5:06I think as much as you can look at Romeo and Daubs play, I still think the decision making of Drake May is what this game came down to. And because of the, I don't know what his lack of experience or him, again, being shaky back there, I said this prior to this show. I said, I want to see Drake May show up, be confident, and I did that in the first half. And in the second half, he became a whole nother person. And it showed Seattle left with a plus two, plus three turn over margin. And I think the game never even flipped. I think New England did a great job defensively against Seattle. I think they held their own against the run. I think they limited the J.S. in their impact as much as they possibly could. Drew Luck, I thought he stepped up, he played great. But at the same time, despite the turnovers, that New England Patriots still had a chance, Leonard.

6:08They did, they did. I can say this right. Despite of the three picks Drake May gave me, he accepted where they gave them, right? Everybody, I think, I'm gonna tell you this. The Seattle's playing on third down, deep three, right? The running back on the swing road, checking them down, first down. Let's talk about that. Listen, they got negatives and positive in here, right? They got negatives and positive. I can, I can positive say the Patriots front line came to play. Despite of the little bit of holding calls in there, well, my LSU brother, you did your fucking thing. That's the way you rebound, but now do it consistently. So you can be the top left tackle in the lead, right? We're not gonna, we're not gonna just talk about talking about the bad and the good, talk about everything. Drew Luck, he shows you, you never know when your number gonna be called, but be prepared. Oh my God. Listen, that's he was strong. Oh my God. Bro, Drew Luck is so good.

7:09I ain't gonna lie bro. It's like, it's like he put that oxen and put that GZ on. And he got in that zone again and locked in. Like, I really love that, like you say, man, and you made a great point. And then he showed up into a game on the fifth play. On the fifth play. They say, stay ready so you ain't have to get ready. I think Drew Luck stepped into the game and he did exactly what he needed to do, right? Losing your starter on the fifth player of the game. And then especially on open night of a game that is, is, has been looked at in regard to that as one of those games that could define your season. It's a Super Bowl rematch. That's not an easy assignment, right? But he had to come in and be Sam Donnell. He just had to come in and be Andrew, I mean, come in and be Drew Luck. He just had to come in and play his game, handle football off, make the easy throws. And he made a couple great throws, third down a Cooper cup when they were one for six on third down.

8:09It was an amazing one handed catch. Amazing throw. Amazing throw, amazing spot. And then, you know, you come back and you look at the fourth and one. The decision to call a pass play on the fourth and one. And we see the electricity of no other than the offensive player at the year, JSC, taking us five-year pass, 40 something yards to the house, man. What was your reaction when you saw him caught the ball and turned up the field? Like, did you know it was once again, people, I might think I say this is just for fun, but five star players make five star plays. Turned the fourth and one to a 40 something, 45, 40, six yards touchdown. To us, to the fans looking at this game, I want you to know that's not regular. Got to be a special guy. And not only that, right? You see he was getting frustrated, but he kept with it. Yeah. He kept on pushing.

9:09A, A, A. You see in the number one, Rava C. We versus the number one D.B. The day that matchup was crazy. Yeah. I mean, Christian, I said this too before, in the show before this one, I think Christian Gonzalez, in the times that he was matched up, which was more in the red zone, that he was matched up with JSC, he held his own. I think Christian Gonzalez was doing this thing. I don't think JSC called a pass, but the beauty about, and I said this prior to this show as well, the beauty about JSC, and you can put him anywhere, you can put him on the field at any time, in a fourth and one situation, and the smallest guys on your team on the field, and he makes the biggest play at the time, on fourth and one, scoring a touchdown, and really shifting the momentum. I think at that point too, you could feel the electricity and the stadium change. You could feel, you could feel the urgency, or maybe that's what happened to Drake May. He started paying attention to the game a little bit more, being that it was tighter, and they wasn't dominating the line of scrimmage,

10:10and all of these things, and trying to force a play. And again, you know, you look at the impact, I can say of JSC, and he didn't do much tonight, but when they needed him the most, on a, it's like a four down, he stepped up and handed this business, man. He really did. Listen, though, let's be real, though. You see how Drake May played the day, right? Was the schedule easy last year that he got MVP run up, because I'm starting to have flashback. Like, you know what, maybe he did play some bulls, shit out there. And today, it was like, it was supposed to be a proven game. I don't, I don't see where he improved his game from, as far as decision making, still immature, the childish trolls, the first half he looked, he looked great the first half. The second half, I feel like he got away from his game. I don't, I don't know what it was, man, like, yeah, teller two halves. Do you believe that not having AJ Brown

11:10out there affected him? Of course, I love, oh, yeah, of course, of, you know, I received a one, right? It's not out there. You know, I'm, I'm quite sure they made a bond after practicing throwing a ball, throwing a certain route, you know, getting familiar with each other. And he's not out there. Now, when that happens, right, this is some of the greats to do. You have the coach of everybody. The same, the same thing you do with AJ Brown, you got to do with the other ones too. To figure out, in Crush Time, who's going to be the guy you throw the ball to? Now, AJ Brown out, right? I don't think he really had it. And let's talk about AJ Brown. AJ Brown, uh, what, what do you have today? 25 yards? Yeah, he had 25 yards on like three or four catches. Right? And I felt like they could have used him more. Yeah, talk about it. But they didn't, right? I think I think the one of the biggest players they had with AJ Brown was the passing first. They got them, they got them on the goal line. Talk about it. But that fucking ball was on the throw. Talk about it. That's a touch. That's a touchdown waiting to happen.

