Specifically, mobile supreme plus premium gasoline. Let's start with the fact that mobile supreme plus premium is amazing. It keeps engines three times cleaner, so engines perform better for better gas mileage. Just ask Motorsports legend Shirley Cha Cha Mall Downey. She raced top fuel dragsters in the 70s. So she knows a thing or two about gasoline. She also knows a thing or two about the 70s. So if there are any questions about leisure suits, vinyl or fondue, fire away.
One might wonder why they call her Cha Cha. Like is it a family name or a marketing ploy? Or maybe she thought it sounded cool. It's very curious. Getting back to fuel, Shirley and the team highly recommend mobile supreme plus premium gas. Because it keeps engines three times cleaner for better performance and gas mileage. By the way, Cha Cha Mall Downey, she drove a pink car. Mobile. Legendary. And you're compared to mobile regular gas and poor fuel injected engines. Actual results may very visit mobilefields.com for details. Any baby yet? Any baby yet? Any baby? In the last like 45 minutes that we've been recording this episode, no, no baby yet. Have you practiced your coaching? We have practiced, you know, like, do you remember the Jason method? The Jason method? You got to lift them up. Lift them up. That's what him and Carly said is like the Jason birthing help method is to like lift up. Welcome back to another. Preseason episode of new heights. We are still counting down the top 92 moments of new heights ever. This is the last version.
This is the last episode of it. We got it. We're here at the end. You made it. The final installment is the final 13. I, of course, I'm Brandon. It's still very weird to say my own name out loud. That's Jake. Jake hello. Hello. How you doing, Brandon? We'll get to count down these top 13 clips starting with number 13. This is from season one. This is Jason Kelsey reviewing Twilight. This Travis was getting out of the house. I was stuck in the house. I don't know if you know this Travis, but Canada has been a blaze. And unfortunate man. So I had to figure out something to do all day. Um, Travis, do you like to take a guess what I did all day? I'm going to take a guess that you. I don't know what you do. I watched the Twilight series. Absolutely terrible. It starts out like all these teenage left stories do, you know, high school girl falls in love with 109 year old vampire who still looks like an 18 year old and nobody asks questions about that. So that guy's name is Edward and the woman's name is Bella.
Are you team Edward or team Jacob? I'm team. This movie shouldn't exist. So she falls in love with Edward. Dude, come on. Who's a vampire? We don't need to go over your recap and your summary on it. We have other vampires that have been around for a long time named the Collins and she has a thing for him and that goes back and forth. You should have just went outside and breathed in all that smoke. And then the second movie happens. You find out that there's werewolves in this movie out of nowhere. So in the second movie, Bella really still loves Edward, but she starts leading this guy Jacob on like he's got some chance and he has a fucking stand a chance flash forward to the final movie. And Bella gets pregnant. Bella gets pregnant. Just call me when you're ready. Oh, so I forgot to make these vampires also have powers. So outside of being your typical vampires, each one has like a special power. So then they let Bella and the half man half vampire baby live.
And that's Twilight. This is an absolutely unplanned moment in the show. Yeah, this was really off season of season one. And Jason, I believe have been stuck in the house due to weather or something going on in Philadelphia. And he called me and said, what are we talking on the show this week? And I kind of talked to some stuff and he goes, well, I watched all of the Twilight movies should we talk about that? And I said, you know what? Said I watched them all of them. And why he's like, what's stuck in the house? And I'd never seen him. So I watched all the Twilight's. It was like Jason, the only thing we're going to do this week is give your take on all of the Twilight movies. So please, by all means, and then we started talking about like, yeah, it's kind of weird that Edwards like hundreds of year old still hanging out in high school. And I was like, well, it's like, yeah, it is. Wait, hold on. This one. Weird removal than we thought. Um, no, fantastic. Fantastic. I will say incredible clip, incredible review by Jason. This is what spawned New Heights film club. This start the spawn film club. We knew he had a viewers heart.
All of this is made so much better by Travis taking off the headphones and just checking in period. Incredible bit. Yeah. Incredible bit. Jason, go into as much details as possible. Travis says, stop. Do not listen to him. Keep going. Keep talking. Keep going. Breaking Don. What do you got? We're seeing about the weird baby doll. What do you think about that? Renezme. What's your thoughts? Fantastic. I think it was like eight minutes long or something like that. I think when we were recording, he talked about it for like 25 minutes. Well, I think it felt like it. I don't know if it was much longer. Yeah, it felt like an hour and a half. Yeah. It was insane. All right, moving on to number 12. This is a little bit of a sentimental moment, but an important one. This is Travis talking about Jason after Jason's retirement. We did not talk about much of your retirement. I wanted to make sure that you didn't feel any pressure from me to keep going knowing I wanted you to keep going.
I wanted you to keep playing. Why didn't you tell me this? I would have changed my mind. No, no, no. You've always been a step ahead of me in this game. Yeah, but it's in this game alone. You've always been a step ahead of me. It's always been like I've had that flotation device right there. To have you out of it, it feels empty and it definitely feels like it's a complete. It was a success. I hear you. Yeah. It was a fun and it's journey to watch. Like I said yesterday, man, I just appreciate you showing me the way and bringing us all
along the journey with you. We showed each other the way. I think it's, I appreciate it. Listen, I'm out of play and but I'm still going to be, you know, I'm still going to play games, like I said. I've been, you know, you've been playing for a long time on your own and I look forward to being able to appreciate and watch your games more and take in the bigger picture of football and everything that it has to offer. Yeah. I'm still remaining local in Philadelphia. Like, I'll never not be there, but definitely looking forward to, I don't know, it's a different chapter. In some ways, I'll be able to experience more things and do things that I've never done before, which is exciting. Well, it was just, it was cool being, being the tag team. I've been basketball footballing, but it's pretty cool, shit. He hadn't talked to you about it. I let you kind of do your own thing and I, I could have been more proud listening to
you yesterday and it's just, it's been, it's been a lot of, a lot of emotions, a lot of sad emotions, a lot of exciting emotions. I mean, you got the, you got the fucking world in your palm right now too and you got three little ones that I know you're, you're dying to watch, grow up and it's just a lot of, a lot of a lot of future, exciting, exciting future things that we have to look forward to. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. So back to the speech. Can I see that? Can I see the clean, nice real quick so I can just open the screen here. I'm sorry. I would be crying more, but I wasted all of my tears. But you know, I got plenty of those. I'll probably break down here at some point. You hit the intensity of the Philly fans, man. It was awesome. You, you hit it spot on. You've been spot on with it your entire career. And here in Bernstein, Jason, your guy, I tell you that Philly is an awesome city.
You're going to love it. You embodied that place before you even knew you embodied it and your toughness, your desire for excellence, your drive to be the best and not settle for anything other than that. The way you talked about the Philly fan base was so spot on and it just, man, it honestly being here in Philly. For the past 13 years, I feel like I've become a part of this sports town. So random. I was a huge flyers fan growing up because of Eric Lindross and John LeClair. And for you to come in here and become idols like that for kids has been pretty damn cool. Did you always want to make the announcement alongside the, the Eagles organization? Was that kind of like in your mind to like stay a Philadelphia Eagle your entire career well, yeah, and you want to. I mean, I've been very blessed to have that opportunity. I've even talked about it in the speech. I almost didn't happen, right? Yeah. There's so many things that need to go right for you to stay in one spot.
