Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Evidence Pointing To Who Was On The Plane (9/11/26)
About this episode
The U.S. Virgin Islands treated Jeffrey Epstein’s flight records as an important piece of the effort to map how his trafficking operation functioned and who moved through it. In its litigation against JPMorgan, the USVI relied on pilot logs, passenger manifests and other aviation records to argue that Epstein regularly transported women and girls to the Virgin Islands and that the available logs were only a partial record of that travel. One expert retained by the territory estimated that Epstein trafficked roughly 100 women to the USVI between 2002 and 2013 based partly on the years in which the flight logs were most complete, while also noting that at least one of Epstein’s pilots did not keep a log at all. The flight records therefore became more than a celebrity passenger list; they were used as evidence of the mechanics of Epstein’s operation, showing repeated movement between New York, Palm Beach, the Virgin Islands and overseas destinations and helping investigators reconstruct who was traveling with him and when.
Alan Dershowitz occupied an unusual place in that flight-log story because he was both Epstein’s lawyer and a passenger on Epstein’s aircraft. In later litigation, attorney Paul Cassell testified that Palm Beach police said Dershowitz had supplied them with a set of Epstein flight logs that ended in September 2005, while subsequently obtained pilot records showed Dershowitz appearing on an October 2005 flight; Cassell said that discrepancy caused him to question whether the earlier production had been incomplete or sanitized. Dershowitz has denied wrongdoing, and his presence on Epstein’s aircraft by itself did not establish criminal conduct. At the same time, investigators trying to reconstruct Epstein’s travel faced another major obstacle in Britain: records that could have helped establish who entered the UK aboard Epstein-linked aircraft had been destroyed under ordinary retention policies. The RAF reportedly retained passenger manifests for only three months and other flight information for about two years, meaning that by the time British authorities revisited Epstein-related trafficking allegations, potentially valuable records involving flights through UK airports and military airfields no longer existed.

George is expanding her investigation once again in the Virgin Islands. The mirrors reporting tonight that Denise George has subpoenaed the flight logs of Jeffrey Epstein's pilots from all of the planes and the helicopters. Now remember we only have a portion of the flight logs right? We don't have anything from Larry Vesosky. All we have so far are the flight logs from David Rogers. So this subpoena is going all the way back to the 90s to get flight logs from the 90s all the way up until Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. Now I am not a fan of Denise George. Everybody who listens to this podcast knows that. I think that it's it's real shifty. The way that she's positioning the Virgin Islands as a victim in this case as an entity that
deserves reparations for what Jeffrey Epstein did while in their territory. My counter to that is well your colleagues former or current were the ones who gave him them sweetheart deals. They were the ones that hooked him up with those tax havens and breaks. So why do you think that you should eat at the trough twice? Your people already wet their beak right? Your colleagues already wet their beak one time around. So now you're coming around for seconds. What are you going to wear a mask and a bit of a costume so you can get some seconds here? It's just it's unseemly. Now the Virgin Islands should not get one single dollar out of any of this. But if Denise George wants to continue with her investigation and she wants to continue to let it mature and bloom and keep subpoena keep using the so the power of subpoena to get
these people to speak. Then I'm all for that. Because let me tell you what. There has to be some real uncomfortable people who were on those flights who have denied being on those flights that quite possibly are on the logs that were kept by Vesosky. Now I don't know for sure if that's the case right? But you would think that if we have seen what we have seen with the limited amount of flight logs that we have available to us that what is contained in the flight logs we have not seen yet could really corroborate a lot of things moving forward about people who were on those planes and who they were with when they were on those flights. And that has to have a lot of these people terrified, especially the ones that have been playing the marathon game right? The ones that are playing the distance game the kings of social distancing. The people caught up in Jeffrey Epstein's fallout.
These people have they have social distancing down to a T folks. All right. But they're distancing themselves from the truth. And it's going to boom or hang around and slap them right in the back of the head. Because these documents are going to come out. Now remember also the 22nd, which is Tuesday, we have the appeals court. So we have that coming as well. So there's a lot still a lot coming down the pipe this week and in the future. And anybody who was on this flight log, especially the people who have lied and said they were never on the flights or they couldn't have been there at that time. Those people definitely are not going to sleep well knowing that this information is bit. It has been subpoenaed and that it is going to be in the hands of the authorities. So let's see what the mirror has to say about these flight logs and them getting subpoenaed
by Denise George in the Virgin Islands. This article is from the mirror. The author is Christopher Buckton headline. All passengers on Epstein's flight logs to be named sparking panic among rich pals. Yikes. Now that's a pretty ominous headline, right? And if that really happens and they go through with this and these logs are subpoenaed and we find out some some new tidbits perhaps that we didn't know that corroborate things that we might think but can't prove fully. I'll tell you what, it's going to take the investigation in a whole new direction and open up a whole bunch of doors because I know there are people out there that are chomping at the bit to put these pieces together. People that are way better at putting pieces together than I am even. There are a lot of people that can't wait to play that game, right? A ton of great investigative journalists working on this case.
