We've learned anything from these past couple of years. My fellow Americans, is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis. America our love, folks, brings together the top experts in healthcare-related fields to keep you a week ahead. I've seen all these things about the measles. There's a couple of associated deaths now. Len Castro County, Pennsylvania, that coroner identifies two infants in this. You may have heard this in the last many days, but some interesting points about this will get into. And again, the blame is that there's low vaccination rates for the surge here. They're blame. So we'll get to the bottom of that and see what we think on that end. Also an interesting piece of scientific American that top medical leaders urge Americans to
get their flu and COVID shots in lieu of the CDC vaccine campaign. Isn't that nice? So we're again fighting with each other at each other's heads. But there's some fascinating points in here. We'll dive into it. I want to get the opinion from our doctor today on the program. So we'll talk about that a little bit. And then the BBC science. This is interesting to me for a lot of reasons. But this is the single best way to reduce your cholesterol without statins, according to a leading doctor. And you remember now, oh, maybe a month and a half ago, I had the coronary artery calcium scorn done. Remember, I had that myself done. And anyways, we'll talk about that. I'll remind you what my score was and what was happening. And let's just say that because my wife just had it done as well. And she didn't come out as clean as I did. We'll talk about a little bit of that. And Q&A 208. It is Malcolm out loud here. Welcome to America out loud pulse. And I have here drum
roll. Please, the I love having this what this person on Dr. Angelina Forella MD Dr. Angie Hello. You're welcome. Thanks for having me again. This is so fun. I love it. Love having you on. Yeah. So Dr. Angie is an independent practitioner, a pediatrician and owner of a brighter tomorrow, family health and wellness. That is a cool name actually. We're all looking for a brighter tomorrow, right? That's right. That's why I named it that might not be better, but we're going to try to make it brighter. Well, the thing is you're a true storyteller. And you always do that in every part of your life. I know you are. And so you go at it in that way. And that's what makes you stand out a little differently than than many others. So cool to have you here. All right. Let's jump first into the into this measles thing. The colonel's office identified two infants recently died either from measles or a connection with the disease. Follow and this was only came out because it was following a right to no request by an NBC news affiliate out there. And one of the death certificates
Dr. Angie List a ruptured spleen as the cause of death and notes the measles though. And the new born boy died. The coronahead classified as a measles associated death. So it's kind of hard to tell there actually. Another one died of cardiac arrest due to measles they're saying. So that's kind of the and I don't know the answer that I want to ask you, but that kind of went on a lot through COVID when you came in with a toe ache and you died from a toe ache, they put COVID on the thing. And that they cost them a lot of money with that thing. I don't know if they're that's the same logic here. And if it isn't, I may be stepped into a pile here, but is there any truth to that? Or what do you what do you make of this? Well, I think if you if you look a little bit because I I've read part of that article and the first one it was a new born that died within I think a day of its birth. And you know, when you look at something like that, there's obviously some kind of prenatal problem that was going on some kind of genetic issue that may have gone on. You know, newborn death is not overly common, but in a Amish community, it you know, we don't know because
they don't come to the English doctors as they call us in the United States. So, you know, I actually grew up not too far outside of Lancaster County. And so I know a bit about the Amish and I know how private they are. And I do know that, you know, we as outsiders don't know a whole lot about their statistics. However, there is a few things that we do know. And you know, they buy in larger everyone knows their farming community. They don't have electric unless that it's part of their business per se. They don't have they use nurse midwives or midwives. They follow a lot more holistic and homeopathy type of lifestyle when they are sick. They have, you know, these, there would be I guess nurse practitioners as we would call them, but that's kind of what they
have within their community. And so they don't really come into the outside world that much. One of the things that I that was of note was that they called it that the child, one of the children suffered from Amish microcephaly. Now, I don't know what Amish microcephaly syndrome is, but I could tell you what microcephaly is. Microcephaly is a very, very small head circumference, meaning like something's wrong with the brain. Now, again, we don't know if this obviously did not happen two weeks prior to birth. Okay, so let me just point that out measles and their effects are going to be somewhere between two to three weeks prior to break out of the measles. If the mother had active measles at that particular time, we know microcephaly did not happen three weeks prior to to being born. Okay, so if we're looking back. So something was obviously not exactly right with this particular child, and it sounds like it was neurologic. So I would not be surprised
in this case that there was some other secondary genetic issues that attributed to the child. So why do they jump on the news bulletin of the day, like blaming it on measles when there's so many variables here? Why did they do that? I, well, I mean, it's the hot, it's the hot ticket item, right? You know, they've kind of, they're going back to their old system of let's produce a lot of fear without the facts. And we are going to bargain on the fact that people are not going to research this and they're just going to jump on the headline, which is what happens, right? That's really what happens. And so, you know, they won't look and they won't say, hey, this baby also had a congenital brain defect. I know. You know, it's pretty sick. I mean, because listen, you know, full will that went on majorly through COVID, that was the whole gig right there. I mean, why the numbers and accounts were what they were was all a fairytale for a while because they were just labeled everything COVID. And of course, they get large sums of money in from the federal government.