You know, the organization has to want you financially, it has to work out. I mean, you got to want to continue to play in the same spot. And I think it's, it's really hard to do in any sport in today's age. Like it just is very rare that both of those sides and the financial thing line up for your whole career. Yeah. So it was a goal, you know, I talked about it. You know, we saw everybody leave and Cleveland did big Z ever playing anywhere else. That's the only guy that I drew. It's a Junus. It's a Junus. Mine to be the only one. He's the only one. You know, it's not like listen, I still love Jim Tome. I love Manny and all the guys that played in Cleveland. But it's, you know, it's, there's something that happens when, when somebody leaves that I think is, especially as a kid, you know, it's, it's awkward or different wrap, wrapping your head around it. And, you know, I've been very lucky and fortunate to stay in Philadelphia and it was certainly a goal and I'm happy that it happened. Was there any other way that you were going to do this announcement? Like were you going to like jump in through the table or you just about, all right, I'm
done. And then just like jump on the burning table. It never crossed your mind. You're going to do it any other way. I think I wanted to do it at the facility and a press conference with people in the organization there. I think that felt right. There's too many of those people that were a part of it just as much as I was so. Yeah. Yeah, that was the only way I ever envisioned it. Well you, you talked about some of your favorite moments in your speech, obviously, and you had some great shout-outs to the 8, 7, 9, your home speech. Coach Ciriani sending you the kegs and of course, Nikki Foles and the Philly Special. Did you ever, do you think that any other retirement speech past or present lover mentioned a teammates? Shalom. How should we put this? Hammer. Sausage. I mean, I hope not. I hope it doesn't become like commonplace and everybody's just referencing. I just got to be, say, how can I thank him? It's just so legendary. I felt like it needed to be a part of it.
Yeah. Dude, it was so perfect because it was, obviously, it was very emotional. You do a great job of keeping things light and fun and that was such a good, fucking fun. Mixing some moments where people can have a laugh here and there. Got to. Yeah, I mean, listen, that was an iconic moment of the short bull. Yeah, real funny when you check. It's not a buzzer. This is, to me, you know, we ranked this really high for us because it's one of those things when we first started doing the show, we knew it was probably on the horizon and would get there when we got there. But to get to have this moment on the show, share with people is one of the things like, again, when we started this, you hope that you get to this moment and it is sort of the joyous, you know, sad celebration that it is. But I really enjoyed getting to be there for this moment. It means a lot to all of us that they have this show and platform as a way to share stuff like this with everybody. Yeah. And I think I was expecting like two very emotional brothers. I think Jason might have been unmoving out from doing his speech the day before, but,
you know, I'm sure they would have, they've talked a million times about all this stuff, but having Travis have the moment to just share what like his brother paving the way meant for him. I'm sure they would have had that conversation, but I think teeing him up to just be like, what are your thoughts right now? Like, I don't know that he would have expressed them all at the same time directly to Jason, you know, if it wasn't for him needing to do for the show. And like, I think him willing to be like vulnerable enough to like share all of his feelings in a place where everyone could see it. I think at the end of the day, you know, what the show is about, it's about the relationship between the two of them at its core. And I think this was the quintessential. I think it's the second best example. It's the second best example, but we're getting to the best one. We'll get there. No, it's, it's, it's one of the best. Like, you know, the show, we try to always keep the relationship, the brotherhood sort of forefront. And this is a moment that that got to shine. And I think it's very special.
Moving on to something a little more lighthearted. This is from the Kylie episode that helps kick off season two. This is Kylie's version of Jason and her first date. What was your tender picture? Well, there's a bunch of them. There's like four of them. Yeah, what was your first one? I think it was me on the sideline looking up. No, it was. No, it wasn't. Here's the problem. You were an eagle. It's playing. I said, I am Jason Kelsey, legendary Philadelphia eagle runner. Swipe right. If you're into the eagles. Oh, my god. Kylie, you fell for that. No, he didn't. You want to know the best part? Everyone did. So on to them. Go away, guy. Go away, guy. I found out years later that he was a little bit more than I thought. I was like, I'm going to be a little bit more than I thought. I'm going to be a little bit more than I thought. I'm going to be a little bit more than I thought. I found out years later that he thought that there was evidence in his profile that he played for the eagles. And he said he mentioned something about, well, there was a picture of a TV screen on
a game. I guess it's when he was injured or maybe a preseason. And it was part of his profile. And I said, there was no picture of a TV screen. Needless to say, it was cropped to fit Tinder. And so the only thing you could see was his face. So you couldn't see the lower thirds. You couldn't see the ticker. You couldn't see any of the graphics. You couldn't even see the eagle emblem on his shirt. So you could see was an athletic issue on a sideline with a bunch of other people. You could do it. It was so different. It was so different. It's a beautiful love story. It's the start of a beautiful love story. I got to get back on Tinder and show a preseason sideline pick. You think you think I should go stash or no stash? You think they recognize it as a stash? They probably think I was going to quit the manager if I just had the stash. For a Tinder bio, are you pro stash or not pro stash anti stash?
I'm going to hear that. You heard it the other day. This is going to sound a little harsh. But I think you should do the mustache because if they swipe right at your worst, then they'll love you at your best. Oh, there you go. It's that's good thinking. That's that doesn't even hurt my feelings. This is smart. Okay. Yeah. It's genius. It's down. Yeah. It's really down below. So when did you find out that the guy you fell in love with on Twitter was in the Anderthal and just an absolute disgusting human being? I mean, I think I told her about it right away. Oh, you was in your Tinder profile? It wasn't in the profile, but it was definitely. Well, his profile at the time was something to the effect of I want to have deep meaningful conversations and talk about getting married and having kids or something like that jokes on him who got the last laugh. It was pretty evident when the first time, well, I shouldn't say the first time, the second
time that we hung out, what happened the first time? We fell asleep 45 minutes after I got there on the bar table because he was too drunk and not a good first date. And then Bo Allen accomplished the most impressive physical feat of his life when he fired man carried Jason back to his apartment. I could see Bo doing that. Honey, Bobo, shout out to Honey, Bobo. Exactly. He emphasized that someone who's dead weight is difficult to carry, but Jason fought him the whole way. Even harder than dead weight. He was anti who's physically fought him the entire way. You're making me look stupid in front of this girl. Yeah. I was making it difficult for him. It became a challenge, halfway through. But yeah, definitely fell asleep, got a little bit too inebriated. But I was so burned off to know it was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life. It was love at first sight. Let me tell you. He doesn't even believe in love at first sight. I didn't until I met you. And it was like fireworks exploded at the door. The moment you walk through the door, Buffalo Billiards.
I just want to feel those fireworks. You know what? Like when a movie has an angel walk through doors and it's like there's only one light on that person. That's what happened. That's what it was like. It was like I was in a movie for a split second. And now you guys made a movie about yourselves. He's so full of it. I'm not making any of this up. You just built up watching the documentary even more. Second day went much better. I didn't black out or fall asleep. I'm not going to lie. Pictureing you with angel wings right now is pretty cool. Yeah. The second I didn't say wings. Oh, like an angel with one. It was like an angel in a scene where the light is like only on that person. Oh, okay. Okay. It wasn't. I never seen Twilight what he experienced. It was like when the vampires go into the sun and Twilight. Kai, when you saw him, your kind of your world got dark and you're like, I don't know if I like this. No, I saw him and I thought to myself, you're wearing plaid. And really leaning into the lumberjack thing.
When we first met, man bun still full the ear. Oh, he's still the man bun. Big man, lumberjack with a man bun. See, the man bun was helpful in the early stages of our relationship because I could tell when he, no, I can tell when he was blacked out because he would send me a selfie and his hair would be down. As soon as I got a selfie with his hair down, I was like, I'll talk to you tomorrow. I mean, really shout out Bo Allen. I was just about to say shout out, honey, Bobo, kind of the on-song MVP of, I mean, okay. Again, the little domino that starts the larger one is Bo Allen carrying Jason out of that bar leads to like where we are now. I mean, it's just like, wow, then he's the butterfly. Bo Allen is the butterfly effect of all of our lives. Just an incredible, incredible story. I'm glad. I'm glad they went on a second date and Kylie gave him another shot after that. I'm glad you gave him a second chance at this. But just an incredible, incredible story.