12:10So yes, he got the ankle injury right now. He didn't come back. He was in the blue tens, but going forward, man, you have to trust your guys that crazy ass ball. You throw them. That was an easy, easy touchdown. Let's get the, and I like a number three. I like pop. Pop was doing this thing. Feed him. Is, is any why I received the tool? Feed him. It's like, do you feel like Josh McDaniels, when in game situations, games like this, when we just saw, should pull the reins back and be a little bit more conservative with Drake May instead of letting him go out there and make decisions, that has inevitably cost them, cost them games. Definitely. I think as a coach, you have to understand your players. And also, you have to understand the game. When the game was online like that, planning as a defense like that,

15:10but to spin it back to AJ Brown, it's a, it's a prime example of why having a guy like AJ Brown go down, changes to the trajectory of the New England Patriots and the office and the dynamic, you know, as the deformity or identity throughout the season, I do see this, if he, if AJ Brown misses a meaningful time, I do see New England, you know, going from maybe one of the, the leaders in that division to possibly falling third and fourth in that division, depending on how much time AJ Brown missed. Obviously, you look at the depth in the receiver room and you have Romeo doves, you have, um, pop that you mentioned and, and Hollins, but this is where a K-Sharm booty was so important to this football team. Yeah. I, Asia, to me, I don't want to, like, you know, inside the business, we never understand trades. Obviously, they had better, I'm gonna say better, but another goal in mind, but, and a guy like me who dealt with ankle injuries,

16:12to me, it looked like a high ankle sprain. You know, he couldn't put a lot of pressure on it. Let's hope it, let's hope it is, but we all know, as the doctors tell us, it's better for you to break your ankle. Oh, yeah. And then the deal, I'm gonna put a sprain ankle. I'm letting y'all know, it's an aggravated injury, you know, it never really heals during the season, because you gotta make your certain cuts, you're certain plants, so, you know, speedy recovery to my God. But, speaking on K-Sharm, they need him for this. Yeah. He's a good friend of mine. Listen, he's, he's a number two, for sure. 17:13to show up in big games and help us win, right? He's a guy that's gonna do his job, I respect Hollins and how he played a game, very physical receiver. But this is where Keisha and Booty comes in, his playmaking ability, the relationship that he's built with, Drake May, and, you know, not having them, it's showed, it's showed, with the lack of plays being made later in the game, and also, just Drake May just, making dumb decisions. When you look at, Leonard, when you look at New England, moving forward, right? What would you think? What would you think is the biggest takeaway from this game that outside of the turnovers that, they should be looking at for next week, I think they got this goal. To be real, bro, I think they played a decent game, right? If you can somehow, getting your quarterback mind about making crazy throw and taking, and sometimes throwing away is the best option. So, not forcing it. Once again, as the people at home on third down, they were playing deep three, right?

18:14It was taking away a lot of hook routes, right? He tried to force it up to seem. Man, that's when, and like he said, he don't call on Tom Brady as much, that's when you should call on guys like that. Understand the game when they're going to disguise the defenses. To me, personally, I don't think they're explosive enough. I think Stevenson is a good back, but I think they're missing some more energy, some more juice, yeah, some linter for net. Yeah, they're missing something. No, I really do feel like that. I feel like there's a lot of meat left on the bone.

23:16Like he's a bigger back, but I think he doesn't run with enough power. Yeah, he doesn't run with it. He don't run powerful enough for the size that he is, and I think they're leaving yard. They're leaving another two, three yards per carry out there. And who knows? Travian Henderson comes. He may be changed that dynamic a little bit, but I think they're missing an explosive element that can run, catch it and win in space, you know? Well, speaking of running backs, Price, until for the further notice, he should be R.B.1 for sure. Right? He looked elusive. He looked, he had flash of the Kenny Walker, right? Oh, he looked like him. Yeah, but I think I think a little more quicker though. Like, and he's fresh, right? He's off college, so he's fresh. He's fresh as hell. Right? That played a, that's going to play a big, a big part of the running game, but also, man, Donald, I think he, he avoided a hip fracture, right?

