Their mission is to help individuals, institutions, and governments to explore all possible options, evolved to the next level, and ultimately elevate their brand by 10 times. On the show today, we will also discuss her background and new book, Delete That.

Please work in the Money Making Conversations Masterclass, Sandra Daley. How you doing, Sandra? I am doing excellent today. Thank you for having me. I'm going to get that out of the way, because I hear a nice little accent there, Sandra. Where are you from originally? Oh, wow. Your good workshop is. I am from the Little Island in Antigua, named Antigua in the Caribbean. Oh, great. So how long have you been in the States? Will you born there? Or you lived here? Give me some history there. Oh, wow. I was born and raised in the Caribbean till I was about 15. You know, it's everybody's dream to come to America. I'm migrating and brought up on children. I'm educated in the US from high school all the way to college. Okay. And I've been here since 2015. Ms. Daley, life is full of challenges, and writing this book, Delete That. The personal challenges that you had to confront and order the right of book like Did Delete That. Will you able to overcome them? And how did you do those challenges?

As they were put forth to you throughout your whole life? You know, born and raised in the Caribbean, even though it was British rule, we didn't English wasn't my first language. So even when I was in school, and we were taught English on the playground at lunchtime, I was speaking what they call Pac-Fuah, broken English. English is not my favorite subject. And one of the things, one of the challenges, the people who know me and know me well, like my husband and their friends, you wrote a book because they know I have tools, have grammar issues, I have all manner of things over, put sentences, I always say things, but I didn't let it stop me. And when I heard in my spirit Delete That, and I deleted it, I heard God say I want you to write a book, Delete That, and I kind of like what? So the people who are watching me, I want you to know, you may hear me,

and I'm passionate because I'm living this, and I'm going through this, but I had to overcome my own fear of grammar and writing a book, and does anybody want to hear it? You have something that you're put here to do, and you're fearful, because it goes at the very weakness you're trying to hide in overcome that nobody. I said, get up and do it. Delete That, and delete that negativity. Hold your mind. Take your time, and nobody running and rushing you. Start today. Awesome. We still got that accent. You're rocking. You're rocking. Thank you. You know, I always like the stem is a big thing in the world, especially people of color, and you have a global IT company that's your ability. Tell me, how did you get into that particular stem area, and what, and the company that you're developing? Wow. My education, my background. You know, I always wanted to be a lawyer,

then I wanted to be a pilot, but when I got to school, I wanted to be all these things, but when I got into college, I was good with math and science, and I had a dear teacher on when my husband is from a military, Marine Corps. We were stationed in Buford, South Carolina, and I went to the technical college of the low country there, and I had a math teacher that saw my skills and said, you know, there's a new field for me in computer science. I think you'll be good in that, but start with electrical science first. So I started with electrical science, and then I migrated to computer science, and I've worked for various aerospace companies, found my niche, and never looked back, and ended up inside of security. And while I was working, I was moonlighting, helping other businesses with their item. That's how I landed over starting my own company. You know what I like throughout your Miss Daly, Common Sense?

Ooh, yes. You got a lot of it. I've got a lot of people out there that don't have the common sense to just understand, this is how you should do it, but a lot of people want to have that lottery mentality. They put too much weight in religion, which I'm saying. Everybody has to have faith, but you got to work, you got to have a plan, you got to have a budget. Why do people keep making these same mistakes, and how can we help them? It's just human nature, you know? Even in the womb, when it's time to come out, you know how we press forward. Right. Even though we are. But even the Bible tells us faith without works is dead. And the Bible speaks a lot about wisdom, having wisdom, not only wisdom, but getting understanding. I think a lot of us is walking, I think maybe too gullible or too greedy. Right. It's been eight to man. So we don't listen, we don't get the right information, and then when we get the information, we don't get right understanding. And then the last thing I would say is mentors.

You know, listening to people were gone before you, and learned from their mistakes, and a lot of us just believe too much in the water or the cool aid we done mixed files, and drink again. I'm pleased don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more money making conversations, masterclass. Now I need for you to do me a favor. Right now, you'll follow or subscribe to money making conversation. It's free. And you can find it on the iHeartRadio app, Spotify, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. Please do me that favor. Follow or subscribe, money making conversations. Welcome back to Money Making Conversation, Masterclass hosted by me, Rashad McDonald. Let's get back into it. Yeah, drinking too much cool aid can't be bad for your teeth and your diet. Cybersecurity. I am telling you right now, I get so many emails, I get so many texts. How can I protect myself? You and the world of cybersecurity.

