0:00You know, I was cool to chalk it up to, hey, I spent a long time, I spent 10 years with Hudson. You know, she's just out there having some fun that's fine. Hit my limit. I have hit my limit this way. I'm not okay. I was not okay with what transpired this episode. Let's tell you that right now. Yeah, I, I, I, it's a Liam guy. I expected you to do that. I, I like Liam. I am not, um, I'm not like a front runner Liam guy though. I'm going to let him figure it out and, and do his own battles because I saw this coming from a long way away. But I do think it's going to shift again when we get to, uh, when we get to the reunion and we get, we get, we get Hudson again, or we get Hudson next week, or whatever the hell, whatever we get Hudson. Whenever that happens, you're going to see Hudson's like, yeah, okay. Maybe, maybe something happened here with him and Ariana that made Ariana this way. So it's just fought really. I don't think that's where I would go.

1:01Yeah. As there's a drive in a deep left field by Castellanos, it will be, oh man, it's eight o'clock. And so that'll make it a ****. I don't need this spotlight. I shine just fine. This is one of the best times and you can feel it while you're watching an episode too, where you're just like, yeah, I wish there was like 10 more minutes. Give me another 10 minutes. I don't care where you guys go. Stay in the mountains. Give me some uncut footage. I don't care what you give me. I want to see more of the interactions because every time that they pan to a different scene,

2:04some more ****'s going on. It's getting to that point and I love when we get to that point in a good season with good casts when you don't know what's really going to happen or where things are going to are going to go. I love when you start up the season. You're like, yeah, guys fine or like I don't really like her. And then you get to this point. It's like, wow, I'm invested in everybody. Everybody's storyline. Shy is a rock star. I have 180 done him entirely. Love his clothing light. We need to buy some shy ****. We can't. I already love it. It's all sold out. Good for him. No, okay. It's very good for him now. He is one of those brands and he told us this. Everything is one of a kind. He gets one piece. He alters it. He does whatever he has to do. And then he sells it almost immediately. It's a tough business model, but it's a good business model, especially when people like you and your own reality TV show. And they immediately go to your website because it creates more traffic, which creates more ad revenue, which creates more this, that whatever. Then he can really expand. It's going to be interesting in like a year or two to see where that is.

3:06And if we can still get our hands on some of the pieces, but maybe we just reach out to them directly. Let's use our power. People say that we use our power for evil. Let's use our power for good for us though. So is that still evil? I don't know. But I want to get something. Because I like it. And again, they're doing, Brooks is doing himself dirty. Don't get me wrong. But they are also doing him dirty by having it once again. Not only do we see his teletubbi line last week, with Shai's cool line, well, the other people are like posing and doing model things. And you're like, wow, that's a really cool piece. Then you see the teletubbi's. We go to this episode. And it's a cool party for Shai. His dad is hot. He's got everything going for him. You idiot. We've got the voices. I know we bounce over to Brooks's. And it's like very literally a caviar party. Because I'm sure that Meredith left her caviar there. It was without a doubt a Meredith Marx caviar party. And I think that's honestly part of what happened. I'm sure that it was a joint venture because their investors, Meredith, was probably like, this is how we're going to do it.

4:06That being said, I'm sure that Brooks wanted it to be a little more upscale. But I love this juxtaposition that we have of Shai and Brooks both building clothing lines. I love that you had Brooks in the beginning of the season kind of knows up at Shai and the idea of his clothing line. Like I can't even take a picture for you without you going through my modeling agent, my tuthu. And now all everybody's talking about is how cool Shai's line is. How cool his party is. He sold out. He doesn't have a bunch of boxes in Austin with resort where with light Terry cloth. And he's getting kisses. He's getting smooches from either. And I think the other thing is like, it's just funny to watch this like, rags to riches quote unquote. I don't think he's ever been rags, but it's not only to watch him like build this company by buying shit from a thrift store and selling it himself versus Brooks who's like going through the proper channels and has investors

5:08and has a warehouse and all of this other shit. All the sudden we're looking at this going, wow. Brooks's clothes kind of stink and Shai's kind of rock. And who would have seen this coming eight episodes ago? Now me, but here I'm fully on board for the Shai come up. This has been a lot of fun. Yeah. If I can get my hands on something from Shai and then also I think immediately buy, if I even can, one of Brooks's resort line. I think we need to both have one. You wear one, I wear one. And then we compare. I can switch it. I'm just more met if we're like side by side, we each have one person's line. Yeah. Then we can test them out. Yeah, we can always test them out. I just can't still can't wrap my head around resort wear. And it's like full terry cloth. Like it's one thing to have like terry cloth t-shirts, polos, you know, maybe some shorts. But everybody's wearing like hoodies and sweatpants. It's not really resort to me unless it's pulled out. I don't wear pants.

6:09It's like a lounge wear and he's judging it up with resort wear. My big thing is like, here's the difference. I think what Brooks is trying to do is like, come up with a thing. Right, I think he's trying to make like, oh, do you have resort wear from Brooks versus Shai? Who's like, oh, I like these clothes. And I like the vibe. I like how they look. Brooks is trying to make a statement to where everyone wants to have like the cool, it's like a la bubo. He's the la bubo of clothes. He's trying to la bubo with the resort wear. But it's, I can't come up with a pun. Damn. Now, Shai is just like, he's putting his his his hard into it. And I think that's the difference. I think Brooks is kind of phoning it in right now. I'm not going to lie. He is kind of phoning it in. He's also just, you know, talking about business acumen here. You're really taking on like big companies. You're taking on the lululemon, the aloe yoga of the world with the resort wear, with lounge wear, that people are going to want to wear. And it's probably around the same price point, probably more

7:10because it's coming from you. And it's your first like foyer into this. You're handing out socks at certain events, which is, you know, fun, whatever. It's very she by Shirei. That's the vibe. 88 dollars for a whole. You looked it up. That's yeah, that's about $1. So if you get a set, it's 160. Okay. Oh, and then get the zip up. It's $92. Sure. Now we're getting some others. Yeah. Meanwhile, Shai is pouring his blood sweat and tears into, you know, threading every cool item that he gets and selling them for an appropriate like $250 is what I was seeing on his website. So I don't know. Very, very different businesses, but still Bravo from episode to episode seems to be pitting them against each other to really smack us over the head of it. Like, hey, look at how this is going. Look at how these two are going. And it's really fun to watch too, because we know what happened earlier in the season with Brooks kind of big league. Brooks is big league and Shai back and back and forth. They have a conversation at at friends giving

