What was the character who wore PF Liar Sneakers in the Sandlot? I keep wanting like slasher slash. That's not right. Ryan Murph. Answer? Slushy. Benny the Jet. Rodriguez. Benny. So we're a sudden death. We have three questions. Let's go. All right, focus. Okay, focus, focus, focus. The category is the 90s. Are we doing a... Say your name? Yes. Yeah, say your name. Three questions. What 90s movie featured a character named Cher? What? What? What? What? 90s movie featured a character named Cher? Amy. Amy. The mask. Incorrect. Eddie. Eddie. Pretty woman.

Cock fight. Correct. Oh, me. Of course I get that. I'll leave that match mess with me because I was immediately picturing matches like lighting on fire. Are we moving on from that topic? Yeah. That is an archaeologist. Incorrect. Amy, what do you call someone who studies fossils? A paleontologist?

Correct. Say me. Oh no. So what is super, super sudden death? It's just one question now. Never been here before. There we go. One question. The category second grade geometry. Second grade geometry. No, I can't do that. What 3D shape looks like a ball? Eddie. Amy. No. A sphere. Correct. Yes. Yes. Amy congrats. Amy congrats. Amy congrats. The game goes on one more way. Hey, congratulations Abby and Lunchbox. You saved you. Thank you. That's true. That's all we need. All right, there might be the longest game ever. All right, there we have it. It's beenonymous in box. Andonymous in box. And there's a question to be had. Send it in to the real man. Hello Bobby Beones. My boyfriend and I have been dating for six years.

I'm ready to get married. My boyfriend says he doesn't believe in rushing into marriage. What do you take from this? Signed ready for a ring. Six years as a long time. I guess I would also need to know your age. Because if you started dating at 14, that's different. Very. If you started dating at 25 or more though, six years isn't adequate time to know if you want to marry the person or not. Yeah, at that point, he can't use the word. I don't want to rush into it or the phrase. That's no longer valid. We're going to say we don't like it. But we have people on the show that have experienced the same thing. For example, Eddie was given an ultimatum. Let me tell you my story. We've been dating for six years. And I thought, we're just having a good time. Boyfriend, girlfriend, living the best life. And my wife said, hey, if you're not going to ask me to marry you, I'm leaving. Like, I'm going to go start dating other people. And that's the first time I'd ever thought about asking her to marry. And how old were you at that point? 26.

25? It's weird, but the first time you thought about it. Yeah. I was having such a good time. It's like never cross my mind. And it wasn't that like I didn't want to marry her. She was definitely the perfect person to marry. I just didn't think about marriage. Ray Mundo. Yeah, Texas State Culture, where I went to college. None of my buddies are married now. And our relationship was fine. It still is fine. Marriage really didn't change it. It was good for tax purposes. Made my credit score go higher. Relationships are exact same. How long, though, were you together? Well, our hashtag was six years later. So we did wait a little while. What advice would you give her? Don't let the world put labels on anything. Never rush stuff. Him, her, ultimatum. I don't care. I did it on my own time. And guess what? Look at me now. You just said nothing changed. Everything's the same. And it's just tax purposes. And it's crazy to me that they think that six years is like they can still say don't rush it.

I think it's easier for guys. I think biologically speaking, we get to have kids forever. Mm-hmm. And I do think that weighs with women. And Ray's right. Like when you look at your friend group and no one's getting married around your age, you're thinking, wow, I mean, no one's getting married or now we're good. Heck, by the time I was getting married, all my friends were getting divorced. And then remarried. So I don't say you go full ultimatum, but I would kind of put the screws to him on, hey, this is important to me. When do you think you have a decision on our future? Can you give it to me by December 31st for whatever it is? We can figure everything out. But I kind of need to have an idea. I'm burning daylight here. I need to have an idea of what you're... I don't want to pressure you right now. But let me know about the end of the year if you even plan us being together. So take your time. Let me know. Yeah, but you made a good point about keep in mind your age. Yeah. You said... Yeah, if you were 12. We don't know. We don't know. Yeah. Good luck. I don't like it. And if you are 30 plus,

he needs to poop or get off the pot. But I wouldn't make him poop or get off the pot today. I would give him a friendly deadline to decide if he wants to poop or get off the pot. That'd be my advice. Alright, close it up. When I was four years old, when I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and health captive for nine months. I survived. And I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart. And these are the survivor files. You just remember... this low taunting voice next to my ear saying, shut up. Don't say anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. I knew if he woke up, without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed, and I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories

about what's taken from them. Their stories about what it takes to make it out alive, listen to the survivor files with Elizabeth Smart on the iHeartRadio app Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus, or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose option B. I'm Julie Beniero, and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes, without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people, and they were like, you smiled at us, not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies your soul about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself.

