Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell Pushes For a Gag Order In Her Trial And The Judge Responds (9/12/26)

About this episode

Ghislaine Maxwell’s lawyers pushed for a sweeping gag order almost immediately after her 2020 arrest, asking Judge Alison Nathan to prohibit prosecutors, government agents and lawyers for potential witnesses from making public statements about the criminal case. The defense argued that the enormous publicity surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell threatened her ability to receive a fair trial before an impartial jury and wanted the court to impose restrictions beyond the professional rules that already governed lawyers involved in the case. The request was part of a broader Maxwell strategy to tighten control over the flow of information around the prosecution, particularly as survivor attorneys and prosecutors were speaking publicly and civil litigation was continuing alongside the criminal case.

Judge Nathan rejected the request on July 23, 2020, concluding that Maxwell had not shown that such an extraordinary additional restriction was necessary. Nathan said she expected prosecutors, defense attorneys and lawyers for witnesses to comply strictly with the court’s existing local rules and professional obligations governing prejudicial public statements, and she said those protections were sufficient at that stage to safeguard Maxwell’s right to a fair trial. She denied the motion without prejudice, meaning Maxwell could return if actual violations emerged, while warning that she would not hesitate to intervene if anyone broke the applicable rules. Nathan later rejected another Maxwell attempt to restrict how potential witnesses and their lawyers could use discovery material, calling the proposed limitation essentially unprecedented and again finding that Maxwell had not demonstrated that it was necessary to protect the fairness of the trial.

Elaine Maxwell's team is trying to position themselves to get a gag order, put on the lawyers and the survivors in this case.

They don't want them talking to the media because they understand just how guilty Elaine Maxwell is and the fact that just the circumstantial evidence alone puts her in prison for a very, very long time. So they have positioned themselves now to try and get these girls who have been gagged since the very beginning basically. Now they want them to shut up again and not tell their story and keep quiet. I really hope that Judge Alison Nathan smacks this request down because look, these girls were forced into silence for so long. How dare anybody tell them who or what or why and when they can talk. It is unseemly to me, especially considering that the cat is out of the bag at this point. If you wanted this to be a private trial and not tried in the public, well, Elaine Maxwell would have come forward a very long time ago and spilled the beans.

Instead, she wanted a spectacle. Well, folks, we're going to have a spectacle now. People like this always believe that if they keep their BS in the dark, that they'll be able to get away with it. But unfortunately for them, the spotlight is directly on top of them. And what we see inside of their dark room makes us all furious. Our article today is from the Boston Globe. The author of the article is Travis Anderson. And the headline is, Gaelin Maxwell's lawyers seek order barring prosecutors from talking to the press. And in cases like this, it's relatively typical. You expect the defense team to try and get a gag order instituted that way. You know, they can kind of control the narrative more.

But I'm very interested to see which way Nathan ends up going. Lawyers for Gaelin Maxwell, the socialite, co-conspirator, child abuser, fellow scusbag, charged with helping Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse underage girls in the 1990s. Oh, many more times than that as well, folks. On Tuesday, asked the presiding judge in New York to bar the government from commenting publicly on the case outside the confines of the court proceedings. So basically, they're grasping at straws on the defense, right? They know that they don't have a defense right now. They don't have anything that's tenable. So what they're going to try and do is make it as so the girls and their lawyers can't continue going directly to the public with their story. Because they understand they have no counter for that. They don't have any sort of rebuttal for that. And they most certainly don't have a tangible defense for Gaelin Maxwell.

In a letter to judge Alison J. Nathan filed a US District Court for the Southern District of New York, Maxwell's lawyers asked the judge to issue an order prohibiting the government, its agents and councils, and council for witnesses from making extrajudicial statements concerning this case. And again, very expected, a move that should not shock anybody, the real question is, which way will judge Nathan Leane with a request such as this? Personally, I think with all of the information that's already out there, I think it would be ridiculous to slap a gag order on this case as of now, and especially considering what these survivors have been through with them being silenced for so long, I just, it's not a good look and I don't think it's the proper way to go about things. It's up to Gaelin Maxwell's team to formulate the proper defense. And if they can't do that, maybe she should have hired better lawyers. Attorneys for Maxwell 58 who was arrested July 2nd at a million dollar home in Bradford, New Hampshire,

said in the letter that the government, as well as alleged survivors and their lawyers, have made and continued to make statements prejudicial to a fair trial. Again, what they want is silence from those who were abused, and we see this from all these high profile people anytime they're caught up in something like this. All of a sudden it's, oh, we need that this needs to be done in secret, this needs to be done behind closed doors. We don't want anyone to know what's going on, that way they can try and maneuver, that way they can try and find their way through the loopholes. Well, it's not going to work this time. Sorry, everything that has come out so far is damning enough. If there was no information to ever come to come out again until the trial, Gaelin Maxwell is still guilty just based on the circumstantial evidence that has been provided. There is not a court in the land, a jury in the land, who is going to look at this case, and the facts that are presented, and think that Gaelin Maxwell should not spend the rest of her life behind bars.

