I'm with Kramer with Mission Network News.
After four weeks of war between Hezbollah and Israel, nearly one out of five people in
Lebanon are displaced.
Tensions are also high after the government ordered Iran's ambassador to lead the country.
A decision has been criticized.
Yet, Noona with triumph from Mercy Lebanon says partnerships among local Christian organizations
are strengthening.
Pray that these relationships remain firm and that they help spread the gospel to the
hopeless.
And the Bible encourages believers to turn from worldly patterns and renew their minds.
Brandon Bauer of the Lighthouse says, this is key to overcoming addiction.
Real change comes through Scripture, focusing on the soul and help from God.
He says addiction is a false pattern that brings temporary relief but lasting harm.
Bauer recalls one man who was trapped in drugs and in prison.
He found transformation through Scripture and now helps others.
Pray for those struggling and for the lighthouse to have the resources to reach them.