So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita, on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If you're a bookshelf and you're for you page are equally important to your personality, welcome home. This is Pro's Society, the weekly podcast that's part book club, part group chat for thought daughters, pop culture obsessives, and anyone who thinks pride and prejudice and love island deserve the same level of discourse. I'm Eli Rallo, and every week we're connecting the dots between books, the internet, and the conversations everyone can't stop having. I'm gonna have to look up this story. I'm obsessed. So obsessed. From bestselling authors and your favorite book talk creators to the latest pop culture moments, nothing is off the table. So like if you can hide some real messages inside compelling characters, and that is a Trojan horse, whether you're looking for literary deep dives, smart pop culture conversations,

or a community of readers who love to think a little too much, you're in the right place. Listen to Pro's Society on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. See you between the pages. That call was really pivotal for me. Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman, and this season on She Pivots, the podcast where women share bold career moves and personal turning points that changed everything. I sit down with culture shifting women who share their pivots like Para Olympian Alley Truett. I was like, I'm a nun. Out from a shark attack. There's no way in 11 months I'm making the very little index. Advocate Elizabeth Smart. I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference. So I'm going to keep going. Celebrity chef Carla Hall was that scary to walk away from such a stable career after just two years? No, I was more afraid of being unhappy than I was broke and in a dead and job that I didn't enjoy. And feminist legend, Gloria Steinem. All of us were trying to express women's real lives. We need a meeting place of our own.

And if I can contribute to that, I'd like to maintain that and leave this house for that purpose. Listen to She Pivots on the iHeart Radio app Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. I love Little Big Town. We were talking about the saddest songs of all time and like our favorites and their new album. So here I am with Little Big Town. This season it might be about show. What's the best sad song ever? I'll go blue eyes crying in the rain. I'll tell her I've taught five favorite songs of all time. All my favorite songs are sad songs. Me too. Because I can feed it. We just wrote a song on the record called Sucker for a sad song. That's why I asked that question. Oh, oh. Well, you know what I almost said? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think my favorite sad song is you don't even know who I am, petty levels. Your favorite sad song is Don't Pick Your Own. I know. I kind of think of my, I mean, I mean, I could be obvious and say he stopped loving her today, which is pretty devastatingly sad. Still though, it's cliche, but it's also cliche for a reason.

Because it's the saddest song ever. The only reason he stopped loving her is because he died. Yeah, that's pitiful. That's also with Skillola by my favorite. It's one of the greatest songs of all, just songs period of all time. My favorite sad song. And the rate that it was on a radio, popular radio. Wow. It is, it's one of my top 10 favorite songs of all time. Would that happen now, you think? If it went extremely viral because Paisley was doing a dance. Oh. The Makin' Tonight, you know? Let's see if we can work on that. Also Ghost in this House. I throw Aino Sunshine up there. Blasch, cry of the ring on my favorite songs ever. Everybody hurts R&M. I probably played that one in college and any other song. Because I was just lonely. And I'm here. You know, we turned that into on the bus when we had kids was, everybody poops. Sometimes when the kids were in diapers and you'd have one of them that would be like, You guys are doing parodies to poop?

Oh yeah. Even little big kind of parodies. Oh, you don't know how many parodies review. I can't say most of them, but Jimmy and Philip are, they should make a living riding parody music. They first started doing that like in truck stops. Which is the perfect place to do vulgar parodies. Yes. And they would come back and get in the van after being in the truck. And they would have a new poop parody. Well, we have, we have some group ones too. I wouldn't say I'm on your show. It's a nice show. With the album coming out, it's a dying art. You guys aren't quitting, are you? No. Okay. Did that title throw you? You'd be honest. I didn't know if you were just kind of pulled. I didn't throw me, but I wasn't convinced it wasn't what you were saying. Yeah. It's a dying art as a song about enduring love and... You could have picked any title to be that. I know. But you know what? It is for us. It's like, it says everything about where we feel like as artists,

we want to be, which is getting back to all things that we actually do with our voices and instruments. And our, even down to the cover of the record was a photo that was taken. By Becky Fluk that we stretched on canvas and found an old frame and then found a guy that makes those little gold plaques and engraved onto the like when you'd walk into any family house and you would see an old portrait of a family. Have a name plate. And then we took a photo of the photo. And so down to like celebrating the art that we make and getting back to that. And I know there's all the discussion about AI and everything. And listen, I love to use it for like homework. Not my homework. But also like looking each other in the eye and putting the phones down and just having true fellowship with people you love. That's a dying art. It's not the little big towns quitting after this record.

No. No. It's just like when you hear that song and then you hear the song, and then you hear the whole record, you're going to go, oh, I get it. I get it. It makes sense now. This is the Bobby Ball Show. Hey, Bobby. You want to hear the full hour we did together? Go search for the Bobby cast on iHartRadio, wherever you get your podcasts or Netflix. It's time for the good news. Which Bobby? Down is something good. This guy went to eat and he left and goes, oh man, did I tip? It's always worried about that. And so we got home, wrote a letter, and sent 50 bucks in the letter to the restaurant, detailing his best he could who the server was. Because he didn't know their name. They didn't have a name tag. And he said, I was 75% sure that I left a tip. But I wasn't 100. So I wrote the letter and sent it back and they got the letter and then gave the money to the right person.