They were being paid. I mean, hell, you know, we were doing that kind of thing, you know, that'd be huge money for any of us if we're not the right. I mean, so here's the thing I want to ask you here. First of all, this Alan Schudlerner, he's the co-director of the University of Maryland Amish Research Clinic. He says this, certainly people who are so inclined, who have not been vaccinated should be vaccinated. I think that the reason for the surge is not a mystery, is that many people have not been vaccinated for measles. Now, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, curiously here, reported that there have been 594 cumulative measles cases in the state, with 17 new cases since that Friday, including six in Lancaster County, etc., etc. So these numbers are what they are. So my question is, they're saying the low vaccination rates are being blamed for the measles surge. Listen, I know you don't have all the answers to that, but I don't really know. Is there any truth to any of this? And do you believe in the measles vaccine? I think there may be some, you know, it was, the problem is is now that there's, you know,
every couple of years we go through what I consider like a reclassification of disease. And a re, so let me, let me give you a for instance, okay, we all know that back in 2021, 2020, 2021, there are very few cases of influenza. Now, let's just kind of go backwards, whereas there are, there's two, there's two major factors, okay, and the first major factors with COVID, there is something called viral suppression, meaning when there is a dominant virus in the community, or, you know, quote unquote pandemic, then it's going to suppress the other viruses in the nation. So curiously, and maybe I'll do this while we're on break, but when we, what you want to look at is, okay, well, in 2020 or 2021, what were the cases of chicken box measles influenza, you know, because COVID was so overbearing that there was no other viral transmission. If you look at it, there was very little viral transmission. We still, the number one
cause of death in this country, and I'm just going to point this out to people in the age group of under 25 predominantly is accidents, okay, accidents, number one cause, not disease, it's accidents, kids and young adults are stupid, and they do crazy things sometimes, and experience will, will show that, right? There's car accidents, there's other kinds of accidents that lead to the demise of young people. So, it's a good point. Right? Okay, so that's, I mean, I always want to point that out, like, yeah, there's, you can look at the numbers, they're pretty outstanding. When you look at 500 cases, and I'm just going to make this, and I don't know the population in Pennsylvania off the top of my head, but if you take the population of Pennsylvania, approximately by two, that'll give you an, you know, an approximate of kids in the state of Pennsylvania, and then you say, okay, there's 500 cases, well, what is that in the percentage rates?
It's probably still within the realm of if you get a measles vaccine, they claim that it's up to 93 percent effective, 93 to 95 percent, sometimes even 97 percent. But is that a true number? Is it not? Do they even include the omission? These numbers, I don't know. But I think, I think this is one of those things that is kind of, we have to bring this back up. Like, what is that percentage of patients that, and these are the only, from what I read, these are the only two deaths that they're attributing to people in the state, correct? So, yeah. And what we're pointing out here is it's, you know, in a steel tried and true thing, fear, fear cells, it's always fear, fear, it always has been that way. And, but when they take these sort of medical things, as like you said, and it's like the algorithm of the moment for health and wellness and the news cycle, then they all jump on the wagon, and then they blame things, so somebody comes in from some of the problem, and I hate it when they do that, then they blame it on another thing, you know, what that problem is, and then we get bad information, and people then get scared, and then they
look for really answers to a problem that doesn't even exist, Dr. Angie. I mean, it's not even there, for God's sakes, and they're taking, it's just kind of sick the way this thing works here. And I think people have lost a lot of confidence in all of this. In fact, I want to talk about that, now let's turn the page. There's scientific American peace, so, medically, these urge Americans to get their flu and COVID shots in lieu of the CDC vaccine campaign, and they go on to say the Trump administration has so far been silent on flu COVID and RSV vaccine guidance for the common season, even as these diseases kill thousands of people per year. Now, so here we go, leaders of some of the country's largest medical organizations are urge Americans to get their shots to avoid serious illness. So it's the AMA, the AAF, well, the American Academy of Family Physicians as well, the American Academy of Pediatrics, all the fun-loving groups that we know Dr. Angie, American College of Psychiatricians and Genevolo, so be GYN and infectious diseases.
