We have some very serious developments this morning.

Service members abroad have very low morale right now.

Food is being rationed on various carrier strike groups and other military aircraft carriers in the region.

Supplies are running low, and shipments have been suspended via UPS due to the war in Iran.

Right now, families of service members are increasingly concerned, because their sons and their daughters who the United States government sent overseas are being fed food that is expired, or food that doesn't even exist in terms of no vegetables, no fruit,

no fresh produce.

At the same time, hygiene products are running low in many areas, and it's a very serious situation.

No matter what families here in the United States try to do, send packages, provide aid, doesn't get to them.

And it's a very serious situation.

At the same time, overnight, House Republicans revolted against Speaker Mike Johnson over a visable national security bill.

I'm going to talk to you about that and what that means because I've done a lot of research into Pfizer when I was a law student and a lawyer.

Also, there's growing concern over Johnson's leadership concerning DHS funding and Senate Republicans are saying we are fed up all while we're new questions of Trump's mental acuity are being raised.

After the President last night, seemingly didn't even know what a corner store was and called his own door dash stunt embarrassing.

I want to begin by talking about what we're seeing in the Middle East because right now service members are being served food that is unappetizing food that is expired food that doesn't include any fresh produce.

Pictures from a mid April dinner on the USS Abraham Lincoln shared by a service member with this family was unappetizing a small boiled carrot dry meat patty and a gray slab of processed meat.

That's what these service members are getting here is the image I showed you before.

As you can see it's pretty much an empty tray it's pretty much an empty tray and that meat.

Well that meat isn't just unappetizing and arguably it's not edible that slab of gray meat should not be given to humans or animals honestly for that matter doesn't look edible.

But that's not the only on the Tripoli this is what some meals look like just a little bit of pulled meat and some tortillas.

It is so bad so bad that right now according to USA today family members are trying to fill boxes with items that they could hope that their service members sons and daughters would write out prolonged deployments in the Middle East on homemade budge jolly ranchers crossword books playing cards toothpaste girl scout cookies fresh socks.

But the male delivery to zip codes across the Middle East has now been indefinitely suspended and packages are hanging in limbo.

One person's daughter told him in sporadic messages when the Tripoli reached the pocket of internet service members were rationing their food supplies on the ship fresh produce did not exist the coffee machine had broken down hygiene products like deodorant shampoo conditioner toothpaste tampons.

Running extremely low it is bad supplies are quote going to get really low and the crew doesn't anticipate any port visits until the ship returns from its mission said one service member morale is going to be at an all time low.

This is how America service members are currently being treated overseas when they were sent into war by the United States government.

It comes overnight as Republicans rebuked speaker Mike Johnson over a vote on an extension to section 702 of the Pfizer bill.

So the house unanimously passed a 10 day extension but that's not what Trump and Johnson wanted they wanted a five year extension and Republicans voted against Johnson's interests and Trump's interests section 702 of Pfizer is essentially a national security provision.

The government calls it a national security provision that allows warrantless searches of American information so long as it is connected to a foreign nexus and what many Republicans who voted against the legislation and the Democrats who voted against legislation said if you're going to look at an Americans information even if it's connected to a foreign nexus you need a judicial warrant you need to get a warrant because Americans in the United States of America citizens and truly non citizens alike but in this case they're saying.

Citizens who are being subject to Pfizer should be subject to the fourth amendment and the fourth amendment would require a warrant in these cases and so Donald Trump is asking Congress to rapidly expand national security capabilities and extend them for a period of five years.

Republicans say hold up we're not really fully on board with that but they're also not on board with the fact that speaker Mike Johnson has not put a Senate pass bill to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security on the house floor and right now there is growing fears that DHS could soon run out of money to pay federal workers affected by the partial government shutdown remember we are in month two of the longest government shutdown in American history.

And right now DHS could very well run out of money and the White House could very well run out of money to pay workers again if they don't reopen it and the Senate is upset if you want to know what the president was focused on last night in the battle though he was focused on not knowing what a corner store was.

About four or five thousand dollars and they wanted to raise your taxes the great big beautiful bill also slash taxes on millions of American small businesses including restaurant strike liners corner stores what is a corner store i've never heard that term i know what a corner store is but i've never heard it described a corner store who the hell wrote that please.

With the hell wrote the corner store but that's not all he also railed against his own door dash done no one has ever uttered before god bless the IRS could you believe.

I've never heard i've never heard that before.

We have to patent that we have to do something earlier this week at the White House i've met a wonderful woman named Sharon Simmons a grandmother driving door dash to help support her husband's cancer treatments he's got serious cancer he's going to be okay i think.

Sharon delivered McDonald's to the Oval Office it was a little bit of a you know i mean to be honest a little tacky.

You know they come up with these crazy ideas like McDonald's although that was the biggest ever one Google they say number one ever in the the garbage truck and we do these things in politics they're little embarrassing.

They're a little tiny embarrassing but we do them and you win by landslides you know it's one of them so we got to keep doing no we got to knock on the Oval Office door this did not happen that's the first maybe in the history of the Oval Office and it was a very beautiful woman standing there with two big bags.

McDonald's hamburgers and I say it's really believable is it but the point of it was she made 11,000 dollars that she had no idea was coming and it was really great it turned out to be really great so.
