✅Getting the most out of the bicycle crunch
Slow Down!!! Don’t go as fast as possible just to get through the movement.
Pause and squeeze on each rep. Think of quality of reps over quantity.
Work on extending the opposite leg straight and getting your elbow to your knee.
As you fatigue, make sure that you pay attention to your form :)
