that Yax is coming in hot at number 11, keeping his stellar lottery
play all season long.
Now Yaxel, like I mentioned, he is pretty old.
He is one of the oldest prospects that we've had, especially in this kind of range.
So I don't know if this is the range that we are going to see him on Draft Night.
But he is basically just like a do it all, fill it up, power forward, who could, I think
slide up to the five in small spurts and slide down to the three.
This year he's been playing a lot of three.
Playing next to Marez Johnson.
Playing next to Day Mara, he has, you know, fit into this new role not only as just like
being able to play new positions, but being able to show that he can play off of other
great players.
You know, he's also sharing, sharing some of the playmaking ball handling duties with,
you know, guys like Elliott Kado, who, you know, is the point guard who needs the ball
in his hands.
You know, his size, especially at the three along with Marez and a day Mara, help insulate
a guy like Elliott Kado.
Now this is, I think you have to sixth college season.
He played Juco for a few years.
He's averaging 15.7 rebounds, three assists, 1.4 blocks, 1.2 steals on the season, on 51-34-82.7
splits.
The three point shooting has kind of fallen off a cliff.
He got, he was red hot to start the year, but he has the entire year shown consistent
improvement from a volume perspective.
Last year, and his first year with UAV, he was at two and three point, three is for a
hundred possessions.
This year he's up to eight point three.
So while he's still hovering around his career average of 34.6, this is at 34.3, his volume
increased, showing that he can do that on more attempts is big time stuff.
Yaks, you know, is there a superstar upside?
I don't think so.
You know, I think there are some issues with him creating one-on-one consistently at
the next level, you know, his shot has proven to not be super consistent, you know, running
hot and cold, but he makes plays, he defends multiple positions, like he could score inside
and out, there is some pull-up equity.
So at the end of the day, he's not the perfect prospect and he's old, just his dominance
this season, even though he is old, is really impressive, you know, via sports reference,
he's got a 17.1 BPM, you know, so at a certain point, you just go, this dude's one of the
most productive players by BPM that we've had since 2008 might as well, like, you can
only fade him so much, right, like this is not an old guy who there's, you know, question
marks about his impact, like he is really impacting this Michigan squad in an absolutely
monster way and he managed to get better in this role despite the decrease in volume.
So Yaks comes in at number 11, at number 12 on the No Ceilings board, we have LeBaron
Phylon, out of Alabama, point guard, sophomore, who's taken a big leap himself this year, was
a down-to-the-wire decision last year at the Combine, decided to return and show that
not only is he capable of playing off of another back court guy who needs the ball in Mark's
years, but that he can then take the reins and he can be a high usage guy.
And that's what he has been this season for Alabama.
He's up at 30% usage, that's a 10%, he went from 21% usage as a freshman.
The 30.2 as a sophomore, his averages have shot up 10.6 points last year to 21.5% this year.
So much of it is self-created, you saw the game-winning shot at isolation about a week
ago.
His shooting has really improved.
Went from shooting 31.5% on 3.4, 3.1 attempts last year, the 38.9% on 5.8 attempts this year,
along with an increase in his free throw percentage from 76.7 to 78.5.
Now I don't necessarily know if he is a shooter shooter, I think he's more of a shopmaker,
but that has been impressive to see.
The playmaking jump has been real, he went from 25% to 31% assist percentage.
Now the defense, I think, arguably has taken a step back this year as he's carried the
load, but the guy has just continued to produce night in night for a high-power Alabama offense.
I saw him earlier in the year against St. John's and I was super impressed by his speed,
his first step, his ability to get into the paint and drive and kick, not necessarily
making super manipulative passes out of ball screens, but his ability to use those screens
to get into the paint, carve defenses up, force rotations, and get into the teeth of the
defense and just spray the ball over the floor was super impressive.
So Liberian Phylon, Monster Year this year, at number 12 on our board.
At number 13, we have Braylon Mullins out of Yukon, who was just edged out by Phylon
with average ranking as that is how we figure out who the draft order.
So Braylon Mullins, freshman shooting guard, and I think he's pretty locked into the shooting
guard positions at a Yukon, didn't, he was hurt to start the year so it took him a little
bit to get going, but he has been really solid for Yukon since he's come back, he's played
24 games, he started 20 of them, he's shooting 44% from the field, 36.4% from 3 and 87% on
just 23 free throw attempts.
