Roughly four months ago, we all woke up to the news about a horrific quadruple murder that took place in Moscow, Idaho. And ever since we got that news, this story has absolutely blown up as well as it should. Anytime you have a situation where four people are murdered

2:55in their home while they're allegedly asleep, you know that's going to draw the interest of the media and the country as a whole. Then you add to that that it was college kids who were murdered and the authority saying that they don't have a suspect and you have the recipe for a story that is ready to explode. And that's exactly what this story did. Not only was it national news, this story blew up internationally as well. So today on this episode, we're going to dive into an article from the Moscow Pullman Daily News and see where things currently stand as of today. And to do that, we're going to use an article that was authored by Anthony Kipers headline, Moscow murders, what we know now. More information about suspect case has been revealed in recent weeks, but questions remain. That's an understatement. I don't know about you folks out there, but I have more questions than answers.

3:55That's for damn sure. And the more evidence we get, the more information we get from unsealed documents and from different sources, the more and more on convinced that Brian Kobergher's the right guy. Nearly four months since four University of Idaho students were killed in a Moscow home, information surrounding the case continues to trickle out to the public. Brian Kobergher 28 faces four counts of first degree murder and one count of burglary in the November stabbing deaths of University of Idaho students, Kelley Gonsoviz, Madison Mogan, Zanakernodal, and Ethan Chapin. Kobergher remains in Laita County, jail as he awaits is June 26, preliminary hearing. While court officials and law enforcement remain quiet about the case because of a court imposed non dissemination order or gag order, new developments about the suspect and the case are being revealed. And that's how it works.

4:56It's going to be a trickle of information. Gonna have different sources cultivated by different media outlets. And we'll continue to get a trickle of information, but as far as anything consequential from behind the scenes, I highly doubt we'll see any of that. As long as this non dissemination order is in place. The search warrants. This past week recently unsealed documents describe what items police seized following the December 30th arrest of Kobergher at his family's home in Chestnut Hill Township, Pennsylvania. Most notably, authorities recovered three knives, including one described as a Smith and Wesson pocket knife and another listed as a Taylor cutlery knife with a leather sheath. The other knife did not have a description. And that's interesting, right? What is the other knife that they're not giving the description of? And why would they give the description of the Taylor cutlery knife and the Smith and Wesson pocket knife, but not this other knife?

5:59Now, I'm not saying that it's the murder weapon because I don't know. But it's pretty interesting that they refer to those other knives by their brand names, but this one is left blank and just generic. The four victims were found stabbed to death, but it is unclear if any of these recovered knives may have been the murder weapon while investigating the crime scene at the King Road home in Moscow on November 13th. Police found a sheath that had K-Bar, USMC, and the United States Corps, Eagle, Globe, and Anchor in Signia stamped on its outside. And the whole sheath thing in itself is crazy. The fact that that sheath was left there and they were able to pull that touch DNA off of the clip is just crazy to me. You would think that somebody would recognize that they don't have their knife sheath anymore after they, you know, tried to put the knife away. So what did he run out of there with the knife stuck in his belt? All of this stuff, all of these little questions that I have, I cannot wait for the trial so that we can get some answers.

7:01The Idaho State Lab later found a single source of male DNA on the button snap of the knife sheath. Police believe this is co-burgers DNA after comparing it to DNA evidence police obtained from the trash at co-burgers' parents house two days before he was arrested. Pennsylvania authorities also recovered multiple dark clothing items, including black masks. According to a probable cause affidavit, detailing the events leading to co-burgers' arrest, a surviving roommate living at the King Road home told Moscow police that she saw a figure clad in black clothing and the mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking towards her during the early morning hours when the four victims were killed. And while she wasn't able to recognize Brian co-burger directly, he certainly does fit the profile of the person that the witness, the surviving roommate says that they saw. And then you add to it all of the other circumstantial evidence that we see here, the black masks,