8:12and then the line's dropping. It's a big hit for Shai. And it's like, yeah, that was a fun party for Brooks. When are we going to get it? Okay, yeah, this is really comfy. Cool. Wow, Shai, those pieces are awesome. I need something right away. Different. That's what we're getting. Yep. Yeah. And like, I think it's funny that I love that we're spending this much time dissecting their clothing. Brans, this is fun. We should. Good. Just like how people are wearing Shai's versus like the Brooks stuff. It's like, oh, I love your socks. Which great. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love a good pair of socks, right? Yeah. Cozy. Cozy. Always on the hunt. Always on the hunt. Always on the hunt. Yeah, it's great. But they're not talking about your resort where they're talking about your socks. They're talking about Shai's clothes. And we wouldn't be sitting here having this discussion. Had he not big league dimmerly on, but he did. And now he's coming out and saying that he didn't take the pictures for the photo shoot because you don't want to piss off anybody that you worked with or something like that. Mm-hmm. I don't know. It's it. Listen. Like he's like, we're all jelly, whole peanut butter and jealous.

9:14We're also just kind of watching it. And a lot of its perspective and a lot of it is what Bravo decides to show us. But we watched Brooks all season struggle with this. He's got his clothes down in Austin, Texas. He's struggling four minutes before the party. Shai has one little drop in about I'm going to go back from the mountains and immediately keep going back to work so that I'm ready for this party. And we don't hear from him. And he's ready for the party. So it does also look like Brooks is really struggling to get this off, I guess off the ground. And Shai's like, yeah, you know, I had a couple of weeks to struggling, but I've been doing a lot of things behind closed doors that you guys aren't hearing about. And I'm ready. And I had a cool party. It's like, wow, you really showed this thing up. I think it's all encompassing Shai's season. We've seen him really come into his own. I think the biggest shift for him, I think it's been his confidence. He's still kind of awkward and kind of clunky, but I do feel like he's kind of found his footing in the group. Part of his charm, though, like I didn't want him to lose that.

10:14And that's sort of what we talked about with his conversation with Riley. And even a little before that while he was going through all of this, was don't become Charlie. And I think that's almost like a wake up call. We don't want you hanging out with Charlie because we're worried that you're very, very influenced by what someone else is going to do and you're going to become that person. We don't want you to become that person. And I'm saying we like the royal we as you and I and everybody else watching this. He still has that charm of being a little shy and a little awkward, which is probably why he goes into him. And that works really well for him. And if he has the other side down, if he gets business going well, and he can do that, and he has a better footing when it comes to the group, that's the whole package right there. And that's a huge season for shy. And that eclipses Brooks marks entirely. That would mean that shy, who was the underdog, the runner up, the afterthought, would be besting Brooks marks at both fashion and reality TV, both of which Brooks has had a massive head start on. So which, by the way,

11:16tells us that they're going to probably bring Brooks back next season. And that's going to be one of the stories. With that, if this is the story, I think that makes sense. It's battling fashion brands. I thought with that. Yeah, that'd be a lot of fun. Well, let's jump in because I'm stoked to break this one down. There's a lot happening. This whole Ariana situation has gotten very messy, very entertainingly messy. But I definitely shifted my perspective this episode in particular. But we're skiing. Everybody sucks at skiing, which is kind of fun to watch. Kendall. And I think that that might be one of the most fun things to watch. If she kind of comes into her own because of this, and she kind of steps up and steps in and starts getting into the mix, on again, probably on behalf of Liam because she's in love with them. But that's neither here nor there. That's a means to an end at this point because it gets her involved. But she is now dissecting this whole Charlie thing. She's thinking about it. She ruminated on it overnight.

12:16She's like, you know what? Something stinks. And I don't like it. And I need to bring this up with my guy because he's my BFF slash I wanted to be my BF. And we have a chitchat about this whole thing. And I think that's another thing that makes this show so good. The unlikely people jumping in at unlikely times. Like I love that Kendall's getting involved. She's been a funny kind of side character up until now. It's been fun to talk about her falling in love with her best friend. And the awkwardness of like the Ariana situation. But now that she is getting defensive and jumping in. Amazing. Amazing. Like I there nobody on this show Brooks marks. Is not doing their job except literally one person. Yeah, and honestly Kendall no one had this ready to go. Nobody had this projected for the season. We didn't even know who she was. We had her as a little sad and then it turned into comedic relief because we got some watch going through all the things that Liam.

13:17But it ended up and it's sort of funny too because on the ride up. And we're almost kind of breaking the fourth wall here. And I think she was talking about it about her being a reality TV star and all the things that come with it. She put it together pretty quickly. And all you really have to do is obviously be yourself. But also use your own brain. And I didn't really think that Kendall was capable of that. I thought she was just going to be sort of an extension of Liam that's very, very, very in love with himself. But instead she's able to look at things. Actually, we could break this down even more because now I just thought of something new. But she's able to look at everything pragmatically, not just, oh my god, I can't believe the Charlie's doing this. Like he's putting a wedge between the two of you, which is what Liam's already thinking, which some of the group is also thinking. But she's able to kind of pull away from all of that and look and say what we've been saying for a couple of weeks now and again, we are prefacing this by saying there's nothing really wrong with what Arianna's doing. She's figuring she'd out. She was in a 10 year relationship. Whatever. So this episode. But yeah, I mean, she is kind of doing some fuck up shit. That's what she's up to.