I don't know where you would find that that, Jerry, or even one jury member who would disagree at this point, because it's pretty clear that Gaelin Maxwell was a huge part in what was going on. She had a leadership role, and she also actively took part in abusing these kids and women. What more do you need? Your diwitness testimony, all sorts of circumstantial evidence. So you see the sort of situation that the defense finds themselves in, and it is a very long road. Maxwell's legal team cited comments made shortly after her arrest by acting US attorney Audrey Strauss and FBI assistant director William F. Swini Jr. Strauss, the defense wrote, citing a New York Law Journal report, told the press, Maxwell enticed minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered them into the trap that she and Epstein had set for them. She pretended to be a woman they could trust, all the while she was setting them up to be sexually abused by Epstein,

and in some cases, by Maxwell herself. Well, is there anything incorrect with that statement? Or is the problem really is, again, like I always talk about these lawyers. Technicalities, technicalities, well, that's not supposed to be done like that. Oh, well, we need a mistrial. Screw you, screw your loopholes and screw your technicalities, okay? Audrey Strauss was just speaking facts here. This is exactly what occurred according to those who were abused by Maxwell. If the defense doesn't like it, well, that's just too bad. Perhaps you should tell your client to not abuse little kids. Those comments were prejudicial according to Maxwell's lawyers. Although mistrows sprinkled her comments with the phrase, as alleged, she presented certain of her statements as fact, Maxwell's attorney wrote, and, sweetie, they said, went even further, calling this Maxwell one of the villains in this investigation,

and compared her to a snake that slithered away to a gorgeous property in New Hampshire. Well, fact, fact, fact, fact, okay? She is a huge villain in this investigation. One of the top villains of our time, in my opinion, and again, had a leadership role. So, Mr. Swinney is not wrong there, and she did slither away. How many times did I say that? Sliathering from hold to hold? 36 times before she was arrested, she moved? Yeah, I would call that slithering away. So that's a factual comment as well. So, I don't know what her attorneys are thinking. I don't know what Cohen is talking about. I mean, maybe his head is still rattled from the beating Alice in Moe gave him in the, uh, the bail hearing, but be that as it may, her law team is grasping at straws here. Sweetie, the defense, wrote, was out of line. No, your client was out of line for hiding, for running, for facilitating, and for abusing girls for so long.

Thus, Mr. Swinney offers the governments, again, flatly wrong, opinions about character and guilt while at the same time invoking a semi-biblical reference, involving a snake slithering away to a garden in New Hampshire. Well, that's what she did. She is a snake, she did slither away, and she ended up in New Hampshire. What is your problem here, okay? Oh, yeah, that's right. It's not what he said. It's that he said it. The technicality of it. Oh, this is pre-judicial. Don't say this before they hear a shut up, okay? Enough is enough. I'm so tired of the loopholes and the bullshit and the nonsense from these lawyers. Your client is guilty, okay? The whole world knows it. It is your job to bring up evidence to show us that she is not guilty. And if you cannot do that, sir, your client is going to prison for the rest of her life. A lot of people are having when they first try cutie mayo. It's the one with the red cap and the little baby on the bottle. You've probably seen it in the grocery store before. And if you've ever just walked past it, some people would say that's a huge mistake. Because this mayo is different. Most mayonnaise uses whole eggs. Cupid only uses egg yolks, which gives it this rich umami flavor. It's smoother, deeper, and almost buttery. Once people try it, they start putting it on everything. Egg sandwiches, fries, burgers, some fans even swear by dipping pizza crust in it. And once you notice it, you start seeing it everywhere. Chefs use it, restaurants use it. People who really care about flavor use it. Never try it. Grab the bottle with the red cap next time you're out of the store. Put it on just about anything, then you'll understand. Cupid, the original Japanese mayonnaise. This is Ashley Akinetti from the Almost Hymnest Podcast. Maxwell's attorneys wrote, these types of comments which serve no compelling law enforcement or investigatory purpose are prohibited by the local rules of this district. Again, the local rules. Federal prosecutors hadn't responded to the defense filing as of Wednesday morning. You know what I hope they respond with? Here's how I hope they respond. First, they should arrest Sarah Kellan-Vickers in response. Bring her in and then they should drop a superseded indictment on Gilaean Maxwell and add some Rico charges. That's how the government should respond to stuff like this. Because you know what? They love to do that kind of thing to the average folk, right? They love to really pile on to the average folk.

