And I did think Widow's Bay was really good, but I don't know if like two shows need to win all of it. Honestly, they do. They're really good shows. I'm going to be very fair. But yeah, yeah, you're not wrong, necessarily. But anyway, we are oddly enough going to be talking a little bit about the Emmys. That'll be in the aftermath though. We're going to be doing our maybe most consequential episode of Mitch watch over these last three months. And a whole lot more besides what we're talking about. Gas prices and just everything's going on. So everybody out there, buckle up, hit the like button, share the stream, send us your comments, your tweets, your super chat. And with all that said, Tyrone, you ready to do this thing? Let's go. I can't wait. Let's jump right into it starting with this. I was able to talk to him. I have no idea. I wish you haven't spoken to him since he had his acts of it. We get him on the phone now. So where are you at, Mitch McConnell? Oh, well, first view. Are you feeling good, Mitch? It's good. Give us a thumbs up. He's back. So I've seen zoomed in versions of that footage where he's just without blinking, without moving,

3:12staring straight ahead. Now the question was, are you feeling good? And Bay, he's done the fact that he has a death grin on. I would say that he is feeling good if he can feel anything, but I wasn't exactly like a dynamic presence or anything. I mean, they moved his body around a bit, but I do have to admit he does appear to technically be alive to some extent. That extent remains to be determined, but he is technically alive. So the craziest version of what could have been going on for the last 92 days, that appears not to be true. But don't worry, there's still a whole lot of room for crazy that could still very much be in play. So let's look at what we got out of the guy. Now it's not necessarily a good sign that the first words from Mitch McConnell were written down. So he posted on Twitter, today I'll cast my first Senate vote since I took a bad fall back in June. I'm really looking forward to being back on the Senate floor and seeing my colleagues. My recovery has been a long and often frustrating process.

4:15Yeah, tell me about it, buddy. And the lingering effects of childhood polio have made it easier. I'm still not quite back to 100%. But I have a short later thing that as I continue with physical therapy on the advice of my doctors, I will do my best to be present for tough fights when our conference needs me. Elaine and I are very grateful for all the continued well wishes from our fellow Kentuckians. And I'm glad to get back to more of business, more of businesses usual. They probably in the first draft had back to businesses usual, but then they have to be like, no wait, the cover story is that you've been working. It's more business as usual. I guess and him and Elaine hand in hand. I don't think there was any evidence that she actually went to the house in the past month, but yeah, she gave her remote condolence system or something. I don't know. In any event, he did vote at least in so far as he sent that message like it happened. Do we believe that he typed that tweet out? I don't. Maybe I'm an A-hole. I don't know. I don't think he typed that. I think he'd aid type that. I don't know. I think he voted in that his body was in the Senate chamber, I guess.

5:16Anyway, it was a judicial judicial nomination and it was a 47-46 vote. So, you know, so close, like it matters that he's there. But anyway, we do have one more video of Mitch to show you. But you might be wondering on this incredibly consequential day, after more than three months of being gone, why isn't there way more video going around about him? Well, there's a good reason for that. They were actually barred. Reporters were barred from recording video of him as he moved through the Capitol initially. They were also barred mostly from recording him speaking, which is obviously a vote of confidence in him that you don't want anyone to have video evidence of what's going on. But anyway, we showed you that first video of him staring forward without moving or blinking a single time. Here's a short clip from the Senate floor where he kind of shook someone's hand. So, he shook hands in that his hand was like this and they carted him forward until

6:22his hand contacted another one. And I think he looked at the guy. So that's something, that's almost, that's at least on the cognitive level of like a one week old, they can like generally see in face and look at the face, they like faces babies. But anyway, Tehran, look, I'm being, I don't know, sarcastic snarky, but like I'm curious, you know, over this nonsense. So they're not admitting that he was like totally out of commission or that his brain still ain't there. And then I've seen no evidence that his brain is back to even what it was like beforehand. They would have us believe that he was cool. In which case, we should be cool with the fact that he disappeared for three months and could have been doing work, he could have been doing interviews. Suppose the latest chose not to for a quarter of a year, I guess, what do you think? I think that elder abuse is a hell of a crime and we need to speak more of it in the United States of America. That is clearly what's happening here. Mitch McConnell is old.

