The Battle of Brisbane, it's the Broncos and the Dolphins, big brother, little brother.
Six times they've met since the Dolphins came into the cockpit 2023, the Bronx of one
of five of those half-dozen matchups. The records, they don't mean anything in rivalry
games. We all know that. For starters, let's look at the list of former Broncos now with
the Dolphins. Herbie Phanworth, Thompson, Phanworth and Flagler. A sarco, Nicarima and
Cobbo. And don't forget Max Plath and his old man, Johnny Plath. Johnny Plath didn't just
play for the Broncos, he won four premierships with him. Four, this great little man with
a big man's game. But don't expect the likes of Katani Stags to be politely giving away
the keys to the house any time soon.
Stags will run away and win the Battle of Brisbane for the Broncos.
Yes, the Battle of Brisbane, the Broncos and the Dolphins right after the Warriors in West
Tigers. And it just getting better and better. Friday night football, right here on Foxland.
It's been a bit going on, isn't it? This week in Brisbane break, the bomber has been
backline and how electric they can be. I think it sets up an awesome encounter between
the two sides. I think all their injuries from last year, they've all come back, they've
got a couple of games under their belt, a really hard working side. Brisbane will probably
be favourites, but this is probably the best chance the Dolphins have had in the couple
of years to get them.
All right, boys, the big news. This week was that Ben Tio, quit the club as assistant coach
underneath match McGuire. We spoke about it last night. How do you guys see it?
It was a shock, obviously, because Ben was a pivotal part of what they did last season
when they won the competition. It was a shock, both, but when you see the explanation for
what's happened and all the details that come out behind it, I can understand why Ben's
walked away. I think for him, he just needs to get out of there.
It's an unprecedented implosion from a premiership winning team. The only thing that I can compare
it to is when Des Hasler walked out on Manly, all those years ago to join Canberra after
winning the premiership, but that was just one guy. Since they've won the comp, pain
heart has gone, Ben Tio has gone, all the rumblings in and around the club, God, his name's
gone. There's been a lot that's happened, and we're up to round four. It is unprecedented.
Oh, big, come on. They've been peeped. Everyone's been pre-pro Tio and this and anti-match
I feel the vibe I'm getting with this decision. Now, I'm going to flip the script a bit here
because Mick Crawley actually wrote an article on foxboss.com.au. You should check it out
because it gives great insight into assistant coaches and he was assistant under Wayne Bennett,
Ricky Stewart, and a few other big coaches. He did point out a few things. As assistant
coaches these days, they do expect things to happen straight away. They're always
tromping at the bit to get to that first grade coach. If you look at the defence of the
Broncos, which I had a look at the stats, 18 tries conceded the last five games, five
tries against Hull, and then the rest of those tries 13 in the first three rounds. They
had the argument last week heading into the Melbourne game. Obviously, Maj wasn't happy
with their defence and I don't know what's gone down there, but obviously Ben Tio hasn't
taken it well. But did you just jump off the ship or do you stay in for the long haul?
Do you get down in the trenches when shit hits the fan? There's two sides to this. When
I read that article and I thought about that, then I looked at their stats. I looked at
their last year, their seventh in defence Brisbane. Still one in the comp, which is nearly
unheard of. Obviously, weren't perfect in defence last year. There's issues there. Everyone's
sort of hammering magic and pro Tio, but isn't there an argument that maybe he wasn't
doing the best job and maybe he should have got in the trenches and saw it out?
Ben, look, you said, look, assistant coach's got to be patient, right? Ben is an ambitious
guy. He wants to be a head coach one day. There's no doubt about that. This has got nothing
to do with pursuing a head coaching role. It's got nothing to do with, well, so it's got
everything to do with a bit, a slow buildup, the tango from last season, carried through
the off season, and it got to a point where he didn't feel like he could beat that 40
club anymore. Did you hear the stats on this game? I heard the
statuers game. You don't think they had something to do with it?