But when it comes to people like Gilaean Maxwell, they're a little more tentative, aren't they? That shit needs to end. Alison Mo, Audrey Strauss, and the rest of the prosecution need to break out the big guns, smack everybody in the face with Rico, and we need to move on and get to prosecutions. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to several charges, including enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to entice a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and two counts of perjury. I think that there's just enough room in there for racketeering charges as well. Can't wait to see that on the page. Her lawyers have said in private court filings that she vigorously denies the charges and tends to fight them as an end is entitled to the presumption of innocence.

Yeah, as far as the court goes, you're entitled to the presumption of innocence. But for the rest of us who have followed the case, for those of us who understand what you have been up to, and the moves you have been making behind the scenes, well, that ship has sailed. The second you abused children, and the second that multitudes of them came out and said that you were an abuser, your presumption of innocence, well, I think that's gone by the wayside, okay? There's no gray area here. This isn't a he said she said case. This isn't one person coming forward looking for a big payday. Hundreds of girls, folks, and that's not hyperbole. Hundreds of girls were abused by these people, maybe thousands. So forgive me. If I don't want to give your disgusting client the presumption of innocence at this point, okay? The onus is on you to provide evidence to lead us in that direction,

because as of now, all of the evidence lead us to the point of her being as guilty as guilty can be. Prosecutors say Maxwell and Epstein groomed girls for participation in sexually abusive behavior by building a rapport with them through shopping trips, taking them to the movies, and spending time with them. As the ties strengthened, Maxwell would introduce sexualized behavior, ultimately leading to Epstein abusing the girls, sometimes with Maxwell's participation or presence prosecutors alleged, and not just prosecutors, folks, okay? Again, it's not like they have just some kind of a little bit of evidence, right? There is tons and tons of evidence, as well as eyewitness testimony. This is what you call having the goods in a courtroom. This is ammunition. And when the trial starts, and the prosecution begins to drop bombs, like they already did in the hearing about her having a spouse, et cetera, et cetera.

Once they start dropping those kind of bombs, I think things will come into perspective, and the picture will be a lot more clear for those who have not been following this case, like we have, about how guilty and how much Gilein Maxwell was involved with this. Authorities alleged that girls were sexually assaulted in Epstein's Manhattan residence, in his home in Palm Beach, Florida, and at a sprawling ranch in New Mexico. The indictment alleges Maxwell played a role in the sexual abuse and exploitation of multiple minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein, specifically three girls who were allegedly abused in the 1990s. And again, we know it's many more than that. You don't have to listen to the media, okay? Go directly and hear what the survivors have said. Look at their stories. Look at what they went through their personal experiences with these people. And then you come to your own conclusions. Maxwell has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and called some of the claims against her absolute rubbish.

Well, I think her whole lifestyle is rubbish. I think the way she conducts herself is rubbish. I think her face is rubbish. And I think everything about her is rubbish, all right? Or as we would say in America, straight garbage trash. That's what she is, straight trash. I don't care about her Oxford education. I don't care about the way she moved among the rest of the so-called elites. This is the disgusting, depraved predator, according to all of her survivors. Epstein who counted US presidents, British royalty, Hollywood figures, and stars of academia among a set of powerful friends, died in federal custody last year while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. His death has been ruled a suicide. Maxwell, as recently was recently denied bail, and her trial is tentatively set for July 12, 2021.

Well, a little bit of a news about that. I have my accommodations already set up in New York. My travel plan already in place. And I plan on being in New York for, at the very least, the 10th of July through at least August 10, or so. So for about a month, I plan on being in New York and following the trial once it starts. Either in the courtroom, if I can get in there, if not outside of the courtroom, and all the way through to the very end, because I'll tell you what, I want to see this woman put in prison for the rest of her life. I want to see her break down in tears when she sentenced to 50 years or whatever the hell she's going to get. And I want to see some justice for these survivors for once, because folks, this where we're at right now, the point we're at right now, has literally been decades in the making.

All we need now is a great ending. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at bobby kapuchi at protonmail.com. That's beobbycapucci at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at beobby underscore capucci. So tonight, our episode, we're going to talk about Guilain Maxwell and her new ask. Her team is asking that the witnesses in her case, this criminal case, are gagged now. She doesn't want them to be able to talk about anything that has to do with the case. While at the same time, Guilain Maxwell is asking for permission to identify any of the survivors who have already come forward. Now, Judge Nathan has already shown that she doesn't want to give out a gag order in this case, at least it seems that way.

So I would think that moving forward here, that this is going to be a big fat no from Judge Nathan as well. But we'll have to see what she says. This article today that we're going to read is from the Daily Mail. The headline is exclusive. Guilain Maxwell ambushes prosecutors by asking for a gag order on witnesses in her criminal trial. But wants permission to identify any alleged survivors who have already come forward. The author of this article is Josh Boswell. Guilain Maxwell ambushed prosecutors by asking for a gag order on witnesses in her criminal trial court documents seen by DailyMail.com claim. And this is, look, these are the kind of tactics that we should expect out of Guilain Maxwell's people. They're high profile lawyers. They cost a lot of money. And they're going to do whatever they possibly can do to try and tip the table in their favor.