7:23He's childhood polio old. He's 1942 old. Please let this man retire with grace. Why is this happening in this country? Should we have age limits on our representatives? Honestly, how in touch can someone of that age be with the modern usage of the world? Did he tweet that? Of course not, but I didn't think he would have tweeted that before the accident either. We are in a situation where Elaine came over and we're thankful for that, but the truth of the matter is Mitch McConnell has lived so long that he went from the hero to the villain, to more of the villain, to the more villain, to actually being the hero and now just being a shell literally of himself. Let the man retire or not grace. I really don't care. I just get him out of there because he can't, he can't obviously can't do the job. Who thinks he's meeting with constituents?

8:23Who thinks he's consulting with policy experts? Working on legislation, raising money, even that minimal bar for what they're supposed to do as centers or whatever. No, he's not doing literally any of that. He's not doing any of that. He's not walking. He's not talking. I don't know if he can understand speech. I have yet to see any proof of that. Now maybe that'll come out over the next day or two or whatever, or maybe that was a one-day trip to the Capitol and maybe it's three more months of wonder what's going on with him. I don't know, but I know one thing that's happening and has been happening during his disappearing act, he drew $43.5,000 in taxpayer-funded paychecks during his absence. Just the six highest paid staffers who participated in this ridiculous cover-up earned a combined $319,000 pre-tax over those three months. That adds up to, I don't know, like getting towards half a million dollars that we paid them to lie to us about the physical and mental condition of an elderly man.

9:26And evidently nothing more. I've never seen any evidence that they did any work during that time. He didn't make any appearances. He didn't work like, what were we paying for? All of us paying for this. It's infuriating and all of us are just supposed to just move on, I guess. Well, he's back. I guess we were being ridiculous. I guess we shouldn't have any fault questions. You know, the average Kentuckyian makes under $36,000 a year, less than a year than he made during his little vacation. I guess vacation from consciousness possibly, but at the very least from work. And you're not supposed to ask questions. And if you wanted to ask questions, you cannot ask questions. He's not going to, he's not talking to reporters. He's not going to meet the press. He's not going to be press conference. It's going to be his AIDS communicating, maybe reluctantly, until he croaks. And that's it from here on out. And we're supposed to be okay with that. I think it's absolutely absurd. And as you pointed out, technically elder abuse, but at the very least, even if you don't care about him and I don't, I don't care if he dies tomorrow.

10:28I really don't. There's a lot of elderly Kentuckians that are being abused by the fact that they don't have a senator right now. You in must be 21 to enter. Donald Trump's fight with Canada is looking more and more like a Mike Doom Republicans chance of holding on to the Senate. And nobody on the Republican side appears to be more conscious of that and more worried about it than Maine's GOP Senator Susan Collins. So after largely ignoring Donald Trump fighting with Mark Carney in Canada for months,

11:30she's now finally working or at least making you think that she's working on doing something about it. So bear in mind she's trailing in the polls. We'll get to all of that. But she says that she is working closely with top Trump administration officials to try to lessen the impact of the US's escalating trade dispute with Canada, which I'm sure is going to be very successful because we've all seen how much his top aides are willing to disagree with him on important matters like Canada. She said this. We're linked in so many ways there she's talking about Canada. I think it's also true of her and Trump. It's economic, it's emotional. And to hear the president gratuitously calling Prime Minister's governor or suggesting that Canada should be part of the United States or renaming Lake Ontario as painful. It is not conducive to getting back to the table and resolving these issues. So what has she achieved so far? Brace yourselves. She is taking credit for having secured tariff exemptions on road salt and cement. So cement could be significant, I guess, but like how significant is the road salt? Just that, not even all salts. Just the road.

12:36So okay, maybe that's something anyway. I don't necessarily buy it, but I'm not the expert. I do know that our Democratic opponent, Troy Jackson, he doesn't appear to be buying it. Take a look. Yeah, that's great. But what about everything else? I mean, are the tariffs still on? You know, what has she done to stand up? You know, to get Trump to back off of parts coming in from Canada, fertilizer coming in from Canada, from farmers. I mean, what has she done to make sure that cross border tours? I mean, like places like Manuasca have no more Canadians coming over. I mean, all these things are killing our economy. I mean, yeah, thank you for the road salt. I agree. But I mean, is that in the end going to feed people's families and put oil in the tank and things like that? And I would just think that someone that is the most powerful senator in the United States Senate would be able to do more than get us road salt back. Hey, cement to Troy Jackson. Anyway, Tyran, what do you make of Susan Collins trying to assert her

