Mega Edition: Without Jes Staley There Is No Jeffrey Epstein At JP Morgan (9/6/26)

About this episode

Jes Staley was one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most important advocates inside JPMorgan, and the record showed that he repeatedly used his standing at the bank to defend a client who was already generating serious internal concern. Staley had a close personal relationship with Epstein, exchanged hundreds of messages with him, visited his properties and continued associating with him after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Inside JPMorgan, Staley argued against cutting Epstein loose even as compliance officers raised concerns about suspicious cash withdrawals, payments to young women and the reputational risk of continuing the relationship. He vouched for Epstein, treated him as a valuable client and helped give him credibility within the bank at precisely the time when internal red flags were mounting. That support mattered because Staley was not some junior employee making a casual recommendation; he was one of JPMorgan’s most powerful executives, and his backing gave Epstein an influential champion inside an institution that could have decided much earlier that the relationship was no longer worth the risk.

The deeper problem was that Staley’s advocacy helped normalize Epstein inside JPMorgan long after there were reasons to question why the bank was still doing business with him. Internal communications later showed bankers discussing Epstein’s importance, his connections and the value of keeping him as a client, while compliance concerns repeatedly failed to end the relationship. Staley has denied knowing about Epstein’s ongoing abuse and has maintained that he was deceived by him, but the record showed that he actively pushed for Epstein to remain inside the bank’s ecosystem rather than simply standing by passively. In practical terms, Staley functioned as Epstein’s internal sponsor: the powerful executive who could reassure colleagues, minimize concerns and make the case that Epstein was still worth keeping. That is why his role became so central in the later JPMorgan litigation and congressional scrutiny — because Epstein did not maintain access to one of the world’s largest banks by himself; he had people inside the institution willing to argue on his behalf.

Jess Daily is now being sued by JP Morgan for allegedly hiding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And while I love to see Jess Daily get sued here, I find it a bit laughable that JP Morgan is going to try and act like they had no idea what was going on and it was all Jess Daily's fault. The institutions, the financial institutions never take responsibility for anything. There's always a fall guy, there's always a reason why and there's always an excuse. You know what there never is? Jail sentences for these scumbags. The modern day robber barons, you know the same people who were responsible for the housing crash in 2008, 2009, the same people who never went to prison or jail. Yeah, those same people are now telling you that they weren't responsible for their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and it's all on Jess Daily. Well, those of us who have been paying attention, we know that that's BS. While Jess Daily was a huge part of it, a key cog in the machine, he wasn't the only

one involved. There were plenty of people at JP Morgan who could have stopped Jeffrey Epstein and none of them did it. Not one of them stepped up and said, look, we can't do business with this scumbag. Look what he's up to. Instead they just kept counting their dollars and securing that bag. And it's not just Jeffrey Epstein. Remember Epstein's the tip of the iceberg folks. He's who we focus on mainly here, but he's just a symptom of the problem. There are groups like this all over the world. And there are more people in slavery right now, modern day slavery than there has ever been enslaved ever in history. And if you think it was only Jeffrey Epstein and Golan Maxwell doing this shit, I got news for you. It wasn't. And whether it's human trafficking or narco trafficking or insert criminal behavior here, none of it would be possible without the complicity of the financial sector. So it's always laughable when these institutions try to scapegoat somebody.

Today we have an article from the Daily Mail and the headline, JP Morgan sued former executive for hiding Jeffrey Epstein's sex abuse to help retain pervert financier pedophile as banks client. lawsuit says he should be liable for any fines levied against the firm and demands he repay his wages. Well you know, Jeff Staley's going to say right? Well everybody else knew as well. And I hope that the fingers start pointing and I hope everybody gets thrown under the bus here. And then I hope everybody's subpoenaed. You know how that would have happened and how we could have avoided all of this? That's right. You know what I'm going to say? They should have been hit with Rico right away because all of these people that were doing business with Jeffrey Epstein send in money to his bank, receive money from him. All of those people would get caught up in that dragnet and all of them would be charged with Rico. Now would all of those predicate stick? Of course they wouldn't, but it would be a glimpse into the books of a lot of these people. The government refuses to do it.

Just like the government refuses to let you know who the johns were who were using Jeffrey Epstein or how they refuse to provide any clarity about Jeffrey Epstein's death. Today's article is authored by Alex Olivia. JP Morgan has sued a former executive who was allegedly responsible for keeping pedophile sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein's business at the bank for 15 years. So you mean to tell me at this bank, there's no checks and balances. JP Morgan, Jess daily could just do whatever you want. He was God there. There was nobody above him. Why didn't auditing step in? Where was accounting? Where was accountability? Maybe all of these different levels that are there as redundancies to make sure this doesn't happen. They were either all bunny hopped or they all just kept silent. It can't be anything else because they certainly knew you need to tell me auditing didn't take a look at what was going on or accounting and didn't say to themselves, holy shit man.