Bill is slightly one in with the coins in team. Josh Hande won, Josh Hande won't even
the gold case. He's obviously got some ability, right? And I would argue that the first
couple of weeks, you can argue about whether there's no argument they'll pour defensively,
but I think that was an attitude thing. And that falls on the head coach as much as does
any other coach in that 40 organisation. You can't tell me those blokes, the way they
played in the first two rounds, the way they defended against Hulk Heya, but that was
a technical thing. For me, that was all about attitude.
I mean, it's been a defensive coach. You can't just blame on attitude. You can blame
him, I don't really. Well, they defended pretty well last year, you said there were
seven three, which is unusual to win a competition with defending seven players. No, I know
he's got to be top four. Top four, but that was exactly what you do.
You don't know the statuers, you don't know the statuers.
But I don't think I think that's really out of it. I mean, that's really out of
fair and ben too, I've been hit. Because you don't need to get out of fair and
match too. Now one sign that's not fair and now that coach comes up with all the
players, and I'm happy to be proof of that. But he got rid of the players before the
and they won.
Well, is that true?
So he was a big preferred?
I did hear that.
I did hear that.
I would say this plate.
Imagine wanting to hang around.
It couldn't have been doing too bad a job.
Imagine wanting to hang around.
Yeah.
This was Ben's decision.
This was a match forcing out the door,
calling for his head.
Ben made this decision, right?
And he made it purely because I don't think he felt like
that environment was conducive to him
and his coach in future.
He didn't want to be there anymore.
It doesn't matter.
That's how I like a resilience at all.
Well, that's unfair.
That's what I'm asking the question.
That's all fair.
Well, I think there's been a lot of unfair
the other way too, though.
So I'm trying to balance this out.
I don't think it's all one way traffic.
I don't know if it's a resilience thing.
But if you're not in line with the head coach,
then you have to go.
Right?
You don't have to agree with everything the head coach does
and you should challenge him privately.
Don't you think over the years there's a lot of assistance
that wouldn't have agreed with the head coach
that haven't walked out?
No doubt.
But if you've got to a point where your differences
are so philosophically apart,
then you can't coach there.
That it's untenable.
That it's untenable.
I don't even know what I mean.
Again, it doesn't happen hardly ever.
It's very rare to see this thing coach.
So there are all the system coaches sit there quiet,
wait for them to fall on their sword,
and then go for their job and say,
well, I had a different idea.
So maybe this is honorable from Benzama.
We know.
That's a vehicle.
It can go both ways.
This wasn't a philosophical difference.
That isn't because of a philosophical difference
about defense or the way they should play.
This is about my understanding.
It's about how he has treated.
How he's spoken to.
How he's respected within your organization.
Well, that's what I understand, bro.
I haven't heard that.
So I don't think this has anything to do with a philosophical view
of it's not about origin and not being out of the coach origin.
That's been talked about at nauseam.
This is not because he wasn't allowed to coach origins.
There's nothing to do with that.
There's nothing to do with it's a very minute part of it.
It's about that he didn't feel like that environment.
There's a right thing to be in to grow as a coach.
And it got to a point,
this tells you how untenable it was,
that he walked away.
I mean, that tells you how bad the situation was, bro.
That's what I meant.
It's very unusual.
That's why I'm asking questions for both sides here.
I mean, just trying to see,
because I haven't spoken to Ben.
I haven't got the exact information as to what he left.
You've just told us a few reasons.
Broncos, Captain Adam Reynolds,
addressed T.O. as exit this afternoon on Triple M.
Yeah, I'm still a bit at shock.
I don't know exactly what went on,
but wonderful coach.
A lot of the success we had last season is due to Ben T.O.
We don't know exactly what goes on or what went on.
No doubt discussions can become heated at times,
but I don't see that as anything out of the ordinary.
Yeah, obviously now it's a huge loss.
He's a big part of our squad.
He's a big part of our team.
You know, a big reason why our defence is the way it is.
Yeah, still a bit in shock.