13:42independence from Donald Trump? I think that you're starting to see the slow side because of all the things going on. This is how politics works. It's not just today. It's tomorrow and the next day and the day after. You're going to see a continuation of this because we share the largest land border in the world with Canada. And there's a lot of intermix between that Canadian American culture on the northern borders. You have these main Vermont, New Hampshire, all these states that really have a lot to do with Canada. I mean, there's a city in Vermont that shares a library. That's what's going to happen. And this whole idea, they share a library. If you go through the library on the other side, you actually walk into Canada. That is a true statement. And when you have these kinds of things and aspects, you're going to see it is the demise of us politically. And this is just an indicator for the rest of the world. People remember how you treated them. So it's nice to say Lake America. It's nice to say American fries. But what happens is

14:46tomorrow, they will not forget and they will no longer be our friends. Yeah, that is my fear. It's the long term. It's, you know, he's doing this stupid crap, but like, okay, then a Democrat gets back in office. But like, is there trade to resume at that point? Or is Canada happy to be working with the EU in Australia in China or whatever? I don't know. I don't know. That's, I'm very worried about that. Now in terms of the race, Trojaxon has been regularly leading. You know, for what it's worth, we wrap graphic seven, you're going to see Collins has not led since Graham Platner was still in the race. It's been a bit and she's never actually led him. So I know a lot of people were really worried when the whole Graham Platner think blew up that, oh God, did he screw us over in terms of the Senate? That doesn't appear to be coming to pass. That said, a poll is not a final result. So don't take it for granted. It would be amazing to get Collins out of there. And if Donald Trump's stupid trade wars and her,

15:47wait until the literal last second to even have an issue with it, is the thing that kills her, I'll take it honestly. Politically, I mean, kills her obviously. Okay, with that said, let's turn now to another race. One that's not getting nearly as much national focus, but let's jump into this. Fuck off, man. Are you tired of security cameras watching your every move? Yeah, me too. I got a message we can send to them. Getting groceries, they're watching, building a new deck, going to church, seeing a doctor, they're watching, my NAMO for the season, they're watching. That right there is the independent Senate candidate Seth Badnar in Montana, tapping into this surging up position that we've seen all over the country to state surveillance through these flock camera networks. And here's more.

17:04Is holding them accountable. And just for fun. So my opponent, Kuroli, is she sitting back and watching it all happen? I won't. Not my long shot. Okay, so as a general rule, I don't want a lot of guns being fired in political ads. I haven't mostly left those over the years, but I guess if you're going to be shooting something, I suppose the flock camera is something to do in an ad. Obviously don't go out and do it in the real world or whatever people have been doing that sort of thing. But yeah, the opposition of the flock cameras has really been going up and it's led to a lot of cities and towns that had these deals with the surveillance network taking them down. There's been some great media coverage of this, John Oliver had an awesome episode on it. And people have been learning about all the different ways that these cameras have been abused with the surveillance not even related to any crimes or anything. Just huge amounts of data being gathered up. And if Baudinar thinks that that's going to help in a state like Montana, which has a libertarian streak, I think that's

18:07probably good politics. If you take a look at this right here, overall, what do the American people think about these flock cameras? Opposition of the flock cameras isn't as high as opposition to data centers overall, but still 38% approve 47% disapprove. Young people want nothing to do with it. It's the oldest people that are the most likely to like it. And interestingly, Republicans way more in favor of big brother, massive tech surveillance than Democrats, even though they're the ones that constantly telling you about the constitution and your damn rights and how the trea-liberty needs to be wandered. And you know, they're worried about one world government. Well, what if the one world government's using flock cameras? You seem to be fine with that. Anyway, look, maybe it just hasn't broken through to their influencers. The message hasn't been disseminated, but one would think that their value system would be opposed to this. And unfortunately, not so much. Tyran, what do you make of this? Does it seem like good politics as an ad? I think that the ad is warranted because flock off is how we all should be feeling.