14:17She's doing some fuck boy shit. She's some fuck girl shit. Yeah, I mean, she's on city girl life and that's again, fine. But you're going to get burnt doing this. And that's what's coming. And she's got a record in coming. But for Kendall to see that, while Liam is still kind of spiraling and trying to figure things out and basically trying to block out the noise, it's kind of funny. And the thought that I just had was, this is also kind of masterful if she wants to be with Liam. If you point out that Arianna's got some flaws and she's doing this to you, she's allowing this to happen. She's the reason why Charlie's able to wedge his way in there. You get Liam, the dump Arianna, he feels scorned. What's he going to do? Safe bet. Go right to Kendall. No, she's got to let him go date somebody else first. She can't be the real. Really? Yeah, I see I think safe bet rebound is what she's got in mind. But you might be right. I don't know. I'm saying for longevity purposes. I agree. Yeah. That would be the easy default. It's like, I've been here the whole time. And he's like, oh, my God, there you are.

15:18Yeah, but that doesn't happen until you're in your 30s. Like, you know, hallmark would be. Liam moves faster. He seems like an older soul in that way. But as we're popping around, everyone's skiing, talking this and that, there's a very important conversation hat. Because I said this last week, I was still saying, yeah, Ariana, it's been 10 years of Hudson, you know, go spread your wings to whatever. Live your life. But I also alluded to the conversations might be different than we're getting behind closed doors because she's acting a little bit, you know, sheepish with moving forward with Liam. But I was getting the vibe that they were getting much deeper one on one. Low and behold, we get confirmation of that. And the first slip was last week when she was like, what did she say? Like, oh, I don't want the next bitch to have them. Fast forward. When they were at Lake George, so they took a vacation together.

16:19Which we didn't know. It's below. So this is very important. This is a very important thing to note. Took a solo vacation together at his parents house, a parents lake house. At the lake, she said, I manifested you. You're everything I asked for. You're my dream. And you're sitting here in front of me. And I don't know what to do. So I'm going to go fuck Charlie. Yeah, pretty much. I hate that. That is like the unwritten part of all of that is I'm scared. I am petrified. Which again, I think, I think, right? But there's a lot of people. And this is exactly what you expect when you have a reality TV show with a bunch of 20-somethings, especially those of which who just got out of long-term relationships. They don't know what to fuck to do. They've got their hands up like this and they don't know where to put them. What do I do with my hands? That's where Ariata is right now. We all know it. But it's funny to watch it happen in real time. It's funny to watch what she's doing. The dealings behind the scenes going to Charlie's at 2am

17:21with her friends, quote-unquote. Which now I'm certain a question if your friends were even there. They're saying. Because there's also a part of me that believes, yes, Charlie loves the chaos. Yes, he loves to throw things out there so people start talking about it. And then he can be like, well, what do you want me to do? Like, I'm just kind of doing this and that and whatever. He could also be going the extra mile and lying for Ariata to save her ass a little bit so that he kind of works it both ways. Like, yes, I'm throwing it out there so everybody knows what's going on. But I did say that you came with friends. So it kind of shields you a little bit and puts you in a bubble. Then she tells Liam I was there with friends, puts her in a bubble a little bit. Obviously, Erks, Liam a little bit, but he can't really talk about it because they're not boyfriend and girlfriend and that's your favorite conversation. I can't wait to have that one. But we move forward with it. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what Charlie's doing because it makes him look good to Ariana. Also makes him look somewhat good to the rest of the group because he's not doing anything nefarious. But there could have been a bunch of nefarious things going on this entire time. My inkling now based on what transpired at the end of this episode,

18:23I think she went there with friends. I think her friends left. And she stayed a little bit long because we're getting in the eye. By the way, I need a New York City map of where everybody lives. And I know they gave it like briefly last year, I think once or twice. I need a full map because people have moved. I want to see how close Ariana is. And I want to see where Ariana is. I want to see where Liam is. I want to see where Rowan is. Why not throw it out there? I need to know where everybody lives to see how close they are. This is going to actually be very eye-opening on this one. Yeah. If Ariana and Charlie are pretty close and I mean New York City close, not actually close. But if they're pretty close, there could be some things going on here that make a lot of sense. Certainly a lot to think about after that. But back to that statement she's making. So it makes more said, did Liam jump the gun with I love you totally? We talked about that. Yeah, he had it. He panicked to hit the panic throttle and it should happen. But he's not unfounded in these very quick feelings because she's been giving it back to him.

19:29And I think that she is resting on her laurels of, hey, I just get out of a 10-year relationship, guys. Like I'm spreading my wings. I'm living my life, like I said earlier. And I think that she's taking that too far. I think that she's taking that from everybody. And now she's like, well, I'm just doing my thing. It's like, yeah, but you're burning down the village in the process. And that's not because she's a bad person. No, I don't think she's a bad person at all. No. Do I think that she's going to look back probably in two months and be like, fuck. At this reunion, probably. At this reunion, if it's coming up in two weeks, yeah, absolutely. That's what she's going to do. And I mean, it is the age-old adage. You know, there's, you know, how many fish in the sea? Why are you going after this one person? We know reality TV makes people do stupid things. And that's all the time. And it makes for a very good TV. So that's why she did it. And that's okay. And I do think she would get the support from the rest of the group. For exactly what you just said.

20:30Like, yeah, you are in a long-term relationship. You want to kind of test the waters. I mean, we see that in this episode with Gia sitting down with her. And what looked like a train station. It was very confused by that too. Oh, yeah. I didn't know what that was either. Kind of bizarre. I don't know if that was just the basement of the house that they were staying in. Because they kind of showed that with the hot tub. So maybe it was that, but it looked very strange. It's cool, you know, quirky. Like, oh, that's our, how that room is. It's a very weird room. Where we, yeah, but it's, I guess, where they, you know, ski directly into, I don't know. But either way, we see a little bit of that. And they're giving her ways out. At the end of the day, I don't think that the rest of the group is going to really grill her for hooking up with Charlie. Unless it becomes their problem. They are actually very good at that in the sense of, it's not spilling over to make it my problem. I don't have to deal with it. I'm not defending you. I'm not looking down for defending you. I'm just going to let you do your own thing, which I appreciate. Because it does leave Ariana and Charlie and Hudson and Liam all out on the island where they have to discuss it. Everybody else has their opinions. But no one's really dragged into the mud from this whole thing and saying,