We got ourselves a pedophile. Of course they did. They have a whole division of people who do just that. But somehow it's just Jess Staley's fault, right? Now don't misunderstand me. Jess Staley owns the lion's share here. But for JP Morgan to act like they had no idea, I'm not buying that. James Edward Jess Staley was sued by JP Morgan after US Virgin Islands filed a lawsuit against the bank, claiming it knew about Epstein's nefarious behavior for years, but turned a blind eye to it. The suing of Staley draws him into JP Morgan's case with the government of the US Virgin Islands and positions him as a defendant. The move can make Staley responsible for JP Morgan's financial damages if the bank loses its case. Enjoy big savings with Red Hot deals at Vons and Albertsons. Not only does he have the government going after him, all of his buddies at JPMorgan or former buddies, they've all turned on him now and he's enemy number one, right? Now that the spotlight is on them as a whole as an entity, well, they have to find that

scapegoat. We can't look at Jamie diamond and JP Morgan and say why didn't you stop this guy? Oh, no, no, no. They have to tell you that it's just just daily and that's it. The buck stops there. When the reality is we know it goes all the way to the top. The US Virgin Islands alleged in its lawsuit that stale exchange the number of explicit emails with Epstein, which included pictures of underage women. Those emails allegedly continued after Epstein was convicted of soliciting prostitution from an underage girl in 2008. So he knew that Jeffrey Epstein was trying to did a little girls and still was trading emails with them looking at pictures of underage girls, talking about snow white, Disney characters, because you know, that's just normal behavior for grown ass men. Is anybody buying this? Like honestly, who buys this bullshit? Stale was known to have shared a close relationship with Epstein over the years with the pair sometimes taking trips together.

Stale has not been convicted of any crimes in relation to Epstein. Well, he's never been tried for any crimes in relation to Epstein. Never been called on the carpet in relation to Epstein and has never had to answer any real questions related to Epstein. And you know, that's how the process usually works, right? You have to actually be accused of something first. And for all of these years, nobody wanted to accuse Jess Stale of anything. When in reality, he should have been at the top of the list of people being looked at as far as being complicit financially with Jeffrey Epstein. In its lawsuit against JP Morgan filed in December, the US Virgin Islands alleged the bank had more than close up view of Epstein's sex trafficking. It also said the bank ignored obvious red flags relating to Epstein's accounts. There is no doubt that there were red flags in abundance surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. But guess what? It was all about securing a bag. All people cared about was making money. And if they could make money on the back of Jeffrey Epstein, who cares how scummy he is?

And that was their whole motto. And that's the motto, unfortunately, that still permeates on Wall Street. Epstein ran a bunch of his criminal activities out of Little St. James Island, a private island he owned, off the coast of the St. James Islands. The governmental ledge that JP Morgan had more than enough exposure to Epstein's accounts to determine he was conducting criminal behavior in their territory. Stale was not named in the lawsuit from the US Virgin Islands. What I will say about this though is the US Virgin Islands has some nerve. This was happening in their territory right under their noses and their officials were getting their palms greased and they have the audacity to sue somebody else. Have they arrested anybody in the US Virgin Islands for corruption or for being involved with Jeffrey Epstein? The answer obviously is no. So they have a lot of audacity here to try and pitch this like it was happening under JP Morgan's nose, but they had no idea what was going on in the government in the Virgin

Islands. Seems a bit laughable right? And I don't know how a jury is going to look at that if it gets to that point, but I'll tell you this much watching just stale get aired out is worth it to me. Stale was not named in the lawsuit from the US Virgin Islands. JP Morgan denied the allegations and moved for a criminal dismissal of the case. And it's lawsuit. The bank said stale should cover all of their damages if they lose their case against the US Virgin Islands, accusing him of intentional and outrageous conduct and hiding information about Epstein. Oh, crime or river JP Morgan. The biggest bank in the world and you don't have the proper means to do your due diligence on what Jess Stale was up to while he was an employee at your company. You really think we're going to buy that now if this was some po dunk little company, all right, fine. You don't have the resources. This is JP Morgan we're talking about. The biggest bank in the world. The bank also said stale put his and Epstein's interests before the banks.