Love that. That's cool. That's cool. Well, no, no, it's really easy. If you tip or not, you go look at your credit card statement and you look at it. Cash. I could saw it and sometimes I'll forget I tip and I'll just go back. Because it's cash. I mean, I'm sorry, I guess I'm never. I accept your apology. I never said statement. So do you have the app where you can instantly look at what you paid? No, no, you go to your website. But you do go to the website. That's what you would do. You do that? Yes. Oh, good. We're just surprised you would be able to use a website. No, no, I wouldn't do an app. I'm not going to put my bank on my phone because then if someone gets your phone, they still your bank. But your phone is your computer. They're connected. Your phone and your computer are not connected. A little bit, but I don't know. No, there's no little bit either. I don't know what you mean. But my banking information is not on my phone. Do you get, do you get text on your computer? I do that. Your phone is connected to your computer. Correct. Right, but my banking app is not on my phone.

So it doesn't send my banking information to my phone. Your banking app is not on your phone. But your browser is your browser share? I don't know how to do that. You know what? Maybe you're right. I'm telling you, my bank, I do not use my phone for my bank. I go to the, I go to my, my computer. Right, you cannot use it, but it can still be connected. How? The same way you get text through both. No, you have to set that up. You have to say share with my computer. You know, regardless, this story here, I mean, I have seems ridiculous. They posted on social media, they thanked them, she got the money. Oh, good. That's cool. Yeah, that's a great story. That's a great story. News Nation now, I love the story. Your bank is on your phone for sure. That is what it's all about. That was tell me something good. That was tell me something good. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. Done. It was, of how great it was painted or even that it was DaVinci. It's famous because it was stolen for a long time.

And that really up the value because people talked about it until they finally found it. Well, for a long time as it was stolen, Pablo Picasso was suspected to be in the thief. The actual painter? Oh. They suspected Pablo Picasso of stealing the Mona Lisa in 1911, but he was released due to lack of evidence. Despite possessing statues stolen from the loof. Yeah. So they had other stuff you just have to, but that's why that painting though is a side fun fact. It's so famous because there was this big controversy scandal where it is and who stole it. They got it back, obviously. Okay, Amy. President Andrew Jackson's pet parrot poll had to be removed from his 1845 funeral for cursing too much. So Andrew Jackson must have been cursing a lot. Yeah. And the parrot was really, really sad that... Well, you don't learn that word if you're sad unless he's cursing a lot around you. Yeah. That's funny though. I think I would laugh. That'd be a nice... You heard a few more of everybody sad.

F, F. Oh, Andrew's pet... I mean, we're cursing the same in 1845. Like, what was a curse word then? They the same? Oh, that's a good question. I think a lot of them are the same because some of them are rooted from like the 1400s. Maybe not all, but yeah. Okay. Wasn't bloody a bad word? That's British. But you can... I don't even want to read some of these. Okay. Some of the ones that we don't consider bad now, I can do that. That we're back in the day. By God, that was a bad one. Oh, really? Yeah. People would say balls. That's funny. I want to bring that one back. Yeah, I like that. Or lickspittle. What? Yeah. That's one. But most of the ones now that we have were still kind of in the mix for bad words. Eddie. The oldest cat to ever live no longer with us, but her name was cream puff, and she lived to be 38 years old and three days, and she was from Austin, Texas.

I don't believe it. Why? Let me give you the date. So born August 3rd, 1967, died August 6th, 2005. Now do you believe it? No. I'm not going to give you the date. Now you're going to give me date. Someone just wrote date sounds in my castle. The owner is Jake Perry. I mean, I don't know why somebody would make this up. I don't necessarily think a cat is alive. You said a dog, yeah. I mean, cats can live older, older, longer lives. I mean, 38 years. I'm looking at a cream puff. I'm looking at a picture. Yeah, there's a, you can look it up. And it's down in history as the oldest cat ever. He had another cat, this Perry guy, who was the fourth oldest cat ever recorded. What's he feeding on? Or is he getting the second one to look like him? Exactly. No, I just look exactly the same. I believe I'm not believing that later. All right, Luchbox. John Quincy Adams, when he was the president, he liked to go skinny dipping in the Potemic River. You got it. Try again. I don't know what Potemic, Potomac.

Potomatic. Potomac. Potomac. Potomac River. I don't know. If you had to bet money on one of those. Potomac. Potomac. Potomac River. And so Ann Royle was a reporter. And she was like, man, I want an interview with the president. He won't agree to talk to a woman. So when he went for his daily skinny dip, she took his clothes and said, you agree to an interview? I'll give you your clothes back. And so she became the first woman to interview a president. Dirty dog. I like it. It's called a Potomac. Just for a future reference. Potomac. Potomac. Yeah. One where George Washington. He didn't really. No. That's the Delaware. Yeah. The Potomac. George Washington, because it's in, no. That's not the one who crossed Wall and Battle now. Got it. Yeah. So, okay. Who, have you gone? Mm-hmm. Okay. Everybody's gone. I got a couple more here. All right. Next up, the word quarantine is actually Italian for 40 days. Oh.

