In this episode, I felt a message coming through that needed to be shared for the mom's out there. It's a conversation I wanted to open up about just how difficult it is today to raise healthy children. We often may find ourselves feeling 'mom guilt'  as we try to right by our kids but I would like to suggest it's deeper -join me for a conversation to consider so we can collectively heal.

Wild and traditional cultures invested in the next generation, but modern society is afflicted with nature divorcement, and it has muted our awareness, impairing our ability to see the intergenerational effects of our current lifeway.” ~ Arthur Haines
