I hear this non stop and wanted to address it… Situations where you are on a plan, but there’s family or kids who want to go out… I rewarded myself for all of my hard work and used 1k calories but it was worth it! I have the same trouble picking and choosing when and where to use those calories Most people think that if they do a hard workout they can eat and drink anything they want…(you do not have to drink and have apps every time you eat out) Pre plan before event and eat protein before, it will keep you full and satisfied It doesn’t have to be all or nothing… Are you ok with the ROI? Both answers are ok! If you do a hard workout and burn 500 calories, that’s literally 4 tablespoons of pb That’s usually why they are stuck. Just be mindful of what you are doing… You shouldn’t be stressed about events, pre plan make a game plan and execute!
