Jayden Daniels was left outside ESPN’s ranking of the NFL’s top 10 quarterbacks entering the 2026 season. Did the league’s executives, coaches and scouts get it wrong?

Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Matthew Stafford, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson led ESPN’s list, while Caleb Williams claimed the final top-10 spot. Daniels was reportedly among four quarterbacks who finished very close in the voting for No. 10, along with Sam Darnold and Jordan Love.
