So, Richland is getting a new restaurant. There's some good vibes. It was really bad vibes whenever Sombra abruptly closed at the township of Cullen Park. But this space is about to be occupied by a place called Oxbow, American Grill. The menu is going to feature salads, side seafood and meats prepared over Mississippi Red Oak. Oh, yeah. So, just for you, Adam, there's going to be cocktails and a curated wine list. All right. Construction already underway. So, we're expecting that open date to be announced soon. That's exciting. I know. Hopefully you have good vibes that you can tell us about. My good vibe, I forgot to mention yesterday. Remember how I said I went to Bdubs for a fantasy football draft party on Saturday. I wore my Steelers jersey. And at one point, the waitress came over to me

1:00and said, hey, one of those guys over there bought you a beer. And it was kind of embarrassing vibes for a second because I assumed that they were fans of the show. And they were not. They were just also Steelers fans. They said we don't see a lot of us out in the wild. So, we wanted to get you a beer. But still good vibes. Still good vibes. That's embarrassing vibes. I love that you share that. That's a great vibes for me. My good vibes are I am like two days away from officially completing two weeks of my little Pilate use journey. So pretty excited about that. Very nice good vibes on the Instagram from Adam says good vibe tribes. During Monday's soccer practice, I was able to send a few parents and photos of their child that I got from Saturday's game. They enjoyed getting some sharp picks of their kid. Nope. My daughter was in the shot. I am not being a creeper. Adam just had to throw that in there. Hannah's got some good vibes.