I don't think they have anything to go on here, though. I don't think that they have a merit-based argument here. And I think it's more of just throwing shit against the wall, hoping something sticks. Maxwell's lawyers filed an affidavit in her child-sex trafficking case on Monday asking a New York judge to prevent prosecution witnesses from publishing information about the case online. Well, look, another reason that they're saying this is because there's going to be some damning evidence that is produced in discovery. And they're trying to get ahead of that right now and get Judge Nathan to jump on board and gag it now so they don't have to worry about putting out those fires. When the case start, when the trial starts because it's going to be some damning stuff. We're talking, they're saying photographs, some video, etc., etc. So you could see why they're in scramble mode and why they filed this affidavit right away today. But again, I really don't think that Judge Nathan is going to give into their request here.

Prosecutors scrambled to file a letter to Judge Allison Nathan in response, claiming they had been negotiating with Jeffrey Epstein's alleged Madam's legal team as recently as 6 p.m. last night and were surprised by the gagging request. Well, the prosecution should not be surprised by anything, okay? They have to be ready to go on their toes all the time and they have to be ready to be on the offensive. You cannot go on the defense against people like this. You have to take the center of the ring, bite down on your mouthpiece and start throwing bombs. The British socialite, co-conspirator, general scuzz bag, child abuser, attorney wrote to Judge Nathan asking her to keep discovery materials from being published,

but wanted permission to identify certain witnesses and Maxwell's alleged survivors who have already come forward in the case. See what's going on here if they're trying to do an end around. So what they'll do is they'll try and get this gag order on the witnesses while at the same time trying to pony it up and make it so that they can out whoever they want. And it's all part of their strategy. They're going to try and muck rake. They're going to try and attack the girls characters here. They're going to try and use the same strategy that old dirty ass dorsh used when Epstein got the plea agreement the first time around. The thing that's different though this time, they're not going to be able to pull the ol oaky dogg on us because we're all paying attention. Maxwell 58 currently faces trial over criminal child sex trafficking charges in New York, accused of procuring girls as young as 14 for pedophile Epstein to abuse. She has pleaded not guilty and has denied any wrongdoing.

Oh well, that's it then folks. You know, Gaelain Maxwell has denied any wrongdoing. So it's probably prudent for us to just move on with our lives and you know, not ask her any more questions. In fact, maybe that she just released her from jail. What an absolute joke. Okay, nobody is, uh, nobody's feeling sorry for Gaelain Maxwell right now. Nobody's feeling bad that she's in jail. Guess what? You abuse these girls according to what they said, according to tons of them. And now you must pay the price. Maxwell's lawyer, Christian Everdel, a Harvard graduate by the way, wrote, The court believes that potential government witnesses and their counsel should be subject to the same restrictions as the defense concerning appropriate use of the discovery materials, namely. If these individuals are given access to discovery materials during trial preparation, they may not use those materials for any purpose other than preparing for trial in the criminal case.

And may not post those materials on the internet. The affidavit said, and this is a shrewd move by them. And you know, this is what you expect when you're paying big fozzles for lawyers. You expect them to do everything in their power to give you the upper hand. And that's what they're trying to do here. They're trying to get out in front of just how bad these files are going to be. The defense believes it should not be restricted from publicly disclosing or disseminating the identity of any alleged survivor or potential witnesses referenced in the discovery materials, who have already identified themselves by speaking on the public record, the lawyer wrote. And look, I'm not a lawyer, right? And I don't really know one way or the other how that usually works. But I don't know what the issue is if the survivors have already come forward, right? It's not like they're doxing them. I think what should happen is it should be a case by case basis. The survivor should be asked how they feel about having their name thrown out there. Look, at some point, at some point, we have to take a good look at what has occurred in this case.

And we have to make sure that it does not happen this time around because there is so much riding on this prosecution folks. The affidavit said Maxwell's legal team had been negotiating with assistant US attorneys, Alison Mo, Alex Ross Miller and Maureen Comey, the daughter of former FBI director James Comey. And the whole team so far has done a pretty good job. I'll even give Maureen Comey a bit of a nod for the job she's done so far. But I do not trust Maureen Comey as far as I could throw her. I am really sick of these generational type people having these positions of power. Okay, we're not aristocracy here in America. We don't have, you know, where you inherit your father's job or anything like that. Okay, so I really just don't dig the nepotism. I don't dig it at all. It doesn't matter who it's involved with. I just don't like it, especially in the public sector.