So, I mean, I believe that that percentage was insane, but he's not getting to the rim
all that much, but he is shooting 14.3, 3 is per 100 positions, which is a monster, monster
number.
But the thing about Mullins that I love, even though, you know, he's a little small,
like this is why I say he's kind of a two and not a wing, he's kind of positioned
on, he's listed at 6.6, you know, I've seen him a couple of times this year, I don't
know if I, he's going to measure 6.6, he'll probably be close, but he's long, he's
like, he, and he's tough, and I think that toughness shows up on the defensive side of
the floor, where his stockpers are really great, like 2.4, steel, 2.7 block, that's awesome,
he's got a 4% offensive rebound percentage, so he kind of crashes the offense of glass,
you know, offensively this year his game has been simple, shoot much at 3, gets it all
movement, attack closeouts, which he hasn't really been getting all the way to the rim,
it's been more of like one dribble, one two dribble pull up stuff, but, you know, he was
a guy who had real show no athleticism on the AAU circuit, on the Adidas circuit that
he played on, where he had like 20 dunks in his final AAU season, so like, this is a real
like shooting guard who has plus athleticism, has a strap and can really shoot it, has,
you know, decent feel, you know, I think he's much more of a connector than a playmaker,
and even in AAU where he had a little bit more responsibility in the offense, I never
really saw the playmaking with him, but he did, and was capable of making like the right
path, he 0.5 basketball, you know, doesn't hold it for too long, so those are all things
that we like from our shooting guards, and Brayland Mullins certainly shows that. At 14,
we have Jaden Quayton's, and look, there's not a lot you could take from the Quayton's
tape this year. Last year, you know, he, as a 17 year old, you know, he was not draft
eligible last year, he was too young. We saw so many incredible flashes defensively,
where he was able to protect the rim, guard the perimeter, do both on the same possession,
you know, the ground coverage was incredible. He was shooting threes, even though they didn't
go in, he had these flashes of like off the bounce creation, some passes, the offensive stuff
didn't necessarily shine through in the numbers, but they were all flashes when you looked at his
age, you go, oh my god, this is incredible. What's it going to look like next year?
He tears his ACL, and he's still recovering from that. He came back, played four games,
and we haven't seen him since. That first game against St. John's, he looked like he was going to
be a top five pick. The knee stuff started flaring up again, and there are going to be questions
about the medicals. And, you know, I personally, unless they're like real red flagged,
I wouldn't worry too much. I mean, I worry that he's missed a year at development. I don't
ever like to see that, but he's still going to be 18 on draft night. Like this is a kid, even as a
sophomore, returner is still going to be one of the younger prospects in this class. He still has
insane tools. I think he's going to be a big winner on Combine Day when the measurements come out.
And I think that's going to keep him in this lottery conversation, even though, you know, there might
be skepticism given the injury stuff, but super, super like raw offensively, but really intriguing
flashes and has the potential to be one of the better players to come out of this class when we
go back on it years from now, health permitting. So that was 11 through 14. We're going to take a
quick break. And on the other end, we're going to hit the 15 to 17 range.

Bennett Sturts at number 15. Bennett Sturts is one of my favorite prospects in this class.
Really do it all guard out of Iowa. Bennett Sturts is the alpha omega of that team. He has the
ball all the time. He never comes off the floor. He's averaging 37.4 minutes per game. This
year, he averaged 39.4 last year at Drake. Same coaching staff, same system. He is the guy who
runs it and he is basically kept that production up going from Drake to Iowa. He's shooting 50%
field 38% from three on 6.6 attempts of game, which is up. We wanted to see that volume go up.
He did it. Shooting 84.4% from the free throw line this year, which is monster stuff. 4.4 assists
to two turnovers. Not rebounding a lot, which is a little bit of an issue, but doesn't make mistakes.
One and a half steals per game, 0.3 blocks. A lot of the athletic indicators aren't the best. He
does dunk the ball in transition quite often. But he's just been incredibly efficient on every shot.
