Well, howdy there, Internet people. It's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about Trump changing his tune on gas prices. Again. We just covered how Trump openly admitted that gas prices wouldn't fall until after he finds some way to unwind his elective and unnecessary small potatoes with a wrong. He flat out said that prices would fall, quote, when we win the war with a wrong. But he seems to have realized that nobody really expected the US to win the engagement anytime soon. So that didn't really resonate with the people he was trying to persuade to vote for Republicans. So they could continue on with his failed policies. Because now he has a new line to try to convince Americans that Republicans have some sort of plan to deal with the problem they caused. He's now said quote, right after the election, oil prices are going to be tumbling downward.

He then added quote, I think it's going to take a little bit longer than the midterms. Yes, somehow if Americans send the same group back, there will be a different outcome. Prices will magically fall even though they're going up. International Brink Crews broke 100 a barrel again. There is no basis for Trump's claim other than Trump saying it. And Trump is not a source. He added something to tie it back to Iran. Quote, They're desperate to try to affect the election so that we can get a nice week group of people in there and leave them alone and let them have their nuclear weapon. I think the war is going to end immediately after the election because they can't hold out any longer. First, reminder that Trump's own intelligence people said Iran was not actively pursuing a nuke and hadn't been in years.

So that part is just Trump's WMD in a rock claim. But wait, what? They want to get a weak group in there? I'm sorry, did Iran endorse the Republican Party? Because it was Trump and the Republicans that walked into a war without planning and that lack of planning led to the destruction of US bases. And Iran has wound up with control of the strait. And now Diodita saying they're re-evaluating the US footprint in the Middle East. Yes, I'm sure it was Diodi deciding it didn't want bases in the Middle East. Not countries there saying they don't really want to host them anymore because Trump's reckless actions turn them into targets. Let's be clear. From Iran's perspective, they're chasing the US out of the Middle East. There is nobody weaker on Iran than Trump and the Republican Party that let him walk our military into a mess with no defined objectives or exit plan.

So far, the US attacked them and failed to hit their facilities. Then attacked them again and failed to achieve regime change. Then Iran took control of the strait and the US hasn't been able to return it to normal. Now the US is reducing its presence in the Middle East. And Trump thinks Iran would prefer someone else. Why? They've never looked more powerful in the region. Trump claimed gas prices will go down after the midterms because that's when the war will end. He also said the war would only take a few weeks and has been promising lower gas prices for months. Trump wants credit for maybe possibly solving a problem he created at some future date. And he wants you to send his rubber stamp back to Congress. The Republican Party doesn't have a plan to get your gas prices down because in order to get your gas prices down, they'd have to go against Trump.

Her fuel prices are high and getting higher because of Trump and his policies. The Republicans have promised to continue those policies. Anyway, it's just a thought. Y'all have a good day.