21:30I lied for you or I did this or that or whatever. So they're able to at least tell her like, hey, yeah, I want you to be single. Like, do your own thing and kind of figure it out. And I don't think you should get tied down to Liam. And we all see what's going on with Charlie. So there's your example. And I think that that's where we might actually have our response from the group, at least at the reunion where it's like, I'm drawing comparisons not to the severity of it because they're two different things. But as far as something happening in the group, people having opinions about it and then changing what's actually going on. It's like a mirror in Charlie and Georgia. Right? Georgia causes this big stink. Tells Amira all of these horrible things that Charlie said. Acts like he's the worst person in the world. The second he turns on the charm, she's back to being besties with him. Right? Yeah. I think that the similarity here is that a lot of people have been talking to Ariana

22:30about Liam. A lot of people have been saying, yes, you are single. Do your thing. But she has been talking shit about Charlie. I wouldn't touch him with a 10-foot pole. I'm ever going to happen this, that the other. Because of all the lies and the hypocrisy. I do think people are going to have an opinion. Be like, well, you're full of shit because it's not just the Charlie of it all. It's the lying to everybody else and everybody saying to her to be careful with Liam in this episode. And her not drawing any boundaries. That's all that needs to happen here, by the way. Liam is not your boyfriend. Okay, you guys are, I don't even know. This isn't even my realm of like this. That conversation that pisses me off. This is just confusing because are they exclusive? She didn't confirm that they were exclusive. I don't really know where they stand. But all she would have to do is look, I want to see where this goes. I do not want to date exclusively. I'm also going to explore their options.

23:32If you want to stick around, great. If that doesn't work for you, I understand. But she's not doing that. And I totally forgot about that dickhead in Atlanta. Now you got Hudson chirping. And she's responding to him and Liam's like, it's fine. It's all fine. Yeah, she's still hanging out with Charlie. Yeah, she's talking to Hudson. But like, I'm good. I'm going to go walk her dogs while she fucks Charlie. Yeah, if that's essentially what happens to. And we have to discuss obviously Charlie and Liam talking things out on the mountain. So to speak, if you will. But that was just Charlie. But I'm loving a good spot. Yeah. And it was really funny too. I mean, I like the way it happens because again, you see glimpses of normal things in shows like this. And that's something that kind of like grounds you a little bit. That's just two dudes that obviously, you know, Charlie just spouted his mouth off the entire night. Liam didn't owe him that conversation. But he wanted to clear the air because he wants things to be somewhat copostetic with the rest of the group. And we've seen a lot of that going on this year. And he only wants to do that. To make Ariana happy.

24:32I think he only wants to settle things with Charlie so that it looks good for Ariana. I don't think he's in that. And I can only imagine what's going through this guy's head. I mean, up until 6am, telling the girl that you love her. Now you're panicking because you said that you love her. And she didn't respond the way that you wanted her to. So things are getting weird. You have Lake George in the back of your brain right now. I don't know what that all meant. And now you have to make peace with Charlie because essentially what you've come to the conclusion of is, I'm going to have to deal with this guy. She's friends with him. I'm going to have to deal with him. But we just had a conversation where he said, oh, you guys are exclusive. I'll back off. I don't want to fuck with anything. Which again, doesn't really do anything like Charlie's position in all of this. Doesn't move at all. He is where he is. It's up to Ariana to move him. He can say whatever the hell he wants. But if Ariana makes a move to him, he doesn't know anything to Liam. If Liam steps to him because he did something, he can be like, look, I butted out.

25:35But clearly if she's pursuing me, that means that she doesn't want to be with you. And she's not with you. And you guys are exclusive. So what do you want me to do in this situation? He's protected. And he didn't really manipulate himself into the situation. This is all Ariana's doing by not shutting that door. By keeping the door open. And we see the clip from next week where she says as much. Like, I don't want to completely close that door. So I'm going to keep it open for you. And then apparently they smooch right on camera, which is very funny. But for Liam, what are you supposed to do? I mean, really you have two choices. It's stick it out and be a cuck. Or maybe just cut ties and see what else is out there for you. I think unfortunately with the dog walking up it all, oh, dude, that was so good. That is full cuck chair in the corner of the hotel room. Going to fetch room service for Ariana. Oh, man. That was brutal. And like, my whole thing with Charlie, you're not wrong. I do think after this conversation, Liam does have ground to stand on as far as like, well, you said this.

26:35I don't think it's going to like the difference is, yes, Liam has ground to stand on. Yes, he can get mad at Charlie. Yes, he can press him about it. Charlie's not going to care is the main point. Like he's not going to sit there. God, I'm so sorry. Dude, he's going to go, look, she pursued me. You guys aren't there. What do you want for me? Exactly like you said. So the whole thing is just starting to get very, very, messy and there's one common denominator here. And I think that she's trying to make everybody happy. I think that this bad boy thing is stuck in her brain. I think Charlie is just rooted his way into her brain. She just can't get off of this idea of like, oh, the forbidden fruit. And I also think the more that Liam snuggles up to her and the more that other people are talking about Liam and the more the people talk shit about Charlie, I think that emboldens her. I think she likes when people are talking shit about Charlie. She thinks it's hot. I don't know. Yeah. This is messy as shit. And Kendall, what do Kendall say?

27:38Well, with the two of them were sitting there? I think she says something along the lines of, she's not shutting it, that's what it was. She's not shutting it into sound. And I think that that is the biggest issue with everybody. I think that she is allowing it to continue. And I think that if Liam was of sound mind and not just trying to do what every can to make this work because he's madly in love with her, I think he could step back and be like, time out. This is actually fucked up. And it's been fucked up since the beginning. I look like shit on camera. You are embarrassing me in front of millions of people. And then I'm going to walk your dogs. Like, it's tough. The dog, the dog walks up brutal. And it's just kind of funny too because you see the chokehold that Charlie has on this group. It's such a weird way because a normal person would think, okay, people are starting to say, I really like Liam. People are starting to talk shit on Charlie. People are saying, I like Liam with Ariana.