And once all of this stuff gets out and everybody gets to dig in, I am sure that there are going to be some connections made with people on those flight logs and people who were at Epstein's Island or were accompanied by girls who were who were trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. Logs for every flight made by Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft over 21 years have been subpoenaed, sparking panic among among his rich and famous pals. Hell yeah, these people are freaking out. No doubt in my mind that these people are freaking out. They understand that the rug is being pulled out from underneath them. They understand that they can no longer rely on their lap dogs in the legacy media to gaslight the people. And not because the legacy media has turned a new leaf. Not that the legacy media cares now. It's that you folks have woke up.
All of us have taken a look at what's going on and we realize we're being bullshit at every single time we turn on the TV. Every single time we tune into one of these networks, we know that they're lying to us either directly or they're lying by omission of truth. These people are professionals at it and they did it for Jeffrey Epstein for decades. They lied about the girls. I mean, the New York Post even got sued back in the day over it. So these people have been cover, I mean, laying down cover fire for Jeffrey Epstein for decades. But now they can't do that anymore, right? Because the people see through their bull, their, their BS and the people understand that there are independent content creators and journalists and other forms of media now, where the truth actually still matters.
The attorney general for the US Virgin Islands where Epstein had a home has demanded logs for his four helicopters and three planes from 1998 to his suicide last year. So that's going to be a lot of information, right? I wonder how many flights were taken in that period of time with these planes. I'm sure there's a way to track that down and find out how many times they took off and how many times they landed, et cetera, et cetera. But I'm guessing that's going to be a lot of, a lot of paperwork and a lot of logs to go through for these investigators. I'm curious to see what happens after they have them, right? Are we going to see more subpoenas? Maybe. It all depends on how serious Denise George is with this investigation, right? Is she posturing here simply because she wants to get her fingers dipped into that pie and spread a little bit of that money around? We know that a lot of states and territories and local municipalities are up against it
financially. And Denise George certainly sees this as a windfall. So she could, you know, that's that that could definitely be motivating her for trying to get money out of this. But if we see more subpoenas after this one of people, right? And if you see more specific people, you would have to wonder if it's from these logs or if these logs led to those other subpoenas being issued. So it's a whole game of being a detective at this point following what's happening, right? Just put trying to put the pieces together and read between the lines. Denise George has filed a lawsuit against Epstein's estate alleging 22 counts, including aggravated rape, child abuse, and neglect, human trafficking, forced labor, and prostitution. Now remember, this is a rico case that they have going here, but the civil version of one. Now again, these civil cases can very easily become criminal cases if the evidence presents
itself in that direction. And if Denise George and her team, which I am not too familiar with, I don't even know any of the other lawyers in the office to be honest with you, but if they're really serious about pursuing justice here, if they're really serious about digging in to what Epstein and in turn Maxwell was about, then this is a sure fire way to get there at the very least to get on the trail. When you start firing off all of these subpoenas and you make all of these people speak under oath, it starts making these rich scumbags real squirrely. As well as the passenger lists, Miss George is seeking any complaints or reports of potentially suspicious conduct and any personal notes the pilots made. So I don't know how successful she'll be with like personal notes or anything. I'm sure that a lot of these pilots will be like Vesosky. We know how close he is with Epstein.
We know that he owns 40 acres on Zoro Ranch. And we also know that his daughter got married at Zoro Ranch on those 40 acres. So if Vesosky has any personal notes, as he kept them, did he destroy them? I don't know one way or the other, but you would think somebody that close to Epstein, somebody that close to the action and somebody who might have some liability would go about cleaning up whatever sort of loose ends they possibly could. If he has notes and perhaps those notes were turned into wherever they turn them in. I don't know the FAA or something. Maybe she's trying to get those from there. Who knows? We'll see how it turns out. The subpoena demands the names and contact details of anyone who worked for the pilots or who interacted with or observed Jeffrey Epstein or any passengers associated with him. So I wonder if that's going to go for the people who work at the airport as well.
Because we know the ground crews, we know people at the airports have all come out and said, hell yeah, we saw these guys. We saw Jeffrey Epstein. We saw Prince Andrew. We saw these famous people getting off of the planes. So I wonder if she's going to talk to them as well under oath. Pilot David Rogers provided logs in 2009 showing Prince Andrew Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Naomi Campbell were among those who flew on Epstein's Lolita Express jet. And again, it's going to be interesting to get some more context, right? Some more meat on the bone, try and see who was on these planes and when. And let's try and corroborate some stories, right? Let's put two and two together and let's see if we come up with four. It's not suggested that they were aware of Epstein's wrongdoing. Okay, whatever. I mean, with Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Naomi Campbell, I'm willing to say that, right? We don't have any evidence pointing us otherwise in this specific case.
But Prince Andrew, let's not act like there's nothing suggesting that he didn't know anything about wrongdoing. Oh, boy was engaging in wrongdoing according to Virginia. Oh, boy was busy abusing a traffic girl who was underage according to Virginia. No, I don't know what that even means about they weren't aware of Epstein's wrongdoing. Lawyers for the survivors say the 2009 logs did not include flights made by Chief Pilot Larry Vesosky who flew for Epstein for more than 25 years. And this is where the rubber is going to hit where the rubber is going to meet the road, folks. Larry Vesosky is a key here. He's a very crucial part of what's going on. I did a deep dive into Larry Vesosky a while back. You can find that in the catalog. And we went into his relationship with Epstein and the mansion and the daughter and all of that jazz. And still Larry Vesosky's name is coming up as a crucial part of this case.