19:13This is the big brother dystopian future we've all seen. This is supposed to be the land of the free. And we've seen it be anything but especially with the raising rising prices and the economy. And now we don't even have our own personal freedoms. We're constantly giving up freedoms for comfort. And this is a massive invasion of privacy, concentrating. There's private life mapping that we know and is confirmed. Where does this go? It becomes a national database of our movements and tracking. This is wrong on almost every level. Even China disagrees with this kind of technology. And they have a rating system for their citizens. So what are we actually doing? And most importantly, like we've been seeing with a massive side of corruption of the constitution, first we saw journalists not being allowed to video inside Congress, which is something that's never happened before. Then we saw massive economy drops, which is also not ever happened because

20:14of the president's new deals when it comes to Canada. Now we're watching the Republican stuff. The party of small government want big brother. What in the? That's just going on. Okay, it's funny because culturally we're fighting back against the idea that like, everybody's just going to have like metaglasses. They're constantly recording and the air pods are recording now everything. Your TV is recording you always even when it's off it's recording. So like on a consumer level, we know that we got to push back against these devices. And meanwhile, it's just a network's being built all over the entire country of constantly on surveillance, absorbing everything. And yeah, and someday they'll catch a murder from it or whatever. And then meanwhile, they'll be using it to set up some sort of massive predictive policing thing. Minority reporting our ass is all over the place. And you would hope that like Montana Republicans would have an issue with that. I don't know. Boddenar seems to think it could be an issue that

21:18matters and I hope so. Anyway, really fast. You haven't really been following this race. There was a lot of motion where candidates came out the literal last second. So right now there's a there's a Republican. There's a libertarian Austin. There's a Democrat bank head and Boddenar is an independent. And the issue is that Boddenar is like libertarian ish but like center left like he's pro choice. Very pro gun like he's like a Democrat basically like most Democrats actually. And then you have the traditional Democrat. Now both of them are running and it seems like based on the polls splitting the votes. And neither of them are going to step down. Now when you do head to head polling between the Republican and either Boddenar or the Democrat, Boddenar is closer. And theoretically it's kind of neck and neck if the Democrat wasn't in the race but the Democrat is in the race. So I don't know, at least as of right now it doesn't look like that race likely to flip unless they get one of them to drop out. But just one extra race to look at as

The data centers are great and they make people wealthy and they make states wealthy and it's the oil of the next 20, 25 years. It's bigger than the internet and the AI you know much more so and they're just playing right into the hands of a lot of people that

23:30don't want to see it happen and that could be political people that could also be China. And we're not going to let that happen. It's a it's a hoax and you're right, we're not going to let that happen, sir. Now we're not going to let it happen. The robots are not going to be taken over the world and that's not going to happen. Yeah, so Donald Trump is all in on AI. He seems completely unaware of the fact that young Republicans have turned against this and he thinks that his terrible arguments telling everyone to just shut up about their concerns about the data centers are convincing because he got a room of millionaires and billionaires making money off of to typically clap for his comments. Yeah, I don't think that makes it a winning political issue. So the duty was talking to on the stage right there was the chief executive of Nvidia Jensen Huang who is totally unbiased when it comes to data centers and all that. It's just the entire thing that his company is riding on. So I don't really care what he thinks about

24:33the entire thing. But Trump is now saying if you have an issue with AI or if you have an issue with data centers, you've been propagandized to probably by China and that's the only reason that you believe it and it's a hoax. It's all a hoax. The effect on your power bill, the sound, the effect on your health, all that, the idea that's going to take your jobs, all that's a hoax, literally all of it. That's what he turns to for pretty much everything. He either says he's going to cut a check or he calls something a hoax and so in this case he's doing the hoax. He says it's being perpetuated by the radical left dumb, crats. It's reminiscent of their global warming scam of not so long ago. When everyone is going to die from extreme heat, what happened? Well, I mean, if you look around the globe, I think a lot of people are dying from extreme heat and extreme weather. Did you like, is that a purely rhetorical question? Could you Google it first? It's really bad out there actually. I don't know if you live in Southern California. It's been devastating for the past week or whatever. It's literally never been hotter. But anyway, he doesn't see it, I guess.

25:37He says, I am the hoax buster and I'm right now breaking another hoax. Wait, are you breaking or are you busting them? You got to figure out your branding, man. That AI is going to take over a consume and destroy the world and that robots will be marching into our cities and getting rid of us all. This is even wilder than the rest of us, the hopes of the global warming scam. What I love about that is he thinks that he's going to win on AI and in that, he thinks that he won on global warming. Now, I understand that Republican politicians and a lot of Democrat politicians aren't doing anything about global warming. But the vast, vast majority of the American public, including Republican, accepts that climate change is happening right now. I don't know if you've looked at the polls recently. It's not like half and half acceptors and deniers anymore. So when you tie AI as a hoax to a thing that even conservative Republicans mostly accept as true, not good messaging. He just doesn't get it anymore. He has no connection to the