You won't keep it going on number 10. We're in the top 10 now. Jesus. Officially in the top 10, this is an undisputed top 10 moment. And it is Jason and Travis talking about Travis scoring touchdowns and Jason celebrating in the suite. And if I take my shirt off, then I'm outside and I'm part of the Buffalo Bill's pageantry and it just, dude, it was something about the entire day. I got caught up in the magic of Bill's mafia. It is, it is electric. Everybody's the energy, the shenanigans. And I'm like, I gotta have my shirt off at some point. And I didn't get to do it beforehand. And I'm like, okay, well, I guess, and I can't just take my shirt off in the box. Like, who takes your shirt off in a box? It's heated. Like, you're not really doing it. You're just having your shirt off in a, yeah. Of course you are. Yeah, that's real cool. So I'm like, you want to do one of these? I'm gonna do, I'm taking my shirt off and I'm jumping out of this box. So then I'm out of the box and I have my shirt off.
And then I can be like my Buffalo Bill's mafia, like, compadres. I had no idea. This is how my mind works after 40 Miller lights. I have. And the shot is who knows what the fuck. Out of the bowling ball. That's right. Well, let's get to more of you during the game. You celebrated my touchdown by taking off your shirt, screaming, jumping out of the suite, chucking a beer with the fans, then jumping back into the suite. It's correct. This is all accurate. I watched this and it was pure pandemonium. Just pandemonium, just confusion of who to cheer for. It was a cheese touchdown, but it looked like there's a lot of booze. There's a lot of booze. There's a lot of cheers though too. I think, I don't know, man. Tell you what, man, if you don't run for president, this is all it's just going to go to waste. This is all just it looks like a political campaign. You're just. I'm in one person at a time. Nothing political about this. This is just a man in his elements with his bill's mafia compadres enjoying the dead
of winter. That's what this is. I wish I would have stayed out there longer to just to actually get my nipples hard enough. You know what I mean? I didn't. I wasn't out there long enough to really even get your thermostat. Your thermostat could engage how to go over there. This didn't regulate to the temperature. It never got there. They kind of got shocked and just couldn't. Yeah, it was just a shock to the system. It was nice. I'll tell you what, I jumped out of that box and I forgot that I've been dealing with an MCL spring because the moment I landed my right foot and my knee twisted and luckily it's good. It's good. It's just a little. It did slip a little bit. Forgot that knee was a little loose. So it's those good old, let's go to old fucking hard work and construction boots you had on him. Tim's got the butters on him. And butters got some things saved the day. There was not enough cameras on the suite where you could see Kylie though. I wanted to see her reaction to all of this so bad. Yeah, I don't think she was happy about it to be honest with you. I there was one picture and it was her kind of smiling and laughing at it and kind of
for it. Like, yeah, there's Jason. I just know it was like that. Seeing out of fucking. I'm like, I gave Kylie a heads up. The moment we got into the suite, I said, I'm taking my shirt off and I'm jumping out of that suite. She said Jason. She said Jason, don't you dare. I see. I'm thinking, you know, I'm thinking it's like that. I'm not asking for permission. I'm doing this. What's it? What's it? What's it? Kelsu man's determined. There's no fucking stop at him. And she was already telling me to be on my best behavior because we were meet and tailor. So she's like, do not be on your best behavior. I was like, Kylie, when I met you, the first thing I met you, I was blacked out drunk and I was like, oh, the bar. This is part of the chart. This is part of the Jason Kelsey chart. I want to make my best first impression. I want to make my best first impression. This is my best chance. My best first impression is the worst impression ever. So I can just build it from that point. I said, well, man, well, Taysay, she absolutely loved you so.
Well, I felt like it was a scene out of old school where Will Ferrell's fucking running. I got so many of those. It's like, who? Well, going down to the quad, it's like Frank, you and who? There's more coming. There's Frank get in the fucking car now. If some of these bills, Mafia would have said we're going streaking. I would have, I was full in on the bills, Mafia. I would have been right there with you. You would have been running down the clock. I was not going to like blink 182. All the small things. I just, I don't know, I just got so caught up in everything. It's mesmerizing. So yeah, do I know anything else? It's pretty much it. See, laugh made roses. Yeah, that's all I got, dude. Honestly, I might get a picture. This picture, I might get this picture. Pain it. Which one? The one of you screaming out of the sweet with a Miller light in your hand. It's a little bat blue, a little bat blue. My bad, a little bat blue.
I think that's part of the issue too. I was drinking one beer predominantly of the big tree in. And then you know, like when you switch from dark to browns and stuff like that. Yes, not. You're right. It's where they can grow. Like beers are all. You're at Kelsey. You're at Kelsey. I can't be sure it doesn't affect you. I don't. Yeah, dude. That picture is, I mean, everybody is saying put that thing in the Louvre. I honestly, I might get somebody to fucking make that portrait. That is epic. In a moment that I'll never forget, man. I didn't even see it till afterwards. I obviously saw all of this after the game and I'm going, yeah. Going viral. Yeah. I saw everything. I was asked about it on the field. I'm like, I have no idea what my brother has been doing all game. And the reporter told me I was just like, yeah, I'm meeting it. I don't know. You put us, you put us Lake Erie guys up by Lake Erie and there's just something. That was another bit of it. Dude, we drove past Lake Erie in the dead of winter. Dude. They built it up for you. I'm back at the shores of where I grew up.
I felt like that when we landed in Buffalo. I was like, God, I kind of feel like I'm back in Cleveland a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. Some about that lake, man. Yeah. We'll shout out to Buffalo, man. You have to see some tweets that came out of this entire fiasco. The feast of Bacchus by Phillips De Conec. Conec? We want to say back in 19 or 1654, it looks like you got some chubby little fat guy doing these similar clothes. I mean, the resemblances on Canny. It's uncanny. It's pretty good. It's a pretty good side by side. So apparently it's not the first person to do this. Exactly. It's not the first person to show your boobs. All right. Now, well, after the game, you tweeted an amazing quote from Ellie after she saw you on TV. This is a text from Lisa to Kylie. Kylie's mom. Yep. Lisa shout out to little Lisa.
Mictive. Yeah. Lisa sent that text to Kai and Kai showed me and I immediately thought it was hilarious. Dad's got his boobs out. Hey, snows out. Kits out. That's the mom. You got a little. So this is the other half of the story we were talking about earlier where Jason first met Taylor. He said we'd get to this in last episode. Maybe one of the most surreal thing. I mean, again, this is probably an all-time moment in New Heights slack history is Jason appearing shirtless and jumping out of that suite. And I mean, if you watch that clip, he is dangerously close to eating shit. He stuck that landing, but it is not. There's a little moment where you think that one foot's going. But I mean, I was watching this game at home. This happened right before half time. And it goes to the half the TV networks. Like you always do the package of like recap, the quick recap of the half, whatever, and ends on shirtless Jason. So shirtless Jason is on my TV and then my phone rings and it's Jason.
So I'm looking at Jason on TV. I'm looking at Jason on a phone and I'm like, oh, this is a weird phone call to get at this point. I answer it. And Jason is on the other hand and he's like, hey, man, am I doing too much? No, you're perfect. No. Oh, no. I truthful conversation. I said, you did that exact right time. Let's get that shirt back on. It's a little close game. Let's not jinx it. Let's get that shirt back on. And I pitched him this and he was rightfully non-receptive to it. I said, if they win, though, pants off. Yeah. I sure I didn't even put up. They in pants off. They win. No. This is an all time moment. And one of the more absurd things that, you know, there's like moments where you get really excited on a Sunday or Monday because you're about to talk on Tuesday about stuff. This is probably one of the most excited I've been to be like, for sure. So what was that about? To get the confirmation that because we were like, oh, yeah, like they're all hanging out. They're in the suite. Tailors in the suite. Like, all that makes sense.