You know, it's a great coach,
and no doubt we'll be a great coach in the future.
Now for the interesting part,
and probably the most important here is how the players react,
how they're feeling.
Do they just carry on and how do they perform this week
with the news of their assistant,
which apparently they have a great relationship with moving on?
You think that that's what I mentioned at last night in passing.
Alan Langer is the best guy to bring a group together.
That's why in Origin, he is so good with guys.
You know, just bring an address room together.
I don't know, they're professional, right?
There's players leave, Penn's painstown.
You know, said that he's going to say,
she got Ben Hunt, probably painies last year.
Adam Reynolds, you're paid to play footy.
I reckon within those four walls,
I reckon they've got to address it, right?
But then they move on as one.
The interesting thing is going to be,
is that the rhetoric out of Brisbane for the past six or months
or a bit longer, the banter was probably the buffered between,
imagine, and the players,
a little bit in terms of the messaging and softening sometimes,
the messaging that was being delivered.
So whether or not that has an impact on the side,
it is going to be interesting.
Football is a resident, right?
I mean, all sorts of drama happens in 40 clubs
and 40 players find a way to get through it.
And sometimes this sort of stuff galvanised the playing group.
Have we heard where Ben Teo may land
after leaving the Broncos?
Does he have anywhere to go?
Is there any possible opportunities for him elsewhere?
He could go to the Queensland.
He could join the Queensland coaching staff here.
If he really wanted to.
What about the rumours of Sia Sydney?
His relationship with Wayne,
Paine Haas, going there,
is that a possible learning spot?
I wouldn't rule it out.
I hear once we went there a few years ago.
And I think Ben had been happy to move back to Sydney.
I wouldn't rule it out.
They've got a great relationship. He talks to Wayne.
And as I said, they've got a great relationship.
So I wouldn't put a line through that.
I don't think that that is to happen and won't happen this year.
Because they're stars pretty settled right.
But if there's changes next year.
You wouldn't be surprised.
Would you not stop next to him?
He'd been Teo, was it Sia?
But again, we're in a moment in time right now,
where there's a lot of coaching movement.
There's going to be at the end of this season.
You've got PNG, Pertham, Phil, they're the coaching staff.
Cowboys, mainly all sorts of rumours around these footy clubs.
Jobs will open up.
He will get a job because he's highly regarded.
Maybe he checks the gun back to Red Cliff.
He's got a young family.
That's probably settled in Brisbane as well.
Alright, Paine Haas, we're all out for this week's game.
Big loss for Brisbane.
Always is.
Any update on the injury.
You two are looking at each other.
Which one are you two?
Look, I'm having an answer.
Well, I imagine this is the one we think
I don't know for sure, but knowing Paine now toughies
doesn't miss a lot of footy.
Very rare that he does.
And it's got to be pretty significant for him not to play,
but I imagine he'll be back next week.
You know, at least I'm actually probably would've played, right?
What would you think?
No, because he played with the injury.
What are you getting up, right?
I'm just asking.
What are you saying?
You guys are all on eggshells.
You're not getting much better, right?
Well, he did play through Paine last year.
I think Gordy was at pains to suggest that he should have...
So they had a couple of games.
They had a break during the origin.
So maybe this is their way of nursing him through the year this year.
Breaking news from Dave Rikio has just come through sharks
have re-signed Craig Fitzgibbon until 20, 29,
and fitty.
Congratulations, what a champion he is.
I'm doing a great job with the sharks and being rewarded
with an extension.
Hey, that's standing coach.
Brilliant coach, Craig Fitzgibbon.
You know, it's done an amazing job.
It's just set up with Crannuller on, you know,
he's got a club that doesn't have great facilities,
but you know, he can pitch for the big boys weekend week out.
That's well deserved.
I think it was always going to happen.
There's a lot of rumors about him and the roosters floating around.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think this...
They jumped early.
This puts it to bed.
Well, this puts it to bed now, 20, 29.