28:38It makes a lot of sense. I'm team Liam. You see that as much like Riley goes to her confessional and says, I don't even fucking care about Hudson. I'm more team Liam anyway. So people are quote unquote team Liam. But when push comes to shove, they're not stepping it. And I love that too when when Ariana is kind of going back through everything. And then Liam's kind of going back in his brain anyway. Thinking about the night prior, we're Charlie spouting off. He comes to the conclusion that he would like it if a Mira spoke up. Because then there's a voice at the table that's going against Charlie. It's like, I get what you're saying. Like, yes, he is saying some crazy shit and you would expect a lot of people to say somebody should have Charlie somebody shut up. But he came to the wrong conclusion again. And again, he's just refusing to believe that Ariana needs to be the one to step in. He's like, somebody else helped. Somebody needs to help me. It's like, no, no, dude. She needs to be the one to put it. Yes. If she's not going to do it, you're always going to be there. Exactly. Because like that moment, and I think we kind of glossed over last week.

29:39Because I think we're all in the similar mindset of like, oh, yeah, you know, like the 10 year thing and also just like, it's kind of messy right now. But not the out of the world yet. I think after you see everything that transpires, you hear about the Lake George thing. You go back to that last week and you're like, if you guys are sitting like solo vacation, having the conversation, this is your dream man. And then you sit at this table. And the conversation that he refers to in which you guys said you're exclusively seeing each other. Not exclusively dating. Whatever the fuck that means. She backs down because I don't know. Yeah. I don't know. No, that Liam in that moment should have been like, whoa, shit, we need to have a really serious conversation. Not at six in the morning after you've been drinking and eating pasta all night. That never turns out well. But that, yeah, he's trying to put it on Amira because he still doesn't want to close the Dorotha Rihanna. That's all that is. That's why he's not dragging her in the confessionals. Amira sure she could have spoken of if you wanted to. She shouldn't have to. Georgia definitely should speak up with all the shit she's been talking.

30:42But she wants to be friends with Charlie. But like you said, the only person that really needed to say anything was Ariana. And she backed Charlie. That right there should have told you, dude. Yeah, by her not speaking up, she backs Charlie and Aitley. Like that's just how that works. And he will not. And it's not like he's wrong. It's not as if he's misunderstanding the situation. He's refusing to understand that that is the only move that would make any sense right now. So that's why when we talk about Amira with all of this, with Charlie involved in Ariana, Amira is not a person to do it. She's already thinking that in her brain. I mean, we're getting to confessional and obviously that's a little bit removed from the whole situation. But I would imagine when we're up at the mountains, but Amira is sitting there looking at Charlie,

36:51looking at Georgia, looking at the rest of the group, like all of the things that have come out about what Charlie said and now all of a sudden everybody's just buddy buddy with him. I'm not stepping in right now and getting involved in this Charlie Ariana love triangle. This doesn't make any sense for me to get involved. So it's unfair to expect her to be the voice of reason here. Now, obviously, yes, her and Charlie have a deeper relationship. So you would expect maybe if he was saying some things that were wrong, that Amira would be the person that you turn to. But again, you're wrong because it should be Ariana. But the way this all goes down is so brutal. But I look, I love Georgia. I think Georgia's fucking hilarious. All of the one liners that we got from her in this episode were absolutely incredible. She's reality TV gold. She is the fantastic random wild card cast every show needs the wild card. And you want them to be like this just completely in their own world. Yeah. Not understanding that calling somebody a clown in a jester is wildly insulting gesture. Yes, sure. Yes, sure. Oh, dude. Was that the most Theresa moment you've ever seen

37:52via because it was. Yeah, which is kind of endearing in the straight line. It was a short war. There's just there's been a few moments on this show across the board where some things have been said. It's just like, oh, guys, like, you know, there's a lot of talk right now that this is the first generation not smarter than the previous generation. They're not between this and love island. They're not helping their argument. No, no, they're really not. But the the jester clown conversation was very funny. I'm so happy we got an end to that because obviously last week when it all popped off, we got mostly confessionals. But the fact that they immediately sit down that next day and discuss why it's wrong to call somebody a clown and then a jester. And I love the shy sticking up for himself. We're seeing such a good respectful build out of shy this season. That's just perfect. I love watching that happen. And it's fun to watch too, honestly. But we go into all of the business and this was also just fucking hilarious. The amir thing aside,

38:54watching Georgia try to just grill Charlie and Charlie finally give her an answer. We're just doing a fucking three floor club. It's just going to be like a member's club. It's not that big of a deal. We're going to find there's going to be TVs there. It's going to be a sports bar. Is that what you want to hear? It's a sports bar. You've never said once that you want a sports bar. You want to take your creative. Oh, okay. That makes it so much better. It doesn't. He's still doing business with your ex-boyfriends. But for some reason, because it's a sports bar, not a bowling bar or a member's only lounge on the third floor, that's enough for you to say, well, what the hell, Charlie? If you just gave me that answer three weeks ago, we could have been dumb. But why? Well, that wasn't the point. No, never the issue. The funniest fucking part is like you're sitting there watching Charlie in real time just throwing things out there. He's just trying to just say the thing that's going to get you to go. Yeah, he's like, yeah, I didn't steal your creative. Maybe there's a, you know what? No, like he's pulling things off the board as he says them. You know, third floor might be members.

