New today, the Associated Press reports Iran is making threats against tourist and

recreational destinations around the world, saying it'll deny its enemies their security.

Our Jamie Pulfur has the very latest developments.

Quite the timeline today as the spokesman for Iran's powerful revolutionary guard insisted

that Tehran is still building missiles after a claim by Israel's Prime Minister that

it no longer could.

That a short time later, Iran's state media reporting that spokesman General Ali Muhammad

Nahani was killed in an airstrike, the assassination of another top Iranian official that started

with the killing of the Ayatollah when this war started three weeks ago.

U.S. President Trump is talking end game, maybe.

It's going to be over with pretty soon.

We've obliterated it in, Amy.

We've obliterated it there.

That's about everything there is to obliterate, including leadership.

Jucks to pose that against Trump asking for $200 billion in new war funding, saying it's

a small price to pay to equip the military.

Today, Middle Eastern countries are reporting new drone strikes intercepted over Bahrain,

Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

What comes out of this war just how much countries still rely on fossil fuels and the slow transition

to renewable energy?

The price of oil is trading around $94 an hour with concerns it could go as high as $200

per barrel if the straight of Hormuz remains closed.

In Ontario, ticket scalpers are being put on notice just in time for this summer's FIFA

World Cup.

Premier Doug Ford wants to bring back anti-scalping legislation, something his government scrapped

in 2019.

The new legislation would ban the reselling of event tickets for profit.

The Premier started talking about the issue during the Blue Jays World Series one and the

sky high price of resale tickets.

The government is also trying to crack down on fake tickets and service charges.

If you haven't listened yet today on the big story, protests continue in Nova Scotia

after substantial cuts to the arts.

One person who's upset a recent Oscar winner, Tamara DeVoral, a BC native who lives in

Nova Scotia, who spoke to Karen C. Olin.

To borrow your own words, why do you think the government views your industry as discretionary

and not essential?

I think there's a lack of understanding.

I think it's about big business.

It's about the stuff that I see the government putting money in, mining, fracking, things that

I don't agree with.

I don't think they're listening to the people because I don't know a single Nova Scotian

who isn't going, yeah, we need more arts education and it's crucial.

And it's so woven into the fabric of Cape Redden and all of Nova Scotia.

I'm just sort of seeing this repeat kind of having flashbacks to when they cut the tax

rebate for the film industry in Nova Scotia and the film industry died.

And we were lucky that we had a lot of talented people left Nova Scotia, came to Toronto,

worked in the film industry there.

Nova Scotia should consider themselves extremely lucky that they came back some of these people.

He was legendary for being tough, but martial artist, actor, author and pop culture icon

Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86.

His family released a statement today saying he was a devoted husband, a loving father

and grandfather, an incredible brother and the heart of their family.

No cause of death has been released.

Norris is known for classic jokes about his toughness, including when Chuck Norris does

push up.

He doesn't push himself up.

He pushes the earth down.

And welcome to spring.

But despite the new season, the weather, it's not really cooperating.

In some parts of the country, the Vancouver area is just recovering from another atmospheric

river with freezing rain reported in Alberta and in Ontario.