The roosters lost on the weekend.
They've locked 50 in.
That's a really interesting time for Crannuller,
given the players that they've got off contract now headed into next season.
He's given this group every opportunity to prove that they were...
Premiership went inside.
I don't think they are.
I don't think they can win the comp with their current group of players.
That's the mean dollar question.
And every shark's fan, every rugby league supporter
would be probably thinking the same thing.
How do they get to that next level?
They need to...
I think they need to read you.
I don't think they can win a competition with their 167.
I think Braille Braille is a lit.
I think Adam Finnell blakes off the pace to start the season
compared to the lofty standards, which he set throughout his career.
And I don't think the Nico Heinz,
the national combination is working.
I think Braille and Trindal is a dominant playmaker.
And this year, he's been more of a threat than Nico.
I don't know where Nico's running game has gone,
but it's been non-existent to start the season.
It's just like in the X-Factor break.
And that's what most sides have.
You know when they go, they'll get in a groan.
They fight over a bone, but when someone can come and do something out of nothing,
they're probably like in that.
Yeah, or I think they've got the X-Factor.
It's the X-Factor under the bright lights.
The moment's under pressure.
Who's the X-Factor break?
Who do you consider X-Factor in that squad?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I see Braille as X-Factor.
Braille and Nico on those guys, even Nico,
they have X-Factor.
You see it in week to week games.
Like from Nico.
The last couple of weeks have been bad, right?
It's been a while.
But normally you see it throughout the season,
and you go, these guys, you know what?
They almost suck you in.
They maybe they can do it this year, right?
But then they fail when it matters.
Now, after week one, I was gone.
They can win the ball this year.
Braille and Trinder will carry amazing performance in week one.
Then they go up against the Panthers.
That's what you got to be.
That's right.
They defended really well,
and they consider two tries in the last five minutes
of that first half to lose the game.
And then this game, that was an embarrassing performance.
I don't want to talk about a school week,
but we had lunch with bits in the sharks in the preseason.
And we ended up talking about the arch.
It was a pre.
Well, of course.
Of course.
I just did my foot.
I just did my foot.
I was just one year.
But we still got lots of time.
You know, at the end of lunch,
we were talking to Fitz here about their team, right?
And I wasn't told.
He was very good, though.
We were talking about their team.
And Fitz was saying, he sort of feels
like they don't get the respect they deserve.
And I said, well, Fitz,
this is the problem you said to yourself.
You've said such a high bar now,
they're making the top four.
That's just a pass marker.
Well, they need to win.
They need to win grand finals,
being grand finals.
That's the bar you're set with that football team.
And, you know, they don't get there.
That performance on the weekend, as well,
off the top four side.
If anyone can get them there,
it's Craig Fitzgibbon.
So Fitz, you can congratulations on
the extension board on main Anthony Seabold has shrugged off
the noise around his future at the clubs
or seagulls prepare to take on their former club captain,
Gulley Cherry Evans.
Well, it's really early days.
I've been in this situation before.
I've never lost two games to start the year.
And the coaching group and the playing group
and the playing group.
We haven't lost many conference in what we were doing
and where we want to go.
And we'll get better the longer season goes on.
Regardless of the cell,
yeah, like two games into a two-year extension.
The other club showed a lot of faith in me.
I felt I'm a real loyalty to stick around for the players
and it certainly dies.
As I said, we'll get better.
And we're welcome, Chess,
into the dressing room after the game.
But tomorrow night, he sees an opponent.
Now, he's at the fence of the leader, Jake.
Now, there's been a little bit of talk around stats,
but what people can't measure.
What he brings to the group, feel like he's made a sound star
regardless of off the noise around it.
Anthony Seabull there.
The coach of the Manly Seagulls is reinterrating
that he is only two games into two more years
that he has after re-signing at the back end of last year.
That's interesting that he brought that up.
Well, I said it the other night, brother.
It's insane that we're talking about a play after two games
with the record he's got.
