And thanks now. The National Football League is in 2026. Appreciate you coming aboard. Hit the like button. Super chats go to the top. If you have not subscribed to the show, please do. Yeah, 10 days. And by the way, tonight, Deon Sanders and his Colorado Buffaloes will go to Bobby Dodd Stadium and take on Georgia Tech tonight. Deon Sanders has a record of 16 and 21 as a head football coach, Colorado. He's failed as the head football coach at Colorado. He's brought all the media. He's brought all the hype. He's brought all the advertisers. You know the one thing he hasn't brought? Winning. Winning.

You got to bring winning. Look at what Kurt Signetti does. Good day, Swap. Appreciate you coming aboard. Deon Sanders has been a bomb as a D1 head football coach. He's 16 and 21. He's 6 and 18 in conference play. He's never beaten a top 25 football team. Bro, you got to win. You got to win. I get what he's done. By the way, you sit there telling, I tell you, North Carolina looks better to me right now. Then they did a year ago. We'll see what Colorado looks like. But that'll be tonight. A lot of stuff coming out of that GQ interview. I loved how people, without a doubt, had a different opinion of it. Because obviously, what folks are going to do is they're going to have their own sense while they see their superstar or how they see their athlete.

You see guys like Princeton here. He'll never see Jalen in any other light. He'll never criticize him. He'll never criticize the team. He'll never criticize anybody that is in charge or is going to make decisions. And nobody is above criticism. Nobody is above criticism, especially in professional sports. It's like being a politician. No matter how great you are, you're still going to be criticized for moves you make. At the end of the day, they all added up and they see what side of the aisle you are. Were you good politician? Were you not? Were you good head football coach? Or were you not? Here, go here with this. So do you see what Penn State's doing now? Penn State now has the Joe Patorno experience that they just unveiled for fans to go and see.

It's the Joe Patorno, OK? The Joe Patorno experience. I'm a fan of Joe Patorno, the football coach. I am. I'm a huge fan of Joe Patorno as a football coach. Joe Patorno, the man, that's a different conversation. I think both are separated. What I don't like is most people today, they don't like to cover the entire story. They like to cover what makes them feel good. Joe Patorno will go down as one of the greatest coaches if not the greatest coach in football history. Did he allow his program to become bigger than morality? Yeah. Most places that happens. That's exactly what happened. And no matter how you see stories, you're going to look at stories in a different way. Same thing with Jalen Hertz and that GQ story.

That GQ story told us a little bit more about the quarterback and how he sees people, how he views people, how he views teammates. I thought it was revealing. And you know what? I had people telling me yesterday you were criticizing him. Like I wasn't criticizing him. That was my take away of what kind of man I think Hertz was. And to his credit, it's been very successful in his life on how he does things. Jalen does things a little bit unconventional. You know why? Because he's had an unconventional career. He's an unconventional quarterback. He's got an unconventional personality. At the end of the day, people sometimes, it's how you see, listen, isn't it funny that every year that the quarterback has been a starting quarterback in Philadelphia,

every year has been a different Jalen Hertz. OK? I mean, every year has been different. 2021, 22, 23, 24, 25. Every single year, we've got a different quarterback. You know what, too? A guy like Chris Sims came out yesterday. It said that Kevin Pettulo was far from the major problem on that Eagle offense a year ago. It was the head coach, and it was the quarterback. And it was AJ. But the biggest problems were the quarterback and the coach. The quarterback and the coach last year were the biggest problems. Nick had no answers. And Jalen had no answers.

AJ Brown checked out. Well, what's your answer to that, Jalen? Nothing. Nick, what's your answer to AJ checking out? Nothing. OK? You've got to overcome and you've got to adapt when things aren't working well. When a guy, when you lose a player like Lane Johnson, Doug Peterson had answers. The difference between, you know why Doug Peterson is a better coach than Nick Sireani. He had answers. Jason Peters goes down. Right? You had an answer. The quarterback goes down. Let me ask you something. Let me ask you something here. If Jalen hurts, goes down this year. You think Nick Sireani's got an answer?

Going on to win in a Super Bowl? You think he's got an answer? Don't ever tell me you thought that 2017 team was a favorite to win the Super Bowl. You'd be lying. What do you think? If Nick loses Jalen, can he pull a Doug Peterson? Cills, I'm not sure if Bobby Bowden was supposed to be Marshall's head coach when the plane went down. Yes, I do know that. He was at West Virginia. And they had asked him to become the head football coach at Marshall. But he was the West Virginia coach at the same time when the plane went down in the early 70s. Yes. And that's why he was very kind to Marshall when the plane crashed and helped them run the veer option. Yes, I do know that. I asked you a question, David.

