I'm Ben Thomas with an AP News Minute with more talks between the U.S. and Iran in the

Oil prices were little changed today, Brent Crude edging above $105 per barrel.
Still, with the straight-of-form moves effectively closed, Donna Warder reports.
Businesses have spent as much as $4 million to move boats through the Panama Canal,
passage through the waterway as usually a flat rate with reservations.
Companies without reservations can cross by paying an additional fee in an auction for
slots awarded to the highest bidder.
Canal Administrator Rico Arche Vazquez says the current average price is about $400,000
to $425,000.
He acknowledges one company paid an extra $4 million when its fuel vessel had to change
its destination, but he says that's not the norm in an extreme case.
He says the increased costs are a temporary toll.
