A life of inactivity to avoid pain is not a life worth living!  Coach Chris Wilson sits down with MoveU Co-Founder and Program Creator Andrew Dettelbach aka “the Shirtless Dude.”

Andrew is known for his hypermobile ripped physique but he’s not ONLY brawny… he’s brainy!  During the first and only shirtless podcast, Andrew shares his passion for fitness, health and quality movement. He’s an avid CrossFit athlete and keeps himself in tip-top shape all year round. And yes, he’s pretty much shirtless all of the time.