You think Nick Sireani would have answers? If Jalen hurts, went down. Yes or no? No way Nick Sireani could do what Doug did. After I watch Nick give the green light for four votes, get this. Okay, let's ask this guy. Hey, Nick, you think if Jalen hurts goes down, Nick Sireani's got answers to win a Super Bowl? Yes or no? He couldn't even beat San Francisco. With hurts, if things went sideways. Not in this life or the next. Not with these backups. Now you're taking a shot at how we. So how he's built the shitty team now, right?

Which is it? Oh, I'm sorry, PA. It's not you, bro. Dude. Tanner McKee looks like an undrafted player now. Yeah, because the coordinators made him look that way. How he shouldn't trade in McKee for a third round or last year? How he's losing his mojo. I wouldn't say that. Chris Sims is right. He's right. Last year you had guys who didn't have answers. Okay, look at this. But to lose the number one reason for last year's failure. Well, then that means you're blaming the head coach for putting that incompetent, unqualified guy in the same position. He just puts Sean Manion. Is that right, Nick?

Is that right? If Petunals, the number one reason? Sean Manion will be the number one reason for this guy again. Because you know why? It's excuses. How do you think Doug would have handled Jalen and AJ's relationship? Doug Peterson would have handled it like a quarterback because he was one. And so was Frank Reich. Hey, by the way, there's no question. Donovan McNabb. And Jalen Hertz have a lot in common. They couldn't handle their personality star wideouts. Both guys could not.

Hell no. Hey, I love that. Won't have answers. He never does. Let's hear your answers, Andrew. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't throw shade at Zander on that. Zander's critical of the guy. Zander's not a fan, boy. I don't go down that lane with that. Okay. That's not what that is. If I thought Zander was dragging around on his knees for that guy, I tell you, I don't believe that at all. I've heard him critical. And so have you. It feels you were spot on yesterday with WIP host asked how we have Jalen was on the clock this season. How we protected his team and had no choice but the liar was shocked. Dude, was it going to go on the flagship station? And get this the host who pays 10 million bucks that station? Pays 10 million bucks to air Eagle Games.

They're not going to ask about a contract for Jalen Hertz. You kidding me? That's all limits. That's not what I don't remember it that way. He's part of the collective. I don't I don't I don't go down that lane. No. Cereon is answered to last season was to replicate Keller Moore's mentality. The best he could. There's a stark difference between the mentality of those who played the game and those who didn't. You know what? The greatest coach in the history of the national football league never played. You don't have. So you're telling me. Vince Lamberti who never played pro football.

Bill Bella check. Bill Walsh. Joe Gibbs. All these guys who never played. You think a guy like Kellen Moore is a better coach and sees the game better than those guys? Sure. Tom Brady couldn't handle Antonio Brown. Uncompletely true. Tom Brady immediately. Immediately went to Tampa. And the number one player he wanted outside of Grunkowski. Was Antonio Brown. Complete lie. Nick doesn't wipe his ass without approval of owner and how he. Like I said, dude. The end of the day this year. It's really going to come down to Nick and Sean Manion. And if they've done anything to improve the offense.

Cells, there's no excuse this year. No one left to skate. Go. So Jalen is to figure it out. In my personal opinion. And Nick. And Nick. Brady was a locker room crybaby in Tampa. That delivered an N. O. C. Championship and a Super Bowl cry all you want. Big boy cry all you want. And Tonyo Brown left the game throwing his shoulder pads. How is that controlling him? You just said a lie. I just told you. That year in 2020. He wanted Antonio Brown on the football team. They want a Super Bowl because of him. At the end. Antonio Brown exploded. I have never heard a teammate.

Ever say that Tom Brady. And by the way, Brady won a Super Bowl with him. And then he's going to be a Super Bowl. And then he's going to be a Super Bowl. Okay. He's here. Seild. Yeah, I think, yeah. CS. Hear a student of the game. Do you believe the NFL should have a trophy named after legendary coach Paul Brown? No. Not in its era. This year has to fall on Nick. You can't escape it this year. I really shocked. Nick is going all in with this offense. That's not a confidence move, Sills. Why would I try to copy people? I beat nonstop unless I don't believe I'm better than those guys.

And that's the question we asked yesterday. You're going to install an offense that you kicked the shit out of. And you're foreign oh against. All right. But like Zander said yesterday, but they want to improve it. But they want to improve it with skill sets that the quarterback doesn't have. That's why it doesn't make sense. I hate that you're making me pick pick up for an idiot, but AJ Brown want to Super Bowl with the Eagles. Okay. I know. Yes. And Antonio Brown want to Super Bowl with the box. And he contacts her. It's handled it pretty well since we won the Super Bowl. Well, AJ drama was starting fair enough. Fair enough.