Audrey Strauss acting, acting United States attorney for the Southern District of New York, shop back a one paragraph letter to the judge asking for a data respond for a day to respond to Maxwell's gagging request. And if they were caught off guard, shame on them. But this is exactly the response, right? You have to shoot off a little something, something to the judge on your in defense of what you have going on. And you have to persuade the judge not to go about and do what Maxwell's lawyers have asked. And I really think that judge Nathan here is not going to acquiesce to this request, folks. I don't think she will, but who knows again, we will have to see. She said the two sides have been working through the weekend towards an agreement before the surprise filing by the defense. The US attorney's office in Everdele did not immediately respond to her a request for comment.

Judge Nathan had already slapped down a request from Maxwell's lawyers to bar prosecutors from speaking to the media about the case. But the court told the attorneys to tread carefully in interviews, writing it warns counsel and agents for the parties and counsel for potential witnesses that going forward, it will not hesitate to take appropriate action in the face of violations of any relevant rules. Well, so she already made that ruling, right? So if rules have not been broken and the prosecution or the lawyers for the survivors have not done anything that would make Judge Nathan look sideways at them, why would they even bother with this other request? And of course, it is just to muddy the waters. It is to murky thing, to make things murky and to get things moving in a direction where there's a bit of chaos. That's what they operate in, chaos. That's what they're hoping for.

The legal spat follows news that a bombshell cash of previously sealed documents in a civil case against Maxwell are set to be turned over to the public this week and are reportedly set to expose the details of her allegedly sorted sex life. And again, this request tells you everything you need to know about those documents that are about to be released. This dump is going to be pretty damning and you see how her lawyers are trying to get in front of it here and it is very apparent what they're doing. US District Judge, Loretta Preska, unsealed the documents during a Thursday teleconference and gave Maxwell's defense team a week to file an appeal.

The files come from a 2015 defamation lawsuit by Virginia Roberts who accused Maxwell of lying and sexually abusing her as a teenager and pimping her out to rich and powerful men, including the Queen's son, Prince Andrew. Look, all of this stuff that we're hearing right now, all of this stuff that is coming out, the documents that are coming out in the defamation case, her Gilein Maxwell's lawyers attempting to get everything gagged. It's obvious what's about to come down the pipe folks. And this Thursday Preska says that's when it's going to be released unless the second court of appeals jumps in and speaks up about what they plan on doing. Preska wants this stuff to get moving in a forthright manner and she wants to keep the documents coming out according to her in a rolling fashion. So we'll get one dump. Then I don't know how however long after we get another dump and we they just keep rolling and rolling and rolling and rolling until all of the files that have been earmarked to be unsealed are finally unsealed and available for public consumption.

There's going to be a lot of reading to do folks. I hope everybody has their reading glasses ready and a couple of jolt cold colds or a couple of bangs or whatever it is you drink for energy. We're going to need a lot of that because there is going to be tons to go over and I plan on once the documents drop. I plan on sequestering myself in the house and going through as much of them as I can until my eyes begin to bleed. So we got some interesting stuff coming this week folks some stuff to look forward to as far as evidence in the case context in the case and maybe some revelations that we did not know about. I'm pretty interested to see just exactly what is in that treasure trove of documents especially my interest is most certainly certainly peaked is most certainly locked in at this point now considering they're asking for this. I'm going to be sharing their asking for this gag order right away in the beginning of the week when we know that Thursday is the day that the documents are released so you have to think you have to believe that Gila and Maxwell's law team and Gila and Maxwell herself understand what is in those documents they know how harmful they are going to be to Gila and Maxwell and others and their only option is to make this move right now.

This move right here and try and make a preemptive strike to get it all gagged so that it is not spread around on the internet on social media and for the general public to consume because they understand even as we speak without these documents out they have an untenable position and they know that they're up against it and they do not have many options. So expect to see more of this from Gila and Maxwell's law team expect to see them use every trick in the book every tool that they have in their toolbox to try and do whatever they can to get Gila and Maxwell out of jail. Unfortunately for them it won't be enough. If you like to contact me you can do that at Bobbi Kapuchi at protonmail.com that's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.

Now a quick update in the Gila and Maxwell and Virginia Roberts defamation case judge Preska has ruled that some of the documents in question will be released. Now we're going to update update that a little bit more when more information comes in on that this ruling just occurred in the last half hour or so. So we'll touch on that more tonight when we have more details. Now also another ruling coming down and smacking Gila and Maxwell is what we're going to be talking about on today's show. And that ruling is that Judge Nathan has denied the request for the gag order. We discussed the gag order the past couple of days and how it was ridiculous and how I thought that Judge Nathan would do exactly what she did here.