This is a whole litany of them here. Here's the part that I get here that I wanted to really, and it does get into pregnant women a little bit too with the COVID shots as well, but but there's still, here's what's troubling to me. There's still on that COVID wagon. There's still on it, and everybody keeps in my ear saying, no, like it's getting better or they're going to get over it, but I don't think they're ever getting over this. I have to take because they keep pushing them no matter what. So what do you make of all this? I think one of the problems is, is that they're trying to justify or cover up their mistakes. So if you get more people vaccinated, you're going to decrease the number of adverse event issues as their hope, right? Because now we don't know we're getting, I mean, we didn't know we were getting then. We probably still don't know what we're getting. So that in itself is, you know, kind of a wash out, right? The other thing is that they are using a very potent scare tactic, because let's face it, COVID affected many, many, many people
in the United States. It is very few and far between people that I know that when I asked, do you know anything that was anyone that was affected by COVID in a negative sense? There are very few that I'll say, no, almost every patient walks in my office, of course, I'm a little skewed, but you know, everyone was affected by COVID. They knew someone that got very sick, was hospitalized, may have even died. It was a very widespread phenomenon, okay? Not that COVID was not, quote, unquote, real. The circumstances surrounding it was unreal. I mean, doctors weren't treating. We were treating. We didn't have the same statistics that were being plastered all over the news media because we were actually doing something. We were treating the respiratory aspects. We were treating the thrombotic aspects. And so, you know, this is one of those things where because there's still that element of fear, because everyone that was affected still has it in the back of their head, they're going to push the narrative. It makes sense if you think about it. So then, oh, well,
you know, there was no, there was no flu during COVID, but you know what? Now that there's less COVID, there's going to be way more flu and flu kills everybody. It's going to kill grandma. It's going to and they're going to go play that little old record over and over again. So that's that again is where this is coming from. And of course, there is some evidence that allegedly they are messing around with the mRNA technology and putting it into flu shots. I don't trust that technology. I never trusted that technology. I testified to that. And I really don't think it's a good idea to use in humans. It's not a good idea, not in modern age of medicine where we can do things differently and we can treat these diseases now. So, you know, now a lot of states have made Ivermectin over the counter, which is phenomenal, including the state of Texas, including the state of Tennessee. So those are just two off the top of my head. I know there's a few more and some of them are still in that like limbo stage. But this means that you can get Ivermectin over the counter now.
Can you find it? That's the question. Are they stalking it? Right? So the answer is probably not. You're probably going to have to go to a mom and pop shop to get it. But you should be able to get it. That's the important fact. Well, they can get it. They can get it from one of our big sponsors here. The wellness company currently sells Ivermectin. We get you know, we see it all the time in the numbers here that people get it. They're easy, easy enough. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, we, I mean, there are private practitioners that carry it in their practices as well. That's right. That's right. All right. I want to, I'm going to bring you this piece here. This gets into something that is actually important because it talks about pregnancy and I want to kind of zone in with you because this is your area that you know a little bit more about when the young kids, you know, and that kind of thing, being what you do, it says here, the group's guidance acknowledges the fact that COVID is less dangerous today than it was at the height of the pandemic. Well, that's obvious. But during the 2526 respiratory virus season in the United States, an estimated 15,000 to 42,000 people still
died of the disease while up to 240,000 people were hospitalized and millions more experienced less severe illness. Now here, his, we get it's interesting. The consortium's research review for the COVID shots finds that they cut the risk of hospitalization for adults older than age 65 by 53%. And I'd like to know more about this because I think this is absolutely horse minutia here, but it goes on to say this and by 53% and reduce that risk by pregnant women by 58% they're saying, do you believe any of that for real? And what's your opinion of that? So they've been playing with statistics for a really long time and so it's really important to find out, okay, well, what numbers are you using? Where's the numbers coming from? Are you saying that these are all vaccinated people or this, or is, like, are you using just the vaccination numbers? Or are you using the vaccination numbers against the total population? Because when you do that,
you're manipulating the numbers, right? They do it all the time. They do it all the time. And so you have to know what you're looking at. That's, that's the biggest problem here is that and also are they, are they talking about which percentage are they actually talking about? Because you can say, and the statin research is actually really fascinating. They did an awesome marketing job with that nonsense, but which we will talk about probably in a minute, but, but that's the problem with statistics is when you can manipulate the statistics in your favor in any way that you want to if you know how to manipulate the factors. And so what what I would say is look, you know, how, how prevalent we need to know the prevalence of the disease in the population. Because if there's no kind of like let's talk about polio for just a split second, polio has been eradicated in the United States since 1978. Yeah. Okay. So what are the statistics of polio at this point?