8:03the bushy eyebrows, and you start to get to a place where it's very hard to look at Brian co-burger, at least in my opinion, as anything but the suspect who committed these crimes. Other items found during the search in Monroe County include a cell phone, a laptop, and a 40 caliber, Glock 22 Generation 5, along with empty 40 caliber magazines. Police have never indicated that a gun was used during the homicides, and I don't think a gun was used. I've said that a lot, but I do believe that he had a gun on him. If you're going to commit murder like this, kill four people with a knife, or even one person with a knife, you would think that having a firearm would be a great redundancy, right? And if he had a firearm that was in his possession, why wouldn't he bring it with him to this crime scene? So it always made sense to me that the person who did this would have a firearm on them to make sure that if anything went sideways, that they'd be prepared and ready to act if they needed to.

9:06In January, Whitman County unsealed the document listing the items police seized at co-burger's Pullman home. That evidence includes one night trial type, black love, multiple hair strands, including one possibly from an animal, receipts from Walmart and Marshalls, a dust container from a vacuum, a computer tower, a dark spot, two cuttings from an un-case pillow showing a reddish brown and two mattress covers with multiple stains. Co-burgers White Hyundai Alantra was also seized at his parents home. According to the probable cause of the David, police used video footage of White Hyundai Alantra and co-burger's cell phone data to track his alleged movements before and after the November 13th murders. And while obviously a lot of that cell phone data is circumstantial, we all just saw what happened with Alec Murdo and the cell phone data that they compiled to use against him. So there are certainly a lot of similarities in that regard when we're talking about

10:06Alec Murdo and Brian co-burger, considering all of the circumstantial evidence that was used to convict Alec Murdo and then you flip that around and you look at the evidence we have here and it's just as strong, if not stronger. Co-burger and Washington State University, media reports revealed that co-burger, a former Washington State University PhD student, was investigated by the university and fired from his teaching assistant job around the time of the murders. And we all seen the slide start to happen. Brian co-burger obviously was starting to rock bottom at this point in time. The New York Times reported that some female students told professors co-burger made them feel uncomfortable, including one instance where he was accused of following a female to her car. Yeah, just absolutely normal behavior. What kind of disgusting moron is following anyone to their car? While the university's investigation did not find any wrongdoing in this matter,

11:10co-burger was penalized for alleged altercations with a faculty member. He allegedly had two altercations with a Washington State University professor. He was assisting in September and an early December. For these incidents, co-burger was fired from his teaching assistant role on December 19th before his arrest. He is no longer enrolled at the Washington State University. The New York Times previously reported that students had complained about co-burgers harsh grading, resulting in a classroom discussion where he tried to defend the feedback he provided students. The probable calls of David revealed that co-burger applied for an internship with the Pullman Police Department last fall because he had an interest in assisting rural law enforcement with collecting and analyzing technological data in public safety operations. He also posted a Reddit survey asking participants to provide information to understand how emotions and psychological traits influence decision-making

12:14when committing a crime. While more information about co-burger has been gathered in the past two months, the question of motive persists. It is still unclear why Colonel, Chapean, Gonsalvis, and Mogen were targeted. Officials have yet to release information about what reasons co-burger may have had to allegedly enter the King Road home on November 13th. Well, the working assumption here on the podcast is he was going after Madison. And that was his target and things just happened to go south for him. Went downstairs, Hannah was still awake, ended up killing her and Ethan in what I'm guessing was not part of the plan. So Brian Koehberger's original plan remember at least as far as it looks like anyway was to get into that house and have some time alone with Madison. And once those plans were thwarted, well, we see his reaction. The court case recent media reports have brought up concerns about whether Koehberger's attorney and Taylor represents a conflict of interest. Taylor met with Koehberger, Laita County