39:57That was your thing. Okay, no, it's not members. It's a story fine. It's sports. But it's three stories like yours. But that's the only thing that's the struggle. The struggle of, do I want to keep doing this and really piss her off? Or do I just want her to stop? Oh, I can actually end all of this by just saying it's a sports bar fine. I'm actually kind of tired tonight. We had a late night last night. I think I'm going to get in G is SUV later when she leaves, which was the right move. If somebody says really, that's always the right thing. Instead of a morning. Oh my god, what a great move. I don't care. I don't care. If you go to road sodas and fucking cruise. Dude, you get a driving like three a.m. But I see how the driver coming together. I know. So road sodas for everybody. Absolutely. Go ahead and do that. But he's just sitting there like, I could really string this along and just rage bait her for a little bit. It's just not worth it. Let me just end all of this. But while all of that's going on and this is right, Amira sitting there and we've talked about this for four weeks, five weeks at this point, watching Georgia do this. And she comes to the conclusion, if what Charlie said was so bad and so earth shattering,

41:01that you felt the need to come to me and tell me and you were shaking and you were so upset about all of this, why are you able to just turn around? And I still thought I was still believing that they buried the lead and we were going to have a Charlie Amira conversation about Georgia and how she's lying and trying to manipulate things. And I need to take a step back from that friendship. It wasn't. And this is fine. And honestly, this is probably better anyway. Because the way that conversation went, it was heartbreaking. I felt so bad for Amira because she's clearly been struggling with the whole thing, whether it's true or not, it doesn't matter. It still came up. And Amira still has to discuss it with Charlie, somebody that she's loved and she said this herself, I love you for so long. I just can't really shake it. I've been thinking about it for so long. You know, you've got Kevin texting or asking how Charlie's doing, what's going on up there. So there's a lot going on for Amira with this whole situation to sit down with him and say, I love you, but I just need to take a step back. We can't be like sending memes all the time. You can't be texting me. I just need to take a step back and not reevaluate the friendship, not completely sever ties. Just

42:04remove myself for a little while. She wants to see why friendship in the future. Correct. That's the thing that is kind of frustrating to watch, not on her end. Like, Charlie with the memes and stuff, you know what he's doing. He's just trying to reset. He's trying to be like, he knows he's in the doghouse and he's like, something's going to just spark and we're going to be fine. Right. Like I'm trying to find the right button to press, rather than take accountability. He's very, very good. You watch him do it while they're talking. Like he knows how to say the right thing. He knows how to work people to make these situations go away. That's how he keeps whistling his way back to the top of this group is because he's charismatic and he's good at talking. And you can like, that's what was cool to watch with Amira because she knows him better than anybody there. And she knows that's how he is. And I think that's what she was doing. She's like, I need to put an end to this for now because I know what you're going to do because I know you're going to weasel way back in. I'm not over this whole thing. And I think if you take it a

43:08step further and you think about the whole group and her watching the Georgia and Charlie thing take place, like from a reality TV standpoint, they get sure, like that's drama, it's tea, whatever, from like a real life standpoint, Charlie says, fuck up stuff. And it clearly was gutting to her. Yeah. See everybody just be like, huh? And kind of move past it has to sting a lot. So I completely respect her for having that conversation. Everybody knows that's the thing. I don't know. It was it was under wraps. And I would have liked I know that conversation is extremely personal. And it's a difficult conversation. That's up to them. But if they had that conversation, if they filmed that, that would have been I would have liked to see Brooks and her discuss that because Brooks said he had a similar situation. That's just seeing that I think, you know, would have been nice to kind of see Brooks. Express your support. I talk about share of his life. Yeah. I fully agree with that. And look, we've all done the mental gymnastics. We've done the

44:12fanfiction of like what Charlie could have said, how he said it, whatever. He copped his potentially saying Kevin's just a game. We said, I don't know. Yeah, he's he did that. I don't know what he said. He did. Yes. Yeah. But then he obviously the other comment about her identity. That's where it gets a little murky. And look, he's not going to cop to it. He's not going to say, I said something for Adam. He might not even remember saying anything. He could have alluded to it. There's a lot of things with a guy like Charlie that he could have just been making jokes and went down a weird rabbit hole and ended there. But he doesn't actually remember doing any of it. The problem is that Amira can imagine him saying it. But Amira can look at him and say, I don't know. There's no confirmation. I know George is just using this information to get ahead of Charlie to push him out further. Now, obviously she's buddy buddy. So that's very conflicting. But the big problem is when she said it, I sort of believe it. And that's enough. But it's really enough. If you imagine somebody saying it's somebody who's not close to you, making a joke like that or making a comment like that, that's enough for you to be like, all right, clearly we're in a weird place.

45:14Clearly this friendship is a bit afraid and I'm maybe not prioritizing certain things. Within the friendship, I need to take a step back. So that's really all that matters here. It's not really an argument of what did you say? Did you say it? Tell me exactly what you said. It's just I can imagine you saying something that's so bad like that about one of your best friends. So that's enough for me to take a step back. And that's really all that matters for it. Agreed. And that's that's kind of what you're watching her work through I think in the grand scheme of things. It's like coming to terms with this version of Charlie. I cannot be friends with. As she says, like he needs to grow up a little bit and then we can continue this friendship in the future. But for the time being, what you see him do is thing in the confessional too. I don't fall for any of this shit. I don't buy it. I think he's narcissistic manipulative sociopath and he knows exactly what he's doing. And I don't know those words around very often. But you know, watching him sit there in the confession and go, you know, things happen in life and say, you know, it's a good learning experience. Like you got to change your behavior. So I'm like, fuck you. You're not going to

46:16change your behavior. That's what you're doing. He should. But I don't think that it really applies to everything. I think I think for Charlie anyway, look, obviously he's great for TV. But I think what it comes down to is does he put a friendship with somebody like a mirror who's close to well above the rest? Like if he's talking about just random shit that he says or obviously the stuff that he said about Ariana, he doesn't care about any of those things. But does he care about the friendship with the guy? And I think that's my point. I don't think he does. I think the oh, I think he wants people to think he does. I don't buy it. I really don't. I think for that for certain people, he does. Perhaps I'm just saying, if you were really that close to a mirror and you know that she transitioned, you know that she went through all of these things, you've probably heard her tell stories about being treated some type of way. So if you are actually that close to this verse, you actually love this person. There would be no instance where you say some stupid shit. There would come out of your mouth if you actually love this person. So I don't

47:18buy it. And I think that actually I think it's and he's just he's too crafty. I don't buy it. He's crafty. But I think ultimately what it becomes is a boy who cried wolf. Like you're too, I don't give a fuck and you're too manipulative and you're too devolving to keep in other people and manipulating situations to make it look like you do care, don't care, whatever it might be that when you do ultimately care about something, we're not going to be able to self-difference. It's going to be lumped in the same category as everything else that you do. So it's going to be really hard. It's a finding a needle in the haystack that is Charlie. So we'll never really know. I don't think there's ever going to be a come to Jesus moment where he just dumps it all on the table and tries to figure it out and tells us everything. Unless it's yeah, that's the problem. But that's also what you get with somebody who's fantastic for reality TV. We don't know what's going through your brains. We have no idea what's going on. Just make things entertaining. Don't cross that line. That's what you have to do moving forward. If that's the change that he makes and that's okay with me, I don't have to be friends with him. I agree. I just, I don't know, it's such a touchy subject that that's where I lose any belief that he actually cared about