But to get the confirmation that they had never met before, it was really good. We're really going to wrinkle to the story that I actually didn't know until he told it. That's like, wait, you did that. That's day one. You want to set the tone. You've been at moving to number nine, man, season two, stand out Travis moment here. This is jeans for Jason. Let's move on to some Kelsey premiere. Hey, how was it, brother? It was actually pretty cool. Really enjoyed it. We had a picture of you on the green carpet, not the red carpet. You really got dressed up. I was going to have jeans on, but Kylie, Kylie, what? Kylie was running late. What do you mean? Ice came straight from football. Kylie was going to bring the jeans. Kylie was late. Why didn't Jason bring jeans for Jason? Because I was at football. And I need the jeans for after football. I'm not going to wear jeans all day. That's just not done something fun. I'm realizing now I probably can't play him Kylie for this. Anyway, so yeah, we're shorts and no sandals. She was too busy putting jeans on the three girls.
Yes, she was too busy getting the entire family situated with the babysitter and then getting herself ready and making sure her parents are with her. I could see you pulling up. You don't have my jeans. I'm going to look like an idiot. Gosh. So true. So true. This is so great because I was following along with Jason and I was like, yeah, okay, got it, got it, got it. And then as soon as Travis said, why I was like, why did the picture go all the way? Oh, Kylie was getting the four children ready. She didn't know down at the back of your clothes. Oh, when you put it that way, yeah, this makes no fucking sense. We still get a lot of like blank for Jason comments on everything. I think Kylie does too. There's still a lot of like, oh, who did blank for this? It's, I mean, jeans for Jason is an incredible turn of phrase. Yes. Why did Jason bring jeans for Jason is an incredible turn of phrase that it just, it just bounces
around your brain. So shout out because it wasn't me, but I've since co-opted it. The first person to comment, why didn't Kylie bring jeans for Kylie under whenever someone says that the kids all look like Jason and they spelled jeans. That's great. Yes. That's a great joke. Great joke. We love that. We love that. And keep commenting that. All right. Coming in at number eight. I mean, there are so many moments from this night, but I think, you know, the pan of them dancing and then the reaction to it. This is the guy's talking about the post vagus super bowl celebration from a Rue 99 on Club 92. How electric was the super bowl after party? Nobody parties better than Jason Kelsey. We did. It was electric. I have been my big brother around. It really didn't start getting to the next level until I found that luchin or mask. Because initially when I first got there, you were trying to get me to go up on the stage.
You do. I'm like, not moving over here. This is your guys time. Which I respect. There's something about finding that luchin or mask that really just transformed it. It really did for everyone. It was insane. The belly dance where it was just like the the bobbing up and down. It's going with the motion. Letting the belly take control. The one video of them showing me and Taylor and then painting to you and Marcemele. It's a very strong dichotomy. Just two different worlds. Two people in love and enjoying the moment together, panning to a complete Neanderthal who is no longer connected with modern day society. It looked like you were Marcemele were a tag team, dude. Found the mask on the dance floor. Stop first after party spot. Did you at least just give it a quick rinse under the sink? No. Where was I going to rinse it off Travis? That's just it just say. You see a luchin or mask. You don't ask questions. I for sure thought I was getting pink. There's no chance. I thought I was getting out of that mask without having pink.
This was, god damn it. Every time I watch him like dancing clap, he's like kind of in rhythm, kind of not, but like he's like he's making it up to him. It's fine. This is one of those things where you know we follow along everywhere online as things are happening. And this is one of those nights where things just kept popping up on my timeline of Jason doing things where I was I was like. I didn't expect any of this. I don't know where he got a luch door mask. I don't know how we got in the DJ booth. I don't know how he got home. I don't know. It is we're having as much fun as you guys are keeping track of this as it's happening. And it is again, one of those ones where like I cannot wait to talk to you whenever you come around to speak about like, hey man, what'd you get up to and get this? We also, I mean you and I were in Vegas for this Super Bowl. Shout out Vegas Super Bowl. Awesome Super Bowl. Sorry, Niners fans. It is very cool for this Super Bowl that like the entire pod was united by rooting for the chiefs.
Yeah, they pulled it off. That was why if we ever had a issue come up when we were like split or something as they can come up, you do we want to declare Vegas as so far the best Super Bowl city we've been to. Yes. Of course you get might win. I really love New Orleans, but Vegas just kind of was set up a little easier. I love New Orleans though, but I'd rather go to New Orleans when it's not Super Bowl. Vegas was by far my favorite Super Bowl city. Hey, there was so much shit to everywhere, but navigating the city during Super Bowl week was like incredibly easy for how much of a circus. It's a straight line and there's hotels for everybody. All right, number number seven, this is maybe, maybe the best guest story ever told on the show. It is again from the Pat Mahomes episode. This is Travis and Pat's moment. They became best friends. What were your honest first impressions of Travis and vice versa? How did this bromance come together? Should I tell him the story, dude?
That's your call. That's my call. That's my call. That's my call. That's my call. So that look on me. But so obviously I get here at the beginning of the beginning of the year and I'm still a rookie. So, you know, I'm just kind of going through the motion, trying to figure out the best way to kind of fit in. And I think the first time that I thought, I was like me and Travis were going to be connected throughout this my entire career was. You remember when we had the fourth preseason game, we used to have a little off time. You had like a little weekend. You played on Thursday. You played on Thursday. You know, coach, coach Reed always would give you the walk through the day before the actual walk through. And me being a kid fresh out of college, I had a couple of buddies that were rookies with me and they're like, let's go out Saturday. Men, let's go out. We'll have the walk through on Sunday. Jimmy can't just got done. We're done with preseason. Just got back from St. Joe's. We had a great preseason. So we go out and coach Reed, I told us the next day at like eight o'clock, we're going to have a 15 minute walk through done. That's all you have on Sunday. So I said eight alarms on my phone. I have them all. I go out with the rookies. Of course, I get out there and I see old Travis Kelsey out at the same spot as I'm at.
And I'm like, hey, let's travel like, Traveler, come on, get all y'all come over here to take this. Let's have a great time. So I have a great night. Get home. Have all my alarm set. I made sure of that. Go to sleep, wake up, not to an alarm, wake up, look at the TV. And I see 815 on my TV screen on the resting thing. I didn't put my phone in the charger. So my phone died. I've done that. I've done that. I've done that. I've done that. I've done that. Too many times. Drive to the facility. Extremely fast. Dangerous. You can't over look at an initial that initial feeling of understanding. That you're not going to make it there on time. Is the most like just drops. No, no, no, no, this isn't happening. This is happening. Am I dreaming? And then immediately you just start telling yourself how uselessly stupid you are. Could you do it? You suck. You're 80 and you're so unaccountable. And get it together, man.