16:27magistrate judge Megan Marshall and Laita County deputy prosecutor Ashley Jennings on January 27th to discuss this issue during a status hearing. According to recently unsealed court documents, the media brought attention to two cases where the Kootenay County Public Defender's office represented Kernotal's mother, Kara Kernotal. Taylor is the chief of the Kootenay County Public Defender's office. Taylor said that her name appears on every document in the public defender's office, whether she is the acting attorney in the case or not. Taylor indicated that she does not believe that there is a conflict of interest. And when you look at the overall, for me anyway, the only problem here is the fact that Brian Koehberger can try and sink his teeth into it during an appeal. But if there's a waiver that has been signed and everybody's aware of that, he can try and maneuver that way maybe, but I don't think it'll work out. So as long as all of those parameters are met and with all of the new context we have learned, I don't think that there's an issue with

17:31the conflict of interest here at all. Koehberger stated during the status hearing that he feels comfortable with Taylor continuing to be his attorney. The unsealed documents have become the primary source of official information about this court case as a gag order has prohibited attorneys and law enforcement from speaking about it publicly. And that's why we're doing all of those court documents, usually not my MO here on the podcast. We usually just go about it by following along with the media cycle. But in this case with the gag order, we have to dig a little bit deeper. And we have to make sure that we're following along with what's happening as well as we can anyway behind the scenes. A coalition of media organizations that includes the Moscow Pullman Daily News and the Lewis Tribune filed a petition with the Idaho Supreme Court to vacate LaTaw County's gag order on the belief it violates the First Amendment and the ability to provide the public with important information about the justice system. The Goncalva's family attorney Shannon Gray earlier

18:36this month also filed a motion arguing that he should be allowed to express the Goncalva's family's opinions and should not be included in the gag order. The LaTaw County Prosecutors Office and co-burgers attorneys maintain that the gag order is necessary to protect co-burger and is right to affair and impartial trial in a highly publicized case. And they're not wrong, but there has to be a balance there. And I don't know if that balance is being met by the court with this restrictive gag order. Now a gag order in general is not a bad idea here, but remember the scope of this one is very, very broad. All parties involved have been filing documents stating their arguments with the Idaho Supreme Court since February 6th. An attempt at healing. The University of Idaho recently announced two symbolic attempts to heal this tragedy. A memo from U.I. President Scott Green said the owner of the King Road Home

19:37has offered to give the house to the university. Green said the U.I. plans to demolish the house and act he believes will serve as a healing step for the community. Yeah, it's the best bet. I mean, you can't keep this house there. We talked about all of the Knuckleheads showing up there to take a look and just the general feel overall who the hell would want to live there. Demolition also removes efforts to further sensationalize the crime scene. He said we are evaluating options where students may be involved in the future development of the property. U.I. spokesperson Jody Walker said the school hopes to demolish the house as soon as possible. And that could be in the next few weeks. She said the Moscow Police Department is fully aware of this plan. The U.I. is also planning a memorial in garden to honor the four victims. Green said the plan is being developed by a committee with student representation. The project will incorporate class and individual student participation. The garden's location on campus has not yet been

20:41determined. Scholarships have been created in memory of Carnotal, Chapin, and Mogen. The U.I. is working with the Goncalba's family to develop a fourth scholarship in her name. All right, so there we have it folks. A quick update on where things currently stand as of today. Now, this is one of those stories that's evolving quickly and one of those stories that's going to continue to evolve in the days, weeks, and months to come. And they don't feel like a reward is necessary at this point. However, if you're the family of Kaylee Goncalvas or one of these other murdered students, you probably have a different outlook. I know if it was my love one, I'd want a reward put out too. Now, obviously the police, they have other ideas. They have a different game plan that they're following and a game plan that they think's going to lead them to victory. But if you're one of the family members, a father, a mother, you want to feel like you're doing something to try and help move the ball forward. You don't want to just sit there and twiddle your thumbs and wait for information to come rolling your way. I know I'd be on some other shit too. I'd be exploring every possibility to try and find justice for my child, whether that

