Hey there, and welcome to these chakra affirmations, which are designed to align, rebalance, and heal

your energy. Moving upward through each of the seven chakras or energy centers of your body,

clearing out what no longer serves you and restoring harmony throughout your body and mind.

And there's nothing special you need to do. You can just listen along if you'd like or repeat

these affirmations out loud or in your mind. For the deepest experience, find a comfortable position,

close your eyes, and settle into a meditative state. Now let's take one deep breath before we begin.

So inhale, filling all the way up. And then exhale, release. Just let the air fall back out.

Perfect. Now we'll turn to our affirmations. And if you'd like, you can just rest your attention

on that part of your body as we go through the affirmations for each chakra,

starting in the root chakra at the base of the spine.

I am safe in my body.

I am grounded and supported.

I trust life to meet my needs.

Now moving up to the lower abdomen and the sacral chakra.

Clarity is my natural state.

And finally, moving to the crown chakra at the top of the head.