We brought up those percentages.
I mean, he didn't even know that was his record.
49%.
Pretty good.
I think it was 50, wasn't it?
The screen.
He made the finals a couple of years ago.
I mean, his record's better than a lot of coaches
in his competition in the past three years.
Yet, we're talking about his future after two games.
I think it's for me, it's madness.
Yeah, I'm with Reedy.
There's no doubt he's under the pump and under pressure.
If they start 0 and 3 with three home games at Brookie,
you can almost kiss the finals goodbye
because of the amount of work they're going to have to do
at the back end of the year.
The amount of travel they're going to have to do as well.
So it's a huge game against the Roosters.
But for more on, he shouldn't be under pressure,
but he's definitely under scrutiny.
Yeah.
Did they jump the gamble re-sign in last year?
Well, if we're talking about him leaving, then probably.
If he doesn't make it through the first of two years,
then no doubt.
But I was comfortable with him getting a 12-month extension
because of what Reedy said, right, like where they were out
and how the side had performed over the last couple of seasons.
But two years, like...
I feel like clubs do this.
Well, they want stability, right?
They think it gives stability.
It does an illusion, right?
It costs the money in the end.
Yes, it does.
Or the power clause, right?
But it does.
It does cost the money.
But clubs think it's a bit like...
We spoke about it Monday night.
It's a bit like Flano and St George, right?
They gave me an extension because they think it gives the perception
of stability.
But when you lose, it doesn't matter how long it's left on the contract.
There's no stability.
And if you're losing when you sign the upgrade,
that confuses me in the extension.
Trent Robertson is hoping Dallie Cherry Evans remembers
the go in the Visitors' sheds tomorrow night,
and as he returns the brook route.
Turn right, not left.
No, I mean, he's a professional.
He's been pretty clear going back to the ground
where he's played probably 150 odd games.
We want to see that as a benefit.
I never like to ask, Rodio, tell me all the secrets.
I don't think that's right.
Any cues that you can give about ground,
an opposition player that you're facing,
then he can offer that.
But you definitely don't ask for the playbook.
That's not the right thing to do.
It's really good to have Lauren here.
You know, head coach of the French team
and we had the French president out.
And we want to improve the French game.
France is an outlier that's been a really important outpost
since 1934 in the game.
And Lauren and Dominique
and that are flying the flag for it.
Oh, Robert, talking about France.
Robby Leigh there.
What?
You said that you'd heard rumors that he may want to go back there.
At the end of his career.
At the end of his career.
He's passionate.
I went over there with the kangaroo.
He was there with me.
Yeah, and then we trained against the French.
And he was there, and obviously he speaks French,
but he's got a lot of passion for the French.
He's pushed over these wives, French.
And he's going to get a French.
He's going to get a French.
Yeah, French school.
I don't want to miss quite him.
But he said it's not the right thing to do to ask for the playbook.
I think it is the right thing to do.
It's the first thing I'd be doing.
No, no, no.
You don't ask for it.
You don't ask for it.
But you just wait for it to get handed to you from day.
What do you see?
If you've got Daly's intelligence on Manly,
why would you not use every piece of that?
Robo leaves no stone unturned, so it'd be shocked.
If you didn't ask DCU about a few of their plays,
or what do we expect when they play against them now?
The rooster's house is ready.
You wrote a story on them the other day.
You think they're under pressure already here?
Well, they're not playing well, bro.
I mean, they obviously play well in week two.
But weeks one and three, they were pretty poor.
They had one trusses between them so far this season.
And they're battling them.
And obviously, they'll board.
There was a documentary.
DC was brought in part to bring out the best of Sam Walker.
And we haven't seen it yet, sadly.
I think Sam, I love Sam.
I mean, I love watching him play.
I love the way he plays the game.
But he struggled a little bit through the opening three rounds.
And it's just not yelling.
Well, how did he change?
Do you give Sam number seven?
It's say, it's your team.
DCU, love you.
You've got to take the passengers seat.