This is a guy who needs to be had needs to be brought in and they need to speak with him under oath. And he most certainly needs to provide these logs. Zero doubt that he needs to provide those logs and I'm sure can corroborate even more of the story. Illegal source said the records that have been subpoenaed will make the ones Rogers provided look like a post it note. There is panic among many of the rich and the famous. And also we have seen the survivors talk about how only a small portion of these logs have been provided. Virginia has said that we've heard it from others and we see it here. We know that Rogers only provided a small portion of these logs and we know that Vesosky is playing a huge role as far as fervidng these people around from island to island as far as being Epstein's chief pilot. It's no different than someone like Adam Perry Lang who is the personal chef or Indy who
is the personal lawyer. These people have intimate knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. These people know Jeffrey Epstein very well. Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein, Mr. Privacy himself would cut Larry Vesosky off a 40 acre parcel at his hideaway in the middle of the desert if Larry Vesosky was not a trusted confidant. I'll let you stew on that for a few. This Andrews friend, Gilaen Maxwell, 58, who was in jail awaiting trial on grooming and sex abuse charges, often piloted helicopters to Epstein's private island. She sure did. Did she have any logs and not only did she pilot the helicopters to the island, it was also from the airport in Santa Fe and Albuquerque down to the Zoro Ranch as well according to sources. So remember, Dershowitz, the Mr. I kept my underpants on man of such high ranking at
Hollywood, you know, the city. Scaf'd at the idea that Gilaen Maxwell was jaw flying the helicopters and bringing people back and forth. Just another little bit of the story that Mr. Dershowitz, the Martha Vineyard naked volley ball extraordinaire can't keep straight. And we're going to see more and more of that folks as this stuff keeps coming out as more information starts to leak as more information is brought forward by people who are in the know and who have avoided coming forward for all of these years because it was the comfortable thing to do. Well, you're going to see it's not going to be so comfortable anymore. Let's take a look at Adam Perry Lang. The writing is on the wall for the rest of these people that enable Jeffrey Epstein or who witnessed what Jeffrey Epstein and Gilaen Maxwell were up to. And the writing says that you will either speak to the authorities of your own free will
or you will be subpoenaed and compelled to do so. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at Bobbi Kapuchi at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that go with this episode can be found in the description box. All right. The article was written on January 23rd, 2015. And it says by dalymail.com reporter. It doesn't give a name. I would like to give the credit to the reporter who wrote the article. But they don't give me his or her name to do so. So we'll just call it the dalymail.com reporter. The article. Just released flight records show Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz has been flying with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on the financier pedophile. Private jet dub the Lolita Express since as early as 1997 despite public statements that
they were only acquaintances. Again, folks, it follows the same pattern of Prince Andrew and the rest of them. Oh, we, I hardly knew the guy. Come on, we hung out at a couple of parties and we had some cave owner. I didn't know him though. I had no idea he was involved in this stuff. Meanwhile, these dudes are flying on the plane with them. You don't think people talk? Come on. Furthermore, I don't know about you, but I haven't showed up to any of my friends' houses lately to watch the game or whatever to find them hanging out in a towel with a harem of young girls around them talking about, hey, let's get massaged. No, if I'm going to get a massage, I go to an actual facility to do so. The money that these people have, they might not have to go to a facility, but they could bring in the best masseuses in the world. Massage on masseuses that work on athletes and the start, blah, blah, blah. But no, they have a harem of little girls. Dershowitz doesn't question it. Okay, yeah, sure, I believe that. The flight records obtained by Gawker also show former president Bill Clinton wrote on Epstein's jet at least 11 times, 26 now, when you go back and look into the future.
Remember, this article is from 2015. And often with two of Epstein's female associates believed to have provided dozens of underage girls to their boss and his well-connected friends. Again, folks, I'm not here to hatch a job, Bill Clinton. I'm not a big fan of Bill Clinton, but at the same time, nobody has made any allegation so far that he was abusing girls in Epstein's trafficking ring. Now we can all look at the evidence and the optics do not look good for Bill Clinton. There's no doubt about it. The optics do not look good for Bill Clinton. But until somebody mentions him in one of these court filings or in one of these batches of released documents, then we just have to go with the line of thinking that he enabled Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, we definitely know that. But besides that, we don't know anything else, right? We don't know if Clinton was what he was engaged in. And that's all part of this not that needs to be unraveled. According to court documents, Epstein's former assistant Sarah Kellin and socialite
pedophile, Giela and Maxwell allegedly found and groomed the underage girls to pimp out to Epstein and his friends. Kellin received immunity for her part in the ring during Epstein's court case in the mid-2000s, while Maxwell was never charged and has furiously denied involvement. Kellin makes me ill, okay? This chick went on to marry a NASCAR driver and live her very best life. Meanwhile, all of these victims that she left on her wake are still dealing with the mental trauma from what they went through. If that doesn't get your blood pressure up, if that doesn't get your blood boiling, folks, I do not know what will. In court filings, Roberts maintains that she had, she never had sexual relations with Clinton or knew of him taking an interest in any of Epstein's other massage girls. Though, he was sometimes present on the banker's private Caribbean island during her years of work. And again, folks, that means that Clinton was definitely enabling what was going on. There's no doubt about it, right?
