Ira Sahay is a Metabolic Health Coach based in Mumbai, India, and serves as the Media Head of dLife.in, a prominent low-carb platform in India. She is known for her work in metabolic health and has gained attention for her use of low-carb and carnivore diets to manage various chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and PCOS. In 2021, Ira was diagnosed with Membranous Nephropathy, a life-threatening autoimmune kidney disease.

Despite being advised by medical professionals to restrict her protein intake, she adopted a Carnivore diet, which led to a remarkable improvement in her condition. Her kidney disease went into spontaneous remission, which was later confirmed by her doctors. Today, she continues to help others with similar health conditions, particularly autoimmune disorders, using low-carb nutrition as a key part of her coaching practice