I mean, he hits pull ups from every level. He gets to the rim and finishes there in a half court
in position. When we look at NBA pace and space, I think that's going to help him because he does
tend to play pretty slow and he does have so much responsibilities. When he's playing off other
great players, I think that we're going to see some special stuff from Bennett Sturts.
Again, he's a little bit older. He doesn't have a ton of high major experience. This is his first
high major year. There are going to be question marks. I think I don't know if he goes in this range
ultimately, but I think that he is just rock solid in every way. Probably has a little bit of a
false ceiling because he is old, but he creates so much by himself. I think he still has a ton of
potential to prospect. At 16, we have Christian Anderson at a Texas Tech who now, you know, it feels
like has a similar load to Bennett Sturts. Christian Anderson has really taken over as the alpha
omega again because JT Topin went down with an injury. And now he's carrying this load. He's played
40 minutes in three of his last four games. So he's just, you know, having to carry this crazy load
and he's going to he has to make shots. He has to make plays. Now he has been probably the most
three point pull-up shooter in this class. He's a listed at 6'2, 165 pound guard. So the measurements
and the weight are not great as somebody who can maybe come in right away into an NBA system
and contribute. I think he's got to get stronger, but the shot making is crazy. He's at 48% in the
field, 43% on eight threes a game, not for 100 possessions, a game, 79.5% on nearly four free throw
attempts, averaging eight assists to three and a half turnovers. And the turnovers, especially
as of late, have been an issue. Now those you would expect those issues to compound a little bit
given they're losing JT Topin and teams can kind of just send multiple guys to the ball
and try to play the ball out of his hand. But we still need to see that drop down a little bit
in my opinion. But the shot making is real. And he could do it on the ball. He showed last year
he could play off of it when he didn't have crazy usage. But when you're looking at shot making
and playmaking, he's one of the premier guys. So what's the issue? Well, besides the weight
and height. And I do think he's going to measure well as far as his length goes,
get to the rim a hole. And this is why he might be a sneaky guy who ends up returning.
Teams might want to see if he can kind of get into the paint and add that element of his game.
Right now he's really a two level score. He can knock down shots from three and he can get to
the mid range and knock down shots himself. But while he's been efficient near the rim,
he hasn't been prolific in getting there. And I think teams are going to want to see that. But
you cannot, you know, talk enough about the level of shot creator that he is. Now at 17, we have
co-op heat from Arizona. I'm a little bit higher on him personally. I still have him in my top 10.
I understand co-op heat has, you know, been up and down as far as what his numbers look like. But when
I see a guy with his build, you know, he's listed at six eight. He's strong.
235. His length, he looks long. I don't know if he has recorded measurements, but I think he's
going to measure long. We'll see his level of skill. I mean, he's a underrated passer.
He can handle the ball. I think he can create. He's really comfortable in the mid range.
Silky smooth jumper there likes to get to the turnarounds. Has it in the middle of the floor,
has it on the sidelines. You know, he's got all of these skills that I like. And he was much more
of a creator with the Compton Magic and AU. So I think he has those elements of his game.
The other reasons I think he's been a little inconsistent going from like, you know,
one of the best prospect games in the opener against Florida to just having, you know, a really
big game against Colorado. We're at 25 points. You're seeing the up and down is that I think he's
trying to do what he can to fill a role. He's playing next to Braden Burries and
Carchinkov and Krivas and Jaden Bradley and all of these other guys and he's, it's kind of a,
you know, the Jaden Bradley has the ball a lot. Burries has the ball a lot and it's just like a
fill in the gap thing. And when it's his time to get going, he gets going. Now, he's not much of a
three point shooter and that's the knock on him. He's six for 19 this year, 31.6%. And he's not,
he hasn't been really that great from the free throw line. He gets there a good amount, but he's
only shooting 60%. So there are real issues with the shot. But ultimately, I think the form is
good and he's going to have to work on it. But I think there's like some really interesting outcomes.
I think, you know, he's shown some really strong athletic flashes. I love him as the roller,
the screen and roller with Braden Burries finishing, you know, hard at the hoop.