48:26of that much. If you were willing to say something that's you know would ruin her. I think that's where I draw the line. I'm like, no, I don't think you give a fuck. But I think it's funny and yet kind of mean of production to do the clown shoes noise as shy walks away from I would like to point that out. That was kind of mean because he didn't like the clown comment. It was very funny. But let's get to, we do the highs and lows at dinner, all that good stuff and then people go home, all that good stuff. Let's get to the fashion shows, the pop-ups or the pop-ins as Meredith says. Pop in from Seth Marks. Yeah. Seth Marks is really in his element on this show. I do love that. I've never seen that Seth Marks in my entire life. No, I didn't know that that he was sick. No, he was got a hot. I was like, yeah, he's got some heat. He's got some sex appeal. Georgia loves him. I love the breakdown. Now it is very funny that obviously we

49:26get the teaser going into the scene that he says that what did he say? You're the Ralph Lauren, another Lee and a pro. You don't even know what her product is. Seth don't buy per up like that. That doesn't make any sense. He's going to get away with things. Yeah, that is. But he's just trying to give her some marketing experience. He's just trying to give her some good old fashion. Yeah, there you go. That was good. He's just trying to give her the pep talk. The good old fashion Seth Marks pep talk. I mean, he is the inspirational voice of our generation. He's the spiritual leader of our generation. And if Georgia has him, he is true North. Let him point the way and let him keep going. But that is pretty much the only thing of note that happened during Brooks's party. Seth and George are talking for there. No, that seemed kind of skimpy, man. Just like that, just like that Terry cloth, a little skimpy might follow. Skimpy. Oh, yeah, well done. I like that. It's a metaphor. And then juxtapose that next to shot. Shies was just cool. They're spraying. You're in a basement bar. Like it's packed very New York, very on brand like. Yeah,

50:34Brooks must be kicking himself. I like that he showed up. He's a good sport. I like that he's got to be kicking himself. I think so too. And I don't know. I can't tell if it was a production move. Or if he's seeing how this is going and realizing that, okay, maybe I should take him more seriously. When somebody's like, you guys should do a collab. Yeah, and they hand over to Brooks's face and that it kind of looks like he's like, yeah, right. I wouldn't do that. But I don't know at that, could have just been a production move because I think he sees the writing on the wall. He would be like shi seems to know what he's doing. Maybe underestimate who gets should collab with him. I don't like we're going to get angsty Brooks, probably reunion and early night season. Great on tea. But that would be fine. That would be completely fine. If you have little dropping comments, because what we have here is Brooks, who's inevitably probably going to make some weird comments about Shies line because he feels a little insulted that he's in the same conversation.

51:38Shie who has a little bit more respect for himself and he's got a little bit more confidence, he'll be able to churpe back. That will bring Brooks out of his shell and then we'll actually have that. I mean, you can count on one hand the amount of times that we've had a compelling Brooks scene this entire season. And by one hand, I mean like two fingers. Like really one and a half because we only got to see half that conversation with Amira. So we'll get one and a half. The other one was again, Shie talking to him at Thanksgiving, at friends getting. So other than that, what else have you done? Maybe that'll bring him out. That's that's what I want anyway if we're going to have him again. That would be great. I think that angsty Brooks would be great for TV and you know what? Maybe he hasn't been challenged. He's kind of unrivaled. Now he's got somebody in his same... What do you not even know what the word is? What's the word? Yeah, that word is the same. Ralph. Not really. Not really. Mark it. Mark it. Industry. Industry. That was what I was thinking. Thank you. Geez. Now that he has somebody who's in industry kind of pressing him a little bit,

52:40it might force him out of his shell whether he's threatened, whether he's in his house. Exactly. So I think that that has been another thing that could potentially come from this whole Shie thing. But the most surprising. And this is just kind of how his season has gone. We were laughing at him for even thinking he had a shot with Ava. Lo and be hold. He wore down. She's got to say, wait a minute, hold on. Are you hot? Are you smoking hot? I had no idea. Yeah. Everything's coming up, Shie. The best part about Shie because we don't want him to lose what makes him Shie like the awkward comments. And when he says because you would think at this juncture like they smote things are going well, don't know what's going to happen in the future, but future might be bright. When he hears that she says, are you hot now when she asked about it in his confessions, like, yeah, that's kind of mean. That was mean. It's like the fact that you are still saying stuff like that, not being like, yeah, we kissed and just moving forward.

53:41Yeah. And just being smitten. Good. Fucking good. Like that makes me so happy that we're not losing what makes Shie, because if he can maintain this and have some success, both on the show and his professional life, he starts getting some money and he's still this awkward shy that we come to know. That is reality TV gold. Yeah, absolutely. Now, obviously, the other side of that coin, which I'm a little confused about because we're at Shie's and Charlie's asking everybody if they want to go out, but Charlie didn't go out. So only Liam Ariana, Shie and Ava went to the bar. Charlie went home or went somewhere else and then went home. And that's when they start texting him to say, hey, can we pop up and hang out? We can smoke a little weed. We can have a couple of drinks. Do you think, because we talked about this earlier, and we already made our jokes, but do you think that Liam said, I don't want to go to Charlie's, I'll go walk the dogs or do you think they're in that Uber and Ariana recommended that Liam go