And I'm not willing to put him in the same category as I am of Alan Dershowitz. We don't have that allegation by anybody yet to do that. So he's on the ring of enablers. He's right there on the ring of enablers with his good buddy Donald Trump. On Thursday, Dershowitz appeared on the today's show to emphatically deny claims he had sex with then underage Roberts, saying she was making the whole thing up. I'm sure she was crypt paper. I'm sure she was. I was never in the presence of a single underage woman. He said, oh, yeah, he wasn't hot. Did he check everyone's ID? How does he know that? He's a 4,000 year old, basically walking, mummified human being. And he knows girls age, stop it. Nobody believes you. Nobody believes you. I never saw Epstein doing anything in proper. I was not a witness. I was not a participant and I will prove it. Well, five years later, he still hasn't proved did he squat yet he's rewarded by a place
of prominence on Donald Trump's team. It's an affront folks. It is an affront. On Wednesday, Roberts lodged fresh documents in Florida detailing the alleged abuse she suffered at the Duke of York's hands, including how she had an orgy with him and eight other young girls. Again, who were these other young girls? I would really like to hear from them. I would like to see where their lives are at. What the trajectory of their lives has been since the abuse at these monsters hands. And then I would like them to get a nice big fat payout when all of these animals are in prison, okay? But on Thursday, Dershowist said that while Roberts claims she had sex with him at Epstein's Caribbean Island and his New Mexico ranch, he had only been there briefly with his wife and daughter. So again, one on the New Mexico, one of the things I'm going to be talking about and asking about is if anyone is, you know, if any of the people that I'm going to be discussing the case with are familiar with Alan Dershowitz and if he had come to the ranch and if he had
how many times? See, these are the questions that nobody is asking and they're all pertinent, right? The accusations have been put on him, all right? Virginia Roberts has made these credible accusations and it is time for Alan Dershowitz to get the same kind of look that the rest of these people got. Again, we're not talking about Justin Enabler here, he's that, but we're talking about somebody who has been incredibly accused by Virginia Roberts, okay? Why this man is being shown any favor and why he's being handled with kid gloves is absolutely positively beyond me. He claims that the third accusation that he had sex with Roberts on a private plane is false and that flight manifest will prove he was never aboard the plane with her. I've never seen her and I've never met her, he insisted. She is categorically lying and making the whole thing up. This is Pinocchio's nose growing longer and longer. Oh, that's very, that's very quippy, Mr. Dershowitz, where'd you learn that at Harvard? Did you learn that in your fraternity house?
Oh, hey, hey, that Pinocchio nose guy is longer and longer. Shut up, shut up. Nobody believes you Alan Dershowitz, nobody. He insisted that his relationship with Epstein had been entirely academic and then he had only ever met with him in the presence of dignitaries and professors. He told the American lawyer that reports that the two were chummy were a total bum rap. So he only met with him when he was hanging out with dignitaries and professors. You mean the other people that are accused of abusing these girls? Makes sense, you know, birds of a feather on all, fellow travelers, Hamister Dershowitz? Well Epstein did donate to Dershowitz University in 2003. White records show that they're familiar, that they are familiar and it goes all the way back to December 1997 when the lawyer first wrote on his jet from Palm Beach, Florida, to New Jersey's Teterboro Airport with Epstein's Galpal Maxwell and the slew of women identified without their last names on the flight log. Well, I wonder why that is. Why wouldn't they have their full names on the flight log?
Who ordered that and what was the reasoning? What were they trying to protect? Who were they trying to protect? And the poor girls? Well, has anyone tried to find out who they are to see what the deal is? I mean, has the prosecution ever reached out to them for witness statements? Or I mean, we need more information, not just scratching the surface articles. We need detailed information. Their names were simply jotted down as hazel, Claire, and one other anonymous female. When confronted with the flight information by Gawker, Dershowitz admitted that he had known Epstein since 1997 and wrote on the bankers jet to attend limited brands CEO, less wax near 60th birthday. Oh, does that shock you? One member of the mega group going to see another member of the mega group? Boy, they are thickest thieves, these people, huh? And they all have the same sick excuses when they're asked about Epstein. It's like they've all circled the wagons and they got together and they came up with
the defense that's pretty much mirrors the next guys because that's what it is, the same defense for each one of these enablers. It's sick, it's annoying, and I'm tired of it. And the ride up to Waxner's birthday wasn't just a one-off thing. Vlog show Dershowitz continued to fly on Epstein's plane, including an October 1998 flight from Massachusetts to New Jersey and a 1999 trip from New Jersey to Martha's Vineyard. A 2005 John from Massachusetts to Montreal shows Dershowitz traveled with Epstein, the woman named Tatiana and others. Does that sound like somebody that just has a very basic relationship or somebody that only hangs out with Epstein amongst dignitaries and scientists? No, sounds like somebody that's, you know, pallying around with Jeffrey Epstein, someone who was a very good friend of Jeffrey Epstein and somebody who was obviously hiding a whole lot and hiding behind his reputation as the Femme Dall and Dershowitz. Well, that dog don't haunt here on the Jeffrey Epstein show. I'm not buying it.