The lawsuit also demands stale pay back the wages he was paid from 2006 to 2012, which could amount to tens of millions of dollars according to Reuters. Good luck with that. They're not going to get that money back zero chance. While a high ranking JP Morgan executive, Stale famously visited Epstein in prison after his conviction for prostitution in 2008, just to be clear, little girls can't be prostitutes and that's what Jeffrey Epstein solicited a little girl. The bank is denied stale actually went to the prison saying instead Epstein visited Stale at his office, during a work release for his 18 month prison sentence. Oh, that's so much better. Let's have a convicted sex offender come to the offices of JP Morgan. After the full extent of Epstein's crimes became known in 2019, Stale initially claimed he and Epstein were a little more than acquaintances tied by business. Later, he admitted to having a close professional relationship that he established while running

JP Morgan private bank and asset management division from 2000 to 2009. Stale became the CEO of Barclays in 2015, but in 2021, stepped down amidst a probe into whether he had concealed the extent of his relationship with Epstein. Any most certainly did. Is there any doubt about that? I mean, I feel like I've been talking about Jess Stale for years now. So I'm glad that people are finally catching on and realizing that the financial sector played a gigantic role here. In its suit against Stale, JP Morgan accused him of being the unnamed man implicated in an assault case from a Jane Doe against Epstein, which said one of Epstein's friends used aggressive force in his sexual assault of her and informed Jane Doe one that he had Epstein's permission to do what he wanted to her. JP Morgan alleged that friend was Stale according to Reuters. So imagine that. He's getting thrown under the bus by JP Morgan here in an epic fashion.

We have never heard that Jess Stale was an abuser before. We had only heard that he was an enabler. Well now that conversation has to change, right? And Jess Stale, it's looking like anyway, is going to have to be moved from the wrong of just an enabler to somebody that was actually involved in abusing girls. Upon information and belief, Stale is this person who she described as a powerful financial executive, she had historically been afraid to identify. JP Morgan's complaint read, there's no doubt that the walls are closing in on Jess Stale. The question is just how far those walls are going to compress. All right folks, that's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Today we're going to talk about two articles, the first one from NBC News, dealing with Jess Stale.

And the second one from Fox Business, dealing with Paul Barrett, another executive at JP Morgan who was meeting up with Jeffrey Epstein after Epstein was already a sex offender. So let's start with Jess Stale and the article from NBC News. The headline, former JP Morgan exec says bank is using him as a PR shield in the Epstein case. The bank sued Jess Stale in March saying he should be held liable for any financial penalties it faces from lawsuits alleging it facilitated Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking enterprise. Imagine trying to pin it all on Jess Stale, that shit is laughable at best and as you all know I'm certainly not an advocate for Jess Stale. But this dude didn't act in a vacuum on his own. He wasn't sitting around in the office at JP Morgan making all of these decisions all alone. Just like Alex Acosta didn't make that plea deal all on his own either and anybody telling

you that he did they should have their heads examined. This article was authored by Chloe Atkins. Enjoy big savings with Red Hot deals at Vonson Albertsons. Dave Roberts here there you are surrounded by fans sharing wings sharing drinks high five random strangers. Everybody remembers the game nobody remembers the guy coughing behind you until a few days later at 2 a.m. you wake up with a fever and your throats on fire now what urgent care close. ER slam telehealth maybe but the pharmacies close you needed a medical emergency kit.

These aren't first aid kits they contain essential prescriptions used for over 30 common conditions sinus and ear infection UTIs stomach bug travelers diarrhea and more on hand before you need them. dollars with code blue at urgent care kit dot com slash blue urgent care kit dot com slash blue. A former JP Morgan Chase executive accused of having a profound friendship with Jeffrey Epstein has asked a federal judge to dismiss the bank's lawsuit against him over his ties with Epstein a convicted sex offender the bank sued just daily in March saying he should be held liable for any financial penalties that faces from lawsuits alleging the bank facilitated Epstein's sex trafficking enterprise guess what they should both be held liable and the whole strategy here of trying to blame one another it's pretty laughable because everybody who's been following along knows that both sides here just daily and JP Morgan have plenty of blame the shoulder between the two of them the suits which were brought by the US Virgin Islands and a woman identified as Jane Doe number one claim the financial institution turned a blind eye towards Epstein's conduct adding that it didn't comply with federal

laws for years while providing services to him and benefiting from Epstein's business all facts Jeffrey Epstein and his pals over at JP Morgan you really think they were going through all of the proper channels and the proper steps you think that they were in compliance with title 31 because we know that they weren't we know that Darren in thike was structuring the money he was taking out of the bank taking it out in amounts that wouldn't trigger title 31 notifications and that's called structuring so say you go to the bank and you want to take out 14 grand and instead of having the title 31 kick in what you do is you take it out in smaller increments 75 hundred 9300 whatever but the idea is at the bank they're supposed to catch that when you're structuring your withdrawals or your deposits or whatever they're supposed to catch that and when they catch it they're supposed to send a SAR meaning a