Quarantine. So, I was going to get back to when it was discovered that ships were infested with plague carrying rats. Oh. And the ships were forced to wait outside Venice for 40 days before they let them come ashore. So, they would get there and then have to sit for 40 days, which is pretty crazy. And then spiked and studded dog collars, date back to the days of ancient Greeks who would give their sheep dogs, sharp spiked collars because it protected their necks, so wolves, when they would come in and try to bite their neck, they'd bite the spike. That's what Elearneeds. A full body. But yeah, people say you can put full suits on them. With spikes all over it. Yeah. Like, when the coyotes were like in our yard. So, yeah. There you go. Done. Back Friday. Okay. So, what did you see on Instagram? What was the prank they were doing? Oh. So, they put a sticky note on the window of someone's car in a parking lot. So, when they come back to get in their car, they see the note that says, police are looking for me. I'm in your trunk. I'll get out when you get to your house.

Like, all good, you know? And then they sit in a car nearby and film the person reading the note and see how they react. So, the video I saw, the guy put his stuff in his car, read the note, and then went and popped his trunk to see if anybody was in the trunk. And I thought, you have someone that's saying the police are looking for them. They could be armed and dangerous, and you're just going to pop open your trunk and not even be ready for anything. That's interesting. I've never popped it too, but my key fob has you double-hit it and it pops up itself. Oh, yeah. So, I'm back and far away. Yeah. Probably getting behind a car so they don't know who's actually popping it going, pop up. Boom. It's up. If I don't have that, I'm not opening the door. Yeah. I was thinking, what would I do? What would you do? Call? Yes. That's what you should do. Buddy? No, not somebody. No, not somebody. Call 911. The police. So was anyone in the trunk? Did anyone drink it? No, but they were filming him and they're just in their car laughing, seeing how he would

react. But if I call 911, whoever left that note is in deep trouble, right? Correct. So that's their problem. You're not going to know who left the note. Because essentially, posted on social media. I bet they don't. If the cops come, I bet they don't post it. If this isn't a public parking lot, they have cameras. They'll see exactly who put that post a note up. You think they're going to track it. Sometimes people break in, they can't even find them. That's true. It's a great point. They make about that. You do, though, Eddie, you get to your car and has to note on it. Call the cops. 100%. You wouldn't try to pop it from afar? No. I wouldn't even know. I'd call the cops immediately. Do you imagine if there was anybody that would get in their car and be like, cool, drive home, you can hop out when I get there? A little bit. I'd be like, how would they have gotten in my trunk? I'm like, that's so stupid. And I'd like, maybe throw the note away. Oh, I never even thought of that. How would they get in my trunk? You're key. If your car was unlocked, they went through and pulled the seats down and got in there. Right. If you know you locked the vehicle, right, there is zero percent chance they could have gotten your trunks. You're just like, all right, this is stupid. They could not have gotten in your trunk because you have a bicycle.

Right. Well, I am not saying my trunk specifically. I am just saying as a human, when I had a trunk on the ultimate, I would have thought, there's no way they got my trunk. Of course, of course. It's time for the good news. With Amy. Yeah, there's something good. The story's from ABC7 in California, but I actually saw it on social media too because it has blown up. This girl Heidi has over 30 million views of this story about how her neighbor was really noisy and she, I mean, it was very disruptive and she didn't know what was going on up there. So she decided to go up there and see what was up. Well, turns out her neighbor's elderly and has a walker. And every time she was walking with her walker and she has Parkinson's as well, it was making the loud noise and she has no family, no help. And they've struck up a friendship. And now that she's cooking for her, cleaning, helping her with medical benefits and legal

matters, she got with their landlord and he stepped in and did some home improvements and they've raised over $55,000 for Carol. And now they're like granddaughter and grandmother, they say, she's probably banging on the roof right. Be quiet. And then it goes up and it's like, oh, I'm so sorry. Yes. Yeah. That's the post I saw was her almost in tears. I mean, she might have actually been crying. It was a very emotional post that I saw of how she had one thing in her mind and then she learned her neighbor's actual situation. And then I saw another video of her like chopping up some potatoes. She was like, making dinner for Carol, my new neighbor that, you know, I was annoyed by it now. I want to help. And I love that they've struck up this type of relationship. Yeah, that's fine. Good story. That is what it's all about. That was tell me something good. And then it's on the radio. And the dials just keeps on turning.

And then they hear any MLR sparks. More game too. Go to Steve Red. I've been trying to put you through. Five days right in this week's next bid. And five days on the box. So you know what this is. Yeah. This is the Bobbi bond. And now the morning corny. The morning corny. What party game do fish like to play? What party game do fish like to play? Sam and says, when they got there, Sam and says, that was the morning corny. All right, voicemail. Bobbi offered up a gift of up to $1,000 to send him to the I Heart radio show thing. And he was so excited. And he says, this is what it's all about. But yet he gets upset when Bobbi helps others get to go to places that they wanted to go.

He was like, no, if you can afford it, don't go. I think if you can afford it, lunchbox, don't go. There's a difference. I didn't go to Bobbi begging to send me to Lego land in I didn't send Bobbi. Oh, send me on a staycation. I just talked about how I wasn't going. And Bobbi reached out to me and asked me, would you like to pay me to pay for your flight? Oh man, he's really doing some mental gymnastics here. And so also, yes, you're right. And then he did offer like $1,000 to pay for the flights. And he scaled that back to 400. I didn't scale it back. So that's not what happened at all. Also, lunchbox was going to message me on Giving Tuesday. I was. He even said he was going to. But you went ahead and I didn't have to do that. You felt it in your heart that you knew that I need a reward. I need a break. I need a release. And so you said, let's send him to Vegas. And the only flight I could find was the $1,000 on one in school. He said, no, I found another one. It's like $450. You can fly him. And so I did that. So. But then he's upset about that.

