All right, let's hop into today's focus and today's focus is feeling responsible for everyone. Now this is not going to apply to everyone, and I get that. But I've talked with enough energizers to catch on to this theme that we often, time or many energizers, often feel like they're, they're the responsible ones for so many people, for the maybe it's family members, for their friends, and even their co-workers at times. The struggle is that you're carrying other people's emotions, other people's outcomes, and even their problems with you, like you're the one bearing that on your shoulders.

And I get it, I've been there. It sucks, it's a heavy place to be, and part of it is you're most likely an empath, so you absorb and take out those feelings and emotions, but we have to start creating this boundary, it's a little separation, and even shifting our identity to a degree, you can still care for people, you can still be compassionate, you can still be loving and all of those things for other people, but you don't have to be dragged down into the monkey, you don't have to be way down with the emotions, with all the things, and you can still be there for people. So I think, and I feel, I should say, I feel that it comes from this identity attachment that we have, being the dependable one, becomes who we are, and it feels good to be the dependable one, it feels good to be the one people go to for relief, for support, to

be the one people call on when they need something, it's beautiful. Now it does stroke the ego, and while that does affect some of us, I'm in fact all of us to a degree, some more than others, that may or may not be the driving cause, but it feels good to be the dependable one, but also gets to be exhausting, and it just naturally becomes who we are, if that's how you are, and you start acting, then you just start taking on that identity, people start reaching out to you, and then after some time you're getting drained, you're getting exhausted, and you're like, why can't they just call on somebody else? Why do they always have to complain to me, why do they always have to come to me with their problems, why do I'm either dependable one, why can't it be somebody else? Well, it's because you built this construct, this identity of this is who you are, and that's how they identify you as, or it's not only are you identifying with it, they're identifying you with it. So you have to construct and build this new identity for yourself personally, and then

let them know on it. So to do that, to shift that for you, you need to replace, oh, it's on me with, it's with me, support, supporting someone else doesn't mean ownership. I support you on your journey, right, and helping you become an energy master to go through the four levels of our energy sovereignty pathway. I'm there with you, guiding you, supporting you on this journey. But you know what, it's not, it's not on me for you to do that journey. It's on you, you need to take the actions. It's like trying me trying to get Katie to work out, right, early on when I first got into working out, I tried pushing it on her and sharing, because I saw and felt the benefits, and she ended up, I'm not sure resenting the right word, but it wasn't a good thing between us, and I learned my lesson, right, I can't force her to do things, why, because

she's her own person. If I force things, I'm just going to leave a resentment, anger, frustration, and all negative pathways. However, I could be there to support her, I could suggest things, and just leave it there for her without expectations, and if she chooses who she can come on. So for you and your journey, I'm here to support you, I'm here to guide you, and I'm here to walk it with you, but it's not on me, it's not on me for you to do this journey, it's on you. You have to take ownership of that. And so for you, when you are there to support and help others, being that dependable one, well, it could be with you, but it doesn't have to be on you. Does that make sense? So it's that a single word change, it's on me to, it's with me to make the shift, and then you could start shifting your whole identity, say, I'm here to guide and support, but I'm not going to do it for you. People aren't going to feel comfortable with that because they're used to you being

the dependable one, they're used to just giving it to you and letting it be done, so they're going to have to learn the new you, to new identity, someone like it, someone, and that's okay, but find what works best for you. Being the dependable one isn't always a badge of honor, so don't always wear it as one. So if it's heavy and feeling down, I invite you to make that shift. So it's on me to, it's with me, and start working to change that identity. All right. That's all I got for today. Thank you so much for hopping in, keep being you, keep shining bright, and until next time, I'll catch you later.
