'BE SAFE' - Ex-FBI agent warns against operating drones near World Cup events

Former FBI special agent Nicole Parker is warning drone owners to keep their devices grounded near FIFA World Cup 2026™ events, emphasizing that stadiums and fan zones are strictly enforced "No Drone Zones". Appearing on News, Parker advised operators to "be safe" and avoid flying near matches, Fan Fests, or fan walks, as unauthorized drones pose severe public safety hazards—including the risk of falling into crowds, dropping dangerous materials, or interfering with broadcasting.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), collaborating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has deployed specialized counter-drone protection teams across host cities to immediately mitigate unauthorized aerial activity