But I'm still at $500. And he's upset that I'm only out $500 instead of $1,000. Correct. 7 a.m. Man. Just say that out loud. 7 a.m. Return flight from Vegas. No one signs up for that. $450. Coming out of my pocket. Not the company. Say that out loud. $450. Coming out of your pocket. Not the company. But you were okay. Two minutes earlier doing 1,000. We were looking. We were looking for flights. I mean, you were like, oh yeah, do it. Just book it. And then scuba had to ruin our. And then they're there. Hey, actually, you know what? Let's give him the crap flight. I. A crap flight does better than no flight. Am I right? Yeah. And is it a crap flight? It is. No. It is 7 a.m. It's a crap flight. I'm going to miss it. Okay. Thank you for the voicemails. Leave a voicemail anytime for us. 877-77-Bobby. When I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and health captive for nine months. I survived. And I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them.

I'm Elizabeth Smart. And these are the survivor files. You just remember this low-taunting voice next to my ear saying, shut up. Don't say anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. I knew if he woke up. Without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed. And I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories about what's taken from them. They're stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to the survivor files with Elizabeth Smart on the iHeartRadio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle.

I choose option B. I'm Julie Beniero and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smiled at us, not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If you're a bookshelf and you're a four-year page or equally important to your personality, welcome home. This is Pro's Society, the weekly podcast that's part book club, part group chat for thought daughters, pop culture obsessives,

and anyone who thinks pride and prejudice and love island deserve the same level of discourse. I'm Eli Rallo and every week we're connecting the dots between books, the internet, and the conversations everyone can't stop having. I'm gonna have to look up this story. I'm obsessed. From bestselling authors and your favorite book talk creators to the latest pop culture moments, nothing is off the table. It's like if you can hide some real messages inside compelling characters and that is a Trojan horse. Whether you're looking for literary deep dives, smart pop culture conversations, or a community of readers who love to think a little too much, you're in the right place. Listen to Pro's Society on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. See you between the pages. That call was really pivotal for me. Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman and this season on She Pivots, the podcast where women share bold career moves and personal turning points that changed everything. I sit down with culture shifting women who share their pivots like Para Olympian Alley Truett.

I was like, I'm on out from a shark attack. There's no way in 11 months I'm making the Verilandics. Advocate Elizabeth Smart. I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference, so I'm gonna keep going. Listen to She Pivots on the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. If you say these things, you're old according to this video on TikTok. And of course, they were younger people saying it. Tell me if you say this. Number one, if you say videotaping, instead of recording with your phone. I've said it. I think both would count though, because then you said filming.

Filming. Yeah, film this. Will you film this for me? Yeah. Yeah. So I think that counts. So yeah, I think I just say we record this. So I think I'm good there. Next up, what do you call this sign if you just are saying it? Pound. Pound. Is it a hashtag now? That's a hashtag. Yeah, but what would you say? Hashtag. Yes. I would say that. Yes. Like it was like on a security. Like if you're doing your house security and it's a number, what would you say? Pound. Yeah. Saying pound instead of hashtag means you're old. I would say pound as well if I'm telling somebody what to push. If it's on a button. Yeah, it's on a button. It's pound. When telling time, if you say half past or quarter till or phrases like that, do you guys say any of that? I don't say that. I say 645. Yeah, I think I say the exact time. Yeah. So do I. And mostly for me, it's because of the math of all that is too tough.

Just saying quarter till, like I don't even know what that means. What do you call the person? Amy, this is not for you. What do you call the person you go to and you talk about your feeling and emotions? That's the therapist therapist. Would you call them that? Yes. What else would you call it? A shrink. Oh, I've never I've never used that. I believe that is rooted in a brain shrinker. Oh, or they shrink your problems. No, that could also be it. I'm not sure. I feel like it's derived from. Yeah, it is like a brain or head shrinker from the mid 20th century slang for psychologists, psychotherapists. Yeah. Okay, go. We're good there. If you say, what are the things called that Amy wears? Imagine she doesn't have a cord lunch box, but what is she wear? iPods. Earpods. I don't know what they're called. Earbuds. So, any what do you say? I would go, what would you really say? I would go earbuds. Okay. If you say earbuds, earbuds, or earpods, your old.

God. What are they? I call them iPods. Oh, earpods. Okay. Oh, yeah. You guys are going to air bud. Yeah, air bud. That's a good thing. Okay. This one nobody says this here. If you did, you'd be 100. A pocket book instead of purse. Oh, no. No, no, no, no. I said pocket book. We're not going with the wind. Black and white here. The person on a plane that brings you drinks, is the fly that's in it. Okay, good. Not the stewardess. Dude, if somebody says stewardess. Why did you point to the guys for that one? Because they would be the only ones who would say stewardess. You wouldn't. Okay, thanks. Why did you get offended at me pointing at them? Well, I want to play. But now I knew you wouldn't say stewardess. Okay. Like sometimes I think there, this is me treating them like children. They're the record. There was a transition there though, where you had to. Yeah, all of a sudden you had to get it. All of a sudden they're like, not so fly to treatment. It's not as not a stewardess. I wasn't part of that transition. No, I know. Because I didn't fly. I didn't fly. I didn't fly. Nothing because we had to change. Like there was a time when we could see. Because you just talked about fly to tenants so much that it really affected your life. No, but if you did say stewardess people like, you mean fly to tenant?

