HoneyKomb Brazy's Early Release Bid Denied

On April 30th, Honeycomb Brazey's push to wrap up his supervised release early got shut down quick by a federal judge.

Just six weeks out of prison, the mobile rapper filed a motion through a consultant named Eli Vic,

but U.S. District Judge Christy DeBose tossed it on.

April 27th, 2026, since Big Ain't a lawyer and can't represent folks in federal court.

The motion tried to downplay guns showing up in Brazey's videos, calling them non-functional props key to the gangster rap vibe.

It also pointed to his work with the Boys and Girls Club, family support, and how his team brought in outside security to steer clear of real.

Fire armed, hoo!

This echoes a failed argument from 2021, when courts rejected claims that guns and his clips were just props with disclaimers.

Back then, it didn't fly, and neither did this one.

All this stems from a December 2023 traffic stop in Alabama, where Brazey and his bodyguards got nabbed on felon and possession charges.

He cut a plea deal for 30 months, telling the judge that sentencing he wants to do right amid real threats to his family, like his grandparents, getting killed.

His three-year supervised release is locked in, so he can't even try for early termination until March 20th, 2027, keeping him under watch.