Is there, you know, it's been eradicated. So that means that it's a 0% chance of the disease in the United States unless it's coming in from a foreign country. So okay, fine. Here we got that. Well then what are the statistics with the polio vaccine and adverse events? This is a risk benefit ratio that we need to explore it and we need to look at because if there's no risk to the disease, there's no benefit even though it's 100% effective, right? Because it's been eradicated. If you think about it this way, that there's no, there's no back fall on the on the vaccine. I'm sure there is. So when you're when you're this is what I'm saying, like this is how you can manipulate statistics to make it look really good polio vaccine is 100% effective because it's been eradicated since 1978. So let's not stop getting the polio vaccine. Well, because polio might come back, right? So this is why we do shows like this, Dr. Angie. That's why we do these shows because it's hard to get any truth out there. For any of these media conglomerates who partner with Big Pharma on a
regular business, it's used business, used money. You know, the underlying point is kind of hysterical here. I want to tell you about in the scientific American piece and here's here's the key. I said several years ago and Dr. McCullough and I talked about this all the time and I talked about Dr. Ely. I've talked about with Dr. Ardice. Talked about with other doctors as well on here and here's the thing. There was, I said there was going to be a crisis of confidence because they abused the vaccine so badly and because they mandated it and because they did the things that they did, which were egregious and were out of control. It took about a fear based campaign and people were losing their jobs, their education, their colleges, because everybody was pushing it and mandating it on people, which I told them at the time, don't do it. Your life is not worth the college thing or the job. You can replace all that stuff but you cannot replace your body. It's not worth the gamble or the risk on something that's EUA. That's just experimental. Nobody knows. They didn't give it to any
fricking rats, let alone any human beings. I mean, come on. And so I said, and so what was going to happen is here they abused the goodwill, Dr. Angie. They abused the goodwill. They did fear. And so scientific American says this, which I think is hysterical in my world anyways, it says, the recommendations come as an increase in number of people opt not to get themselves or their children vaccinated for various diseases. And I say, duh. And then they say this, not into data showing that the nation's medical institutions are suffering from a get a load of this drum roll. Please here we go, suffering from a crisis of confidence like no shit. I mean, come on. Among a grown number of Americans, hello, what do you expect? Of course, we don't have any confidence in you bozos. I mean, what do you expect? I mean, isn't that hysterical? What do you think? I said this four or five years ago, this was going to happen. I knew it was going to happen. I know it because they abused every piece of goodwill they ever had. Right? Right. And that's another
thing too is like when you're looking at rates, you know, they are going to do what they can do to keep the money going. Okay. Let me just give you a snapshot in time. You know, what they're doing is that they're in cahoots. There's been a lot of issues with our healthcare system for a long, long time. This is nothing new. You know, these pharmaceutical companies have made lots of money with partnerships with things like, you know, well, other other large conglomerates or they even own some large conglomerates. For instance, care mark or Walgreens or CBS or, you know, so they all are in I mean, Pfizer is the main sponsor and money giver to the American Academy of Pediatrics. Do you think the American Academy of Pediatrics is going to go against where their money is coming in from? No. So you've got to remove the bias and until we do so, we almost can throw everything out
in the trash when we're talking about any of this stuff because you we have to remove the bias. And that's what we've been trying to do in the freedom doctors alliance and these doctors that have been sideline censored and otherwise cobalted. We understand this. Like, yes, we understand there's disease in the world. We understand that there's going to be an incidence of people in America that do don't take care of themselves. Their health is their second best thing. You know what I'm saying? Like they eat garbage. We have preservatives in our food, dyes in our food. We feed it to our children. And we wonder why we're one of the sickest countries in the world. Even though we are quote unquote, probably the leading, you know, look, Methodist is the leading, they're leading medicine, right? All these, all these hospital systems are making bajillions of dollars off of illness. There is no money in wellness. So I mean, there's, there's a lot of money in wellness too. Don't get me wrong. But what I'm saying is like, if you're a healthy person, you are not a good, you're not a good client to the insurance. That's right. That's right. You're 100% right. 100% right. And it's
it's something, something's got to give it some point. Something's got to break. Now everything you just said is, is factually true. And the fact is, well, you know, one of the things I've done on this network from the early part of it, Dr. Angie was I made health and wellness kind of, kind of know, kind of the, the, the focal point or the center point of our conversations. Because if we don't have our health, we really have nothing, nothing else in the world matters. If we don't have our health is the most, I say that to my wife all the time. I keep saying, honey, we have to stay healthy. We got to do this. I'm pretty fanatic about it. And I'll give you an example in every morning. I, I, I, I was walking five miles a day every morning at five, 36 of the morning. I take out the vitamins and the things that we want to take that I want to take every day. And I take them off for D, my wife D and myself, because she wouldn't take them out of the cabinet. And she just doesn't do it. I don't know. She thinks she's super woman. I'm not sure. But, and then I take out and I mix a drink for us and I do that every morning, every morning I do it. I make hers. And she takes it. She loves it. She says, okay, it's all good. And, and so just
recently I had that the test, the coronary artery calcium score. If you have a had one of those, Angie, there's another one out there for like fatty liver. You can actually test for fatty liver. Yep, yep, yep. But they're really, really good. And, but you know, it's so inexpensive. I mean, even out of pocket, that test was like a hundred bucks. I mean, it is nothing. And you get, and it's so quick to do is nothing to it. And the results come back and you really have real, real world data to work with, which is so important, so important, then to be blind, flying blind on this kind of stuff. Well, here's the thing. I had one done for the first time about maybe six months ago, five, five, six months ago, pretty recent here. I never had one done before, then, but Dr. McCulloch said, you go get to, because I pretty well stay on top of everything else with my, the, the physicals and, you know, my health. And I always talk about a healthy immune system, but I don't just talk about it. I practice it. And what you just said, I'm going to go so vital, what we eat, what we put into our bodies. If we all, if everybody, if I could get everybody to be