You don't remember that time? No, no one ever talked to me like you had. And I didn't talk about it that often. Okay, next. What do you call the pants that you wear at church? Slags. Slags. Slags. That's old. Is it? What do people say now? Pants, just pants. Sometimes khakis. Yeah, khakis and slags kind of roll together a little bit. Yeah, yeah. Amy, I just know you don't say some of this. So, please don't get offended. I'm not a progressive. No, no, no, no. I'll get it. You've yelled at me a minute ago. I didn't yell. No, okay. I get it. The place that a woman would go to lunchbox to get her hair done. Oh, they called us salon. What would you call it? Haircut place. For a woman? Yeah. Eddie. That's the salon. Okay, that's right. Some people call it a beauty parlor. Oh, no. If you say that. Oh, I wouldn't know with that, you know. And then what do you call the meal that's in the evening? Dinner. Mmm, dinner. Yeah. And they say supper. I don't feel like supper. It could be an all person thing.

I feel like supper for me is a geographical thing. Because I don't know anybody, any of my friends that lived in the North or far west, they called it supper ever. Or I can say a key that was supper. Like dinner was lunch. Supper was dinner. Yeah. But to me, it was always a southern thing more than it was an age thing. So, I think for the most part, you guys are good. Good. You're just kind of old. A little bit. Yeah, a little bit. The filming gets me there for sure. Which one hit you the hardest? Because I might say Slack's occasionally if it's that specific khaki color pant. Yeah. I think it's maybe the pound sign that gets me the most because I get that it's a hashtag. But, I mean, Slack's, I mean, I don't really say that that often because I don't really wear them. Also, hashtag is too many syllables. So, if it's type in your code, it's your bank. It's 999 pound. Right. It's a 999 hashtag. Right. Or 999 hash. That's just to me syllables.

Pass. Pass. All right. Some voicemails. Hit that. Just as for a lunch box. He didn't even get invited on the trip anyway. And Bobby, you said he would pay for him to go. So, you know, he wants to be at his best for his kids and the best for the show. So, he's a gig man. You know, he has his character, does his job, he's good at it, keeps people interested, people either love him or hate him. So, yeah, just as for lunch box, I hope you end up having fun on the trip, man. Colony from Iowa. Out. Thanks, Tony. He doesn't care about best for the show. Boom, Tony from Iowa finally got a smart caller. Thank you, Nailed it. Thank you. I wanted to put him on. I don't want everybody's against him because Tony is the one person that's not against him. Oh, man. Yeah. Tony. So, I'm calling about the lunch box Vegas trip. It's, it's lunch box wants to come back at a certain time on Sunday. Why didn't he use that voucher that he got renewed or whatever? He used that on his home trip back just these thought wanting to leave that seven.

Have a good one, guys. A good question. That was credit for my wife and she has used that to purchase her tickets. So we will be on two separate planes. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah. Good. That means it's like president vice president. Yeah. No, the planes goes down your kids. We don't think like that. We don't play that game. It's not a game. But that's why they don't fly it again. But we don't do that. Right. We don't, we don't talk about planes going down. We do. Not in my wife. We don't, we do. Yeah, she's not here. Yeah, yeah. But that's what we don't mind booking the same flight because we don't want to put that energy out there. So now you believe in energy? In fact, the energy out there because that's not your thing. No, if I were to say that. You are not an energy person at all. Yeah. I know. I'm just trying to like make you realize that I should be on that playing with my wife in the afternoon. Yeah. I'm sure she's going to love it. What you think about your flight getting paid for? She thought it was really cool. She thought it was ridiculous. I was going home at 7 a.m. though. She thought it was ridiculous. Yeah. She goes, that is so ridiculous. That was maybe her exact quote. I feel less appreciated by the day.

No, no. I, she was like, it's exciting. That's cool. Now like, we don't have to be ridiculous. Yes. But we don't have to tell the neighbors, hey, sorry, we can't make it, but she can make it. Right. And you're going to skip the, you're going to miss the flight on purpose. I'm going to miss the flight. Yeah. I'm going to prove a point. Have you talked to the neighbors about how you're not working and now you're just there for fun? I did finally tell them that after Bobby nice enough to book my flight, I was like, okay, now I can go to him. Hey, guys, are we ready? And guess what? I don't even have to work. So I didn't have to go like, oh, guys, I didn't get invited. I didn't have to do the sob story. They promoted you basically. They just want you to come to party. Correct. Like, wow, you have no responsibilities. I was like, none whatsoever. They're like, man, we're about to have us a good time. Ray, if I were to get you a flight like we talked about, where would you stay? It's still kind of been going around in my head. What can I do? Because we do have connections there, but it's too far from the strip. It's kind of old Vegas. Because if you're going to be my assistant. Yeah, that wouldn't work.