Despite telling Gawker that he has a very clear, unequivocal recollection of never being on a plane with young women, he has a hard time explaining who the single name females are who scatter the flight logs. He said he doesn't know who Hazel or Claire were and that Tatiana may have been a 20-something woman who is friends with Epstein's girlfriend, but that he never flew with her. What do you mean his girlfriend? Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend? Who is that? Eva Anderson? Dubin's wife? Because besides her and Gila and Maxwell and one other lady from way back in the day, we've never heard anything about Epstein being, you know, locked up with a female. We've never heard anything like that. So what do they even mean, Epstein's girlfriend? Yeah, right. And he also finds it hard to explain why his wife doesn't appear to join him on the flights, who he publicly said accompanies him nearly everywhere in statements issued in the wake of the lawsuit. She travels with me all over. On occasion, she's working or traveled separately.
I travel with her almost all the time. Not all the time, he told Galker, I have a very clear, unequivocal recollection that I was never on a plane with any young women period. Yeah, right. The logs prove that you're on there with young women. Why are you lying about it? If you have nothing to hide, why is he lying about it? It should be noted, though, that flight records are kept by pilots mostly to keep time and could contain inaccuracy as to passengers. That's true. They definitely could. But Dershowitz so far has not come forward and disproved any of these claims. He's talked about it for five years, but he's shown zero proof, folks. Further discrediting Dershowitz claim, not to be close with Epstein, is a vanity fair story from 2003 in which he says that he would stand by Epstein even if he filed for bankruptcy. Absolutely. I would be as interested in him as a friend if we had hamburgers on the boardwalk in Coney Island and talked about his ideas, he told the magazine.
So that that is in his own words. Dershowitz is saying that him and Epstein, no matter what, would have been homies. They would have been friends if Epstein was broke or if Epstein had a pilot doe. And there you go. He had a pilot doe when they were friends. All right. Look, let's be honest. Okay. Dershowitz was very, very close to Jeffrey Epstein despite what he's saying. The evidence does not support Dershowitz statements. In this case, I am sorry. He responded to the vanity fair quote, telling Gawker, he was a friend with whom I talked about ideas. We never discussed women or a social life. Well, that's easy to say. Nobody can prove differently, right? Nobody can say what you talked about in your private conversations. And that's not what this is about. Nice way, nice, nice try to deflect, but that's not going to work on me. Why are you enabling him, Mr. Dershowitz? Why were you hanging out with him, giving him credibility and letting him slide into the higher crust and upper end of society? Why were you doing that?
Also revealed in the flight logs was the fact that former President Clinton wrote on Epstein's jet at least 11 times between 2002 to 2004 and was sometimes accompanied by Maxwell and Kellen. No allegations have been leveled at Clinton. His name has been mentioned in the recent scandal because he vacationed on Epstein's private island during the years when the sex crimes were thought to have occurred. Roberts maintains that she never saw Clinton do anything wrong or even appear to know about the underage girls. That's significant, folks. That is a significant statement. If we believe Virginia Roberts and I do, then we have to take her at our word for what she says about Bill Clinton, right? If we're not being biased and we leave all of that crap at the door, we leave our personal hatred of these people or dislike of these people at the door, we have to be fair with what we're doing here. And I have maintained that I try to be as fair as I possibly can be on this show. And I'm still unwilling to move Clinton into the same category as Dershowitz because, well, we all understand that Bill Clinton was around.
Bill Clinton was enabling him, but we also understand that what Dershowitz is being accused of here is on a whole different level. He appears to have flown on Epstein's flight with several curious women, including a young actress who used to work in soft core porn. Who cares about that? As long as she's a vege, that's no one's business, what somebody does in their private life. If somebody wants to be a porn star, that's fine. I do not care, okay? Clinton booked Epstein's jet for a 2002 anti-poverty and anti-AIDS tour of Africa with friends Chris Tucker, billionaire Ron Berkel, friend Gail Smith, and actor Kevin Spacey. Joining them for five days of the week-long tour were Maxwell, Kellen, and a woman identified as Shantae Davies. Davies is also one of some 160 women whose contact information he kept in a handful of cities across the world all listed as masseuse. Though prosecutors believe some of the women on the list may have been underage prostitutes,
again, that's not even a thing. How can you be underage in a prosecute? It makes me so mad when they write that. Davies was 23 at the time and has not been accused of any crime. Her LinkedIn page shows an expertise in Swedish massage. We all know that Davies is now on record saying that she was also abused by Jeffrey Epstein. All right? So, again, another young woman who comes into Jeffrey Epstein's orbit, thinking that she's going to get some benefit out of it and ends up with a lifelong of trauma after being abused by this man. Sickning. It's absolutely sickning. Davies has since achieved some success as an actress with a role on HBO's Enlightened, but previously worked as a lingerie model in a film produced by a soft core porn company. Oh, who cares? She refused to comment when asked by Gawker what she did on the Africa trip. I really am not interested in being slandered in the media for having known this person a time ago. Some of the things being said are not things I have information on, Davies said. At Davos on Thursday, Prince Andrew made his first public appearance and refused to discuss
the claims. The palace previously issued a denial on Prince Andrew's behalf. It is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts, a spokesperson said. The allegations made are false and without any foundation. Roberts called the denial false and hurtful to me. Good. The denial of Prince Andrew is the biggest cans piece of junk I've ever seen in my life. And looking back at this in retrospect now that we have five years of information that's come out on top of this, it just makes Buckingham Palace look even that more bad. Even that worse. It was such a canned statement. It was like there's no way that the Prince could be involved in this. I'm sure they didn't investigate it or anything. Following her most recent filing, a Buckingham Palace spokesman added this week, we have nothing to say in addition to our earlier comments on the issue. Roberts claims she had sex with the Prince, a former friend of Epstein in New York, London
and the US Virgin Islands while she was a sex slave. Well she was being sex trafficked. Excuse me. The Palace has denied all allegations. In the documents, she said her lawyers had served a letter on the Duke last week requesting he answer questions, but he refused to accept it. She also described the alleged abuse in new and startling detail. She claimed Prince Andrew correctly guessed she was just 17 when he met her and how she was instructed to give him anything he wanted. His police bodyguards left her alone with him the first time they had sex she said that that's significant in light of what we've heard now, the police, the logs, the security logs and how they refused to release them. I think that little clip right there is very, very significant folks and I'm glad we stumbled across it. It is very significant to read that. The bodyguards left her alone with Andrew the first time that they had sex. Wow. Epstein made me have sex with Prince Andrew several times she said.