conscious of what they're eating and how they're doing it. And, and like that, you're not eating all the processed food that you're not eating the, the window food from the take out joints, the, whatever the fast garbage, whatever that is, they call it. If you're not eating all that stuff with the processed foods that come out of the freezer or the box package where the syllables are 25 syllable words. And you pronounce the damn things, let alone digest it into your system. And, and this is the regular diet everybody has, because we're on the run, we're busy, we're doing other things. But so we sacrifice our health and our wellness, which again, as you just said a moment ago, makes, makes the health wellness business a big farmer rather wildly successful. They're making money, panda with fists with sick people all the time. It's, it's not about health care. It's about sick care. Everybody's, they, you know, that's what they're driving here. And so the healthy immune system is really, really key. So this, um, so one of the things is, you know, the thing, you know, you have to agree with me, you only have one heart. There's certain things we got to really take care of. Heart is one of them. Brain is another. You only get one heart and
one brain to a customer, you know, that's pretty much it. Right. Unless you get a heart transplant, which I mean, I don't think any of us are up for that really at the moment, if we can help it. But if it's a life and death, you do what you have to do. But I don't know about a brain transplant. Although I do know some people who could probably use one energy, but that's another story for another day. But in any event, back to this, that's that radical left side of the country. Anyways, back to this. So with the, um, this, this study I want to talk about in BBC science, but, but with the cholesterol and all. So this gets into statins. They say that it's just the single best way to reduce your cholesterol without statins, according to a leading doctor. You don't need medication to improve cholesterol levels. They knew a few simple dietary tweaks. Everything you were just talking about, Dr. Angie, you know, dietary tweaks can make its serious difference. And, but listen to these numbers. I did not know this. This is crazy. The British charity heart UK estimates that half of adults in England have above average cholesterol levels,
a pretty serious problem while the US centers for it. So we're talking, uh, about half there. That's pretty serious numbers, Dr. Andy. Come on. And in America here, the CDC is, they have their numbers at one in 10, one in 10. So we're like way healthier than the UK. Um, if, if, if, if the religious fanatics and zealots don't kill them, this, this freaking cholesterol problem, will I'm sure. I don't know. But that's 34 million people in, in America, but it's one in 10, have cholesterol levels of sheet in the high mark of 240 milligram. And, um, these people are, all high risk for heart attacks. I might not even know it. So, uh, so it gets into all of that. And it gets back into health and wellness and all the things you do, which I want you to talk about in a moment, but I went and had my chest. And let me just tell you this. And I'll give you the floor to tell people how they can live a healthy or life and avoid some of these problems. So I had never had one. And I was very curious. And I went and got it. I said, by five, six months ago. And I asked the technician at the end, okay, so how does it look? I can't, I can't get into that.
I can't tell you, you know how that is. You have to talk to the guy. Even though I took, I took up my wallet and positioned to give him some money. He was laughing like hell. I was kidding them. Just to see if I had some fun with him, you know, and he said, no, I can't do that. He said, he said, you're talking to the doctor, be good. I get the results in later that day. Oh, I did ask him. I did ask him this. I said, so it depends upon your age level. He said, what the expectations are. He said, a certain age levels, you're going to have some black buildup. You're going to have some problems there. That's just routine. You're not going to, but what is the real goal? Well, the real goal is if you can have zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, and various, the various serious arteries and strives. Was that a, but when you're a teenager or a kid, yeah, okay, you probably might have that or a young adult, but is you getting your 30s or your 40s or your 50s or your 60s? The chances of that are probably far, far less. Is that a correct statement? Angie sent. Yeah, I think so. Yeah, I think you're, you're, you're pretty spun on. So, so, so, so here's so, so I got to going. So I had the test done. So mine was,
I forget how many numbers they pull. I don't have it in front of me. Forgive me, but I think it's about eight, they measure the main arteries, right, of that test. And it tells you in your left, you're right. Venture goes what you're out, right? That kind of thing. And if you need to have something done and mine was zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, eight was in one, which was minuscule of nothing. And one of them, and I said, I'm lost, I had a grand slam. She's the least. I had that one little thing. I remember talking, I told listeners of some months back on air about that. They, and I'm a color and I were laughing about it and all funny. And so, so then, so I didn't need anything. I was in great shape. And I, which was marvelous to hear that. But then my wife, I finally forced her to go get one. I said, honey, please, I booked the appointment, go get it and it's worth it. You know, so she did. And she came back and had some problems. She doesn't eat vegetables. She doesn't eat that. I don't know why, but she has an eat garbage either. She's not fast food or any of that stuff. But if you don't
eat the right things, that has a, that has an impact in your, in your body and your, in these little tubes that flow that we have the blood flow. And so she now is on some stands. And she was really, really irritated by this. She wasn't going to take them. And, but then I didn't even, I don't even know she needs that because I think there are some healthy, natural things she can do. So what's the story? What's the story? So, so here's the, here's the irony of the aftermath. I guess you can call it. So what, what does that inst do? Staten's lower your cholesterol. Are there other things other than staten's to do that? Absolutely. Are there natural ways to do that? Absolutely. Now, the question is, is what's the real number? Like is 240 too high? Is 200 too high? Is 172 high? Like, where's the number? So guess what? That number has been ever changing over the last 25, 30 years at this point. So we don't, we focus again on one number, which is kind of ridiculous.
