The best advice I have for anyone who has been thinking about meditation, is to stop thinking about it and simply just start.
And know that NO-ONE can meditate when they first start.
It's called a practice for a reason, because we have to practice to become better, to learn how to train our mind and to really start to realise the benefits (although you will notice improvements within a few short days).
But stick with it, and your life will transform, as you transform - from the inside out.
