Get 10x Out of Your Tools By Doing This One Thing | Ep. 451

It is Wednesday, my friends, but it ain't morning and it's been definitely a day for me a little leak in the basement

Some other chaos ensued and yeah, that has been my day

But at the end of the day you have to show up so this growth note's not in the morning

But it's happening anyway because I made a commitment to do this every single day

So one I guess one lesson is look life happens tough things happens

But you got to keep your commitments, right?

I mean, if at all possible is it convenient right now yet or is it inconvenient right now?

Absolutely is it convenient for me to do this?

Not at all, but again, you have to find ways to show up unless it is absolutely impossible for you to do so now

One of the things that I do want to talk about was we had a great call this morning with

with my man DC

During the mortgage morning's West Coast because he was talking and showing

How he uses RETTER and how he uses it for

I don't say agent recruiting but more agent outreach, you know how you know understanding the agents

What kind of business they do to use that and use the data to create a strategy because of any day anyone could send an email to an agent

Anyone could call an agent send a text message

But how do you have a real strategy that will create real results?

So one is before you use any tool make sure that you have a strategy and then second

If you are going to invest in a tool then invest the time to learn how to use it a lot of people will just sign up for stuff and pay it and never use it and pay it for six

Six months or whatever and then you know

Sometimes they get in the Facebook group and I'm like yeah, I had it

But I didn't you know, I didn't really do anything for me. Yeah, because you never really did it and I've seen that over and over again

So what I say is with any tool is that it's not enough to help you break even

It has to be enough to create a factor of 10 to your revenue meaning it should have a 10x results to your bottom line

Based off of what you are investing, right? So not like ultimately like not your overall production

But if you're gonna, you know, let's say pay you know a hundred bucks for a tool, right? Like you want it to you know

You want it to bring out the right revenue, right? You want a 10x what that is, right? And so

when you start to think about the math in those terms of your investment and not just tools but like coaching and other things that you pay money

Monthly for is that you want to make sure that your return is at a 10x multiple, right?

And the reason why is because the goal of any business is not to break even the goal of every business is make the profit

And so if you're gonna take the time energy and effort to invest and learn a tool you want to make sure you get the most out of it

And if you are unable

To articulate what the ROI is of that tool then you may not need it, right?

Or you just don't have the proper plan and strategy in place. So that's my message for today
