Chicago Blackhawks grabbed a tight 2-1 win over the Minnesota Wild last Thursday at the

Grand Casino Arena.

Spencer Knights did a tall with 28 saves, while Ilya McKayev and Connor Bedard scored the

goals for Chicago.

This victory snapped the Wild's impressive 19-game point streak against the Blackhawks,

which had been going strong since February 4th.

It marked Chicago's first win over Minnesota since November 10th, 2024, and their first

regulation road win against them since November 4th, 2017.

The Blackhawks improved to 26 wins, 30 losses, and 12 overtime losses, winning three of their

last five games.

Meanwhile, the Wild dropped to 39 wins, 19 losses, and 12 overtime losses, stumbling with

just one win in their past five.

Harper Wastet stopped 24 shots for Minnesota, but Nico Sturm's late second period goal was

all they could muster.