Are you in the corporate world? Or can you talk to everyday listeners like me who just tied up people just bugging us? And how can we avoid scams? The first thing you want to do is understand the device that's in your hand. And I would say the device that you use your hands to, which is your phone. There are a lot of security features on the phone that you can actually go in and turn off. So it would help. That's your first line of defense. As said, a second line of defense is watch where you go. Meaning digitally, the sites you build, the things you download on your phone. There are a lot of apps you can actually put on your phone to help an extra barrier of security. And if you don't know, because many people really don't know too lazy to know or take the time, they are free apps and services out there that they can go get their name removed

from the internet or add that extra barrier of security. As a limited 20 dollars a month, you can download an app or get a service, a 90 service, service security to help protect. Even life lock is one service that you can use. But there are many more that need, I mean, we go on the internet for everything. I call it YouTube, what they call it, the University of YouTube. You can learn almost anything on YouTube to protect yourself. But we go on, you know, we go on the for recipes and gossip. But there's much more on it to help you and with the question you ask. Well, she is the queen of common sense. She's my guest Sandra Daly. She is the founder of Destiny, Destiny, executive enterprise D-Ink is the fastest growing global IT company in the USA. Their mission is to help individuals, institutional government governments to explore all possible options. Basically building a brand 10 times. And I was just going to lay you queen of common sense

because I love talking to people who just break it down to a point where everybody understands it. Your book delete that. Let me just give a quick summary to everybody. The books walks through complete inter reprogramming to identify errors of living on autopilot, which a lot of people do. They do it in relationships. They do it with their own personal structure. Their diets are not lack of diets that eat and have it. That can be autopilot. Repeating the same negative patterns. Speaking of reacting in ways that contradict the life you're trying to build. Listening to me people, am I talking to you? Because she's about to talk to you. Sabotaging your progress and shrinking beneath the weight of your path. Not working all relationship, regretting things you've done in the past. This is what we're talking about. Am I on the right page with you, Ms. David? You are so on the right page. The way you end it is where we start. We regret and then repeat. Let me tell you, there's a saying that if you don't learn from history,

we're doomed to repeat it. So the paths have its place. But we're here in the present and we have a future to go look forward to. So why not secure that? But learn from the past. And what I said, people regret, but they're repeat. And the point of the book, is to not only my journey, but to help people learn how to put everything in its place. A place for everything and everything in its place. The paths of its place, we're here now in the present. And it's never too late to turn the page, never. But people won't turn that page. They'll just stand there and they'll feel, they try to gain sympathy about mistakes they made, or fear of change. I think it's a lack of understanding. You know, most people really don't listen. I'm going to cousin that telling me, listen, Sandra,

people know when they're wrong. Stop telling people when they're wrong, people know when they're wrong. You have to show them how to come out and make a turn. And it got to allow you to turn at any time. But we ask people, we at Laid Z, my friend, we don't want to do the work. And the number one work is to look at yourself, stop blaming everyone and everybody else, and look at yourself of why you are repeating what you keep regretting. You preach it a day. And then, you know, here's the front of everybody. I don't want to get you to want to ask you. And accident, the more you get fired up, the more you back in the island, the more you get to you. Forget all that. I came over without 15. You there, Niagara. You got something to keep preaching. Because the comments said that you preach it. You make me feel comfortable. I want you to feel comfortable.

I put them all away. Let's get back on the book, delete that, because I want people to understand the value of this book. Can negative thinking really begin in the womb? Yes, it can. And let me tell you, this book is full of research. Because I just been, I'm a born again believer, but I just didn't want Bible, Bible verses. I want people to know that even in the world, they have recognized that negativity can start in the womb. And there are lots of research that says that what the baby here, what they listen to, one of the first organs, and we should say that's developed, is the brain. The power center of that baby. And there are lots of research that show that when positive or positivity, the baby comes out already knowing the mother's voice, knowing the father's voice, the baby could come out already having issues and starts in the womb. So when you want to delete a lot of things, there are things that we need to trace and track

on these negative patterns. And sometimes you have to go back to where you were cooked, where you were baked, the environment you were in before you breed your first breath into this universe. I think that's important. I know in high school, I was, did a report on, you know, drug addicted babies. You know, babies who came out because of the toxic drug used by the parents or the mom. And that impacted the child physically. And there's a known fact that people who are depressed can naturally live a shorter life, it impacts their heart. So naturally, me, if you're, if they're the carrier, and also the person who is impacting the carrier of the child, that lifestyle can create a much more somber, distant, franchise life for the child who's in the womb, when the child comes out, that child can react naturally to what it has been experiencing. That's what you're saying, correct? Yeah, and most, most people, this thing is so ingrained