And we need to be careful when we do that because what does cholesterol make? Well, cholesterol makes hormones. What are the hormones? Well, hormones regulate your thyroid. They regulate your sex drive. You know, that's where your sex hormones come into play. That's where testosterone comes into play. That's where estrogen and progesterones come into play. And there's multiple levels of necessity within your body that needs cholesterol in order to make hormones. So if you noticed in the last 10 years or so, there's like these, these, you know, what I call box shops that have, you know, low T centers. Well, why are there such, why are there low T centers? And why is everyone on testosterone at the age of 27 in our country? And there's a lot to that. One is diet. Of course, 100% diet. There's a lot of young people out in this world that are now in their mid to late 20s and have an issue with testosterone because their diet stinks and they have
a lot of preseratives in their system. And the preseratives are actually anti-harmon. They are hormone disruptors and a cringes ruptures. Everyone hears those terms. But doesn't know what the heck that means. Well, I'm telling you what it means. We have a lot of problems with our food. And that, because it doesn't make sense for a 24 year old man to have a low testosterone level. And yet we do have statistics that show that there are 25 year olds at very significant percentage of them that have testosterone levels lower than men in their 50s. And that is absolutely ridiculous. If you think about it, the other thing is let's go to the natural side of the world. You know, there are ways to lower your cholesterol naturally. And one of them is with good old function bile salts. Well, what are bile salts? Well, bile salts are things that break down fat. They are in your gallbladder. So again, you may need something like colistyramine. That's a really old fashion cholesterol-loering medicine that works really, really well. It works. There's a lot of
off-label uses for colistyramine as well. Is that prescription or no? Is that prescription or all? It is, but it is dirt cheap. It's like 10 cents a dose or something crazy. It's super cheap. But they don't use it anymore because doctors aren't taught this. This is one of those things that I was taught years and years ago. And I was like, oh, and we also, ironically, it comes in a powder. You can mix it in some water or you can mix it in a cream and use it toply for baby's diaper rash. Crazy enough. So you can use that. You know what else is huge? Fish oil. Fish oil lowers your cholesterol level naturally without, and it also, you know, things are blood out a little bit. It removes bad fat out of your system. So if you do eat not the greatest, bad fat will be filtered out of your system because the good ones. Those are just a little little pills, the little right round pill. They come in, they come in pills, they come in liquid. I mean, I use liquid because I use much higher doses for brain health. It's excellent for brain health for concentration
for a bottle. What do you get in a bottle? At a bottle when you say liquid, it's in a bottle, and how do you do, Joe? Yeah, I have one in my office and it's called healthy AF. Get your mind out of the cutter. That's my initials healthy AF. And it's one teaspoon of our fish oil is equivalent to 1.7 grams of fish oil, DHA and EPA combination. So you know, that's that's super easy because you don't have to worry about swallowing those horse pills. Some of them are very large. And it's you, you want a fish source. That's that's really what you want. So that's a natural way to lower fiber. Huge. Remember good old fashioned, um, with the metamusel. Remember metamusel? Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. Use metamusel. My doctor actually bought that up recently is said that's another a great alternative for anybody who wants to get more fiber in them. You know, is that metamusel is a great product, right? Metamusel in itself has about 20 positive properties. And one of which is it can help lower cholesterol.
Okay. Yeah, it's phenomenal. So you know, we have and what is it? It's fiber. It's different types of. So these are things you can do. Your suggestion instead of just the statins in lieu of you know, more than absolutely. Which is what D wanted to do, but she didn't research it in the way. I'm going to have her listen to this broadcast and see. And by the way, that BPC science piece. And again, they go right down the list of some of the things we've been talking about. They say the first thing you won't be surprised to hear is exercise again. It's all lifestyle friends. We got to get we're going to get active, which which is really important. Again, I bring my wife out. She she doesn't share her schedule is different than mine. So some mornings, she can't do it because she has appointments and things going on. So not every morning, mine is a ritual. I never miss a day no matter what is going on in my life. It is part of my routine. In fact, today I'm looking right now on the app and listen to this doctor Angie. I am my streak right now from when I started every day to never miss any day is 500 in eight days today.