You know what though to SS. Yeah, you're right. He handled AJ better than Donovan handle T.O. I'll give you that. Yes. Yes, he did. And it lasted longer. Why is it that her test to win the way you want them to win? No, no, no, no, not the way I want them to win. I'm not the one asking for the change. Nick is. You got that wrong, David. Nick or David, I didn't ask for the change. I don't think you should change. I think you should let that offense run its course. Let me ask you something, David. Instead of the Chicago Bulls tearing up the Chicago Bulls in the boardroom.

How many people believed us? Check this out. I'm going to use an analogy here. So everyone knows that Chicago Bulls with Michael Jordan, they never had a chance to defend their championship. They ripped the team apart because they thought it wasn't the best interest to move forward. Because they thought those guys were all getting older. Would you have let that team run its course to see if you could have won another couple championships? What do you think would have been in the best interest? Because quite frankly, one of the Bulls done since they ripped that team apart. Nothing. Nothing. Brady had one more Super Bowl in him. The Patriots let him go. Craft didn't want him. There was one more Super Bowl left than that guy.

He had one more Super Bowl to give. And the Patriots started losing football games and had to rebuild, which they're fabulous at. So the SEC is now suing LSU for waging a deliberate and coordinating campaign to recruit professional athletes to play football LSU during the 2627 season.

Crazy. Good luck in court. They'll lose the SEC. LSU is going to win that. So what are we going to do next year at running back? Because I don't think Barclay will be here next year. So he has to have a big year. Yeah, Barclay comes in with 1200 yards. That's not going to be good enough. It's a matter of fact. If Barclay has a 1,400, 1,500 yard year, that's also going to be good enough. Kobe and Shaq left more championships on the table than anyone. Okay. Yeah, ego. Nick will be roasted if Batula rips it up in Miami. I don't think they're doing anything in Miami over the next five years.

With the cap restraints they have on them over the next five years, almost $100 million this year. Yeah, no. Barclay, 1,500 won't be good enough. No, won't be because your passing game will never be good enough to overcome it. No. If Sequan Barclay ran for 1,500 yards in 2024, you would have never won a Super Bowl. Seals, how he said yesterday, the playoff 49er loss in a home playoff game in front of the fans was his worst loss as G and that's why Nick came to him and say we need a new version vision. Your thoughts. What's the new vision? I think that's a lame ass comment there if that's true. I didn't hear that. I don't know. Well, wait a minute. Wait a minute, Mr. Hill.

It was either injuries to the offensive line. Or what? It was the scheme. I'm confused on that. Now, we said yesterday, the playoff 49er loss in the home playoff game in front of the fans was his worst loss as general manager. That's why Nick came to him and said we need a new vision. You mean a 50 and 18 vision. That's kind of insane. Hey, by the way, Mike Gallic will join us for a couple minutes at 330. Back on ESPN radio, we will have Mike Gallic join us at 330. Big Z will hit us up at 430.

Too bad for one of my favorite Malik Willis Miami fire sellies. He has nothing to work with. Yes, they got rid of everybody. Always thought he would be a great fit and filling. Seals Barclay made the second 1000 yard receiver on the team joint never happened. Seek one Barclay 1000 yard receipt. Let me read this again. Let me go back. I was a Barclay made the second 1000 yard receiver on the team joining the 1000 1000 club that will never happen. This dude is retarded. Majority of Barclays yards at 24 came in a second half of games when he was already leading. Bro, if that guy gets 1500 yards, that's not going to be good enough. With what 2900 passing yards, whatever guy will see.

We shall see. By the way, I don't think Barclay comes anywhere near that. What's the over under on Barclay this year? Odds on Barclays rushing yards. What's the number at? Barclay in 2026. Seek one Barclays odds. Let's see here. On sitting around over under 1,099.5 rushing yards for the season. 1,099.

1500 yards. You key. I was listening to Steve Smith, senior and he paralleled the what met Captain with JSN. The move AJ move will do for Devante. What's your take on that? Well, look at a quarterback that JSN has. He's got a better passing quarterback than Jalen hurts has or then the Bante Smith has. You're comparing Sam Darnel's arm to Jalen hurts his arm. And what way is that? Sills the scheme is not for Nick or Jalen because that's the scheme requires patience and lots of practice and prep and repetition before it can work with perfection. Communication has to be perfect all around correct. I disagree. I don't think it really matters what the offense does.