26:40base. All he's got is the slap fed to him by Natalie Harp and the other 20-something women that surround him in the Oval Office. He's got this whole big thing. I'm not even going to read this entire thing. It's just hoax after hoax after hoax about AI and how he's going to make sure that we have the data centers because people are getting wealthy. And at the end of the day, that is the only part of that he actually cares about. There are some people getting wealthy off of data centers in AI. The people who own the companies and the people who own the data centers, they're making money. They stole all of our collective work and creativity and they've turned to this thing that is producing phantom Wall Street gains. And he wants the wall. He wants the line to go up. They want line to go up as long as possible until finally the government bales out the entire industry. That's what all of this is about. No random person living in a town that just gets a data center plop down and is getting a check cut to them. They're not making any money. Their property value is going down, but he doesn't give a damn about you because the Epstein class is making bank right now. Now that's said, I want to give you just one more video of another theory about why it is that he is pushing

27:46so hard for something that is so politically toxic. We need inspectors in these frontier labs. We need these CEOs testifying immediately before Congress. We need to be fortifying the nation against bioterrorism, one of the most significant potential threats associated with this technology. But Donald Trump basically says we're going to sit on our hands and hope for the best. And remember, he's conflicted 1789 Capitol. I mentioned that the venture firm that Don Jr. is a partner in. They've invested heavily in AI labs. They've invested heavily in data center. So the first family has a financial stake in this industry. And as a result, the president of the United States is compromised. That is wild speculation from center office that the president would be doing something just because him and his family would benefit individually, economically from it. How dare he say something like that? Taron, I don't know where you come down on all of this, but there's been a lot of renewed concern about all of us being shot dead by

28:47Trump, manned by AI. And to see the president just 100% telling all of us to shut up about it, is bothering, it bothers him to be. What do you think? I think that the president hasn't watched enough Terminator movies because there's no way that AI is going to be the world solving problem. Association resource that everyone says it is the way it's going, especially when it's unrestricted. And just out of touch with any type of law, we see it already with AI videos. For some reason, they target older people who can't tell the difference. There isn't a day that passes that I don't get a phone call from my grandmother asking me an absurd question about an AI video that she has found to be truthful. That is already happening now. What happens in five years? When this is unrestricted, it will be the demise of us. We are literally doing a situation, a shaleem, withly airing Rogers, where we're setting up the next guy to be the this guy. We're watching it happen with any type of AI. And I'm not saying AI isn't good.

29:49I'm saying that Stephen Hawking is the smartest man ever to ever exist it told us that it would be bad. And that's where we're heading. And never mind the massive energy and water demands. Never mind the land and environment pollution. Even if you don't consider climate change a real thing, pollution is real and that's what's happening. Never mind the fact that we don't have water to fight fires. Because of data centers, never mind that it's killing farms that we actually need. Because humans need food, AI doesn't. And AI is going to take over the employees that are already creating it. Trump, President Trump said it's the oil of the next 25 years. Well, watch what oil says to the world again. I love these things that are going to be killing us long after he's passed into the ground. I don't get it. I don't understand it's the oil of the next. What does it do? I saw a thing they were like it's going to increase a GDP by 34%. How and why? Like what?

30:51One percent for the one percent for the one percent people and 100 percent well. For the rest of us, we will be living in that. Okay, I don't have to write my own emails now. That's not radically remaking my life. Again, it's generating wealth for who? Who is getting the wealth? And oddly enough, it's the people that I had been saying for a long time should be in prison right now. Mark Zuckerberg, the dude behind opening all of them, they stole more protected creative works than anyone else in history. They should be behind bars. And very few people are taking it seriously. Weirdly enough, Steve Bannon is like supporting Bernie Sanders recent proposed legislation that would have jail sentences for developing this dangerous super intelligence and all that. But again, all we're getting it like, like Kamala Harris comes out and says, yeah, no, we should slow down, but we should like work with industry to slow down and everything. I don't trust them. They're willing to kill us all for dividends. Okay, they should not be a