Well, I thought that was whatever one perceived would happen.
But I think in week two, DCE looked as if he was running the ship.
So, and it worked.
So, I don't know.
They just got to find a way to find a way that works for you.
And it's more compatible.
I'm less concerned about their attack and more concerned about the defence.
Because you always anticipated the attack was going to take some time.
Given the massive changes there.
And the fact that Reese Robson is only played one game with the new halves as well.
So that was going to take some time.
But it's the defensive lapses.
The amount of points they're leaking and some of the softness in the middle of the field.
That's the concern for me.
They do have a vulnerability there in defence.
And they've got two targets with DCE.
NCM Walker.
And when they're not controlling the ball and they have a limited amount of it,
they're defending more often than what they usually would.
And then they're under pressure and they're falling for you out to that.
Now, on Sunday night, Matty John's DCE will be on that to make sure to tune into that.
Now, Robert Oceo, Blake Sully has confirmed the club's moved to Aliens.
While Rooster's cage Trent Robinson will, he's welcomed it.
I think the first discussion we had with the government
and the Honourable about moving games to Aliens was in August 2020.
So it's about a five and a half years.
It's a great result for the taxpayers of New South Wales, the Robert Oce and venues.
We're bringing games back into Sydney that have been played out of New South Wales.
And we get more games at Aliens Stadium,
which is what we've been pushing for right from the start.
I don't know if we had to convince the Roosters.
I suspect if it was up to them, we wouldn't be there.
Like, that's obviously, that's been going on for a while.
It's a political decision there about playing the games
and stadiums that you've played at and used and for the good of the people
and we'll keep playing here, like we always have for 118 years now, I think.
Oh, we mentioned 118 years.
It's a revenues to have four home games at Aliens in 2027
and five for each year after that.
This is a big win from the Bunnies.
They were very passionate about it and me, myself,
being a Bunnies supporter growing up,
would love going to the Aliens and the cricket ground and watch the Bunnies play.
So I'm sure their fans are over the moon with this one.
I think it's fantastic. The best stadiums.
I just put it in the fan basket.
Our fans deserve to go to the best stadiums to watch foodie.
And that's probably one of the best stadiums in this country.
What was the hold up here?
Why did it take so long for this?
Because I know the roosters and Ennick were just adamant they didn't want them there.
So he'd be filthy, let's be honest.
What was the hold up and how did we get to here?
Well, they did have a contract in place at the core.
Break, a long standing contract.
So they got out of that contract, haven't they?
Well, not all of it.
There's obviously placed some games still at a core stadium,
but that contract's been diluted.
It's been diluted.
You know what, I hope they're first home game.
I just want to see them cover up the roosters logo outside the ground.
Do they probably will just see the roosters reaction?
Oh, that's the cause of war.
Put visiting team on it.
Put visiting team when they play the roosters.
That was an overreaction.
Yeah, that was a bit of fun.
I love it.
Like, it is the genuine rivalry in the game where the admin staff hate each other.
The players hate each other, the fans hate each other.
Except for that one roosters fan who ran on.
Oh, yeah.
That was a bull on three.
Yeah, so let's bring it on.
I love it.
All right.
What about the battle of the West?
The Panthers taking on the eels.
The Panthers' premiership.
Favourite eels are coming off two wins from three to start the year,
which is good for them.
And I mean, they're going to be hard to beat the Panthers.
It is exclusively live.
Right?
He said that a 5.30 Pan cannot wait for this.
It's going to be a hard one for Para, as well as they're going.
These guys are the real deal.
Yeah, obviously.
Panthers, they're the best on the competition quite far at the moment,
but in saying that, it is a battle of the West,
and they bring the best out of Paramata.
Paramata, we're good on the weekend without being great.
They're going to have to pick up their act,
but I think Panthers are being the best out of them.
But you have to lean towards Panrith on hand with their play.
Have we seen Panrith?
I know they won four consecutive comps this far ahead of the rest of the pack,
because look at the three sides they beat.