And then to complete the story, I get there and I get to the facility and we're already in the walkthrough. And I walk up to the door and like how the chief's facility is built. Though defense does it on the first side of the field and the offense is on the other side. And I was like, there is no chance I'm walking through the defense late to get to the office. I'm going. Hey, going out. Meanwhile, we're playing the Super Bowl champs. The Patriots like the on opening night that week. And so I sit in the locker room and I'm sitting there shaking my head and they call me up to the office. And I'm getting like the max fine. All this different stuff. Feel like an idiot. And I just I thought it was so weird that the first question they asked me was, were you a Travis? And I was like, no, no, not at all. Why would you even ask that? And long story short, Travis was also like, he got there five minutes before. So he said, I'm coming into the building like, fuck, man, I can't believe I fucking screwed
this up again, man. Because I'm not going to say I'm notorious for they, but I screwed up a few times before and it's been late. So I'm in my head about it. I'm like, man, coach, just going to kill me, man. I can't even look at this guy in his eyes. I'm going to be looking down at the ground while he tells me I'm the worst teammate ever, man. And I walk into the building and they're like, were you with Pat last night? Where's Pat at? I was just like, I don't get it. I'm not alone. Let's go. Oh, man, who said I was at that point and I knew where teammates, man, I knew that guy was going to be. Super bowl. I will say since then though, I believe me and Travis have never been late again. So we have been on the straight and arrow since then. So I won't be late again. I don't know about Travis. I can't. I don't think Coach Reed will stand me ever being late again. So I have to make sure I get my ass out of going early, man. I don't have a lot to say about this other than it's it's like extremely relatable,
extremely relatable. Well, my phone's always charged. You've never thought your phone was plugged into the charger? Nope. Why? I'm dead serious. I've never had this problem. If my phone doesn't make him the charger, I know I've had a decent evening, but typically those are not right before I have to get up at an alarm time. Okay. No, this is a great story. And the Pat Travis relationship is always one I like just hearing anytime they talk about hanging out with each other. It is very funny. And I do think getting in trouble with your boys is how you bond the best. Oh, for sure. I think that's the number one way to bond is like, okay, we went through the trenches together of being 50 minutes late for practice. You can tell that they're genuinely best friends off the field, even without having heard the story, but hearing how it all started is a very cool peak behind the curtain into how those guys are describing having to walk through like the stretching lines is like,
I have been late to things. I'm late often, but I've never been late in front of like an entire NFL team. I'm sure that sucks. All right. Coming in at number six, this clip may not be everyone's favorite, but it's important for us. And it is from the first ever episode we've ever recorded. This is Jason and Travis arguing which Super Bowl win was better, Super Bowl 52 or Super Bowl 54. Which Super Bowl ring is more epic? Eagles Super Bowl 52 or Chief Super Bowl 54? The Eagles was just everybody saw it coming. Everybody saw it. I saw it, Kevin. Nobody saw it coming. There's the first team to ever win a Super Bowl when Vegas thought they were going to lose. We were getting points every game. I was trailing every single game of the playoffs by at least 21 points. It was crazy. Every single game I've lied only like two. Super Bowl 52 was an embodiment of the city of Philadelphia. It was like a team that was possessed by its inhabitants. An underdog city came out of nowhere and won a fucking Super Bowl for the first time in
its existence. This isn't even fucking close. I feel embarrassed that we're even talking about this. You be time braiding the Super Bowl. This only had up your got on this man. Listen Travis, you're going to go in the hall of fame. You have more pro bowls. You have more all pros. Let me have the Super Bowl. Okay, just stop. You're better looking. Let me have one goddamn thing, please. You were there. So by a little behind the scene story of this is the first ever clip we ever posted from New Heights. It is, isn't it? It is the first ever clip. We fired it off at like nine o'clock PM Pacific, like not the most socially optimized content strategy. Well, that whole episode just sort of showed up online and we like, we're like, should we tell people we were like, we have to tell people it's out. And we just who do we tell post the clip somewhat like in the middle of the night midnight East coast or whatever. It was the worst time to release a podcast ever. And I woke up the next morning in the clip at three million views.
And I was like, holy shit. That was the first real momentum gaining clip from the show or moment from the show. I remember putting together that first like run down and it really was that first one was like 12 questions, 12 questions. Just straight up, just 12 questions. And I, we put the Super thing in there being like, I don't know, let's see if they fight about it. And there we go. That whole first episode was like, like you don't dress a park when the Velociraptors like test and the fences. I felt like that's all we were doing. There was just like, they fight about this. This is interesting. Is this good? Is this good? Maybe a set of work, you know, I wanted the first clip to be the bull testicles was voted against to have it be this one which makes more sense in theory as football show understand understood still not wrong. Maybe I'll repost the bull testicle clip soon. Yeah, launch that one back. Let's get those numbers on the bull testicles clip. People prove me right. No, this was a great moment from that first episode. It's very funny to think about. Yeah, remember when someone had Tuesday posts talk about that is that is nuts. We couldn't do we had to get this question out of the way quick. We didn't know. I just said we didn't know.
We didn't know. And wait, we concluded it was we concluded it was equal to Patriots, right? I think so. I don't know. Travis might still be like, it was the time. Yeah, that's when he can see some. Eagles Patriots is arguably one of the top five like soup bowls last like 20 years. Are we about to have the same argument? Oh, wow. Look how good this question is. What a good question. Good job. I'm so jealous that you get to introduce clip number five. Man. So I'll tee it up quick. You'll know what it is. This is from season one. This is Travis Kelsey's attempt to name all the NFL head coaches based on a photograph. Dude, that might be the segment. We show players this picture and they have to name each coach in this picture. What do you think is you over under that player is going to be able to name half of them? Half. You go. Let's give it a Travis Kelsey try right now. I can. I'm the worst with names. But I can tell you team. Okay. All right.
Starting on the left. Chargers standing up. Yep. Sitting down. Standing up. Standing up. Chargers. Giants. Yep. San Fran. The fuck is that guy? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. The next two. Steelers. Is that Steelers Tampa? Is that Tampa? Yeah. Detroit. No chance you're getting this one. Zero percent chance. No. No chance. Jets. After Jets. Nothing. I don't even. I've never seen that man in my fucking life. So good. I mean, three in a row. I have no idea. Those two. Sorry. Everybody. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Those two. Sorry. Everybody between the Jets and Jets. Those are all the decorators. Shane Steinke for the Coles. Come on Travis. Who's next to Dougie P? You should know that one.
You should definitely know that one. DeMico. Who's the other one? You should know him because he's arguably your biggest rival. Oh, that is. Yeah. That's Sincie. That's not his. He's a dog. He knows Nate. What's the thing? Hold on, hold on. That's that's coach. Oh my God. This is so good. I told you I was terrible with names. I don't even know you're about it. It's exactly the worst. Zah Taylor. I knew it's a T. I'm sorry coach Taylor. Are we doing the bottom? Do you want to keep doing this? This is fun. All right. Are you going back to the left? You starting on the right? Start right and going back. Let's start with that fully. Cow. That fully. Again, never seen this fucking guy in my life. That's my deep. That's a point. You don't know I either. Another two Eagles coaches. I got head coaching jobs. Oh my God. This is so good. I love what's
happening right now. My amy. God damn it. There's no way man. There's no way that guy coaches in the NFL man. Then P Carol Harball. Yeah. I received another next flick. Reveric Cubis. P cock. Cubis. Core backplay. Broncos country. Let's ride Gordon Bombay. We got the Packers and then just no clue. Then Bills. I'm not going to lie. I don't know how much better I could do. So this started because every year they put out the stupid coaches photograph and it's always like they make them line up and start the sun and put out this photo and they always look comfortable and weird and like it's they never do a flattering photo of them. I don't know why the NFL loves to do this. They love to watch the coaches. It's been sort of like a online topic of discussion, but I have no
idea if this was ever going to be like funny to anybody else. And then when we presented it to them and we started sort of like, you know, doing little jokes about outfits and placement and whatever. And once Jason teed in to Texas and notes of these guys are it just turned into like wait, how many can you name? And sometimes in this show you lay out something you think is going to go on-way and it turns into a third of the thing. I think it has like recently become like everyone in NFL media tries to do their thing with the coaches photo like. Yes. And in this first season we were trying to figure out like what's our thing going to be like how are we going to join this coaches photo discussion? It turns out name the people in the photo. We get asked every year to do it again. And I don't think we've done we haven't done enough. You can't duplicate this. It's tough. It's I will say we've tried it. We've tried to duplicate the magic of name that coach. It doesn't work. I'm sorry to say it just has not worked. It would kind of like have moved on from the bit. But that first one was absolute magic. Generally one of my favorite moments from
recording. I don't think we get that moment unless Jason has the great idea to just turn it into a game like that. I will give him all the credit. That is entirely his idea to be like, hey wait, how many can you name? Listen, sometimes bullying your brother is the best way to make a podcast. What's your favorite moment from this moment? Because I have one in particular. I go. I don't know. My favorite is when Travis goes, oh man, that's coach. That's coach. When Jason finally reveals that's the bangles, he's like, do you know who that's his name? It's like, oh yeah, man, that's coach. No, it's a great. It's a great bit. Great bit. Sorry, we can't do it ever again. It was, if you were there, you're there. If you've not seen it, please, I would highly recommend going back and watching it. All right. Coming in at number four, we had so many moments from the first Kylie episode on this list. But I think this one was our favorite in particular because of her genuine shock at finding out that this happened to both Kelsey brothers. This is Kylie talking to that both guys about getting kicked out of preschool. Speaking of our dead, has Jason taught them how
to fight yet? Do the girls know how to how to fight the Kelsey way? No, no, no. I will say. You haven't taught them how to kick someone in the balls. I have not thought of any fighting techniques yet. I will try to keep them from getting kicked out of preschool the way I was. Oh man, we both got kicked out of preschool. Jason told what you did. Now tell everybody what I did. Well, me and a kid were playing at a cafeteria table. And for some reason, we were chatting each other with sports. For some reason, we thought it was like funny. And we were just like hitting each other with sports. And I hit him hard enough right in the forehead. And I just remember the next day his dad had him like under his arm and he had like three little sports dots or four little sports dots. And they were kicking me out and they said, did you do this? And I said, yeah, you penetrated his skull. AKA they were playing. Jason didn't like how they were playing. So he stabbed him in the face with a fork. That's basically what happened to which dads reply was, why weren't you watching him? This is your phone.