suspicious activity report over to Finzinn and it should be registered and filed and none of that was happening here nobody was flagging the deals that Epstein was making nobody was flagging the transactions that were happening on a regular basis it is alleged that human trafficking was the principal business of the accounts Epstein maintained at JP Morgan according to the US Virgin Islands can play the two suits seek money damages in court filings stalee said the Wall Street giant is using him as a public relations shield in its legal battle over working with Epstein and trying to deflect blame from its failure look you both failed just stalee you failed as a human being for even associating with this guy and advocating for him at JP Morgan and of course JP Morgan failed on many fronts as well you're the ones who accepted him as a client at the end of the day it wasn't just stalee it was you so you hired just stalee and in that capacity he was working as a

representative of JP Morgan it's pretty cut and dry stalee according to court documents said he didn't have any decision making authority over Epstein's accounts adding that the bank has failed to state viable claims against him and look I don't really disagree with stalee here I highly doubt that he was the guy that could just make everything happen and nobody else in the company could have stepped in that's a bunch of bullshit sorry I don't buy it that's not how these big institutions work whether or not JP Morgan is liable to dough and the USVI remains to be seen what is certain is that the bank cannot treat Mr stalee as its public relations shield by asserting claims that lack any legal or factual basis court documents state stalee called on the court to dismiss the suit because the bank waited over 10 years to file these claims and it falls outside the statue of limitations after all numerous JP Morgan employees knew that Mr stalee had a relationship with Epstein

and the bank had access to Mr stalee's communications from his tenure that JP Morgan now alleges reflect that relationship court documents alleged and look again he is not wrong the people at JP Morgan have some nerve trying to pitch this narrative I mean nobody's buying it anybody who followed this case anybody who knows what's going on knows for a fact that JP Morgan was involved here all the way up to their eyeballs JP Morgan Chase's bank did not immediately respond to a request for comment Epstein was convicted in 2008 of procuring a child for prostitution and died by suicide allegedly in 2019 at a Manhattan Correctional Center where he was being held on federal sex trafficking charges stalee spent more than 30 years with JP Morgan Chase and later went on to work at Barclays he stepped down as Barclays CEO in 2021 after an investigation into

his relationship with Epstein yeah an investigation that showed us nothing oh we did our internal investigation and you know we found a couple of things but we're going to continue to back stalee anyway because you know profits over people and all in February unredacted parts of the lawsuit brought by the US Virgin Islands where Epstein had a home show that stalee and Epstein exchanged an estimated 1,200 emails from 2008 to 2012 these communications show a close personal relationship and profound friendship between the two men and even suggest that stalee may have been involved in Epstein sex trafficking operation the US Virgin Islands said in court documents in February and now we're not talking about some journalists saying this or some blogger or some Yahoo on Twitter this is what's being alleged in court documents so this is serious stuff the only problem is this is insolaceous enough for all of the grifters that populate the world and the universe of Epstein

it has to be a lot more salacious for them you know politicians that they hate shit like that the financial sector shrugged their shoulders and keep it moving because it's not that interesting meanwhile the financial sector is behind all of this madness behind all of this disgusting behavior they're the ones propping it up they're the ones enabling it and they're the ones making it financially feasible for all of this to occur so it always makes me shake my head when people ignore the financial aspect of this in one instance stalee emailed Epstein in July of 2010 maybe they're tracking you that was fun say hi to snow white Epstein responded by asking what character would you like next which stalee followed up with beauty in the beast Epstein then replied well one side is available when JP Morgan Chase Banks sued stalee in March it said he was the powerful financial executive who sexually assaulted Jane Doe number one the unnamed woman alleged in

her suit against the bank that one of Epstein's friends used aggressive force in his sexual assault of her and informed Jane Doe one that he had Epstein's permission to do what he wanted to her but had named the executive out of fear stalee called the accusations baseless in court filings this week oh yeah real baseless Jess daily and it's always comical when these roaches get nailed whenever they're exposed for their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein watch them scurry away real quick and try and blame one another it's never their fault nobody ever takes self responsibility for their bullshit and around it's always the next guy oh it was JP Morgan's fault as a whole oh no it was Jess daily's fault breaking news it was all of your fault all right so on to the next article from Fox business headline city executive who met with Jeffrey Epstein is out of a job city group senior executive reportedly maintained Epstein connection while working with rival JP Morgan of course he did all of these guys were getting fat