The only way we win this year is through the defense. That's not true. If that was the case, the Houston Texans would be the Super Bowl champions. And by the way, you don't have a better defense than them. You don't. That's the best defense in pro football. And quite frankly, it's not really close. They're they're the best defense. Remember something. You still get killed on the ground game. That team doesn't get killed on the ground game. Ever. If Josh Allen had games Jalen had a 24, he would glaze him for how he played smart football since it's Jalen. And he gets no credit because Jalen hurts is not the talent of Josh Allen.

I'm just going to be as bold as I can to you guys when it comes to truth. I'm not answering that stuff to make you feel better about yourself any longer. The reason is because Alan's better. To have two more elite years from Barclay, think we need to monitor his reps. So run that guy into the ground monitor. Dude, you don't monitor a thoroughbred. You run them into three races. And after that, you put them out to study. Seals to a lot of story being an international player is a great story. The guy never played football and he's an NFL players association representative for the team. That's a Hollywood movie in the making tremendous story. You'll never see it again. By the way, I really loved it too. What did it finally come in today? I think it did.

The NFL. Let's see here. Who's the NFL's top 100 players? I think that came in today NFL top 100 players. Let's take a look at this. Oh, yeah, it came in. Here it is. Number one player is Miles Garrett, not a shocker. Number two, Josh Allen, not a shocker. Number three, a guy I wanted you to draft. He's John Robinson. One of my sandbox guys. The third best player in the league. Matthew Stafford. Number four. JSN number five. Christian McCaffrey. Number six. Pukinikuah number seven. Michael Parsons number eight.

Jamer Gibbs number nine. Xander was right about that kid. And number 10 is Patrick Surtain. I know many of you fought the cues better than that guy, but he ain't. Football is finally back and price picks is bringing out their best offer yet. New users who sign up will get $150 in lineups if you win your first $5 line up. So let me see 20 through 11 here.

And what that was. I didn't see that. James Cook at 20. Justin Jefferson. I should say Justin Roseman. Jefferson. 19. Patrick Mahomes at 18. Jonathan Taylor at 17. Jamar Chase at 16. Derek Henry 15. Brian Burns 14. Trey McBride 13. Tide and Arizona. William Anderson at 12. And Drake May at number 11. Okay. He just submitted he would glaze Allen if he had. Jailant's performance. Because he's a better player. He's asked to do more. What are you not getting? Josh Allen is a better ball player. And the story. Whatever you fucking tweet.

I hope hurts is running the ball this year. Would you run the football if you were in the contract here? What's you? I'm not going to be in the contract. See here. This is a list from last year or projection for the year coming. I think that's based off of last year, my friend. Funny. This is Philly fans mentality. Nobody else on the planet thinks this. Only the people in filling. And the challenge overrated bum jokes in the post season. Sure. Was he crying at the podium? Like a little girl after the fourth turnover playoff game? Yeah. Okay. I guarantee you guys. If how he rose up in a chance to move hurts. He move him for him.

And have to give the bills three draft choices. Not in the same conversation. And he never will be. Do you not again understand this? Troy Aikman won three super bowls more than John L. Way. He wasn't better than him. And it wasn't close. Aikman wasn't better than Marino. And it wasn't close. There's no pairing. Being a super bowl MVP will get you paid in a contract year. Never happened. You don't get paid for winning ball games. Nobody gets paid for winning games. Players don't get paid for winning games. Still some hurts wins another super bowl.

Whether that's two years from now. This year five years from now. He won three super bowls. And he's not a top five guy. He's not a top five guy. Dude, eight wins one three. Hurts will never get to that number. And Troy Aikman is a top 15 20 quarterback. I think I'm going to have to get a bit more. So, is that what care about where a jail in earth ranks among the quarterbacks? Way too much. Focus and energy on if jailin brings on W's and Sundays. My goodness. Okay. Philly. He had AJ from 22 to 25. The year he was with jail and rager, he did not get a thousand yards. And they had to trade for AJ.

Now he has lemon and wicks. Hey, get this ultra. Have you ever seen a top 10 wide receiver drafted one year? Then you go into a trade mode and trade the first round pick the following year? I mean, I've never seen that. So wait, you dropped the Montet Smith in 2020 and with the 10th pick. The following year, you use the first round pick to go get AJ. Okay. Okay. Notice respect or hurts or anyone in this chat bug. When you're going to realize that hurts is good, but he so overrated. How would you know when he doesn't get you paid? Would he? Okay. Well, let's prove one more last. Let's prove one last time to this guy.