Who gave us four. Why the hell would you get back in a sport and let him just eat his lunch without supervising him? Yeah. And meanwhile, I got kicked out of preschool because during playtime, we were playing checkers. And I was winning because I don't fucking lose it, checkers. And if you win, stay on. Right? Like that's the thing. It's kind of hard to win, Travis. If you never move your back. Yes. So I kept winning. I kept winning. And the teacher told me, you know, Travis, you have to share. And I'm like, that's not how it's not how it rolls. That always taught us. If you win, you stay on. Winner stays on. You know what I mean? It's not like. Yeah. And she said, no, you have to share it. I said, no, I don't. And through the chair that I was sitting in at her. So what? Is that a real story? That I remember that. Yeah. It's a chair and teach them. Been kicked out of preschool. Yeah. Good luck. Is what you married into a guy to be fair.
If a teacher called me and said, that's a prize. Kids sporked another kid in the head. I would then address that with my child, not the teacher. Listen, this is here's the difference. It was the 90s. You know, there was a girl in the same preschool. I got kicked out of that rammed my head into an air conditioning unit. And I had a bump on my head probably, but I wait. My bed didn't try and get that kid kicked out of school. He just was like, I'm trying to grow it up. Sometimes you're running to do an air conditioner. I'm gonna learn. I'm gonna be honest. All of a sudden, the sport kids dad was like, I'm not having this. Like your son was partaking in the sporking as well. He just did it win. Yeah. The thing on most of us about for our daughters now, we won't learn because you're removing the best competition. Really getting sporked for the rest of his life. Kids never gonna learn on a sport properly. The thing I'm most concerned about with why it going to preschool is the phone call that I'm going to get when she has taught all of the other kids at her school. The words that
she's heard at home. The only thing I can rest easier knowing is that Jason curses publicly on a regular basis. And no one's going to suspect her from off the mother. Nice. That first Kylie episode was, I think when we were recording it, we were sending each other faces. Kylie was making back and forth because she is so funny if you watch her in this episode. She cannot help but react to the absurdity that is Jason Travis. And the sporking story is so good. Both of you. You both and kick out of preschool. Yeah. Good luck. The other thing too is the fact that sport became a verb is just and everyone knows what it means. Incredible. I also think shout out to Cartoona radio. I think this is the first clip that we ever got animated for this show, which just gave it new life, which is awesome. The Kylie episodes are always the best. All right, Brendan. Number three. Oh, number three. I mean, I feel like a lot of you've been waiting
for this moment. I feel like a lot of people have been like, where's it going to be? Where's it going to go? What are they going to say it? Up three. Number three. Top three moment. First episode of season four. This is the Taylor album reveal. Let's get to the part of this show that I think is what everybody is going to be talking about. Do I get to say it? Do I get to say I can say the two words? Yes. Well, you I think we were going to try and this is what I would you could do whatever you want. Taylor, I don't know what you're going to review. This is very much whatever. I want to work within the framework of the podcast. I'm a fan of the podcast typically. Yeah. Would allow the guests to say new news. Yeah, yeah, I want to do it. But with Zach Brown, we had another bit that we did. I don't know if you saw. I don't know if we get harmonized. I've forgot. I forgot everything that Zach taught me already. All right. Let's just let the expert take care of this. Okay. I just wanted to I want to scream it. Taylor. Just Travis style. I think Taylor has a little bit of new news. She's an natural. She was as fun as I thought it was going to be. Oh, it was everything.
It was everything. We did talk about Easter eggs earlier. Yeah. And at the very last era's tour, you didn't take the lift. You did that. You went upstage and exited through an orange door. Why did you change the ending? So that's I'm happy you mentioned that. I'm going to say, Jason. Did you see that fans? Did you see that the fans noticed this? Because I was pretty proud of them for noticing that. They noticed. I just yeah. I was surfing the internet and saw something. Yeah. So that was I was pretty happy that they noticed that I was like trained well. So basically every night the air is for everything happens with the reason Taylor's a planner. She's not just a random orange door. Yeah. What's happening there? Why is why and why anyway? So I would leave the stage every night going down the elevator lift. That's how every single air is show ended except for one except for the last one where I exited through a door an orange door to be specific and orange. That actually
wasn't Easter egg. Basically the reason why I chose to exit that way is because I kind of wanted to give a little subliminal hint to the fans that I may be leaving the air is tour era. But I was also entering a new era. So I wanted to show you something. Okay. What do we got? We got a briefcase. Yep. McGreen with T.S. on it. Yep. What's in it? This is my brand new album. We got T.S. 12 baby. This is my brand new album. It's called The Life of a Showgirl. Love it. Love it. It was something that I was working on while I was in Europe on the air is tour. So while you're on tour. I would be on tour on earth. Did she do this on the tour? Is still blowing my mind? I just love it. I just love it a lot. I love music. I would be playing
shows. I do like three shows in a row. I'd have three days off. I'd fly to Sweden, go back to the tour and actually like working on this. I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour, but I was so mentally simulated and so excited to be creating. And this is literally living the life of a showgirl. I was. I was. She wrote it. That's why I called it that. Nailed it. So do you want to see the back cover? I would love to see all of it. The back covers where we find the 12 tracks for my 12 12 tracks. Bangers. So this is so we got all of them. So we got track one. The fate of Ophelia. Okay. Track two. Okay. Go ahead. I was going to say, do you know what fate of Ophelia is? Okay. I just I. Hamlet. I don't want to get Jason all riled up. Let's we can just go through the track. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Track two. Elizabeth Taylor. Okay. You know Elizabeth Taylor is. You better. I'm just kind of following. Just kind of following. Okay. All right. All right.
