C&SI - Reflecting on our need for "downtime" with Noirin Lynch - 12 June 2022 (S02E30b)

As we head into the summer months, it seemed appropriate to reflect on how all of us need to find some space and time in the maelstrom of life to take "down time". We asked Noirin Lynch from the FCJ House of Spirituality in Spanish Point to join us on this weeks podcast to reflect on our need to take some time out and to allow ourselves to rest and looking at taking time out in the context of our faith responsibility.

As well, Noirin lets us know the type of time out spaces which were available in the new project which is the FCJ House of Spirituality since last Sept and giving people an idea of what happened and opportunities for the Autumn again