And well here we are. Judge Nathan smacking down Gila and Maxwell and her ridiculous request for a gag order. Our article today is from CNBC. The headline is Judge Denonized gag order request by Gila and Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein sex crimes case. The author is Dan Mangin. A federal judge on Thursday rejected her request for a gag order sought by lawyers for British socialite, child molester, child abuser, co-conspirator, general all around scumbag, Gila and Maxwell who is charged with helping the late investor, the late investor, pervert, sick bastard, pedophile, child abuser, money launderer, human trafficker, plenty of names we can lay on Jeffrey Epstein besides investor. But Judge Allison Nathan warned prosecutors, defense lawyers and attorneys for Maxwell's accuser and other witnesses that she would not hesitate to take appropriate action in the face of violations of any relevant rules about making public statements that could affect Maxwell's ability to receive a fair trial.

Well that's to be expected right whenever you have a trial such as this that is so high profile and there is a lot of media interest well not legacy media but our interest anyway the alternative media. There is always fears that there is going to be a taint to the case that people might talk etc. etc leaks blah blah blah blah so that's to be expected the judge making that statement and letting all parties know that there are certain rules that must be followed. So she did not slap the gag order she denies the gag order but she lets them all know that there are certain rules that must be played by. So I can get down with that right again we live in a nation that should be governed by law and order by rules by a certain set of principles that happen in one of these court cases. What should never occur is this sort of thing being worked out in the dark a plea agreement with Jeffrey Epstein and his co conspirators being cooked up in the dark by a scummy dirty son of a bitch like Alan Dershowitz that should never occur.

Okay they should all be done in a transparent manner and it should all be done by the book. The court will ensure strict compliance with those rules and will ensure that the defendants right to a fair trial will be safeguarded Nathan wrote in a filing in US District Court in Manhattan where last week she ordered the 58 year old Maxwell held without bail calling her an extreme flight risk. And again the court has a certain set of rules that they want followed they what they're trying to do is avoid any nonsense they don't want a mistrile declared or any other sort of BS they want to make sure that this trial goes off without a hitch and hopefully Maxwell ends up facing the justice and the full arm of the law. Maxwell's lawyers on Wednesday had asked Nathan to issue an order prohibiting prosecutors FBI agents and lawyers for witnesses from making statements about the case outside of the courtroom or in legal filings that's actually that's that's absolutely ridiculous.

So basically what her lawyers are trying to do is get the conversation to stop. They understand that the survivors pulled an end around on these scumbags and went directly to the people themselves they use social media as a tool and avoided the disgusting serpent in the legacy media and brought their message directly to you. And this is the result you see what happens. When the people have had enough do you see what happens when the people begin to exert pressure and begin to yell from the rooftops about these sick disgusting child traffickers child abusers and pedophiles that have gone for so long without facing justice. Do you think any of this would have occurred if these survivors didn't so bravely step forward and then all of you.

Step into the ranks behind them and amplify their voices this would have never occurred. This is the people flexing their power on the government and forcing their hand folks. And as long as we keep the pressure up and we let these people know that we are watching their every move. There is no way that justice will not be served in the case of Gilein Maxwell. This is Matt Rogers from Los Cultures. This is Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. This is Bowen Yang from Los Cultures. This is Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. You know when people try a new food and suddenly it's like wait that's the reaction. A lot of people are having when they first try QB Mayo. It's the one with the red cap and the little baby on the bottle. You've probably seen it in the grocery store before. And if you've ever just walked past it some people would say that's a huge mistake. Because this mayo is different. Most mayonnaise uses whole eggs.

QB only uses egg yolks which gives it this rich umami flavor. It's smoother, deeper and almost buttery. Once people try it they start putting it on everything. Egg sandwiches, fries, burgers, some fans even swear by dipping pizza crust in it. And once you notice it you start seeing it everywhere. Chefs use it, restaurants use it, people who really care about flavor use it. Never try it, grab the bottle with the red cap next time you're out of the store. Put it on just about anything then you'll understand. QB the original Japanese mayonnaise. This is Ashley Akinetti from the almost famous podcast. Maxwell's lawyer said in their request that federal prosecutors and witnesses attorneys have made and continued to make statements prejudicial to a fair trial for the defendant who has pleaded not guilty to sex crime and perjury charges.

Boy, she's about to be poosed when we get these presco documents of her statement, her deposition about her sex life, etc., etc. She is not going to be happy about that because now that that's coming out, you want to talk about fuel for the fire, you want to talk about articles being authored and dropped, you want to talk about fury? Oh, it's coming folks. It is coming. Judge Prescott just pulled back the curtain and shine the light into the room inhabited by all of these cockroaches and owe to watch them all scurry. It appears that given any opportunity, lawyers associated with the prosecution of this case will offer any opinion that damages Miss Maxwell's opportunity for a fair trial, the filing said that's such B, that's such BS. Just the circumstantial evidence alone added to the witness testimony of the girls who were abused is plenty for the public, okay?