And, you know, when you look at Sam Donnell's injury, again, this is another injury that changes to trajectory of this team. I think what holds this team together is getting that run game going behind you, lock. And this defense, the defense, first of all,

25:16the defense is going to hold him into these games and keep these points low. But at the same time, again, I think they go from contending in this division to the games in the 49ers, who we going to see tomorrow on Netflix to maybe being the third team in this division and falling outside their playoffs, depending on how much time Sam Donnell misses. When I talked before about this, Sam Donnell is the perfect quarterback for the scheme of the Seattle Seahawks. From an offensive standpoint, from a quarterback management standpoint, from a guy that's going to make consistent throws, I thought Sam Donnell time has come. He has finally arrived and he's on the right system, playing in the right system under an offensive coordinator, but it's seen for lots of feet, right? However, I just feel like losing Sam Donnell and going with Drew Lock, I don't know, Leonard. I don't know where the Seahawks are going to pay him out

26:16in this whole thing. Well, we can say this, right? Drew Lock has experience. He's been a QB1 when he played in the Broncos. You can't. You see, he came out there, finding the rhythm at the end of the game, finding his swagger, making the tight throws he needed to make to help this team succeed. But also, let's not... I'm not going to say... So, now, I want you to answer this, right? What does this game show you about either the Patriots or Seattle? For me, I'm going to say this. I feel like the Patriots had a great game plan. They were using the Seahawks aggressiveness against them. Yeah. They were using it. I don't know why sometimes coaches don't stick to that, right? And this is what fans kind of be like, oh, man, this shit rig. You know what I'm saying? This... When people... When they start doing shit, getting away from their breathing butter, they're not helping them. That's not helping them win at the end of the day. That's when fans start getting obsessed.

27:16When the police start getting fucked up, you know what I'm saying? They're real. So, me personally, I think this game more decided on... It helped out the Seahawks more than me. Yeah. Because even without QB1, right? They were in the game. In the game. And not on that, bro. That fucking defense. Oh, my God. You took it where it was at my mouth. Man, that's the... That's the... To me right now. And to further notice. And to we see the other games, number one defense. Oh, 100%. Yes. I mean, at least this defense is going to carry Seattle, you know, to a few wins until they can get Sam Donobak, depending on what his situation is. I think that's something they always keep an eye on. But the defense is going to do what they do. I think... I think even tonight, you know, the... The Patriots were... I want to say three for... Three for 12 on third down. You know, they... Seattle defense left with plus three. Turnovers.

28:16They only gave up 10 points. Right? Like, that's huge when you don't have a starting quarterback in the game to help you on the opposite end, to put pressure on other team. Like, I thought that to say Seattle defense was under pressure all night, to stop the Patriots and Drake May. They held their own, bro. From upfront to the secondary, who showed up big for them the night. You know, they had a couple guys that, you know, aren't really starters. A few guys won the job this year that made plays later in the game that helped seal the deal. So I think this defense is going to be consistent. Monitoring Dono's injury is going to be key, obviously. But they're going to get turned over. They're going to win games just because of that defense. And that's what's going to help them. And maybe it helps them make the playoffs. Maybe it helps them fight for some division stuff. But they're definitely going to win games until Sam is back. Like I said, as bowl prediction, the Patriots do not make the playoffs.

29:20They do not, if Drake May doesn't get his mind right, if the coach doesn't have certain plays and packages for him and let him go out there through the ball, willing, nearly. Oh my God. It's going to be a long season for the Patriots. It's going to be a long season. I agree. I agree. Drake May has to figure it out. I think he seems mature. And I think that that's a plus. But at the end of the day, I think his decision making in these moments is something that we haven't really seen at their position from the Brady's other world. And it's not fair to compare him to Tom Brady. It's very much not fair. But when we look at the Patriots, it's hard not to. It's hard not to think about the guy back there in those moments that you can almost guarantee if there's time on the clock, Tom Brady is going to figure it out.

30:21Right? He's going to make the right play. And that's something that I think, you know, as a New England fans want to see how to Drake May. You know, they're hopeful. I think the kid does have talent. I like that he can use his legs and be a triple threat. You know, but at the same time, man, the decision making has to be better, man. Like I saw Mike Vabel's face when he throw the pick. And it's just like, bro, how many times we in the field go range, right? The game on a line like this. How many times you've been in the game? And what's the first thing that somebody tell you or tell the quarterback or the running back or whoever it is? If it's not that, throw it away. Come protect the football. Protect the football. It's not the right away running backs two hands on the ball. We got points. And that's what I can say that's, bro, the pages had a decent game plan. It was, it was like they learned, they really learned from Lasha. It was a decent, it was a decent game plan. They bring it with a spoon off the ass 21, right?

31:22And they have the running back over there on the check down. Anybody right there in the check down the space 10 yards of pop. Once again, I don't know why would they get away from that?