Brisbane, Cranella, and the Roosters.
And in the preseason, a lot of people would have had them in the top four,
and they've blown them off the park.
They haven't even been close to beaten.
I don't think I've seen anything like it
that's comprehensive as they've been there.
They're so far ahead of the competition, it's scary to think.
It is scary, because normally at this time of the year,
if you're talking up a team, everyone will go,
well, it's just around three.
We're going around four, what are you talking about?
But honestly, they are clear favourites already.
They look so good.
And even when they get injuries, Panrith,
they're such a good system, and they've got good depth.
So they kind of cover it, even if they do have a couple of injuries
throughout a year.
They've got tungle, not even playing.
You know, like it's speedy.
Only Martins, only Martins.
Only Martins, only Martins.
Only Martins, only Martins.
Only Martins, only Martins.
Tommy Jenkins looks like an origin player.
The way he's playing.
I mean, that's the great Melbourne team.
You could plug bikes in those teams,
and suddenly they become superstars.
And Panrith would develop that quality.
You can plug a bike in there like Milky Jenkins.
It looks like a superstar, right?
So that's the mark of great coaching and a great team.
What's with this pair?
There's six against strategy that they've come up with.
Yeah, it's not new.
I think for the last couple of years,
I've been in Panrith, they're giving away the most six against.
But speaking to a rival coach today,
and I was asking, what's the benefit of giving out a six again
so early in the tackle count?
And they said it's twofold.
If you give away the set restart,
it doesn't matter because you're defensive line set
and you're next tackle.
You're going to have line speed,
and you're going to be able to get up in defensive line.
If you don't give away a set restart,
well, then you win that play the ball,
and you're line set.
So it's a win-win situation that
rival clubs have noticed that Panrith probably do it more often
and better than the rest of the company.
And they said they'd give one away early in the set.
Yeah.
The referee's not as prepared to give it again,
late in the set.
That's what?
There's a theory at there, right?
They've been the masters of the Dark Arts for Walnut.
What are you sorry to say?
I'm just saying that they've been the rules.
The great teams do, right?
Melbourne, as I said, did a few...
You know, we talked about the great Melbourne size.
That was a pretty off-use now.
You see, Starvin's going to be off-use as well.
Well, funer doesn't have to worry.
I said the great solids.
How are you joking?
I was joking.
I was joking.
I was joking.
I was joking.
I love you.
I love you.
What's your joke?
What do you want?
You already did it, but then you've just gone.
I was the right person.
He's a great coach.
I just said not the right side.
That's all.
That was a different.
You're ready.
The cameras are all...
You have to say that.
I've got a lot of that.
No.
I mean, you and I do that, right?
The inner rule has worn against the EU's obstruction tactic
that we've seen in the papers,
and everyone's been talking about,
I'll read through it now,
if the opinion of match officials,
one or more players take up positions
with the intent to interfere
with an opponent's ability to compete
for the ball, such action,
would be deemed an obstruction.
Yeah, so we're on the way here.
We're on the way here.
We're on the way here.
We're on the way here.
We're on the way here.
We're on the way.
We're on the way.
We're on the way.
We're on the way.
We're on the way here,
we're on the way.
We're on the way here.
We have to do that.
We've to do it right away.
We know that's not as obvious as Paradmasters,
as we can see, when the bomb goes up,
they circle, they pretend to get themselves
in catching positions, hold their hands up,
and so that's going to be illegal now.
So, regardless if you're getting yourself in a position,
I guess, to try and catch the ball
and you...
Oh!
And you're no chance of getting it.
That's going to be a penalty from now on.
What do they do?
You like to see it?
I'm trying to talk about the dark arts.
That's a good one.
The dark arts you can do.
You can get away with it.
Yeah, that's a little obvious to that.
All right.
Thank you, Meet.
Thank you, Rudy.
I love the finish to that segment there.
Another low blow.
Another low blow.
You lower.
