A Michelin star bartender from Glasgow is popping up in Edinburgh's Leith for a one-night

takeover at Nauticus Bar on May 4th.

Ali Shaw, who snagged the Exceptional Cocktails Award at the Michelin Guide back in February

for his work at Sebs Basement Bar, will run the show.

The Bash team's Nauticus was Sebs and Glasgow Distillery for an afternoon-to-late vibe kicking

off at 4pm.

Expect live music, tasty snacks, whiskey high balls, slick cocktails, and smart food

pairings all open to the public.

Nauticus on Dubstreet earned a spot on the Franklin & Sun's Top 50 Cocktail Bars list.

Their sister spot, Dog Star on Portland Place, just launched this year and landed in the Michelin

Guide too.