31:55part of the solution. God damn it, these people are also count. It's easy to point out that Trump is compromised and he is, but so many of them are through either campaign donations, personal investments, or an unwillingness to accept that corporations and CEOs lie to us for their own gain. 32:56In voting or pretty so much oversight over it in the federal government that effectively, wherever they want you to not be able to do it, you wouldn't be able to do it. And he's very frustrated about that understandably. So he hates when anyone other than him votes by mail. But anyway, before we get to that and the novel that he wrote about it, I want to give you one of the stupidest responses that I saw in the media. This is Sean Hannity. Take a look at why he says mail ballots are a bad thing. Early voting like this is insane. 50 days before an election. What if three days before an election, something is unearthed that would change the entire trajectory and outcome of the election? Well, then in that case, you as an individual don't have to vote early, Jackass. It's called freedom, Google it. If you want to wait until the last possible second, and if you have the freedom, thanks to your economic position and your job situation, then you can go vote on the day of the actual election. You can do that. But for some people,

33:56it is significantly harder and they know who they want to support. Just let them do that then. That's not what he's not concerned about something coming up. If he was worried about a person casting a vote and then finding out that the person isn't who the voter thought they were, then maybe he had an issue with the fact that millions of conservatives voted for a Donald Trump poop promise not to get us into wars with Iran. A Donald Trump poop promise to end the war with Ukraine to get the price of everything including gas down. Oops, he doopsy, all of those things were lies. What is Sean Hannity think about that? He's never actually had an issue with it. Now that said, let's jump to Donald Trump's response to the Supreme Court decision. I'm fairly certain of a very graphic one. It is longer than my last substack post. What are you doing, dude? I love that we have that in one graphic because I'm sorry that that happened to you or happy. I'm not reading that though. It's crazy. Basically, he's like the Supreme Court's the worst that's ever been, which he's right on, but not for the reasons he's saying.

34:57And he does say that they will be remembered for the tremendous damage they've done to America. And that is also true, but not for the reasons he means. The killing of Roe v Wade, the destruction of the integration of like citizen expertise and stuff like that into bureaucracy, the expansion of executive powers effectively making the president immune for many legal child. There's lots of stuff they did that's really bad. But just allowing effectively, the decades-long status quo of mail and ballots to continue for at least one or more election, I don't think history books are going to be looking back on that is the day America died. But anyway, it's not to say Tehran that he's not going to do a lot of other stuff to mess with the elections. There was a report graphic to DHS officers did potentially illegal voter searches and use unreliable data in their hunt for, I'm going to do air quotes voter fraud. Basically just trying to create a pretext to not accept the results of an election. So they're still going to mess with a lot of stuff, but at least mail ballots should continue

36:01the way they have been. What do you make of this? What I make of it is when it comes to voting criminals vote illegally, we need laws, but when it comes to guns, criminals get guns illegally, we need freedom. Please make it make sense. How does this work both ways? It's the same logic. We want to make restrictions because you feel like illegal's vote illegally fine. Then do the same thing for gun laws because they're both constitutionally protected activities. We will look back on this presidency the same way we do the T-POT, Jones scandal, and hardening and all the corruptions and study this in 20, 30, 50 years, maybe even 10, the way things are going. President Trump placed three Supreme Court justices in the Supreme Court, and picked them and put them in. And now he's criticizing them because they did for once the Supreme Court thing. They even they saw the integration of the United States Constitution. Even they did the same ones that overturned clearly classic thoughts. Even they saw it. So what does that mean for

37:06the average one of us? 100%. Yeah, just by the way, last thing I mentioned, he was going off about how because we'll be able to have male ballots where the laughing stock of the world because nobody else votes by male. What do you think about that statement, dear audience, do you think that's true or do you think he's either ignorant as hell or lying? No, there's voting in all sorts of countries all over the place. And there has been here for decades. What do you talk? And you vote by male, you jackass. Every time Donald Trump votes by male, that should be one extra year that he has to shut the hell up about it. How about that? If you want to kill it, get your ass to the polling place and pull a lever or whatever. But every time the election action comes around, he's like, I know it's hit a critical button. These cancels are hurt. She's got to send it in. Anyway, he has the right to everyone should have the right to. Okay, with that said, we're going to take our second break, more to get to after this.

38:28It's 40th anniversary. You in must be 21 to enter. Okay, Raya Rale says that NPR says study finds drinking five eight ounce cups of coffee is safe for most adults. Time to make another espresso, but eight ounces. That sounds like way, way too much caffeine. This sounds insane to me, man. Two of these is enough for me. I think that should be enough for anybody. But are you a big caffeine person to run? I've never had coffee a single day in my life. You've never had a cup of coffee. I'm high on life. I've had tea. Obviously, I've had tea. I drink sodas every now and then, but it turns out my favorite soda is Sprite and it happens not half caffeine. I'm just naturally up and out of type. I'm so funny. I know I had a friend who apparently up until, I don't know, sophomore year of college thought that Sprite had caffeine.