500. I've been doing and you're walking. You're walking. This is not this is not, you know, they have to go to the gym and let's heavy weights, although that's not a bad idea, but you're walking and walking is so underrated. People do not understand the benefits of walking. I think it's phenomenal. You, I've studied. I've read so many studies on some telling you people, it is the best thing out of everything you could do. Dr. Angie is saying is right and everything you could do. Well, I'm my advice. Walking is the biggest thing you could do to make the big, I feel phenomenal in the morning when I walk and you come back, you can feel you can feel your gut tight and you can feel that lower system, but because all of us kind of have a, you know, the gut is not, it's always been kind of a sometimes a problem for me, you know, and especially in the morning, that kind of thing. But you walk, I'm telling you and it's great because it kicks your ass three ways to sign the beautiful way. Well, look at, look at longevity countries, like what, what countries have the longest lives, right? And what did they do? The elders all walk
all day long. I mean, it happens in Asian cultures all the time. They walk. Well, that's the way. So, BBC Sciences, either walk, run cycle, do something, get off the sofa, the chair, get active, do something. Walking is, we, I have discovered in some studies, walking is better for you than running because it's less wear and tear on your bones, your joints, muscles and joints and things like that. Whereas running, you're, you're really coming down hard on them. So, that's an interesting point of view as well. Of course, the next thing they say is quit smoking. Of course, if anybody is still smoking, you, that's probably a great advice for you. I've never smoked in my life. So, I have no idea what that is like. I've never done it. Of course, my, my mom died of emphysema and lung cancer from smoking for many, many years. And I was always on her as a young, young boy and, and she died much younger than she should have because of smoking. But that's what, and so I've always been, I'm not there too. Yours too. Yeah, I was always been baptized smoking, actually, as well. And then they say, so they say that and then change in our diets, of course, which we talked about quite a bit here,
watching your foods. Again, if it comes out of a box and it has long syllable words, I'd throw that damn thing in the trash. And I would avoid windows like the plague. And then just a bring some more healthy stuff in things with color and things like that and have some fun with it. And that's how you market. Go to your farmers markets. I mean, the farmers markets are really awesome right now. They're kind of researching across, you know, our area. So I know if it's in our areas, every area, go to your local farm market, you know, I always tell people it should be less than two steps into your mouth, meaning pick it off the tree, maybe wash it and cook it and put it in your mouth. That's that's where, you know, when you teach kids things that are simple and start with the kids, because I'll tell you what, they market heavily towards these children. People do not understand the bright colors on the boxes are not for you. They're for the kids. I sort of the other day said to me about going, she said, you know, instead of going to the grocery stuff, some of these things, so she's really into health and wellness. And she said, let's go and
go to the farmers market, the local markets are so great idea. And Krishisa College age now, in college, but she knows enough. All right, we've gone so long now. I'll give you an email address right now. It's easy to remember Liberty at America
out loud. News. How simple is that? Liberty at America out loud. News. Why Liberty? Because that's our ultimate goal. That's what we seek. It's our Liberty. All right. So Liberty at America out loud. You can send them right in here as well. And we'd love for you to do that here. It's somebody some Q&A now. His first one is from Joni. I have very low blood pressure. And it can run low to normal. I've been experiencing strange occurrences where in the early morning or the middle of the night, I wake up to a surge of sweat and it's not hormonal as the doctor has assured me. My blood pressure bottoms out drastically. For example, 78 over 48. I've become a little dizzy. I've been recording my blood pressure for seven days. And it is all over the place. Normal high extreme lows. I get a headache and dizzyness. What can cause this to happen? Now again, we don't back to let me clarify. We don't give specific medical advice. If specifically for educational purposes for the wider audience to know, but there's great information here. So Dr. Anjou, what do you say? What can cause that to happen? The first thing is we need to know, you know,
obvious some demographics. We know she's a female. She says it's not hormonal, which may or may not be true, depending on your age, you know, even post-menopausal women will have some issues like that. The other thing is diet and salt intake. You know, there's been a big anti-salt issue in our country. So people are not using iodized salt anymore. They're using pink Himalayan stuff like that. Well, that could throw off your thyroid, which could also throw off your blood pressure. So that's another possibility is iodine deficiency or another vitamin deficiency is actually can do that as well like electrolytes. Maybe she hasn't drink enough. Hypo tension, huge problem. Most people don't drink enough, especially in the elder ages. They just do not drink enough fluid period, or they drink too much water, and they don't have enough electrolytes and they're washing their electrolytes out. That's another true cause of it. So there's a lot of different reasons. It could be familial. It could also be chronic infectious
disease. Chronic infectious disease can cause things like pots. Pots is postural or aesthetic. Taka-cardia syndrome, which will drop their blood pressure when they stand up and they get very symptomatic. So there's that could be associated with chronic disease autoimmune as well as chronic infectious disease. So there's that as well. So blood pressure also can be affected by parasitic infection. We in the United States kind of ignore parasitic infection, even though parasites are everywhere. They're in our food. They're everywhere. They're in the dirt. They're in our intestines. They're everywhere. They're everywhere. They're supposed to be there, right? But sometimes you have a little bit too many and you might want to consider doing a parasite. Clans may get that blood. That's a great answer for Joni. I mean, working courses to happen. You just gave four or five six reasons why that could happen. So check it out, Joni. And see, let me get on to this next one from Joni. Listen to this here. If the spike protein is on congenic, on congenic, as it interferes
with T cells in P53, would detox reverse the interference or is it more complicated than just detoxification? What do you say to that first? That's another. So yeah, that actually, so detox can help. But stay tuned because I am going to have a show on that here in the next few weeks. Pretty fun. But yeah, so detox detox and can help keeping yourself as healthy as possible. We all walk around even pre-COVID. Every human being walks around with some cancer cells floating around. It's our immune system that regulates that. So if you have a good gut and you really stay on top of your immune system, you really should be able to keep some of that in that bay. But I would also highly encourage if you were vaccinated or if you're around a very highly vaccinated population, you might want to take some of that a kind of sun a daily just to kind of give yourself a little more reassurance. But yeah, you should. That's good. That's good. Not too, the natto-kineas.