We don't need to hear any statements from the lawyers or from anyone else at this point. The cat is out of the bag. What we know and what we have seen and what has been unearthed is enough for anybody to become sickened by what occurred and to demand that justice is leveled to all of these people, all of these so-called elite, all of these members of so-called polite society, are about to be exposed for the vermin that they are. But in her ruling Thursday, Nathan said that she firmly expects that counsel for all involved parties will exercise great care to ensure compliance with this court's local rules and the rules of professional responsibility. Again, I can get down with that. People should be professional. Now that we have reached the trial phase of this, I think that it would be a good strategy for the lawyers to focus on just the case.

There's no need for them to make any public statements really at this point. Like I said, the cat is out of the bag. There are enough people covering this case now. There are enough independent content creators and independent journalists that have dug in. And they aren't going anywhere. They're going to continue to cover this case no matter what and they're going to do it in a transparent manner. So the legal team for these girls has done their job. They have brought all of this to the forefront. They have brought all of this to light. And now there is no way to stop what is coming. In light of this clear expectation, the court does not believe that further action is needed at this time to protect the defendant's rights to a fair trial by an impartial Jerry Nathan wrote. And again, I don't know about you. But if I got called for Jerry duty for this case, you would she would have to really provide serious evidence.

I mean like documented evidence video that she didn't do it at this point considering all that we know. And if you think what we know is the extent of it, you are wrong. The federal government has piles of evidence in this case. Piles of evidence, folks. The judges denial of the gag order request was without prejudice, meaning that Maxwell's lawyers can refile their gag order request if other grounds arise for it in the future. So Judge Nathan left the door open for Maxwell's team to refile their request for a gag order if the prosecution and the lawyers for the accusers get out of line and say something in public they shouldn't, etc. etc. Then Judge Nathan has left the door open for her to revisit this decision at a later date. Those lawyers had asked for the gag order on the same day that President Donald Trump, a former friend of Epstein, said at a White House press conference, I just wish her well when asked about Maxwell's criminal case.

Trump had socialized with Epstein and Maxwell years ago. Again, what a ridiculous statement. What a ridiculous statement. How about I have no comment on a federal case at this time I want to see it play out through the courts, but my sympathy and sorrows go out to the survivors. Would that have been so hard? But no, I just wish her well. If you haven't heard my full statements on that, you can go back and check a few episodes ago and I had a few things to say about Donald Trump's statements. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, which is prosecuting Maxwell, declined to comment on the gag order request. Again, they know what's up now. The prosecution has their ducks in a row. They're firing on all cylinders right now. It looks like folks. And it most certainly looks like to me that we have other indictments in the pipeline, probably sealed right now, grand jury indictments that will be released or acted upon in the very near future.

A spokesman for the law firm of the attorney's David Boyz and Sigrid McCauley, who represents an accuser in Maxwell's case, did not respond to a request for comment. And again, it would be prudent for them not to comment at this point. Take a step back, prosecute your case, charge hard, keep digging for evidence, and let the other people who are involved now, content creators, etc, etc, carry the torch. Because we're protected under the First Amendment. We have a lot of ability to criticize and to give opinions and to cover this case. So they really have no tool to shut us up. That's for sure. But when it comes to the prosecution and the team for the survivors, there are certain things that Maxwell's team could do to try and quiet them down. And obviously this gag order was a big tool in their arsenal. So it's nice to see that judge Nathan smacked it around and launched it out of the park.

Boyz and McCauley's recent public comments about Maxwell were cited in the filing and a gag order would have applied to them if Nathan had granted it. Epstein 66 died from what has officially been ruled a suicide putt allegedly by hanging last August in a federal jail where he was being held without bail on child sex trafficking charges related to his alleged abuse of dozens of underage girls. The case related to alleged conduct from 2002 through 2005 at Epstein's luxurious residences on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Palm Beach, Florida. Before his conviction on state sex crime charges in Florida in 2008, Epstein had been a friend of President Bill Clinton and also with Britain's Prince Andrew. Yeah, no doubt about it. I mean, I know that everybody is amplifying Trump's comments and they should be amplified, but don't think that Bill Clinton's getting a pass from me. Don't think that this is going to be one way traffic because as everybody knows on the who listens to this podcast, they can all get it from me.

I eviscerate every single person who was involved in this case from Trump on down to Bill Clinton. I do not care. Okay? Everybody who enabled this son of a bitch, everybody who hung out with this son of a bitch, and most certainly everybody who partook in the abuse of these girls, all of you need to be called out. And all of you need to answer some serious questions. And when I say answer some questions, I don't mean through your media guy or some ridiculous nonsense like I wish her well. Hard questions, hard answers. One of Epstein's accusers has said that she had sex with Andrew at the direction of Maxwell. Andrew denies her claim. Maxwell, who has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, is charged with helping Epstein in the mid-1990s recruit and grew munder-age girls, at least one as young as 14 years old, so that he could sexually abuse them at his residences in New York, Palm Beach, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, as well as Maxwell's home in London.