39:31And we were eating together in the dining hall when he found out and he was so bummed out. He ran out that it didn't, but it had been work and I guess. I found out a couple years ago to be honest. I didn't even go off their college. I always thought Sprite was just another soda that had caffeine. But I've never drank alcohol. I've never tried drugs. I've never done hookup. I've never done cigarettes. Anything. And it's not because I'm healthy. It's just not healthy. I'm healthy. Then if you had, I guess it is out of that. I've only, my mom made me take a puff on a cigarette when I was very young because she was like once you do this. You'll never want one again. And she was dead right. I never had an interest in smoking cigarettes since then. But I am now thinking based on this, it might be time for me to give another go at ending the caffeine. Because I am dealing with some persistent fatigue, maybe getting that variable out of the equation would be a good way to diagnose it. 41:37an issue this has become for them. You want to talk about a problem for the incumbent party for the Republicans. We are talking about record high spikes in gas prices. I mean, just look at this. Okay, normally gas prices do go up during the course of an election year, during the course of midterm year. But never this high. This is record breaking. We are talking record breaking for a midterm this century. Changing gas prices from January 1 to September 14. The average for a midterm cycle this century is 18%. But look at this on the right side of the screen. 52% rise this year. 52% rise has been up like a rocket. Look at that. My good discretion is by far the highest on record. The prior high was just 27%. This is nearly double the prior record high. That's more than probably it's like triple the average. Okay, double the record right there. So it isn't just the gas prices are going up. They're going up at the worst possible time electorally for Donald Trump and the Republicans. And we have a little bit more from Enten where he

42:39goes into polling. And if people are buying Donald Trump's excuses as to why they should be okay with paying more so that they can have a war that they voted against. It doesn't make sense to me. Let's see where the people. Welling to pay more because of the Iran war overall 71% say they unwilling compared to just 29% who say well, look at this number among independents. 81% 81% four in five say they're unwilling to pay for higher gas prices because the war in the run. President Trump's argument not winning the day. Well, those 29% get some self respect. Jesus get out of the cuck chair and take some ownership over your life. He said we weren't going to go to war. It wouldn't be worth it even if he'd never said anything and like, no, no, no, we're in a war. He lied to us. He lied to us that between the bidding of another country. He refuses to take ownership of all the failures. They're lying to us about what's actually going on over there. He's got no plan to get us out of it. And he is, it's not just that he's saying you should be willing to pay more. When you pay more,

43:42he says it's peanuts. It's nothing. Shut up about it. I don't care. And he's a billionaire. Why would he? He does not feel your pain. He doesn't even feel like he needs to pretend to feel your pain. Have some self respect. You should not be expected to pay anything more. If he wants his war, him and his billionaire buddies can pay for it themselves. Anyway, Tyran, what do you think? I think that AAA says that the average gas price in Los Angeles right now is $6.10 during President Biden, the average price in the country was $3.10. And now during President Trump currently it's at $4.20. I don't know why the president doesn't think we have Google, but we do. We do know when there's a specific lie that's being told. And unfortunately, many Americans are not actually doing their own research and buying into the hype. And it's very easy to see how the economy is affecting you. Open your refrigerator. Does it have

44:45the same amount of food, way less food, or way more food than it did during any other time in your life? And I promise you, we'll notice that it's way less because prices are way more. This is a continuing trend where the 1% are being represented by a president who's clearly representing the 1% and himself and not the rest of us. This isn't about politics. It's not conservative liberal Democrat Republican. This is about all of us. And we must all pay attention while we can still afford it. 100% fact check, AAA has it at 432 nationally, an average of 10 cents higher than you thought. It's gone up to $0.10 in the last week. And what does Trump care? Does he know? Does he literally even know that it's going up? No, I kind of doubt it. And yeah, this inflation is such a goddamn bummer, man. I went to buy like a toothbrush organizer for my daughter. It's like like 15 bucks. That would have been six bucks back in the day. I wanted to get some new keycaps for my keyboard. It's like 35 bucks minimum now. Everything. And some of it, a lot of it's just literally

