I like to smoke wagyu steak.

that gave you the biggest acceleration

for your real estate business?

I do remember the first time somebody wrote me a check

for a million dollars.

I thought that was pretty cool.

Like, that's a confidence booster.

I can't imagine man.

What is one communication habits

that helped you build a strong,

build strong partnership to those points, right?

For someone to want to why you're five or one to five million dollars a day?

I would say that's specific

to just invest your communication.

But Slyrifying Verify is just a good role

of thumb for the audience members that's work for us.

What is one thing you wish you understood earlier about development?

Oh man.

Like when we first started in land development,

we were looking for a coach and a mentor to guide us through it.

It literally didn't exist and knew that when I first started.

And the mistake I made is I said,

well, it doesn't exist.

So I guess we're just going to have to figure this out ourselves.

The more I realize that business is about making less bad decisions.

Getting up in the morning looking in the mirror

and being proud of what I am and who I am.