22:45be hiring a private investigator, raising money for a reward, whatever it takes. And I'm sure that's how the family members feel right now, especially the Goncalvas. They're not going to sit around and just wait for information. They feel like they have to be proactive here. And I don't know how anyone can sit around and judge them for being proactive. Remember, it was their daughter, their sister, their loved one that was murdered. And they want answers. Now on the flip side of that, we understand that these investigations, they take time. It doesn't happen overnight. You have to go through all of the DNA. You have to put all the test results together and you have to build a nice, large robust picture of what went on. So that takes some time. But according to the family members, Steve Goncalvas, especially he doesn't feel like the time that's being put in is being managed correctly. So him and his family believe that they'll be better served if there is a reward that is being offered for information. So that seems to be the game plan from the Goncalvas as they move

And the longer this goes, the more days that pass, the more I'm convinced that they're looking for some sort of random here. I won't dive down the road of speculation as in, oh, who did it? But the kind of person that might have done it, it's starting to look to me like it was some sort of random attack here. Now they might have been targeted like the police say, but when I say random, I mean, someone that wasn't in their circle, somebody that they didn't know. Perhaps somebody who saw Kaylee and Madison at work at that mad Greek place. That place is right there on highway 95. How many transient truckers have

25:55cruised through that place? How many just crazies in general driving through heading to wherever on us 95 that runs all the way down the Las Vegas, by the way. I mean, how many people have passed by there or were at that restaurant while they were working. Now, of course, I have no proof to back that up. But as boxes get checked off and we start going through the motions here of saying that people in their circle weren't involved. Well, it has to be somebody who did this right. And if it wasn't somebody in their circle or their atmosphere, then we have to start looking at all corners. And with these girls working at this restaurant that was located right there on the 95, there has to have been a ton of traffic moving in and out from that restaurant's parking lot and that restaurant itself. Our family would like to fundraise in hopes to offer a reward and possibly hire a private investigator if that becomes necessary. Christie Goncalves, the mother of 21 year old Kaylee Goncalves

Her daughter and three friends Madison Mogen, Zana Kernotal, and Ethan Chapin were killed in a rental house on King Road just steps off campus between 3am and 4am on November 13th. Now, I have seen some pushback against this from some people about the private investigator and how a private investigator really won't help and and I'm kind of on the fence about that. I know that a private investigator doesn't have any real power. But if you can hire a quality private investigator, maybe to work as a liaison and help go over some of the information given to you by the police, that might help out or a private investigator that might have a good working relationship with the authorities, maybe to help manage, you know, how things come how things are coming in. That'll help out maybe. But I think the most important thing at least in my opinion would be to hire a lawyer and not to sue anybody, but just to make sure everything is being

28:02done correctly, making sure you're not saying anything out of line, making sure all of the steps are being followed all in the hopes of bringing your justice to the people or person who killed your daughter. And I think having a lawyer anytime you're dealing with the authorities, whether you're in trouble or not, is a very, very good idea. All four had been stabbed to death according to Leito County coroner, Kathy Mabbet, likely attacked in their sleep. Toxicology reports for the victims have not yet come back to raise funds. The family is supporting a pair of online fundraisers, a go fund me set up by gone call this former boss, Jeremy Shay, a Jeremiah Shay, excuse me, and a give-send go campaign from a family friend named Brooke Miller, Christie Gonsalva said, the money raised will go directly to getting us answers, as well as helping to pay for Kaleigh's final arrangements and her celebration of life on December 30th, she added, the family had previously

29:03held off on announcing memorial plans. Now remember the uh, her mom didn't want to have a funeral because she thought that the killer might want to show up. And imagine trying to lay your daughter to rest and thinking that the person who was responsible for murdering her would show up at the funeral itself. I mean, it's not bad enough that you're, you know, sitting here burying your daughter. Now you got to worry about all of the people who might show up and if one of them might be the killer. That's not something any parents should have to go through. And I have so much empathy for all of these parents who lost children here and who are going through all kinds of wild stuff now. If you're somebody out there who thinks it's a good idea to try and troll grieving parents or anyone who is suffering for any reason really, then you should probably give your head a shake and reevaluate your priorities in life because this isn't just some fake screenplay. This is in a