at the table of Jeffrey Epstein they were all benefiting one way or the other and chances are a lot of that money is of the dark variety the kind that can't be traced who knows how to hide money better than the financial sector then all you have to do is look at all of Epstein's behavior offshore with all of the offshore banks all of the other bullshit and it all becomes crystal clear what was going on here this article was authored by Timothy Norazi a city group senior executive has been let go just days after report surfaced that he previously met with disgraced financier pedophile and sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein you know I'm really shocked folks that another person in the financial sector was palin around chumming around with Jeffrey Epstein and his stupid jerk off face city group dismissed Paul Barrett after learning the senior executive met with Epstein while working for rival bank JP Morgan according to our report from the Wall Street Journal city groups like

look we have enough problems the last thing we need is some of Epstein's stink permeating on us so we're just going to get rid of this dude and keep it moving how much is your golden parachute here it is buddy have a great life until recently city was unaware of Paul Barrett's association with Jeffrey Epstein which predated his employment at our firm the bank told the financial times mr. Barrett is no longer employed by city well good job on cities part get rid of all of these scumbags that hung out with Epstein at all that's it all of them are gone do you really want to do business with anybody who was kevording with this scumbag I certainly don't Barrett met with Epstein at least five times between 2014 and 2017 while working at JP Morgan according to the Wall Street Journal Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to soliciting a prostitute and soliciting prostitution from a minor JP Morgan Chase has come under intense fire after it was

discovered the multinational bank continued to collaborate with Epstein after his first sex crime conviction JP Morgan Chase boss Jamie Diamond will be deposed under oath in connection with the bank's relationship with Epstein a lawyer involved in the case said Reuters reports the interview is expected to happen in early May according to Brad Edwards a lawyer representing a woman who's claim to have been sexually abused by Epstein the women are suing the largest US bank for allegedly enabling the financiers sex trafficking you mean the pedophiles JP Morgan has tried to dismiss the lawsuit noting the Virgin Islands government has already settled with Epstein's estate for more than $100 million Epstein allegedly killed himself in a Manhattan jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking all right so there is our quick update on the financial sector

scumbags who are now facing the music hopefully for their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and if you don't think the list is going to grow well I don't know what to tell you because it's going to there are so many people in the financial sector and in the areas around it that were helping Epstein enabling Epstein and working with Epstein oh and enriching themselves off of Epstein that if we had a serious department of justice and this turned into Rico like it should have all of these people would have been caught up and all of them would have not been facing just embarrassment or a civil suit they'd all be facing criminal charges but we all know that the Department of Justice isn't a serious organization at this point so we're left with this all right folks that's going to do it for this one all of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the description box what's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles one of the more ridiculous claims in the new legal filings by Prince Andrew is him

actually trying to tell us that him and Galaine Maxwell weren't homies it is one of the most absurd claims I've heard in quite some time and folks we've heard them all since we've been following this case but Prince Andrew is adamant in these court filings that him and Galaine Maxwell you know they were just casual friends you know pass you by in the bar give you a nod of the head as you're going to get a pint and keep it moving type friends I guess meanwhile the facts tell a completely different story tonight we're going to talk about an article from the mirror that points to nine different times Galaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew we're looking pretty chummy but we're also going to discuss an article from the New York Post about Jess Staley before we even dive in about Prince Andrew and his cozy relationship with Galaine Maxwell Dave Roberts here there you are surrounded by fans sharing wings sharing drinks high-fiving random strangers everybody remembers the

and him and Jeffrey Epstein were really close another one of those relationships that doesn't get the kind of spotlight that it deserves and it certainly does deserve a whole lot of spotlight just like the situation with Leon black when you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein and he has access to movers and shakers like this in the financial world what are we supposed to think when these people are lobbying for them when these people are giving them a hundred and fifty eight million dollars for I'm using air quotes right now folks advice what are we supposed to think that it's all on the up and up that these guys are just you know chums and they're hanging out having a chat like the rest of us over you know crispy taco night nobody's buying it nobody believes that BS and I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you know there's a room full of six people who are sitting around you know controlling the world or anything like that I'll leave that to other people that's out of my lane but what I will tell you is this people like Jess Staley people like Leon black

those people really hold the keys if you're in control of the financial world if you're in the in control of the way of you know the money is moving through the banking system that would give you a lot of power wouldn't it and when you have some of the biggest people in the world in this industry hanging out with Epstein and facilitating his financial malfeasance what are we supposed to say, are we just supposed to just say forget it, turn our heads and say, ah, no big deal. Usually that's what we would do, right? If it was just the usual stealing and evading taxes and all of that jazz, shrug our shoulders and move on. We have bigger problems all of us. Got to feed our families and we got to continue to pay the poor people's tax, right? But they messed up. They really messed up when they thought that they were going to get over on us with this one. When they thought that the Jeffrey Epstein stuff was just going to blow over and everybody was going to forget about it. That's not the case. Nobody's forgetting about it. People want answers and people like this who were connected to Epstein,

