US and European officials tell AP Russia is sending a shipment of drones to Iran, including
upgraded versions of the drone technology Tehran originally supplied Moscow after its invasion
of Ukraine.
The Kremlin denies the reports.
Meantime Secretary of State Marco Rubio is rejecting Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's
claim that the U.S. is pushing Kiev to give its Donbass region to Russia as part of an
EC's fire plan.
As Zelensky told Reuters, the U.S. is making a security guarantee offer contingent on
Ukraine's city, the region.
Rubio tells reporters what the U.S. did tell Zelensky was what Russia wants.
Saying the U.S. rule is to figure out what both sides want.
