A group of white, Christian males got together and helped each other and, eventually, many more alcoholics. When they wrote a book, they even added a chapter for the long-suffering wives of such men. Today, there is more than one way to change our drinking habits. Alcohol-Free Lifestyle is one of them. After enduring years of cruel messages from some AA members, Coach Victoria (an AA alumni) decided that it was time to address the big questions.