I had sex within three times including one orgy. I knew he was a member of the British royal family, but I just called him Andy. After they had sex, she was paid $15,000, she said. Prince Andrew's decision to pursue legal action, he has the right to sue as accuser, will depend on whether the palace is willing to subject him to depositions about his private life. Yeah, we all know how that went, right? We all know that Prince Andrew ain't challenging nothing in court. That guy's crawled under a rock and he's in hiding at this point. The court has also filed a motion in federal court to enter in a lawsuit brought against the US government by his accuser and other women who say Epstein sexually abused them. The court has yet to decide whether to grant his motion. The two lawyers representing Jane Doe number three, former federal judge Paul Casell and Florida plaintiffs attorney Bradley Edwards have now filed counter defamation charges against Dershowitz. And as you know folks, this is the case that spinning through still. This is still the case that's spinning through the courts as we speak five years later.
In an earlier article, he explained that this will subject them and their client to sworn depositions. If they repeat the charges under oath and if they are untrue, they will be subject to prosecution for perjury. In a previous statement to DailyMail.com, Mr. Casell said that he and Mr. Edwards would not be responding to specific claims of indignation by anyone. We have been informed by Mr. Dershowitz threats based on the factual allegations we have made in our recent filing. He said in a statement, we carefully investigate all of the allegations in our pleadings before presenting them. We would be pleased to consider any sworn testimony and documentary evidence Mr. Dershowitz would like to provide which he contends would refute any of our allegations. Well, he hasn't done any of that. Mr. Dershowitz sure hasn't shown any of that stuff, right? He's what he's done is he's used the court to his advantage. He's made it. It's this long drawn out process and he hoped that everyone would forget about it that it would be on the back burner. Finally, Dershowitz has also challenged his accuser to file formal rape charges against
him. If she were to file a false rape charge, she would be committing a crime. She has not done so. It comes a week after Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson slammed reports that he had sex with an underage girl as delicious lies and defended him as a humongously good man. In a passionate rebuttal on the Today Show last Tuesday, the Duchess of York said that she was standing by my best friend and my best ex-husband ever. My best ex-husband ever, huh? Amid the allegations. Boy, isn't that nice? Isn't that nice? His people stand behind him even though he was engaged in Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking ring. That loyalty is something else, huh? All right, folks, look, I don't, you know, I don't even know what to say at this point. It's very discouraging to see Alan Dershowitz propped up into a position of prominence when all of this is swirling around him. I thought it was fitting to use today's episode to give a little bit more background to folks who might not be completely locked into the situation with Dershowitz, a little bit more background for them to understand why this has me so fired up.
It's just, it's unconscionable for me to think that this man can be defending, not Donald Trump. Forget Donald Trump, folks, the office of the presidency. It's a stain on the office from here to whenever. It's a stain on the office in my humble opinion. And there's a lot of people that don't agree with me. There's definitely a lot of people that don't agree with that, you know, and that's fine. We're allowed to disagree on certain things and we're allowed to disagree on, you know, our feelings on issues. But for me personally, it's beyond the pale to have Alan Dershowitz on your defense team when there are just as many capable lawyers that don't have this funk on them. And again, it's not like Dershowitz is being accused of petty theft here, folks. All right. What he's being accused of is beyond, beyond gross. Okay. So that's where I stand with this whole entire Dershowitz thing. And it's, it's, it's made me agitated all day. So I figured this would be the perfect time for a little bit more background on the situation.
All right, folks, I hope that you all enjoy your Friday night. I will be back later on with a daily drop. And then tomorrow, you know what? Tomorrow I had so much fun today. I guess I'll be back again tomorrow so we can do it all over again. If you'd like to get in contact with me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. This up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. The situation over in the UK with Jeffrey Epstein and the new investigation that's been launched has already produced some results. Because now authorities over in the UK are saying that evidence in the trafficking investigation into Epstein and the flights that were coming to the UK. All that evidence has been destroyed. And it's just par for the course, isn't it? Every time we turn around, something's being lost, something's being deleted, someone's
killing themselves, and it all ends up in the favor of Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. Nothing ever breaks the other way, does it? Never an unfortunate coincidence that leads us closer to answers. There's always the other way around and that's because in my opinion, they aren't coincidences. It's all in furtherance of the cover up and there's cover ups, not just taking place here in the United States. Unfortunately, this shit's global. This man had tentacles that reached into just about every single country on every single continent. So you have to go everywhere he was at and you have to look at everything he was doing. And there's just not the will for it. Neither here in America or over in the UK. And the more we hear about evidence that's being destroyed about things being misplaced, the more obvious it becomes, at least to me, that we're watching one of the biggest cover ups in history, play out in real time.
