Meet Saba Hocek – a compassionate healer and guide with a unique blend of intuition, science, and heart. Saba holds six professional certifications, is accredited by BANHS, and is a member of the Association for Transpersonal Psychology & Hypnotherapy. She’s also a best-selling author who brings her own lived experience and deep empathy into every healing journey.

Saba discovered her intuitive gifts at a young age but initially followed a different path, building a successful career in software development. In fact, right out of college, she developed the first PC-based reading system for the blind and visually impaired—pioneering a solution that changed lives and launched her company, Adhoc Systems, into a leadership position in its field.

What set her apart in tech—her ability to see both the big picture and the tiny steps to get there—is the same insight she now brings to healing. Her work with mental health systems opened her eyes to the powerful connection between computer logic and the human mind—two complex systems with one key in common: flow.

Driven by a deep desire to help others reconnect with their inner strength, Saba shifted her focus to healing full time. She began studying hypnosis, biofeedback, Reiki, and the power of intuitive energy, eventually founding Self Empowered Minds in 2009—a wellness center dedicated to helping people heal and live life empowered.

Today, Saba guides others through trauma, uncertainty, and transformation using a blend of science-backed methods and soulful intuition. Through hypnosis, energy healing, and emotional realignment, she helps women rediscover their own power—and gently reminds them that healing is not only possible, it's your birthright.