How is this not a Rico case yet, folks? We have girls being transported through over-state lines, over international boundaries. We have money laundering, we have payoffs to victims, we have threatening of victims. You look at Nexium, Rico, you look at our Kelly, Rico, but yet here we are in the Jeffrey Epstein case and still no Rico. It bothers me. She is also accused of lying under oath about her conduct and her knowledge of Epstein's conduct and depositions taken for a civil lawsuit involving an Epstein accuser. Now remember, that's what I was just talking about. These are some of the files that are going to be released by Preska per her ruling today. Maxwell's lawyers in their gag order request cited comments after her July 2nd arrest in New Hampshire by acting SDNY US Attorney Audrey Strauss, an FBI special agent William Swini at a press conference.

Strauss at the press conference had said that Maxwell lied under oath because the truth, as alleged, was almost unspeakable. What is wrong with that? Obviously Judge Nathan didn't see anything wrong with it either. It is the truth. It is the premise that the prosecution is operating under. The prosecution believes that you're guilty. The state believes that you're guilty. It's up to you to defend yourself, their gilane, and trying to silence girls who have been silenced for far too long is not a good strategy. That alleged truth Strauss went on to say was that Maxwell enticed minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered them into the trap that she and Epstein had set for them. Think about how vile that is. That is coming from a prosecutor saying that, okay? She's mimicking what we have been saying for almost a year now here on this podcast, but it is significant when a prosecutor of Audrey Strauss is stature comes out and says those very same things.

She pretended to be a woman they could trust all the while she was setting them up to be sexually abused by Epstein and, in some cases, by Maxwell herself prosecutor said, there's nothing wrong with those statements. That is exactly what she is being accused of, okay? Nice try Cohen, nice try everdoll, but that is not going to work. Maxwell's attorneys in their filing wrote, although Miss Strauss sprinkled her comments with the phrase, as alleged, she presented certain of her statements as fact. Well, sorry, that's the way it certainly looks, and you can try and pick apart her statement, but the fact of the matter is, she said alleged, point blank, period, game over. Swing during the same press conference called Maxwell, one of the villains in this investigation, and also comparator to a snake that slithered away to a gorgeous property in New Hampshire, Maxwell's lawyers noted, well, did she or did she not? Is she or is she not a villain?

So again, technicalities and oh well, don't be me shut up, okay? Maxwell has everything coming and her lawyers and her all though and anybody else who thinks that they're going to whitewash her. And that they're going to white night her and come riding to her defense is about to get it with both barrels and get absolutely verbally eviscerated, okay? Thus, Mr. Swini offers the government, again, flatly wrong, opinions about character and guilt while, at the same time, invoking a semi-biblical reference involving a snake slithering away to a garden in New Hampshire, the filing said, yeah, that's exactly what she did, she slithered away. The accuser's lawyers, boys, the filing noted in an ABC News interview after Maxwell was ordered detained without bail, had said, remember, these girls were abused twice, once sexually years ago, and then a second time, when Epstein and Maxwell and all their enablers began these vicious attacks on their credibility, and we're seeing that right now, with Dushiaz Dershowitz coming out, gunning for Maria Farmer.

I'm going to have a lot more to say on that later on, and I'm going to have a lot to say about Alan Dershowitz. But the fact of the matter is this, folks, he cherry picked a lot of her comments and used them out of context. Maria is not a hateful person, she's certainly not an anti-Semite, and a guy like Alan Dershowitz is flailing now for anything he can hold on to, so he does not drown. And if he thinks coming out and attacking Maria Farmer as she battles for her life with this disgusting cancer that she's dealing with, and that there is not going to be return fire his way, he is sorely mistaken. Because my guy, Alan Dershowitz, you douchey, dirty son of a bitch, I don't care if you have your tidy whiteies on or not, you are about to get it, sir. No question about it, Maxwell knows where a lot of the bodies are buried. If I was somebody who had participated in their sex trafficking, I would not be sleeping easily tonight, boys had said.

The filing also noted that boys colleague McCauley in the same interview said Gielin was really the central figure, so she worked hand in hand with Jeffrey Epstein to be able to facilitate these crimes over the course of more than two decades. And she was the main person who assisted him and allowed him to be able to perpetrate so many crimes against young females. All factual comments, Judge Nathan obviously agrees you will not get the gag order, and to add to your misery on top of all of that, Preska is also releasing the documents. And so Alan Dershowitz, Glenn Dubin, Bill Richardson, Mr. Wexner, Marvin Minsky, all of you dudes are in for some rough nights. And if you think any of you are wiggling off of this hook, you have not been paying attention what is going on here on this podcast and around the alternative media world because all of you douchebags are on notice.
