Ep. 1 What is the thoughts in my head podcast all about? It's a trail running podcast, with me of course

This trail running podcast will be fun and inclusive. It will feature interviews with all kinds of guests (think hypnotherapy to world record hiking attempts) and always be around 15 minutes. The idea is to leave everyone wanting more.

I’m trying something new today! Episode 1 of the podcast is up, and I hope you’ll indulge me and take a listen. I also hope the rookie behind the microphone won’t send you frantically clicking the close tab screen…

This episode is a natural follow to the first newsletter post, as I just tell a bit about myself and what I’m hoping to cover on the podcast. The podcast will have the same idea as the newsletter of being inclusive and fun, as I hope to involve as many of you as possible. The podcast will usually be about 10 minutes as well, short and to the point. I’m hoping it will just be a little reprieve through the week.