Track three. Opalite. Opalite. You know what opalite is Jason? Why can we stop asking me? Okay. I'm done. Yeah. I hate this. I know. I'm not about this album and I'm excited. Track four. Father figure. Father figure. Track five. Eldest daughter. Okay. Track six. Ruined the friendship. Track seven. Actually romantic. Actually romantic. Track eight. I wonder who that wish wish list with two dollar signs as the S's. Let's point that out. There you go. Track nine. Wood. Wood. Nice. Track ten. Canceled. But it's in all caps with an exclamation point at the end. Ah. That's a barrier. Track eleven. Honey. Honey. And can you do drama? Track last track. Track twelve. The title track. The life of a showgirl featuring Sabrina
Carpenter. Sabrina Carpenter. That's awesome. Incredible. She had that briefcase around all day but we didn't actually see it until like we were not allowed to see the inside until she revealed it. Man, I tried. So it was a reveal for all of us. It was a genuine reaction from all of us. It's still just an absurd sentence to stay out loud. Remember when you help a reveal Taylor Swift's album and you go, yeah, it's absurd. It's absurd. It's absurd. It did not know that that was going to be a part of that episode. That was like a later sort of addition. They didn't trust me to keep that secret for that long. They told me they told me it was pretty quick before recording. Oh, by the way. And we're like, oh, damn, you guys are smart. We would have definitely fucked up. Probably said this at some point. Again, I cannot thank her enough for sharing that with us or allowing us to be a part of it. And I will give this little tidbit. That was the first episode we recorded in Travis' new setup. And I've never been more stressed than like we set up the day before and stuff kind of worked. And it was like, we had that moment where they were somebody goes,
oh, I don't know if we got internet in that room yet. And I went, you what now? So there was an absurd amount of flops wet and fear radiating off my body as we recorded that because we just really had never tested that room before. And I have expected none of it to work, but it worked just long enough for us to get, you know, maybe the coolest episode will probably ever record. I would remove maybe from that sentence. Hey, I always think she can might come back. She's right. Yes. There. That's the caveat, I guess. You always got to think that we could do something bigger. Who knows? No, the Taylor episode is probably like hanging in the rafters at this point. Hang in there. And make a banner for it. Hang in there. It's again, his world record episode, by the way. Sure is. We never got a plaque for it, but they sure love tweeting about it. You didn't. I did. You have a plaque? No, I'm just fucking with you. See, this is supposed to know. This is where it's bullshit. It was like, give us what records love. So like tweet and mention her by his name. But when it comes down to giving us the fucking hardware, they certainly didn't send anything to me. Anyways, I'm not bitter about it. They do not. And I'm calling it. I'm using this
platform to call them out. Guinness World Records for the longest time it takes to receive a Guinness World Records trend. And me personally, all right, moving on to clip number two, a clip I am sure like clip number three, many people have been waiting for. And also clip number three doesn't happen without clip number two. This is a lowly unsurprising Seekyke ad read from season one. All right. Today's episode is sponsored by Seeky. All right, Matt. The NFL is almost here. We're in training camp and we got a special discount on tickets. Thanks to our friends at Seekyke. Take it. Take it. Get the tickets. With over 28 million downloads, Seekyke is the number one rated ticketing app. How about that? You best believe it, motherfucker. There are more than 70,000 events every single day on Seekyke. I say that every single time we read this ad and I do not understand how many times it's, but it is. We wouldn't be able to say it if it wasn't real. And this includes concert, sports, festivals and much, much more. You have the NFL, the MLB, you got Taylor Swift,
Drake's concert is going on right now. I heard that's a banger. Luke Combs, if you like to counter a music and a bunch of just shit, just just events and just shit to go to where you can enjoy yourself. Speaking of Taylor Swift, I know you went to the Taylor Swift concert. How was it? Yeah. Well, I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. So I was a little butthurt. I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I've made for her. You made her a bracelet? Yeah. If you're up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are Frencher bracelets. And I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it. Not right now. Oh, your numbers in 87 or your phone number. You know which one. So she doesn't meet anybody and she doesn't early. She didn't want to meet me. So I took a personal, but it was an unbelievable show. And honestly, she's an eagle fan and showed out. I've only seen Arrowhead filled like that for
cheese games with that much excitement. And yeah, everybody was dressed in pink and purple going crazy for. It was wild. It was a wild show. Well, she probably just hasn't gotten over the strip. Oh, yeah, she's a big eagle's fan. So maybe she just made something up and just didn't want to talk to you. Damn it. I mean, you guys knew it was coming somewhere in the top five. You've had the know is going to be somewhere in the top five. If not number one, but I feel like we talked this one to death. I don't know. This is this is it was a surprising moment that happened. And we all got real excited about it. And we're like, is he kidding? Turns out he wasn't. I will say probably should have noticed this like when the two guys met in the Super Bowl, but this I think has since become the clearest example of how you can just say shit and manifest it on this show. And it will come true again, which is awesome. I've said that to everybody who's been on. I said, it's everybody who works on the show. If you say it on air, I mean, I think there was one point we were talking about going to space where we got an email from you can go to space. I won't say who, but we would they were like, Hey, you want to go? And I said not on your rockets. I don't know
that we can keep that. It's absurd that that was the part of the last episode of season one. And we just sort of like through that out there. It was like the last thing we recorded. It was the last or second to last thing. We always do ads at the end. That's a little behind the scenes tidbit there. But yeah, didn't quite know where that was all going to end up. And I think it ended up going pretty well for Travis. Yeah, anyone have an update on I don't have any updates. I you know, rooting for those kids. All right, it is time. The number one moment. The number one moment. Should I do a little in new I T history. Perfect. That sounds great. I'm glad we plan this. I'm sure our editors could add in a drum roll, but Jason and Travis sharing their feelings post Kelsey bull. We're going to get to what we said to each other because I was misquoted by saying that I said, fuck you. Congratulations after the game. Just not what I said. I was like, I don't remember that one. I was I was a loss to loss it words. And you didn't you didn't really say much, but
I know you didn't say fuck you. Yeah, I mean, I didn't say much because I wanted you to go celebrate with your team. You know, I knew that you were going to feel bad for me and I didn't want that. I didn't want that to be how you remembered that. So I just kind of made an emphasis to go hug you. Tell you I love you. Congratulations and go be with your teammates because I didn't want be the guy that was going to bring down that moment for you. Yeah. There was no as much you could do about me feeling like that. So then you could have told me fuck you and I would have still felt the exact same way that I felt with you just telling me to go celebrate with your teammates is that wasn't an easy feeling. And I was just definitely lost at words, but I did say one thing. And I told you it was the front of your year of my life. Yeah, it was a great time. I agree. It was an awesome year. The podcast we've never talked more throughout any NFL season. Yeah, that's what that's what it was all about for me, man, to see this script or however you
want to call it, play out like it did and to be set in schedule every single week to talk it over with you, man, that was that was something I could have never drew up. I could have never expected it to be this damn fun, man. And it really did blindside me. And the crazy part is that I would never be playing this damn game if it wasn't for you. It's the truth, man. I followed your footsteps into it. I actually tried to play football when you started playing football. So you started playing hockey. I started playing hockey. You started playing football. I started playing football. Yeah. Yeah. There was pretty much every sport except for basketball like that. You started playing lacrosse. I started playing lacrosse. So yeah, I've kind of just been following your footsteps throughout this whole gig. And to go through everything leading up to this moment or leading up to this year and then having the year that we had and then meeting you at the mountain top brother, it was
it was like we were on top of that thing together, man. And it was it was cool to break the barrier of two brothers going against each other. I don't think the story would have been the same. I don't think the drama would have been the same. I don't think people enjoy our family the same this week that they did if it's any other way. So well, you know, for some reason when I saw you, I wasn't that emotional. I was really, really happy for you. I think I was still caught up in the game, though. And I just wanted to try to not bring you down. So just wanted to say congratulations and was really happy for you, but still caught up in myself a little bit. And you know, and I think I just tried to get away from you as quick as possible. So you go celebrate with your teammates, but the moment I saw mom is when I got really emotional because man, it was so awesome.
It was all right now. Yeah. Oh, man, fuck. It was awesome for, you know, she was at the top of the world for for a week. She was the heavyweight tear, man. She was on top of it and she's shining the whole time. And that was that was the coolest part. Mom, you absolutely killed it. Dad, you've been killing it. Yep. And it was just so cool, man, to see her get to celebrate in that with us. Yeah. And it was an awesome moment. You know, so just so happy for her and so happy that she got her moment. Dad got his.