in the soul that most people don't even know there's a genesis to their behavior. There is something that has happened. There are ways that things are passed on in the genes. Have you ever seen a son or daughter act like they did, and their daddy did? Right, right, right. What have they already passed down? So we have genes, things that passed on in your genes. Things that come known in your bloodline, right? You see that cycle in your auntie, in your, on your, your mom, and your dad. And when it's like mother like daughter, like father, like son, this thing is deep, it's not normal. But we chewed it like it's normal. Did things that we do as coping mechanism and don't realize that we are harming ourselves? And that's why this book delete that. It's not just delete that. No, delete that. It's not you have to do the research. You have to treat after take time and find out why do I behave

the way I do. Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more money making conversations, Masterclass. Welcome back to Money Making Conversations, Masterclass. Hosted by me, Roshan McDonald. Money making conversations, Masterclass continues online at moneymakingconversations.com. And follow Money Making Conversations, Masterclass, on Facebook, X, and Instagram. Because really, delete that, we're talking about you, but also the people you're hanging with. Sometimes you're coworkers, where you live. But let's start with you first before we start pointing out other people as the prop. That toxic mind loop that you can get into. Tell us about that that you discussed in your book, Delete That. I'm talking with Sandra Daley, the D-A-L-E-Y, Daley, you know, miscomensants. That's the Queen of Comensants on my show, Money Making Conversations, Masterclass. Let's talk about that toxic loop.

You're so wise. You know what they say, a bird or feather, blocked together, and they're protruded about it, and say, how can two walk and let them agree? It starts with you. You, there's an agreement first with you, and it's what is in your mind. How you think about yourself, how you think about the world, how you show up every day. But that is just the symptom of what's really underneath. What we really need to do to get rid of this toxic mind loop is to examine our thoughts. And I have something that I do. I call it the thought tracker. I did a quick little story. I was in my graduate program, and I had this one professor, and he was just picking on me, and I didn't know why. I did everything to ignore this man. I did that sit in the back, and I like a person. I like to sit in the front page, and I go in the back, not the way,

but he called it on me, and said to me, one day I was sitting in the back, and I was about sick of this man. And I said to myself, he's such an idiot. And I heard it in my spirit. What made you an idiot assessor? And I had to stop. I mean, what's up? I was no longer in the classroom. I had to look at Sandra. What it is that this man is doing that is landing on you, that is upset in you the way it is. That is causing you. And that started to think that man never disturbed. I don't think he could jump up and down in a clowns loop. He never disturbed my spirit after that day, because I removed the toxic mind loop of how I see things, how I see myself. It didn't matter if he was picking on me. I'm not going to put myself in a place to be affected by what he said. I have an education I need to get to. He's just a great keeper. After this month, I won't see him no more.

But it starts with me. Right. And I'm going to follow that up, because a lot of people will tell you, they'll stop you from pursuing your dreams, because they have their level of doubt. And it's important, as you speak, that people understand your value, your value is tremendous. And that's why you're on this show, because you're motivating people understand that success starts and ends with you. If you don't start the car, the car won't drive. And so it means you have to put the key in, okay? Turn it. Make sure you got gas in it. There's a lot of elements to driving that car. You got to make sure you got wheels on it. You got to make sure all that stuff you want. But life is like that. Life is more than just waking up. You know, you got to prepare for the day. If you walk out the door, shock, you know, where to write clothes, and that can start your whole day wrong. So I love that toxic mind loop. It's stopping a lot of people right now from going to work happy.

You know, going home, sitting there, car in the driveway, don't want to go in. Don't want to deal with the kids. Don't want to deal with their mates. Oh, don't want to go to church, because there were issues right there with religion or issues with the people sitting next to them in church. And that toxic, I really want to stay on that a little bit because so many people, I just try to get people to the next step, Sandra. And there are small business owners out there. There are entrepreneurs that people contact me all the time. I can't help them. I can't mentor them, because they're blocking themselves. Do you have any steps in your book? Do you have certain areas that you can go, look, if you get the book, you go here. Yes. Every chapter, and every sub-chapter, when I did cuss, what is happening, it may not be your chapter, maybe, um, two. You're maybe something that happened in the womb. Every chapter,

I have activities and prayers, and affirmation, and that you can do to first identify where you are. See, when you read the book, you're going to go, um, that's me. Give your short little story. There's the exception in the book that call, since the angry all, since the mad all the time. Yeah. I don't know. Sister mad all the time. Sister mad all the time. Great. Hey, man. Look at that. I'm just a sister. I don't know. I don't know. Look at me. You got me laughing now. That, in the next chapter, should be angry brother. Sister, just say it, Ms. Daily. Yes. So I don't call out any names. I just call our characters. And so I bought the book. She said she was led to go through the table of contents, whether she knew it or since the mad all the time. And she said, when she read it, she realized it was her.

