Through organic nutrition, meditation, essential nutrient supplementation, detox, prayer, mindset, and his daily exercise regime, Dr. Espen managed to beat the infection and recover his health.
Dr. Espen believes that given the right circumstances, lifestyle, mindset, nutrition, and supplements, the body has an innate capacity to heal and regulate itself.
