How to Podcast: Legal considerations for you and your podcast

Do you have the rights to use the music, written material etc that you want to use?

Libel and Defamation

Are you damaging anyone’s reputation, are you spreading malicious lies? Is what you’re saying true?

Privacy

Do you have permission to share what you are sharing if it concerns another human being?