Yeah. Yeah, so. You got to be nearby, right? Like, if I call, I should, here I am. Have you been able to check? Do you have like a suite or something where there is different rooms in yours? No, I'm not. You're not staying in my room. And no, they don't put me in a suite. I'd make the most sense, honestly. Again, they don't, no, they do put me in a suite, but there's only one room in the suite. Oh, it's not. It's not. Is our pool out bed? Because like, let's say you, I don't know. Ray's not sleeping in my room. You wake up. I hate any water. If I'm paying for Ray to come and he's also sleeping in my room, I lose. Because I don't. It's like college. You just get done finishing up a professional production on TV and it's a college frat back at the suite. Can you see how much a flight would be for Ray? What airline? Oh, Frontier. He will be on the same flight. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Check around. No, there's no checking around. It is Frontier and No. And then we might have, might go to the local library and get on the computer there and see if you can get to your flight. Oh, my gosh. Right, Amy? I mean, I, I, I, I, I, I got something.

We'd need to mess with lunch boxes fight anymore. We're not messing with this. He's done. But he thinks Ray joining him will be messing with it or rageding a later prize. I mean, that is. That's absolutely what do you call it? Bull crap. That's why you took. You got a free flight. It doesn't matter what happens around you. No, it does. If you, if you give Ray a later flight home, that's you doing that on purpose to upset. No, it's just, no, not on purpose, but it's just what the prices are and what the times are. So I don't even know if Ray can go because he has nowhere to stay. Well, sometimes they have a little deals where you can do the flight and hotel together. You're looking at that. Right. Ready. What? No. That's true. You know, the bundle. Also, you never know if I'm getting bones fourth meal, I may need to sleep in a little bit just so I'm rested. What? Fourth meal. That's exactly what I'm doing. That's exactly what I'm doing overnight meal. You do eat a fourth meal. No, I don't. Fourth meal. That's what I said. I mean, it is Vegas. Sleeping. Bobby doesn't do Vegas like. Bobby doesn't do Vegas. Bobby goes to a city called Las Vegas and treats it like every other city.

Works. Drinks a lot of water so he doesn't get dehydrated and then flies back home. Why do you drink a lot of water because you care about? It's so dry out there. I know I got to work on Monday. So two things I tried not to do. One, yell a whole lot and two neglect drinking water. Okay. Do you know why? Because you'll lose your voice. Because I'll lose my voice and then I'll come in and have to go. Allergy's got me. Right. I heard that before. That's what I'm worried about. What? Yep, allergies. Those Vegas allergies are really bad for me. Okay. Well, you just need to take it easy. There you go, Ray. You're still, I'm friends here with the 7 a.m. play. I mean, I'm fine with that. Yeah. What about hotels at a two for one or what? What? Not just shopping on flight right now. Oh. What about room service? What? What's my, what's my daily stipend? Oh, yeah. Does he get pretty in? No. Does he get a rental car? No. No. No. If he gets a rental car, he won't. Um, no, because Brad being Bobby's assistant is very different than you go.

Very regular. So he's going to work for me. Why that would be me possibly. I mean, lunchbox, you would not want to go to Vegas and be Bobby's assistant. No, I wouldn't do that. Exactly. He's offering to go and be with me the whole time. Help out. Yeah. Yeah, you kind of need a handler. And in the past, I've had one. It's been Abby budget cuts. Is it? I don't know. Is it been Abby and Vegas? Yeah. Abby's been you before? Yeah. Yeah, I used to do that. Oh, yeah. Two years ago. No, it's on 10. It's like three. Three. Yeah. You know about a handler? Yeah. I have. I have. Okay. You have not had a handler. Yeah. I have. Okay. I don't know her name. Yeah, yeah. She went to another school. Yeah, yeah. Oh, it made, Ray had 700 bucks. Yeah. The flight or the hotel? No, there's no, yeah. They were Ray. How are you doing? I'm looking good. No, front box. I know I'm shooting at the nice hotel too. The boxes was 500. The front deer are still the same price. Oh, Southwest only 700? What do you mean only?

Well, it was a thousand, whatever. I tried to get it for lunch box. Oh my gosh. Oh, that's perfect. And then Ray can sit with... That's on our flight. He could fly with me and assist me. And then Ray can come back with lunch box of life. Hey, what? No, no. Yeah, what time is that brunch lunch? I think. And they, oh man. You just go to the brunch and everything. This is dirty. What's the front deer one? What's the front deer one? Mike, you told it cost? 400. 400 total. And that's without baggage and seat belts and stuff. That's slip-pickings. Every time you snap your seat belt back in, it's 20 bucks. You had to pilot on this. Like, if you want to pee, you have to pay. You have to get up and go to the bathroom and you get a deposit money. Ray, I just don't know where you're going to stay, man. Mm-hmm. What do we see when a room is? I'm going to get a room. I'm going to get a room. I'm going to get a room. I'm going to get a room. I'm going to get a room. What do we see when a room is? No. Then there are a whole city in the room. Wait, do we know our hotel yet? Mm-hmm. I mean, it's good but mine, I don't know. Okay, right. Hit me on voice mail 10. Morning, studio.

