As far back as you can remember, think about how the Sun was referenced by your parents, by the media, by 'almost' everyone that cared to share their opinion about it. You no doubt heard or have heard this expression countless times, "the harmful effects of the sun."
Well Dr. Jack Kruse joins me to tell you that what you've been taught, told, and remember, couldn't be further from the truth.
Dr. Jack Kruse is the author of the Epi-paleo Rx, the co-Inventor of the Quantlet device. He specializes in spine surgery complex and minimally invasive, peripheral nerve, as well as Age Management medicine and the list goes on and on and on.