who were lobbying for him at a huge firm like JP Morgan should be held to account. And I know he lost his job at Barclays, right? That's a good first step. But why haven't we had a real look into the financials here? You need to tell me all of the financial transactions Epstein was moving through this bank. We're on the up and up. We already know that's not the case. We've already seen the fines that these banks have got slapped with for their malfeasance for not respecting the finson process. But none of these bankers, the men in charge, the women in charge, the people at the top, when do any of them get held accountable? Nobody goes to prison. None of these people ever go to prison. And that's because they're the ones that are holding the bag. And we all know what happens when a president gets elected in America. And inevitably his whole entire cabinet transition staff, all of it is filled with people from the financial sector. And then you

wonder why the wheel just continues to go around and around. All right. So we're going to talk about this article real quick from the New York Post and Jess Staley. It's a relatively short article. That's why we're doing it at the top end here of this episode and not doing an episode for this article alone. I don't think there's any point in doing an 11 minute episode. So we'll just tack it on here. And then we'll add the other article right here to the back end. This article was authored by Lydia Moynihan. And it was posted in the New York Post headline, ousted Barclays CEO Jess Staley reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan. I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house, you know, big time financial institution. And this is the sort of stuff they're really getting up to when all of the nonsense. And you know, the curtains are pulled back and you peel their face off when they're talking about how woke they are or whatever.

Really what they're doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy and all of our, oh, you know, rage if you will at each other as opposed to them. And they got a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy Wall Street. And they understood that there was a groundswell coming against them. So they changed their tactics, meaning corporate America, right? And places like JP Morgan and these banking institutions. Let's put on a friendlier face. But just because they say that that's what they are. Just because they say that they're, you know, hip to the times. We all know that BS walks, right? It's a lot of BS from these companies because when you look at the way they conduct business, it's the same old or even worse than usual. Recently, ousted Barclays CEO Jess Staley went to bat for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when he ran the investment banking division at JP Morgan, according to a report.

JP Morgan was examining whether to boot Epstein as a client because of his 13 month prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from a minor, meaning having sex with an underage girl soliciting sex from a minor, what an absolutely ridiculous charge. An absolutely ridiculous charge. There's no such thing as soliciting sex from a minor. Your committing, you know, if it's under a certain age, you're committing rapes, statutory rape at the very least. But Staley, who ran the Giants investment bank, argued that Epstein had paid his debt to society and should remain a client, according to the report Wednesday and the financial times. I mean, yeah, he really paid his debt to society, huh, folks? Had to check into the jail for a couple hours a day, was able to run around, still conduct business, go to his office, and according to some survivors, continued to abuse people while there was a sheriff on duty. But nothing was a miss down there in Palm Beach either. I mean, really, he paid

his debt to society, huh? There's not enough punishment on this planet for this dude to repay his debt to society. And forget that, his debt to these survivors. Staley's efforts came after Epstein was convicted in 2008, according to the F.T. J.P. Morgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein in 2013. The same year, Staley departed the JPM for a new job at the hedge fund before rising to run Barclays in 2015. Now, I guess it's just another coincidence, right? That's what people want to, that's what they'll tell you. Oh, it's just another coincidence. Me? I don't know what to call it. Sure are a lot of coincidences in this case. Camer's not pointing at the jail cell. He happens to leave in 2013, right when the relationship with Epstein ends, you know, just a coincidence, I guess, folks. But really, what's going on here is you see the correlation. The relationship with Epstein and Jess Staley, it was a tight one, and Staley was a huge,

huge deal when it comes to making the money move. Staley's support for Epstein at J.P. Morgan underscores his longstanding ties to the disgraced financeeer, pedophile, and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf well before it resulted in Staley's exit from Barclays late last year. In November, report surface that Staley and Epstein had exchanged around 1200 emails during Staley's 30-year tenure at J.P. Morgan. Some emails revealed questionable and unexplained phrases like Snow White according to the FT. And we talked about this too, Snow White. I mean, look, you can delve into a lot of different things when you're talking about code words and find yourself down a lot of rabbit holes. But they're obviously using some kind of code here, okay? Now, I'm not one of the wind talkers. I'm not going to sit here and tell you all I've, I got my little decoder ring out of the Cheerio box and I figured it all out. But they're obviously up to something. Staley stepped down from Barclays in November after he reviewed initial findings from a probe