How winning. Does he get you paid? Okay. Patrick Mahomes obviously winner. That second highest paid never burrow super bold, but has a one recently got paid at 55 million. Alan's never been to a super bowl. Loves never been to a super bowl. Lawrence has never been to the super bowl. Golf has never been to the super bowl. Lamar Jackson has never been to the super bowl. So two out of the top 10 guys with only one guy winning it in the top 10 has ever been to the super bowl or a conference championship game. The rest of them have never even made it past the divisional round. And those are your highest paid players has nothing to do with winning. When do you understand that has nothing to do with winning?

If players don't get paid for winning games and hurts his below average quarterback to your knowledge, tell me exactly how hurts got paid. Oh, wait, because he was a dual threat guy in 22. He surely was in his skill set in 22 was a weapon. He was absolutely a weapon in 22. He's no longer that player. The best of Jalen hurts is behind him because his inability to run. Now, if he goes back to that, an older version. This dude is Jalen will get paid next season. Why didn't they pay him now? Oh, I know that's the plan. Guy, whatever. Oh, I know. All right, we got a new AJ here. Or LJ, whatever. Why do these fans care so much about these players ranking to supposed to be about the logo on the front of the jersey.

Some fans don't get that. Anthony Richardson is dual threat. What does that have to do with anything? It's only like the last 10 years that the mid quarterbacks starting making max deals. There's such a shortage of truly elite quarterbacks. Now mid guys getting crazy money. Yeah, I agree with that. I agree with that average quarterbacks getting elite deals. Yes. I absolutely agree with that Brandon. She'll I think bark gets close to 1500 all purpose. Okay. Hurts top 12 or so in passing with a great defense. Jalen hurts in the top 12 in passing. And.

Why do Eagle fans root for the Eagles? You said hurts got paid because he was dual threat. Correct. Because what you paid for in 22, you haven't seen since. Not because he won games because the way he played in the style of playing. So Jalen's the only guy in the history of the league that gets paid for winning. Not one quarter back. I named you got paid for winning. Who Trevor Lawrence. Trevor Lawrence makes $55 million a year. How did he get paid? How did Jordan love get paid? How did those guys get paid? How are they making? Okay. Okay, then Steve.

How did Jordan love make more money? And how does. Jerk golf and how does well. Dack make more money than hurts. How do those guys make more money? Wait a second. How did those guys get money? Yeah, because he was a weapon. Because my homes put the team on his back. It doesn't need elite wide receivers or an elite running back. He doesn't need any of that. He carried the football team on his back in numbers. His ability. He's the only guy on the planet that could put up 5,050 touchdowns and win. That's how he got paid. He got paid because he's. He's the best guy in the league.

Wow. Guys. Here. I'll show you another example. Let's go here. Some of you are the stupidest people on the planet and don't get it. Here you go. Let's take another position. Let's go, Ed rusher. Well Anderson. Now making 50 million. He makes as much as hurts. What's he won? Nothing. Michael Parsons makes 46. What's he won? Nothing. Adrian Adrian, Adrian Hutchinson. 46. What's he won? Nothing. What's TJ what? One. Nothing. What's the now hunter one? Nothing. What's miles Garrett one? Nothing. What's match cross B one? Nothing. Okay. Good. And then yeah. I'm gonna give you a last one. Let's take another position. Let's take. Let's go to wide receiver. Jay has said. Just got this deal. After he won the Super Bowl.

He's off the books. Jamar Chase. Got to a Super Bowl. Okay. In a rookie deal. Just got paid. Drake London. Just got paid. Nothing. nothing, Justin Jefferson, nothing, CD lamp, nothing, DK Medcalf, nothing, Chris Alave, nothing, I'm not Saint Brown, nothing, Terry McClure, nothing. Those guys didn't get paid for winning. Seals, why are you arguing with the, I'm just going to start scooting over on because it's a useless conversation. You don't get paid on winning and being on a winning team. Seals, I think he was ranked 16th in yards last season. I think 12 is reachable. If he goes from 200 passing per game to about 225, I will see.

Eagles are going to just let go of hurts. They know how hard it is to find. They're not just going to, I'm assuming you're saying that. They don't know how hard it is to find someone that has had a part in success. So when Bert gang, so when the sea ox moved off of Gino Smith and they moved off of Gino Smith the same darn it. When Mia Kind said it was the worst move in the off season, me something like that. I, hey, sales arguing with these idiots is comical. It's the show interesting. By the way, Mike Gallic will join us at the bottom of the hour. Let's see here. Spindy said this morning, he doesn't worry about Don Tevian Wicks as a number two.

What do you think? That's really being a great teammate. How do you not have a little concern for Don Tevian, which being a number two when he's never been a number three or number four? I mean, I mean, right?
