Locked On Marlins POSTCAST: ('LIVE') Marlins Shut Out 1st-Place Phillies 5-0 in Philly

Jake Burger has homered for the fourth straight game, Valente Bellozo allowed just four hits in a career-high seven innings, and the visiting Marlins (45-75) picked up a nice win to start this series and this road trip.

Burger has now homered in four straight games. He has 23 on the season, with 14 coming after the all-star break. 

Bellozo pitched a career-high seven innings, holding the high-powered Phillies offense to just four hits, striking out four on just 95 pitches. 

Jesus Tinoco pitched an inning of scoreless relief for Miami. Tinoco has not allowed a run in six straight appearances since joining the Marlins. Jesus Sanchez hit a 400-foot home run for Miami in the ninth inning, his 15th. 

Xavier Edwards singled, stole second and scored on an error in the seventh inning. The Miami shortstop had two hits tonight. Edwards is hitting over .350. 

Jonah Bride and Otto Lopez added RBI singles for the Marlins. Bride also walked three times. 

The Phillies are now just 4-11 in their last 15 games. They still have a comfortable lead over the second-place Braves in the NL East. 

The Marlins and Phillies wrap up this quick two-game series tomorrow, with first pitch set for 6:40pm ET. 

Red-hot right-hander Edward Cabrera (2-3, 5.20) will start for the Marlins. The Phillies will go with righty Tyler Phillips (4-1, 4.83)
