Medical Anxiety Hypnosis

Adam creates a hypnosis session to help a client that was suffering from severe medical anxiety just days away from important surgery.  

This session uses time to enable him to take the resources from a future version of himself when he no longer has this anxiety into the morning of the surgery so he could feel more empowered and resourceful to cope with the key parts of the treatment. It also gave him strategies to use to manage his focus, attention, and emotional state by thinking of the future benefits that will come from the treatment.