45:50cherished. These are things that are made in other countries. And now they're way more expensive because Donald Trump's stupid trade war that he could end any day if he wanted to. But he refuses to. And yet still 29% of the country is like, well, if I must pay more, I must. Then what does he pay for it? Okay, he's dropping in your lap. And then insulting you with stuff like this, I'll end on this. Donald Trump says, I hope everyone realizes that price increases throughout America were caused by sleepy Joe Biden, not by Trump, even though they happened while you were president, even oil was higher under Biden than it is right now. And that is my favorite type of lie because it's like technically true in that you can come back to me. Yes, technically in the deepest depths of the pandemic, oil was higher. And then it went down a bunch under Joe Biden. And now it's way higher than it was at the end of Biden's term. So yeah, no, I'm going to blame

46:51you, Donald Trump for it. You started the war. You started the trade war. This inflation is your fault. The gas prices are your fault. And I don't think any, well, 29% of the country is going to buy that slap on true social. I don't think anyone else is. Texas GOP candidate Bo Frances racist attack against a group of UT Austin students is splitting his party apart right now in pretty funny fashion. And it's getting him slammed online, including by some of the students that he attacked. So if you missed it, here's what he posted on Twitter willingly. I heard UT graduation this year looked like this. I didn't believe it. The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagined. It's an image of a non-white people. That's to him is a problem that is far worse than anyone imagined. He didn't even believe it at first. But then I saw non-pale skin and I knew our doom had come. That's what he decided to post in the middle of a campaign that he's running in Texas.

47:53So that is just the most explicit white supremacist garbage you can imagine. So bad, the lot of Republicans criticized it. Even Greg Abbott criticized it. Even though in his message criticizing it, he also said that we need to have really rigorous immigration policies. So he seemed to be accepting French's point. I guess he just didn't want the kids to be attacked. These people are all garbage. But anyway, he's such a bad candidate that Carl Rove told a crowd at a member only headliners club lunch that he wasn't going to vote for this guy. He was going to vote for a Democrat for the first time in 30 years saying that French was a bigot and that he could not support him. Evidently, he's never had to vote for a bigoted Republican in Texas in the last 30 years, I guess. I don't think he's been paying that much attention to politics. But whatever good he's not going to vote for this guy. And as a result of that, he got attacked by Donald Trump. Who apparently thinks it's very important that you vote for this racist dude. He posted this

48:53after the news broke. Carl Rove is so bad for the Republican party and completely wronged so often. He's sent some major case of Trump derangedment syndrome. He's literally not even talking about Trump in this. He's talking about both French. That's the issue anyway. So Trump is now mad at him. A lot of Republicans are criticizing French and now I want to get to the students. So several of the students that were in that image got interviewed. One, Rahul Cadali said whether or not we were immigrants that doesn't change anything. I've been an American my entire life. And to Republicans out there, not just an American. He's a goddamn citizen, okay? He is actually a citizen. Daryl Gupta, another US citizen who was in the image, described the moment captured in the photograph as quote, just us having some enjoyment during an innocent moment at a football game. But now it's just people being blatantly racist towards us. He added that he had never heard of French before the controversy and then said it's becoming to the point where this kind of racism just isn't looked down upon as much as it used to be or it feels like that. And I agree.

49:54Now, asked if there's anything either would like to say to French if they met him. Cadali said there's nothing he could say quote that could knock a dent in a person that talks like that. We have a different color in our skin. We might speak different languages, but at the end of the day, all of us are still going to the same university. We're still standing behind the same team. And that is like literally what America is supposed to be. That right there. Either the image of them all sorts of different people, a diverse group cheering for a football team. And then the sentiment behind it is so infinitely more American than anything both French has ever done or said in his entire life. In any event, I want to add one final bit of irony because French is not backing down from this. Yesterday he went on the mark Davis show and said this, the radical left you know, they want to make everything about race. You made it. It's you're the one who posted the image. What do you think that both French is more mad about minorities graduating than the Emmys would have

50:59been about minorities winning any awards. I think that how are you mad at minorities graduating going to college when the other alternative in your mind is that they're all criminals. This because it dispels and debunks your myth that you want to put out. Your name is both French. Are you American? Let's go back in your history and see what your ancestor came over here. Because unless your last name is runs with wolves, you're an immigrant too. And when call wrote, all people isn't voting for you and calls you racist, you might want to look out. You know, that's how that works. Yeah. Yeah, I love it. They are literally Texas College football loving college grads soon. What more could you want? French. It seems questionable.
