Amethyst helps calm intuitive overwhelm, clear quartz amplifies intentions with care, black tourmaline and smoky quartz ground and transmute heavy energy, and selenite resets spaces with a gentle sweep and a spoken intention. From there, I explore the middle path of practice. Labradorite for protected intuition, leopardskin jasper for emotional regulation when you see clients, celestite for a soft link to angelic guidance, fluorite for focus, moonstone for honoring cycles, and amazonite plus chrysocolla for speaking truth with compassion.