So I think there might be like an Aaron Gordon outcome, not that level of athlete, but a really
plus athlete at his size. I think there's maybe like a Rui Hachimora outcome, a homie hockey
has outcome. I don't know. There's just I think he's a pretty safe floor guy and he has underrated
an underrated ceiling because he's just used to winning and he knows what to do to win and he's
doing it. He won at the feeble level. He won at the high school. Like he won a lot. So I think he's
just doing what he needs to win on one of the best teams in the country. So co-appeat coming in at
17. We're going to take one more break and then we're going to hit the guys from 18 to 20.

Okay, we are back to finish off this grouping. And next up, we have Thomas Haug at 18 out of Florida.
Haug, last year, won a national championship, returned to Florida, and took on a bigger load
with the back court guys coming out. And he has done a terrific job of it. You know,
at the start, he's six, nine, two, ten. We have a physical dude with crazy motor. Albert always
likes to refer to him as like six, nine, Josh Hart, and I love that calm. He is scoring 17 points
per game this year up from just under 10 last year. He's hitting the boards. He's making plays
and he's averaging 1.9 stocks. Now, he's up to three points shooting volume from 2.6 last year
to 5.3. He's shooting slightly better, but it's just mere percentage points. But you love that he's
taking more and he's hitting those at 34.4%. He's at 75.6 from the line. He's at 79.4% last year.
So he's not necessarily like a big time shooter, but he's just a dude with a forward with great
positional size that plays like a winner. We'll fill in the gaps. Do whatever it takes to win.
That's an easy guy to slot on your board. Next, after Thomas Hauve at 19, we have
Murez Johnson Jr. Adam Michigan. Murez is somebody that I got a chance to see when he was in high
school. The Nike hoop summit. Just a big, strong, tough physical dude with a non-stop motor. You know,
like similar to Hauve, different players, like a bruiser, like an old school kind of forward.
I think he could play the four and the five. Four, you know, probably better suited to play
with the five in spurts. But he's got like an Isaiah Stewart to them, both in toughness and game.
We're going to see if he ends up shooting it in the long run. You know, he's experimented with
that this year. Last year he was at Illinois. He didn't shoot any threes, but this year he's
shooting 0.8 per game. He's taken 24. He's hit 41.7%. So small sample, but good result on that sample.
And he shooting 78.3% from the free throw line on much larger volume.
So when you look at that and you look at his ability to guard both the interior and out on the
paint, there's a lot to like. Now, he's like a super intimidating rim protector, but he's good.
He's got a 1.7 steel 4.9 block. And that's next to a day, Mara, who is their main rim protector.
He rebounds the ball like a madman. Those numbers have dropped a little bit, but he's playing with
yaks and he's playing with Mara. So he's still rebounding at a solid rate. The passing has gotten
better this year. So I think he's going to be able to make some 0.5 decisions. But ultimately,
he is a winner. He's a guy that if you need toughness in your front court, that's a no-brainer.
At number 20 to put a bow on the show today, we have Cam Carr from Baylor. This is the junior
transfer from Tennessee, who had a lot of hype. No, maybe not like a ton of hype, but he was,
he had to hype within our niche community in the draft world, coming in at a high school to
Tennessee. Didn't really get an opportunity there, but this year, he has made the most of it.
He averaged 4.8 points in four games last year, 1.6 points as a freshman. This year, he's at 19.
To go along with five and a half rebounds, 2.7 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.3 blocks on 51.7, 39.7,
79.9 shooting splits. So we have a wing shooter who defends. 6.5, 175, although I think on the
Baylor's official website, he's now listed at 190. They changed it with a reported 72 wingspan
who shoots 40% from the field and block shots. And that's the big thing here. Like he's a real
deal athlete. Got a block career block percentage of four. This year, it's right at that number.
And I have steel percentage as well this year. He's taken, he's shown that he can shoot on the ball,
off the ball, much more suited at the next level to play off the ball, but a two-way wing who
is going to be able to slide any line up. He's going to have to put on weight. He's going to have
to get stronger, but he's tough. He gets to the line. You know, he's got a 38.5% free throw rate to
go along with that 45% three point rate. So good balance of offense there. And he's, you know,
a pretty rough back court situation. You know, it doesn't necessarily have like a point guard
creator. So all of that said, he's had a phenomenal year kind of showing why people were excited
about years. And that's going to do it. Thanks for tuning in today to the Lockdown NBA Draft with