This is Shannon from Michigan. I'm calling in regards to my friends. One of them has 54,000 unready males. The other one has 50,000. And they just have no intention of fixing it. Because it's too overwhelming. That's a lot of red dots on there. It feels very Amy-ish. Yep. Not that she ignores stuff. Once it gets to a point, it then just lives. Oh, let's see. My email red dot currently says 4,831. But those could be from 2017. I mean, it's not from yesterday. Did you be open to just a clean delete? No. All control A. No, no. No, I have emails from my mom. I have emails. The red dots don't bother her. From. I mean, you should go through though. Just one time. Go through what? All of them. Oh, god. No. Like, what do you see? It's 15,000 pages worth of email. Anything, is there a bundle? I don't see a bundle.

That room was 700 bucks by itself? A knight? No, no, no, I think the whole thing is the whole 225 knight. 225 knight. I don't know if I can handle that. Yeah, that's going to expensive. It looks like you're out right. Sorry. I'll look into it a little more. Okay. No, no, no. Be close by too. So it'd be worth it. Yeah, I'm still going to take some looks. What's the date of our festival? 17th, 18th. Okay, so we got to still got a little couple. 18th and 19th. 18th and 19th. Sorry. A couple of weeks there. Okay, okay, okay. Okay. I'll keep looking into that ray. No promises though. I don't know that right now. I'd say it's only a three out of 10 shot. It's all good. And I mean, also, you know, your text and call whenever you need me. Just make sure you call a couple of times. I'll be at the casino floor. Okay. You can't get a hold of it. We're talking me out of it now. Bobbi Monshow. Down here. Dory of the day. This story comes up from Hillsboro County, Florida. A 41 year old woman wanted to go to the 7-11. But man, she lost her license back in July. She's like, here, 11 year old.

You're driving me to 7-11. Gave 11 year old the keys. Drove perfectly to 7-11. Pulled into the parking spot. Goes to hit the brake. Accidentally hit the gas throw right into the 7-11. Oh. I can't believe an 11 year old would not know how to drive. And park properly. Surprisingly. Yeah, five years before you're supposed to get a license. Yeah. So what do you do if you're drunk? Do you like the 11 year old driver? Do you drive? No, the answer's not go. Yeah. Okay, so making sure. That's right. Just making sure. Okay. So the 11 year old doesn't get in trouble, right? No, no. The 41 year old gets arrested for child abuse and child endangerment. But luckily no one was hurt in the 7-11. Thank goodness. Good. And luckily no one was hurt on the drive there with an 11 year old driving either the people coming across from it or them. Okay, I'm lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day. My favorite comedian now is a guy named Mark Norman. He's blown up. He said multiple specials. I played this joke on the air before. Everything kind of changes when you get older.

My brother had a kid. That's crazy. Everyone wants to play with the baby. Touch the baby. Hug the baby. I find baby's fascinating. Because babies are the only thing that comes out of another person that strangers want to hold. That's true. You ever think about that? Anything else comes out of a human being or like, wow, this dinner party is over. So I think he's so funny. He came over and we did a bobby cast together. And so we were just talking about fame. And because he's getting really famous. And now it scares him. We talk about that in his top comedians. Have you felt you becoming Jenpop famous? Jenpop famous. No, I don't know. That actually scares me a little. Like I hang out with Shane Gillis last week and you know, you just can't go anywhere with the guy. And that's so cool and great for him. But that worries me. I like being a little under the radar. You want to be able to sell tickets. I want to be like a Brian Regan or like a good kind of what's like a doctor dog. You know that, man? No. Exactly.

But they can play everywhere. They sell out. I know dog star. Dog star is Keanu. That's right. On the base. Yeah. But you're starting to cross over though to that. I know. You have to feel it a little bit. I do. I get recognized a lot. And it's very nice. And I love the fans and I appreciate it. But I'm scared of that. That moment when you're out with my kid at a park and somebody's like, be suck. And my kids are like, what was that? You know, how old is your kid? Almost two. How's that going? I'm loving every minute of it. Oh, I just realized I left him in a way, Mo. But no, good kid. Cute. And it gets better every month. Who's your favorite ever? Chris Rock in the 90s is up there for me. That run he had was unbelievable. And that's kind of what got me into comedy and got me in a standup. I always loved Seinfeld growing up. I'd watch with my family. But I had the Seinfeld shout out. And that was insane. Chris Rock in that 94 to 2005 was probably my favorite. Stand up of all time. But then Louis had chewed up and Bill Burk came around and as Brian Regan, as Jim Gaffigan,

as David Tell, he's hilarious. So it's hard for me to pick a favorite ever, but you know, those are my favorites probably. Is there a special though specifically that you think of and go, man, that one hit me at the right time and the right way? Yeah, bigger and blacker and bring the pain. But then Norm, I'd probably say Norm is my favorite because no one is as funny as Norm all the time. Norm is funny on podcast. He's funny on stage. He's funny on a TV show. He's funny in a movie. He's funny in an interview. Like he's never not funny. This is the Bobby Bones.