That's that comes from Japan. That's great. You take it for a lot of reasons. And they have great quality. Black seed oil. There's a lot of things. There's a ton of things. But we're actually going to be doing a show on that here, not in the not to. What's an out tune in for the Monday show to hear Dr. Angie talk about that. That's going to be a great topic and show. And by the way, on the natto-kineas, the Brumelin or Krakumin, Dr. McCullough's formula is excellent for that. And you can get it at the America out loud dot shop. It's in the air. Use code out loud in the air and get the discounts. We've negotiated all those discounts for our family here for our family of listeners and readers. You can't get the discounts anywhere else. That is a fact. So get them in the air. I want to ask this other follow up question. Donnie had and Donnie, there's your information that on the first part of that question. They come back and also asked also given cancer has a five-year cycle more or less. Do you think if you were vaccinated five years ago, you are not at risk from vaccine turbo cancer anymore? No. I think there's too many factors in that. I would
not say that. I hope you would say that. I would agree with you. I don't think. There's too many other factors. There are people that have stopped smoking over 10 years ago and still get small-style carcinoma of the lung. There's other things that will trigger it. Let's get onto this one from Karen. Do you have an opinion on the semi-glutides for weight loss? The use of semi-glutides seems increasingly used by famous people. Will there be entries from this drug? Is it properly reshared? I think I heard something about peptides and the GLP-1 for pain management and inflammation. Since COVID vaccines, I'm suspicious of all medications. Good job, Karen. We agree with you. Do you have thoughts about these? That's a huge little question. Let me break it down a little bit. What is some glutides? Some glutides is a peptide. When you're looking at peptides, our body is made up of peptides. We use certain peptides or signals. They signal different processes in our body to work or not work.
There are some really great peptide studies out there. There are some really great results from peptides. Again, you need to have a healthcare professional that really understands how to dose this and in the safest way possible for you if that is the case. Because everything that we do that we are exogenously putting into our mouth can be an adverse character in other mechanisms that we don't know about. This is one of those things I tell people all the time. It's not that one thing is bad and one thing is good. It's the way that you do it. You need to start low as possible and go slow and make sure that you do not have the adverse side effects. Some people just dose too high and they get really sick really fast and that is not the way to do it. This one is from my Leia. My unvaccinated son is 11 years old and we had family
visited from Europe. My son and his cousin slept in the same bed. Four days later, he developed diarrhea that lasted over a week. Could that have been from his vaccinated cousin, Shedden, the vaccine? And if so, what can I give my son now? He never had a vaccine. He's very healthy, homeschooled and is in competitive swimming. Interesting. So, well, that's again another loaded question. These people traveled overseas. They were on a, I would assume, on a plane. They came over and who knows what kind of stuff is floating around in an airplane. Although airplanes are pretty clean because they recirculate their air very quickly and they did that not one COVID case came from an airplane actually. But the, but you know, there are other infectious disease, diarrheal diseases are usually viral. It's very hard to say if that other child, she didn't tell us how old the cousin was and if the child had vaccines in the last two to four weeks. If the child did have something in the last two to four weeks, it's plausible that there was some shedding. But
again, it's very hard to determine that without more information. Yeah, that's pretty accurate there. All right. All right. That was good fun, wasn't it? Yeah, we did great. Yeah, that's good. We're in out of time here, but yeah, that was good. That was good stuff here. Again, go back and listen to the top of the broadcast and some of those programs you did when we talked about the the measles we touched on, of course, we talked about the vaccines in general with the flu shots and all of that. And then of course, this other one with the statins. That was really quite interesting. And some of the things you can do to avoid it. So good stuff. Good to talk. We're talking to Angelina Ferrell to tune into her and become part of what she's doing. Please, on the Monday broadcast. Her shows are on a podcast on Tuesdays the day after as it is with all of our host. A friend's, that's a wrap here. Thank you for joining me on the mission here on America. Out loud, always be ahead.
