Plan your food in advance.

Whether you’re meal prepping at home or you know you’ll have to pick something out while you’re out, plan what you eat in advance.

✅ You’ll know what you’re eating

✅ You don’t need to stress about figuring out what to eat

✅ You won’t make decisions out of boredom