And she would ask a question, why am I going to go through the time? My joy and my happiness is for short live. And she had activities. First, when you read the book, you identify yourself. You identify where you are. But I don't leave you there. I have activities of wisdom. Understand why you're the way or why you think the way you are. Why your friends and your friends are intertwining and you can't seem to get over their prayers, their practical ways of overcoming things. So when you delete things, you don't repeat things. Talk about the rewiring process because there's too many people out there preventing themselves from reaching their dreams or their goals. It's the mindset. And it doesn't come easy or cheap. You see what people don't realize on all of us? We don't come here alone. We're not here by ourselves. And all of our thoughts don't belong to us. And so, but they sound like us. How many people got talked to and they don't even know

it's going to say something to me. Or the devil said something to them. A spirit. And they don't even know the difference between their voice. We don't come here alone. So first, you must first identify that. It's a mindset. The same way it takes you to worry. You can then meditate and change your ways. But people lack understanding. So in the book, one of the things that I love about chapter about rewiring your future. Talks about the little steps you take every day. Just little things. Watch in the way you speak. The minute you say something and a shift. Now, Ashad, this I notice this happened to you. Even though you have a lifestyle and a mindset. Of positivity, I know it took time. But I knew there was a time in life when something negative happened. You got a early one one and by 10 o'clock something shift. You got bad news or something happened.

And tired. You have to switch yourself to say, Hey, even though this happened to me, this is not my life. Contrically, call my body. Most people get stuck there because the thoughts that don't belong to them, they accept it and run with it. And the minute you run with that thoughts, it now govern your behavior, it governs what you say, it govern what you speak and what you write. And those things reinforce that mindset. So what you got to do. You're going to have to start thinking about. Stop being lazy, emotionally lazy. You know, I respect everything you say. Because what happens is we don't wake up. I don't know when I walk out the door with the traffic is going to be like, I don't know when I turn on the light, where that light's going to come on. Some nights, days I have turned to light. Light didn't come on. It's a day I have. We're on that freeway and guess what? Traffic was ugly.

I didn't get into road rage. I didn't arrive to work mad at the person because I just had a bad experience. I guess I learned how to reset. I think that's an important word that people need to hold on to. Resetting your days, resetting your life, resetting your relationship. And what I also don't do, I'm a gold center. I set goals. And so even though a drive from home to my office, I have goals. My goal is to get there. Now, if my goal is halted by traffic or flat tire or the car, I got to call a trip and lay, that means I have to reset it. And I think that's another one problem that people have on the regular with its politics, with its relationships, with its your children, with its parenting. All these things are impacting people on a daily basis. And when I came across your book, delete that. And I didn't know the personality was tied to this book.

See, the interview and the book is like, I'm like, platinum right now. It's platinum. Thank you. You need to have an audio version of this book, because your energy and your passion is double, even though the book informs me and allows me to understand my mistakes, because we all make mistakes, correct? Yes. Yes. I'm living it. The number one thing that I see that happens all of us, every human being is fear. Whenever you get angry, Richard, think about this. Whenever we get angry, there are two ways to go. You can go up or you can go down. Most of us, when we're angry, when we go down, the first place we shit is fear. We're fearful of something and fear cripple people. That's why we don't stop long enough to say, wait, something just shift. Something just shift in my day. What is it I'm afraid of? What am I? And I'm going to tell you this.

I live it. I haven't found a study yet, but I know it. 99.9 of the things we fear don't even happen. But we spend so much time on it that we cripple us. That's where most people live. Even when you set goals, you're educated, you know the scriptures. There's something still deep down inside of us, just driving us and it's fear. Now imagine fear is here. We all get fearful. Even when angels shock to people in the Bible, they say fear not because. That was just human. When you go up from fear, the first thing he is love. Angels show up, they scare. Fear not that. Throw out that dog, just angel. I'm just angel. Just natural. Fear is a beauty. I love her. She's the one and only. She's the queen of common sense. She's a K.A. He's sad to daily, hope book, delete that. It's a must read for everybody.

CRM, accounting, inventory, e-commerce, HR, fully integrated, easy to use, and built to grow with your business. Thousands have already made the switch. Why not you? Try Odo for free at odo.com. That's odo.com. Granger knows if you're a procurement manager at an industrial manufacturing facility, you're balancing inventory and budget while sourcing critical supplies across the operation.

Too much inventory? Cost climb. Too little? Production slows. Granger's $2 billion in on-hand inventory helps you get what you need when you need it. So you can help keep budgets balanced in lines moving. Call 1-800-BRANJER. Click ranger.com or just stop by. Granger for the once who get it done.
