This happened last night that the Ravens decided that they were not comfortable with what happened
with the physical for Max Crosby.
And they didn't like what they saw it.
So they called the trade off.
And then this morning, the Ravens went and signed Trey Hendrickson.
They tried.
They signed it?

They got his ass.

And you know, he's going to be super motivated because he got the bungles.

But there are just so many turnovers in his career.
You just you show me what you are over the course of a career.
So why do I have to consistently go into his season believing that something about somebody is going to change because this might be the perfect spot for him.
Because you just tell him, hey, man.
We're going to run the ball a lot and we're going to take shots and they're going to be certain type of shots.
It's going to be the offense can dictate where you go to ball.
Like you not thrown it into trouble.
Like you, you layer, you layer the throws.
I think Gina can, and if you tell them not to, not to risk the ball, eat the ball.
Check it down. He'll do that.
I think you have a real opportunity.
I think in my opinion to win seven or eight games.
I think you have a chance to beat teams that aren't outstanding teams.
I think with this defense, you have a chance to surprise some people because I think this defense is going to be able to make teams one dimensional as far as not being able to run the ball.
I don't think you run the ball on this front seven that we have now with all these big guys.
And you know, I think we still have the opportunity with the two first round draft picks to improve the team.

And that's not anything against Justin Fields, but we have a guy in Gina Smith that's been a starting quarterback for years in the NFL.
Gina brings competency.

First of all, it is a swipe of Justin Fields.

But there is potential there, I think, for him to be surrounded by a pretty good supporting cast.

So you think he's probably going to a lot of 11 personnel, spread things out, ball out quick,
throwing over the middle of the field, short, intermediate.
I think Gina is capable of executing that offense at a high level.
He's just got to cut back on some of the bad decisions.
We saw last season, but I do think the improvement in circumstances could help that process.