And we've had plenty of times where they've pulled the rug out from under us, but in real time like this, this is brazen. And they really think that we're stupid. That's what it comes down to. Whether that were too stupid or too occupied, they'll hold them accountable. But I don't think they understand just how mad regular people are and their usual tactics of calming people down. I don't think they're going to work this time. Today's article is from the Sun and the headline evidence in trafficking investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's Lolita Express flights to UK has been destroyed. I'll say it's protocol, right? Oh, well, we destroy those files every four years. And for them, that's the end of the conversation. Oh, look, that's protocol. That's what we did. Does anyone really believe that though? You think the UK isn't keeping these records? I highly doubt that we are talking about the UK here. This article was authored by John Rogers.
Cops from the Metropolitan Police are thought to be investigating whether further victims of the pedophile finance here were trafficked on his private jet into UK commercial airports as well as R.A.F. bases, including Northhold and elsewhere. It's bad enough coming into these airports, right? Commercial airports, but to the R.A.F. bases, really, if I was a survivor and I was brought to an R.A.F. base to be trafficked, I'd sue the UK government, just like I'd sue the US government. You want to be negligent? You want to act the fool? Cool. Let's get in front of a jury and let's see what a jury thinks because I have a funny feeling. It's not going to go the way that the government in the UK or the US thinks. Can you imagine the bag a jury would award somebody here, especially with everything everybody knows now? So I think that's going to be the next step. We're going to see some class action suits going after governments.
Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has asked six police forces to investigate whether Andrew Moundatt and Windsor used R.A.F. bases to make trips that could be associated with Epstein. Oh, there's no doubt he did. The hard part, like usual, is proving that something illegal occurred, right? And to do that, you need records. But if the records are destroyed, makes it a bit difficult, doesn't it? Some of the flights stay back as far as two decades ago. However, the R.A.F. keeps passenger manifests for only three months before being destroyed. Oh, I'm sure that that's protocol. I'm sure that those documents didn't find their way into the hands of some MI6 operative. I'm positive that never happened. Other information such as air traffic control movement sheets, which detail aircraft tell numbers or radio call signs, are kept for two years. Meanwhile commercial airline manifests for UK carriers are generally only kept for six
to seven years. The Civil Aviation Authority says, well, look, there's one way to get to the bottom of all of it in Diet David Rogers and Larry Vesosky. You know, the two pilots that were ferrying all these girls everywhere in Diedem. And once you threaten them with Rico, they'll flip. They'll tell you everything you want to know. But that's not the goal here is it. Getting to the bottom of this has never been the goal because if they wanted to, there is more than enough here for them to upend this whole entire thing and expose it from the ground up while significant details the passenger manifests and flight logs can be found in the Epstein files, which were released by the US Department of Justice, some are incomplete. The policy of destroying documents will mean it's harder for cops to fill in the missing details regarding who traveled into the country and when. So you got to get witness testimony and you have to have that corroborated by pilots.
Other people that might have been on the flight, other core four members, Nadia, Marcent Kovah, Sarah Kellen, Vickers, Leslie Graf, whoever. And this is why you charge everybody with Rico because you make them flip on each other then, right? Everybody's facing a sentence from now to forever. And they're all going to start flipping. Nobody wants to go to prison. Look at what Glenn Maxwell is doing trying to get out. And if you want to take down a criminal enterprise, the way to do it is use Rico. But that was never the goal. And for me, that's one of the biggest problems. So when people are out here saying, Oh, Epstein was never convicted of this or that or the other thing. Well, that's because it was all by design because there's no way anybody can know that and look at the evidence here and do it in an independent fashion and I'll come to the conclusion that there is something very, very wrong here. And even if you think the overall story is a little crazy, if you think that, you know,
there's not this huge trafficking ring, how can you look at this and not understand that there is all kinds of financial crime occurring. Does that not matter? Is that not a big deal? Because I assure you, there are plenty of people that are rotting in prison who think it's a very, very big deal. And the way the government prosecutes people for financial crimes, you would think that they'd love to get their hands on these people. But they can't, right? Because if they did, they'd implicate their own donors and we can't have that. Can we? God forbid the people in the financial sector ever answer for anything they're involved in. Officers may try to speak to airport staff and other officials in their hunt for information according to the times. Well America should make Vesosky available to them. Guys, when we went through that deposition, do you really believe that Vesosky was telling the truth? Everything he was saying was a lie in my opinion and he's a lot closer to Jeffrey Epstein or
was than just about anybody. So I don't believe for a second that Vesosky told the truth and I've always felt that he was part of the core. I think that him, Indy, Khan and the core for especially should have all been charged on Doriko. And then from there, obviously, he start going after other people. Once you get these people to flip, they're going to turn on other people. Oh, yeah, this one was there. Oh, that one did this. Oh, this one likes girls from Russia. And that's how it works. But that's why they didn't do it. And I hate to keep repeating it, but it's very important. One of the most important parts of this story to understand what's going on now. You have to understand what happened then. And once you understand that, the rest of this starts to fall into place. Malbatt and Windsor was arrested by Tam's Valley Police on February 19th, the former prince's birthday on suspicion of misconduct in public office after allegedly passing