30:05a lifetime movie. These are real people that are going through it. And these are real people who have lost loved ones and they're grieving severely family had previously held off on announcing memorial plans. When asked about the lack of rewards Saturday, police told Fox Digital they were already receiving a steady supply of information in the case. Investigators continue to get good tips and leads and are focusing on those at this time. Police spokeswoman Robbie Johnson told Fox News Digital. So they're getting all of these leads. They say and they're good leads, but it has led to nothing. Now there's people out there. I know that are saying, well, what about the work that's going on behind the scenes and absolutely there's a ton of that going on. But here are the facts. As far as work concerned, as far as the families are concerned, there has been no movement here. There has been no steps towards victory. All we have so far is the report of a white

But until they have something concrete that they share with the public, there is going to be questions and there's going to be criticism of what's going on up in Moscow. 34:12they received such a deluge of calls that they asked the FBI to handle them. And we've talked about that. They have a tip line set up that goes directly to the FBI now and the FBI is going through handling all of these tips about the white Hyundai Alontera. Now another thing about that Hyundai Alontera, if it was a vehicle that was known to them or known to people in their social circle, we would have already known about it, right? They would have already been like, oh yeah, so and so owns this vehicle. We see it around campus all the time, but we haven't heard any of that. And we haven't heard any scuttle, but either about their might that they have a suspect behind the scenes or anything. And usually when you have a case like this, this sprawling with this many people involved and they have something cooking behind the scenes, we get a little bit of a hint of that. 35:13calls, categorize them and send them on to investigators so they can utilize those tips in the investigation. The Moscow police department said on Thursday, outside experts with experience and similar investigations have told Fox News digital that the earlier a reward is offered, the better, especially when the number of investigators assigned to the task force will shrink over time. And that's just the reality. Eventually, there's not going to be as many people working this case. And for all the people out there that are yelling to the moon about how you got to let the investigators do their work. Well, what happens when we get to the point where these investigators start going to work other cases. And then you only have what five or six people working on this case because that's how it ends up. Now, I'm not saying that's where we're at yet, but eventually, if there's no break in a case, you have to start ramping down the manpower. And that's just the reality of something like this. I would give out the reward now while they still have the personnel

36:19said, Paul Morrow, a lawyer and retired NYPD inspector who has closely been following the case. When it starts to dwindle is no time to put out a reward. You won't have the bodies to investigate the tips. Pat Diaz, a private investigator and former Miami-Dade homicide detective, worked a high profile child murder in the 1990s that resulted in an arrest and conviction after one such tip came in. I know it sounds crazy and it sounds simple, but we all know that money moves the world. And if somebody has a few fuzzles on the line, they're a little more motivated maybe to speak to the police. So I don't know why they wouldn't offer a reward. One lucky lead with all these slews out there is going to help you solve the case. He told Fox News Digital. Months after Jimmy Rice was abducted on his way home from school in 1995, the eventual suspects landlady and employer grew suspicious that he'd stolen from her. When she searched his trailer, she found the missing boy's backpack inside and her missing

37:22gun which had been used to kill the boy. She had also seen a flyer with police contact information on it. He said and she called in the tip. And again, look, I've said this from the beginning, it's going to be a tip from the public that ends up having a break in this case. The investigators can only do what they can do and they can only use what evidence is present. And if there's no evidence present leading them to the person who did this, then they're going to have to rely on tips. One Carlos Chavez 46 was arrested. He confessed, led police to the boy's body and was later executed. Separately, police have warned online slews following the case to avoid speculation, especially if it leads to threats and harassment. Look, that's crazy. Avoid speculation. How are you going to tell people on the internet to avoid speculation? Now harassing people, talking about people by their government name, probably not the best idea