So yeah, I was the only ironically, you know, you lose the Super Bowl. And you're you're crying after the game. And they're not tears of sadness. You know, they're tears of joy. So still sucked. But you know, it's what makes you the best, brother. It's what makes you the best. You know, proud of my team and my guys and you know, sorry, Phil, Delphi, that we couldn't fucking get it done. But you know, happy for you guys and, you know, so we go sometimes. The idea that in our first season as a show, we ended up with this scenario where our two hosts play each other in the Super Bowl is the most absurd story line you could ever write. Having to record that episode afterwards was odd in a way, because you just
knew somebody had just had the worst weekend of their life and somebody had one of the best. I do think this clip, this moment that episode is a real testament to I think what makes this show unique, which makes Jason Travis so special is that the way that they loved how much this is about their family and how much it meant to them and, you know, game results aside was still such a special moment for everybody involved. When you whittle the show down to what it is at its core, that this is a moment that I think sort of a capsule is exactly what it is at all times. We didn't know exactly what they were going to say coming off the Super Bowl and the fact that they were just so vulnerable and let us all into like the like you don't get to see what that's like. Let alone like after losing a Super Bowl, after winning a Super Bowl, it just had never happened. Brothers had never played against each other as active players in a Super Bowl. And for them to like let us into everything that they were experiencing over the two weeks and just give us like actual
raw human emotions insights and you know, it was just an incredible moment. And I think like you said, perfectly encapsulates like what the show is about. It's about these two brothers who are at the peak of their careers, all pro NFL caliber players, but at the end of the day it's like any sibling relationship that you could imagine. And I think this this was the perfect clip to sort of top off our list of top 92 moments. It is certainly the one that I don't think you know in the list of things like we can do other funny moments, we can have a lot of great guests. We were never doing that again. Nope. No, no, no, listen, I'll fucking hang it out there. Nobody else is either. Like that is it's one of the most absurd storylines we've been involved in. And I think in that first season when we sort of all, I don't remember when we first started like noticing that we were kind of like week 12. We were like like if there ever was a shot at this, it was probably going to be now. We were like, no, they were both on trajectory for the one seed. And like, yes, you know, we were like looking at the schedule and we were debating like which because I think some NFC teams were playing
AFC teams. And we were like figuring out which one to root for to make sense that both guys would get the one seed. No, it was crazy. And I think like the most stressed I've been on an NFL Sunday outside of look, I guess even with Super Bowl has been that championship. Yeah, it was it was the Bengal chiefs and then Niners, Niners Eagles where I was like, please God, like that was the most stressed I've been on an NFL Sunday, I think ever. Even the Super Bowl was not that stressed. Like there was nothing you could do about it. I called my mom at like five in the morning stressing out. She very gently was like, okay, you've realized you're not playing. Like that's no, no, there's nothing we are. We are. They need me. I remember there's a group of people going, they were like, hey, we're going to go watch the games together. And I was like, you don't want me there. There's nothing about being around me on this day that will be fun for anybody else. I remember during the during the bank wall, the Eagles game, I think, you know, yes, writing was on the wall kind of quick on that one for a lot of reasons. But the Bengals game, surely fucking wasn't. I remember very
distinctly being in my living room, like child pose on the floor, just like literally on the floor, on all fours, like head down. And I think the Bengals had the ball. Maybe they were down a fuel goal or like last with like two minutes to go. And I was like, this cannot be it. This can't be fucking it. And I think chief's got a three in out in the ball back. I know Bengals were up. Yes. They could basically ice it out with the ball if they just got a few first down. I remember it was like three first downs games over essentially. They can just kneel. And I remember being like, I was like, I'm not going to record next week. If this is how it goes, I'm not going to do it. I'm somebody else can do it. I'm not dealing with this. And then Chris Jones took the Hummer out of the garage. What was it like on your end after the Super Bowl? Who sent the first like, hey, so are we recording on Tuesday text? How did that go? I don't remember. I think it was like, I think I just put sort of the rundown together and then just send it with the time. And then I don't know, I don't know of what responses I got out of that. I don't I don't remember. It was one of those times where I was
like, well, I got to send it. They're expecting it. I mean, they they know what happened. Yeah. The people still ask you who you were rooting for. Oh, I get it from time to time. It's rooting for offense. It's rooting for offense. I've always told people that like going into the Super Bowl, much like Ed Kelsey, we'd already won. Yes. It was going to be bad for somebody and great for somebody else. We knew that. So that I honestly wasn't that I wouldn't say it's not stressed because I wanted it to be good. I wanted it to be like a game that people wouldn't be like, I don't want to block. I was rooting for not blowout. I was like, somebody needs to be a good game where people can kind of keep their heads up about it and in however they want to. It cannot be like 42 to 3. Like it cannot be that. But I wasn't I was not stressed going into this. I was like, it's going to happen. Like it's going to be bad one way or the other. I think there wasn't really much to do about it. I know that's always when these people get mad at me. They're always like, no, somebody I'm like, I really don't know what to tell you besides. I wanted it to be a good game. That was kind of all I was rooting for. It was one of the better ones to be honest. I mean, sorry, Eagle's fans. It was kind of one of the better ones. It really was. Eagles got their Super
Bowl win too. They did. They did. They did. They remind you constantly. Leave that in there. It's fine. No way. All right. No, but yeah, that's I get that gosh of time and I never have an answer. People like. So I apologize if you ask me that and I give you that answer. That's what you're going to get. I'm searching for Jake. It's ready for good social media content to come out of that day. You did get good social media content. Wait, were you with whom we saw the Rihanna set list? Yes. We that is our biggest regret. Could have millionaires. We had the first song. This was also our first Super Bowl to attend. I don't know if that's interesting, but I opening did not was not ready for what it was and like we essentially didn't have tickets. We had media passes, which means you get to go stand around the Super Bowl. Yes. Yeah. You got to ticket eventually, but we essentially all had media passes, which means like, hey, do you want to go to the Super Bowl and like mill around and sort of just like keep moving and never able to stop or sit down and you go, that sounds awful and you go, it is. It's interesting to go to Super Bowl, but like the media pass is not out. It's a crack out to be, but we did wander around. We got to a place where we were standing behind all these
like monitors and setups and whatever and we just saw like Rihanna song list and it was it was her half time show written out by song and we knew one of the prop bets was like what song is first and we were we didn't have stadium cell phone service. We were trying. We tried to try to put trying to put the savings on whatever it was that first song was I was texting people like, hey, it's this you got to go and they were like, I think we found out they capped this. It's like a $25 ad, but yeah, it was like nothing, but we were like, Jake, we could fucking be. We're tired of this. Is there a big break? Turns out we're still here. Sorry. That's it guys. That is the top 92 clip countdown. That's it. That's new heights to show. If you didn't know what we were, watch those. You should probably get a pretty clear idea of what the show is. Jake, which final thoughts here, final thoughts. My final thoughts is it's tough to make a list and as we've said before, if you have any complaints about moments that were left off, moments that were ordered wrong, you can tweet at Brandon underscore five at J Chad, Brandon under four or honestly,
because I'm going to be on paternity leave tweet at new heights. Just tweet at you know, how we put the list out on social. We'll put the list out on social. Get in the comments. Yelda's tell us what we forgot. Tell us what we missed. Tell us what's agreediously unranked. If you're a guest of the show and you weren't featured on this list, let us know. Come back on. Yelda Jake, be mad at Brandon. He made the list. The hardest part of the list, honestly, was the first half. Yes. Like the 40 to 92 was like, this could, this is kind of the Wild West here. The top 10, I feel like we nailed pretty quick. 492 could have been 150 different things. Yeah, there was a lot. And if we miss something that's your favorite, get mad at us. Jake bat 85.