by UK regulators into whether he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein as purely professional according to the FT. Staley is contesting the findings. J.P. Morgan declined the comment to the FT, a spokesman for Staley also declined the comment, shocking, right? And they'll get away with it, nobody will hound these people. No way. They're too busy covering the Stormy Daniels case. Staley has stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the bankers departure from J.P. Morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right? Oh, our relationship fizzled, our relationship ended. Shocking. But even after he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Diamond, he visited Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, little St James, according to reports. And you know, Jamie Diamond will never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. He's, you know, one of the golden boys for all of the political class. Remember folks who's holding the bag here, it ain't you? Well, you think your hundred to hundred dollar donation to insert politician here is moving the

needle? They're not accepting your call when you call their office. Are they? You're getting a staffer. You think Jamie Diamond gets a staffer if he calls the office of whatever politician he's looking to talk to? Staley worked at Blue Mountain Capital from 2013 to 2015 before nabbing the top job at Barclays in 2015. Meanwhile, Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank in 2013, according to the F.T. after being cut off by J.P. Morgan following Staley's departure from J.P. Morgan. Epstein died in 2019 in prison. As he awaited trial on charges, he sex traffic minors. Now Deutsche Bank is just a den of scum and villainy and they've been slapped with so many fines that it's not even funny. And now my question is how many people have they hit with the poor people tax? And what I mean by the poor people tax is the inflated rates of borrowing, the finance rates,

how many people have they absolutely hammered with a 20% rate on a car for a piece of garbage car that's hardly going to last? These people are just gross, honestly. At this level when we're talking about this level of banker and the way they conduct themselves, you think they care about the survivors or that Jeffrey Epstein was a convicted sex offender? No way. He brought more money to their pockets. More prestige, open some more doors, add some more relationships built for them. And like I always say, with people like this, the means always justifies the ends. And to the rest of us, we look around and we just shake our heads like really ones enough enough, don't you people have enough money? Don't you have enough power? But for them, the answer is always no. Now, just Staley is somebody I've been talking about for a long time. And before the pandemic, I said that he was in big trouble back then. And it took a little while, obviously, Barclays was trying to write the ship, if you will, during the pandemic and didn't want to

upset the apple cart, but the writing was on the wall. And it's no shock to me that he's out, especially considering we know how much deeper his relationship with Epstein went, than they even let on. So that's where we're at with Jess Staley and the situation he finds himself in currently. Dave Roberts here. Nine times Prince Andrew and Golan Maxwell looked like good pals as he denies closeness. Now we talked about this a little bit earlier. What a ridiculous claim. How are you going to say to anybody that you and Golan Maxwell weren't close? It's so ridiculous that his lawyers would even add this? I just don't even know what to say about it honestly. Prince strongly, as excuse me, Prince Andrew is strongly denied he was close friends with now convicted sex trafficker Golan Maxwell. At least I got a right and called her convicted sex trafficker here. That's a good start. The Duke of York's reported attempt to distance himself from

Maxwell comes as he has demanded a trial by combat. I mean a trial by Jerry, denying to a New York court a catalog of sex abuse allegations brought by his accuser Virginia Roberts. So, obviously that was the first salvo for him answering these accusations and giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking about still tonight. On December 29, Maxwell's 60 was found guilty of offenses relating to her work as a fixer for the Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and billionaire. She faces up to 65 years in prison. So, a couple things. Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, there were both the Duke's associates, okay? And I would say that he was probably closer to Golan Maxwell than he was to Epstein even. Let's remember Golan Maxwell was the gatekeeper to the... Miss Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made her have sex with the Duke three times when she was 17, including once in London. Prince Andrew has always

strongly denied the allegations. But up until now it was a very generic version of denial, right? Well, he dropped his formal denial and I guess you can see why he kept a generic for so long because he has nothing to go on. In an 11-page response to Miss Roberts lawsuit yesterday, Andrew denied wrongdoing, but he did say in this document that he met Epstein in or around 1999. The prince refuted her major claims while admitting to befriending Epstein, but denied he was ever a close pal of British socialite, Maxwell. Traffic or Maxwell, you mean? And again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gaslighting, whatever you want to call it, it's all of that because we know it's not the case we've seen the pictures. The Duke 61 said it was not true, and he was a free... It was not true that he was a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes around the world, including New York City, where he sexually

abused Virginia Roberts at Epstein and Maxwell's invitation when she was a minor. Andrew's strenuous denials of not being close with Maxwell comes years after the pair have been photographed together on multiple occasions around the world. I mean, yeah, around the world, everywhere you can imagine these two have been photographed together. They had a long history together, folks, and you don't have access to the palace the way she did or to the property of the way she did if you're not close to somebody. Epstein and Maxwell at Balmoral The photo of Epstein and Maxwell sitting in the Queen's log cabin in Glenbeg Balmoral was taken in the late summer or early autumn of 1999. So there's one for you. You know, you got the picture of these two at Balmoral, certainly not a good look for them. The next, the next instance, Andrew Maxwell, Donald Trump and Epstein and Mar-a-Lago. February 2000, Andrew was photographed with Donald