38:24you've ever had. And if you're out there doing that, my suggestion for what it's worth is don't do it. Let the investigators handle the investigatory work. Now, people want to have speculation and people want to discuss what they think happened. You know, here in the case that, you know, on the internet, I don't know how you're going to do that. And if Moscow police thinks they're going to stop rumor and speculation on the internet, it must be their first day because it's never going to happen. Investigators have been monitoring online activity related to this ongoing and active case. And are aware of the large amount of rumors and misinformation being shared, as well as harassing and threatening behavior toward potentially involved parties. Moscow police said in a statement on Friday afternoon, the University of Idaho held a fall commencement ceremony Saturday holding a moment of silence and memory of the victims before new graduates walked. Following the slangs, the school is reopened distance learning for students who may be reluctant to return to campus under the circumstances. Look, if it was me and

39:31this was my kid, my daughter, my son, I'd be offering a reward as well. And I completely understand why the Gansalvas would want to do that. Now the private investigator part, again, I am not so sold on that. I don't know how much help that will be at this point, but a lawyer 100%. If I was any of these families, I would, I would retain a lawyer services and have them help me through all of the nonsense and the, the BS that comes along with a police investigation. Obviously we all want it solved yesterday, but the reality is this is an expansive crime scene with a lot of evidence for the investigators to go through. And we've talked a little bit about the DNA and how much of it has been collected and how it's going to take time for that all to be processed. And I know it's not what everybody wants to hear. It's certainly not what I want to hear, but it takes time to work through this. Now with that said, I would hope that everything gets expedited. In the morning update, I was talking about maybe bringing in some mobile labs, some stuff like that to try and get things moving at a faster clip here. But there are only so many resources available. I understand that the rest of the world is moving. There's other cases that need to be solved. There's other homicides happening right now as we speak. But with all of the resources that have

41:42been thrown at this already, I think that a couple of mobile labs to go through the DNA might be a good idea. And I know that that's possible. I know the the FBI definitely brings out mobile labs all the time. We've seen it in foreign countries when there's been terrorist attacks. So you know, they're capable of doing that. The question is, are those resources available for something like this? And I don't know. I would hope so, but I don't know. And I know that all of the labs that work with the police in Idaho, they're working double time right now to try and process all of this stuff. So we have to have some patience. There's no doubt about that. But that patience is going to wear thin. If there's no progress, and that's just the nature of how these investigations work, even the people that are backing the investigators, well, when this keeps dragging on and on and on, they end up losing hope. And we saw that in the Delphi case in spades. We saw people basically

42:47just lose hope all together. And then finally, there was a huge break in the case. And I expect that to happen here. Now, hopefully it doesn't take as long, but I do expect there to be a break at some point. And if there were multiple people involved, that break should come sooner because we all know people can't keep secrets. And if you're going to commit a crime, you better do that. Shit yourself because eventually somebody's going to rat on you. If it's your best interest or their best interest, who do you think they're going to choose? So that's another reason why I think that our award here would be a fantastic idea. We all know that money talks. And we all know that some people are not going to come forward just because they're good people or because they want to do the right thing. They have to be motivated to do that. As the University of Idaho murder investigation continues, a former FBI agent recently spoke to Newsweek about why the case may take longer to solve. On November 13th, four University of Idaho students, Kaylee Gonsalves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Zanna Kernodal were fatally stabbed in an off-campus residence by an unknown perpetrator. The Moscow police department is currently leading the investigation with assistance from the FBI and the Idaho state police, but no suspect or person of interest has been identified

47:00at this point. Usually when we have a case like this or some kind of mass murder, it doesn't take long to track down who was responsible. There's some kind of evidence or valence, there was beef, there was a gripe, you could trace it back on social media, and usually it doesn't take the police or the investigators long to piece it all together. But this is something very different obviously. This isn't your usual run of the mill murder. Four college students murdered in their sleep with a knife? Not exactly your run of the mill murder. According to police, investigators have received thousands of tips from the public and have also recovered over 100 pieces of evidence from the 1122 King Road residents. Over 250 interviews have also been conducted, police said. I wonder how many of those over 250 interviews were repeat interviews, meaning people that came back multiple times to sit down with investigators.

