Friends since 1988 after an aggressive game of street football, we journey quickly through time and find Cam at 51 in difficult life situations.

He chooses to fight time and feebleness and take action by listening to his oh so wise buddy and join a local CrossFit gym.   The challenges are real and the rewards are great.