on confidential information to Epstein during his work as trade envoy. Meanwhile, Prince William said he was not common up at the moment to watch the film Hamnet when he attended the Baff to film awards on Sunday night, along with his wife, Princess Cade. Well, yeah, this is his problem now. He's going to inherit this and he's going to have to deal with it. And if William had his way, he'd be sending Andrew to a leper colony somewhere in the Arctic as far away from the royal family as possible. That's the goal. Unfortunately this day and age, that's not possible. But I promise you, William, he wants Andrew to go to prison. He doesn't want to deal with this. So the best scenario for him is that Andrew ends up in prison before he takes the reins because he doesn't want to deal with this nonsense. I promise you that. I mean, it's bad enough when you have an uncle who's a drunken fool who ruins every single family event, right? Dude comes over, starts the app in, gets drunk, falls all over the place, you know, eats
turkey with his hands on Thanksgiving, whatever it might be. And then you have Prince Andrew doing what he did makes you want to invite uncle insert name here over for that turkey dinner, doesn't it? Much better than dealing with a didler, with a predator, with a liar, with a money longer. Because that's exactly what Prince Andrew is alleged to be. So if you think you don't want to be around your uncle, who causes a scene, what makes you think that Prince William wants to spend any time with his family's version of Uncle Eddie? The Prince of Wales did not otherwise comment on the scandal surrounding his uncle. A total of nine separate police forces are assessing claims, relating to Epstein, among them are the allegations he moved, exploited girls, through the UK. Gordon Brown has accused police of not properly investigating decades old allegations, and has said Mountbatten, Windsor should be interviewed. Is that asking too much again? I don't think anybody is calling for, you know, pulling Andrew out of the house and stringing
them up, at least not me, not anybody who's saying, but an investigation, a good, hard look at what happened here. That is more than necessary. The Met decided against a full-blown inquiry in the Epstein in 2015, but Mr. Brown has called for the force to reexamine that decision, given that the email suggests a number of British girls were on Epstein's flights, organized from UK airports, using his private jet, nickname the Lolita Express. Well there's no doubt, girls from the UK were being abused, and certainly girls from other countries were being flown into the UK to be abused. Whether it was Virginia or those girls, without a name, from places like Russia, it was happening. Mr. Brown sent a five-page letter to police in London, Surrey, Sussex, Tames Valley, Norfolk, and Bedford Chire last week. He is thought to be concerned that Mountbatten, Windsor, used chartered RFA flights to transport
him to personal engagements that could have included Epstein. The former Labour Prime Minister has also requested Cobb's examin if Epstein was given access to RAF bases. It has been reported. The Met on Friday said it was aware of the suggestion that London airports may have been used and was assessing the information. Emails in the Epstein files reveal that the Met approached the Federal Bureau of Investigation in November for fresh details. Why didn't they just investigate previously? That's a question that needs to be asked, and this cover-up is not just in America, I'm telling you right now. There's big problems in the UK too, 100%, and it's not just Andrew, there's plenty of people that are up to no good. RAF Northhold is used by both military and civilian aircraft and is often used by members of the Royal Family for travel.
The base is referenced in the Epstein files. On March 18, 2013, a private jet linked to Epstein arrived at the West London Air Base from Paris. The following day it then left for Titoboro Airport in the US. Northhold and other RAF bases were used by Epstein's jet according to flight logs. However, most of the travel was through airports including Stanstead. A BBC investigation last year found that nearly 90 flights linked to Epstein had arrived or departed from UK airports between the early 90s and 2018. Three British women who are allegedly trafficked appear in the records. Scotland Yard is likely to examine private flight logs at Heathrow Airport to establish any connection with Epstein. Former Met Officer Graham Weddone told the Times, my understanding is that there's a VIP suite at Heathrow, which has a dedicated police team. As a port of entry and exit, there's a responsibility to document everyone who passes through.
He added that the general rule in policing was that most records were kept for seven years, although he said some documents were kept for longer if they had referenced in a criminal or civil case. Mr. Watone said the apparent destruction of RAF in commercial flight records isn't helpful to the investigation. Yeah, no shit. Not helpful, but expected. He said that these documents would allow the Met to easily see who was on the flight, its departure time, and its return time. If they do not have these records, it's difficult to prove. That's true too, without the records, how do you prove it? Besides doing everything I talked about previously, a Ministry of Defense spokesperson said it standard practice for spare capacity at RAF airfields in the UK to be used for a private commercial aircraft, subject to regulatory requirements and fees, which cover all costs. Such use is not automatic and will only be approved when there is no adverse impact
to military aircraft and where approval would not interfere with security or smooth running of the airfield. The Sun Online has approached the Met Police for comment. So, this is a very interesting turn, and I think the investigation is certainly expanding in the UK, and that doesn't just mean into Prince Andrew, but I'm talking about Epstein in general. So, we'll keep an eye on this one as well, and we'll see what comes of it as the UK begins to expand its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged crimes on UK soil.