48:03Now obviously we're not going to get that information, but that would certainly, at the very least, give us an idea who the police are talking to more than other people maybe. Not that that means anything really. I mean, we can speculate on it or theorize on it. But at the end of the day, we don't know what the police are saying to these people in these interviews, and we don't know what these people are saying back to the police. While speaking with Newsweek on Wednesday, former FBI agent Jennifer Coffin-Daffer explained that this case is not cold at all, but noted that as the investigation continues, more and more evidence will be looked at, which takes time. And I agree with her that this case isn't cold, but it certainly is in jeopardy of moving that way if there's no progress. I mean, getting all of these tips and having all of this evidence is great, but if you're not making any progress with all of it, then what is it all worth? Really? They had over a hundred submissions, and it's not like there's a hundred lab techs that are working on this Coffin-Daffer told Newsweek.

49:06I realize they're going to have both Quantico and the Idaho State Police Labs at their disposal, but there's still a finite amount of people who work DNA that work DNA that's mixed, that work fingerprints, that work hair, and fibers. Well, every state has it, right? Every single state has one of these labs. Why not put out a call for lab techs who want to come and help out? When we were going through COVID, we had nurses coming in from all over the country to help out. So see if there's some lab techs out there that might be out of work or looking to make some extra bucks and bring them in. Bring in the mobile labs, extra lab techs, and let's expedite this. Coffin-Daffer went on to discuss a recent case in Oklahoma where four men were found dismembered in a river. According to The New York Times, the four victims' bodies were found on October 14th, and on December 26th, 67-year-old Joseph L. Kennedy was charged in the crime. Well, that's fine and well, but everybody pointed to this man right away. They were just waiting for confirmation.

50:08And here in Idaho, we don't even have that. And usually there's a little smoke around the fire. So I think that's what has people concerned. Down here in Oklahoma, I remember reading about this story and hearing about the dude who is being charged now as the possible suspect literally right away. And that's my point. Usually we have a suspect in cases like this right away. If not right away, then very soon. I mean, look at the dude from the megos. It didn't take long for them to catch that dude, right? So I think that's where people are at in this case. There's a lot of folks saying to themselves, well, we're 46 days in here and usually at the very least there's a suspect, but there's nothing here. So what the hell's going on? And I think that's kind of the theme from the general public. Everybody does not understand all of the particulars. They don't know what goes into an investigation like this. They want results. Coffin Daffer used that case to explain that despite evidence linking the victims to Kennedy salvage yard shortly after the bodies were found,

51:11it still took police two months to build the case and charge the man. Well, there's no doubt about it. It takes time to charge somebody. But I think the point is that this guy was already on the radar right away. And while it took them time to build their case and to charge the man, they at the very least had a target here in Idaho, that hasn't even occurred. We're at not even two months and this Idaho case is far more complicated. Coffin Daffer said adding that she believes it will take a year from the November 13th date for it to be solved. I think within a year, we will have a break. She said that's my best prediction. Coffin Daffer continued. I think they have at least a couple of possible avenues of investigation that they feel are strong. Well, that's good. I hope that's the case. Look, I would love for this to be wrapped up and have a bow on it for these families ASAP. But I don't have that kind of confidence yet. I don't think we're anywhere near that point.

52:14One of the main leads police have released to the public is information regarding a white Hyundai Alantra that was believed to be near the residents at the time of the crime. Progress continues to locate the white 2011 through 2013. Hyundai Alantra believed to be in the immediate area of the King Road residents during the early morning hours of November 13th. Police said an oppressed release on Tuesday. Investigators believe the occupant or occupants may have critical information to share regarding this case and have identified over 22,000 vehicles. So the hunt for the Hyundai Alantra is still on. We have no information regarding that Alantra besides what has been released. And as far as we know, the police are still looking for it. Now Jennifer Coffin Daffer she believes it's going to take at least a year for this case to be solved. And I know that's not the news. Most of us want to hear. But I figured we'd add it to the catalog considering her being an X FBI agent. She probably has a little bit more experience with

53:20this stuff than any of us. So it's certainly interesting to get her perspective here and to hear what she thinks is going down and when this will all be resolved. So there you have it folks.