54:46home to walk the dogs, then maybe come back out. How do you think that? It's unclear, and I don't think we're going to get an answer, or maybe we will, but it's very unclear to me how that came about. I'm leaning towards Liam saying, you know what, you guys go have fun because he doesn't want to seem like a clinger on when it comes to Ariana. You should have clung on over to Charlie. You should have clung this time. You should have clung. Yeah, you got to click on, man. Yeah, you have to. And then you say, because look, it's a completely different situation if you do go and then Ava and Shire getting ready to leave and you say, all right, yeah, it's been about a couple hours here. Why don't we get out of here too, Ariana, and she refuses to leave? That's a big problem. Then you completely, nope, we're done. But if she leaves with you, then you kind of do the best of both worlds thing, where you're still able to show up, have fun with Charlie. You're showing Charlie like, hey, yeah, man, I don't mind. Let's come over. I think he misread the situation completely. I think he's so wrong. And I think he said, you know what? I don't want to cling on. I want to show Charlie

55:46that I trust Ariana being over there. I'm going to go walk her dogs so wrong. Just unbelievably wrong. It looks like you're cowering. It looks like you can't face it. And you're also giving him an opportunity to get closer to Ariana. You should have gone and shown face had had fun. And then you have that decision at the end of the night and leave it up to Ariana. If she goes with you, you win. If she doesn't, then you cut her off. That's where you are. That's what you wanted. Instead, you're still living, you're forcing yourself to be in this morally gray area, where you don't really know what to do because you like Ariana, but you see what she's doing. And she's at Charlie's the whole time. It's weird. It's such a bad call by Liam. Yeah, it's such a tough look. I think the one big thing is he's blinded. He likes her so much that he is trusting her implicitly. Still despite the fact that she's given your reasons to not be super trolled, you set it to her face. I'm not saying the trust is broken, but I'm definitely more cautious with my trust. And then by trying to make a point that you are not concerned, she goes over to Charlie's, you go walk her

56:55dogs and something ends up happening, which anybody in that group would have told you not to do that. They would have been like, Hey, you should probably go over there if you're serious about this, but he's trying to prove to Ariana and maybe himself. He's like, nah, she said I'm her dream man. She can go over there. She already said that she's not going to go over there at 2 a.m. Hello, hello guys. Like that's literally what she's doing. She's going over there at 2 a.m. And you're going to walk her dogs. Brother, like that's tough. No scenario in which that was the right call at all. And like it's just again, you have this situation now where Ariana's the problem. Like let's be real like that is the issue. But he's not doing himself any favors. He needs to like flat out just say, I need to know where we stand. If you're not ready for this, okay. He's trying to not do, I already know what he's doing. He's not doing that because he doesn't want

57:57the answer. He would rather hold on to this glimmer of hope that oh no. Like one day she's going to wake up and be like, I'm madly in love with him too. We're going to sail off into this unsight. And he's getting it's too much. There's just too much empty space. There's he's allowing too much to not that he can control what she does. I'm not saying like that. But he should be more present or he should ask or set boundaries. And if she says no, then you know where you stand. Yeah. That's the middle side. I don't want to know. I don't afraid. Yep. Yes. He's afraid to find out because he's afraid to lose her. And he deep down you got to know what the answer is. Like he knows. I think he knows exactly what's going on. He just does a little voice in the back of his head like, but maybe you're wrong. That's the voice he's listening. No. And he shouldn't have. Yeah. Absolutely. Well, it's a question to see him. And then he keeps trying to fast track her. He's starting to give me the ik two. So here's my take. And we forgot to talk about another very important part of this whole thing. Yes, she is saying that on camera in front of people. We have found out about the lake George thing. Totally different conversation. We have also heard her say to her friends. I don't want the next bitch to get them. The third and most important part of this whole thing. She was there for Thanksgiving. She's going there for Christmas to wake up and spend it with his family. So we're not getting the whole picture. We're getting her on camera panicking and going, oh God, I did too much. And I am panicking now and I need to backpedal immediately. And Charlie's kind of hot and Hudson won't stop texting me. I'm not saying she doesn't have a lot going on. I'm not saying that Liam is pressing her a little bit here in there.

1:02:08That can also be true. But I think that the picture that she's painting on camera is very different than the picture that she's painting behind closed doors with Liam. So I see where you're coming from. You're not you're not unbased in that opinion. But I think that there's a lot more that we're not getting. Yeah, yeah, I can see that. And then I've just got two here to end on their both statements, but both worth talking about. From Sarah Renee Ager. Unpopular opinion. Ava is the standout star of season two. I I think she's really turned it on the last couple of episodes, but I don't know about standout star. Of course, she's a very important character on this show. And I think that she has solidified her role as that person. I don't know if she's a standout star. I love her. It's tough to get to Charlie. It's Charlie. Yeah, it's tough to overcome now. It depends on what you mean by standout star. Standout star, I guess, could also be you didn't expect someone to step up, which I would

1:03:10Shies and then conversation too. Yeah. And then you could say shy then Ava because I do think that she really stepped it up the season two, especially in the later episodes. But it's tough to overcome Ariana Charlie Liam just by association. He's not even really a star. Even like everyone. Everybody's right. Everybody's right. Everyone is like great comedic relief. She is just like the normal person in the corner that we need to check in with when she's going on. Like what does Roa think about this? Like she's. I know. So I don't know. I would say that shy or Charlie are probably the top two. But the rest are so close that you could really rank them anyway. And I would be like, yeah, that makes sense as long as Brooks is at the end. Yeah. And then this last one just ties right into that from Bex Nook 72. Like a Merlothum, there would not be a show without Charlie. That is very true. He drives everything and he drives the cast to be where they need to be. And it works out well. Yeah. He's the perfect reality TV villain.

1:04:12He's likeable in a weird way, charismatic, and he is not afraid to burn everything down. And then try to work his way out of it than he has. Not ready a few times. So yeah. I just fucking stellar show. No notes. They don't need to change a damn thing. I want them to bring the exact same cast back. I don't want any friend doves. I don't want any new cast members. I want this cast bring Brooks back to. I'm okay with that. I want to see if he gets a little little fire under his ass with shy, getting some popularity. That might be the thing that he needed to step it up. But I do not want to fuck with this show at all. I don't want to do anything except give them more episodes. Yep. Exactly. Agreed. Yeah. Well, next week's the finale. We'll wrap it up. We'll see what happens with Ariana and Charlie. I am so fucking excited. I'm actually like on the edge of my seat. I am too.