and his wife Melania Trump in the background. You see Epstein looking directly at the camera and Maxwell's face is seen peering into the frame on the right hand side. I mean, we all know that these people were all paling around together. It's not even a debate at this point. Now, we don't know exactly the specific roles of every single person involved, but we do know anyone that was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein knew what he was about, knew that he was not a normal guy. And if you were hanging out with him after the first conviction, you knew he was a convicted sex offender. Andrew and Maxwell at Ascot. Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended the Royal Ascot in June 2000. They were photographed with Epstein, another one of the Duke's former girlfriends, Caroline Neville, and her husband Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving the wedding of a former girlfriend. September 2000, the Duke attended the wedding of his former girlfriend, or really a Cecil with Maxwell. The pair arrived together but walked inseparately,

according to reports at the time. I mean, look, all of these different examples are just more evidence of the BS he was trying to run on us. The next one, Andrew and Maxwell, partying at a Halloween party. The pair were photographed together at Supermodel Heidi Klum's Halloween party in October of 2000. Now remember, how close they were at this point in time. And now Andrew will tell you, oh, well, we weren't close. So what are you doing at the the Hookers and the the the Pimpson Hose party hookers and Pimps theme bash at the Hudson Hotel? Because that's what you were doing at the Halloween party with at Heidi Klum's Halloween party. So you're there with Maxwell, but you're not close. You don't know her. You just go to a hookers and Pimps party, Pimpson Hose party. I mean, when I worked in the joint here in Las Vegas, those parties were wild, absolutely insane types of parties. Invited on a shooting weekend at Sandringham. Photos from December 2000 have shown Maxwell and

Epstein on a fesyn shoot with Andrew. They spent the weekend in Norfolk at the Sandringham estate. Andrew spoke to the BBC News 9 2019 about his links to Epstein. And when he was asked about that weekend, he said, it was a straight forward shooting weekend, whatever that means. Anyone want to explain to the rest of us what that means, a straight forward shooting weekend, what you have bent shooting weekends, crooked shooting weekends, what is a straight forward shooting weekend? Andrew photographed with Roberts and Maxwell and London. Now we all know about this photograph. I'm not even going to go into it. Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the palace. So we know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour of the palace. Got the pictures the whole line. So again, how are you going to tell us that you're not close with Golane Maxwell? And then finally for this article, but certainly not the last time they were hanging out, Andrew Maxwell Epstein and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's birthday. In 2006, Beatrice's 18th birthday party was held at Windsor Castle.

Photos published in the Sun on Sunday shows now convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein with Epstein and Maxwell. Talk about the three stooges, the three gross, disgusting morons. Maxwell wore a feathered mask as she smiled and photos taken at the bash that was attended by some 400 guests. Epstein was being investigated by US authorities at the time he attended the party. Two months later, he was issued a warrant for sexual assault of a minor. You mean to tell me that nobody warned the prince? Nobody in the foreign affairs office? Called over and said, hey, look, dude, Jeffrey Epstein's a sick fuck, boys. What are you guys doing? Maybe they didn't, but I'll tell you what, either way, what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea. Why don't you Google the people you're hanging out with? In 2019, Andrew claimed he didn't know about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because he had invited Maxwell. Again, he says in the interview he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden him and Epstein were the close ones? None of it makes sense. The whole story

is pitching and this whole entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be what sinks him and that's why I wanted to focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure Judge Kaplan's going to take a look at this and say the same thing I'm saying. What are you talking about, buddy? I see the evidence here. You're obviously close to her and if you can't be truthful about the very basics, the small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful about the overall story, either. So that's where it's at with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the rebuttal he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were excited when they put that together. They all had a toast maybe, clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a good job. But boys, tell you what, barely getting a C grade here and lucky to get that because this whole entire response was not the right way to go about it in my opinion anyway. I guess we'll have

to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode after all is said and done and we'll see if I was close to the marker, not. But so far when we're talking about these people and the way they've gone about defending themselves, this has not been the right way to do it. They've all failed. And I would expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well if he keeps this up especially. So tomorrow morning, we'll pick back up and we'll see what's going on with Max Well and Epstein Andrew and the rest of them. And you know that we're going to have a couple of curves in the road, if you will. And some more bumps before we get to the end here because there is so much more we do not know for everything that we do know. There's a ton more that we don't know. And every day more becomes available. And as we get more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully, we'll get more information and the picture will become more clear. All right, everybody, that's going to do it for tonight. I will be back tomorrow morning

with a morning update, obviously, some context episodes coming your way in the meantime. And we'll be off and running. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
